I had a great experience at metro west,not only did I find a hard to locate car but with no credit Eugene got me financed at a great rate with a lower than expected monthly payment......Eugene took the time to work with me and make this deal happen.....thank you Eugene!!!!

I was very specific when looking for my new car. I am always sceptical about smaller dealerships and espcially mechanics lol. Metro west auto sales had a 2015 200 crystler S with extremely low milage, factory warenty and most impressive, it was $3,000 under the KBB value. (seemed too good to be true) but... The staff was wonderful to work with, extremely helpful and friendly. They have a great extended warranty program and cover and issues, should they arrise. (i was nervous because why would they be selling this car for so cheap? There had to be issues...)thankfully there were none. I was assured that they are able to sell their cars at such a good price because they are a smaller dealership and their outstanding relationship with their vendors. They helped me with the financing I needed and got me a great interest rate. They also have a great service department where I have continued to bring my car for service and oil changes. I have recommended them to several of my friends looking for cars and would buy from them again in the future. I can honestly say that I was very impressed with how they handled every aspect of the transaction. I'm not the type of person to waste my time doing reviews but I was very happy with everything and im a strong believer in supporting smaller local businesses. They are definitely worth taking the time to check out of looking for a new car or even a van for labor workers (I only know this cause some guy was buying one for his carpentry work when I was buying my car lol) A++

I tried new and used car dealers, but could not find something I like and/or could afford. I jus got something I could not even wish for-2014 car and my payments under $170 a months. Thanks! I will send my friends and family to them.

I own a garage in Worcester and bought very nice Chevy Silverado 2500 with plow etc. The price was right and they helped me with financing. They are very friendly and have good trucks and suvs. I would recommend them.

I recently purchased a 2011 Crown Victoria from Metro West Auto Sales. I live in Virginia Beach so I conducted the entire transaction over the phone and the internet. From the start everyone was very professional and made sure all my questions were answered. The price was great the process was fast and they even helped arrange the vehicle to be shipped to my house in Virginia Beach. So even if you don't live close by the dealership and buy the vehicle online like I did. you can 100% feel confident that you will be taken care of. I would not only recommend Metro West Auto Sales I will be buying from them again. thanks Brittany and Eugene you both were great!!!!

I love the Dealer Balise Ford of Wilbraham for the reason that I was treated like a top priority I was meeted to all my needs and the service associate was understanding of the vehicle that I was looking for, his knowledge on the vehicle was appauling I would definitely recommend this dealer to everyone

Poor quality cars (bondo showing through the door on one), poor engine on another supposed 2014 car. No customer service to speak of...this lot perpetuates the stereotype that used car lots are shady operations
