I am posting on this website again to clarify a few things that was made aware to me by the dealership after we talked. I explained to them that I have never been so excited about buying a car than I was about buying this car. I thought I was getting a perfectly good well maintained car but when I get there and see the paint, it was like I was shot in the heart with a 12 gauge shotgun. So once I saw the paint I was extremely upset and from their perspective I became unapproachable.I apologized to the dealership for my attitude, but on both sides it really could have been a better experience for both of us.

I purchased a 2008 Audi A8L from this car lot without seeing the car in person (major mistake). The pictures online were amazing. I live in Chesapeake Virginia and so I flew to Miami to pick it up, so prior to me flying out there I called Victor to make sure everything would be good to go because I had a 13 hour drive to get back home. I get there and get dropped of by the cab and I don't see the car pulled up front meaning it's not ready to go. So finally someone shows up and I go back and look at the car and the paint if horrible, now keep in mind with good customer service I should have been notified of this prior to me flying out there. I paid for the car prior to me flying out so to me the car should have been gassed up ( it was empty) should have been up front ready to go because I told him I will be there at opening(parked in the back), 30 day tag should have already been on the car( not there), paperwork should have already been printed(didn't happen), the car should have already been checked( needed oil, coolant and windshield wiper fluid). The only thing I was told was the car is 10 years old it is going to have problems I understand that, but I should have been told about the problems. And now I also have to bear the expense of getting the car painted and it is not cheap to have a car like this painted.

I contacted them telated to Porsche 911 of 2005; I wanted to trade in my Porsche 996-4 of 2001. I did sent full details of my trade as well as plenty of pictures. But never replied back. I hate to drive for a couple of hours and may be disappointed about any deal they may make and drive back a couple of hours for nothing.

Buying a vehicle at Miami Imports was the best experience I have ever had I have purchased many vehicles over my 46 years and I have to say the two gentlemen that I worked with exceed my expectations. They helped get me financing with my mortgage holder thereby in a few years of payments I can get my interest rate lowered. I love my corvette it's so fast.. I was in a panic mode with a current car i had! I drove down to a small but wow small with tremendous cars and customer service VICTOR walked out to help me and got me out of my headache into my dream car ! :) from then on it was smooth really fast and outstanding help. #1 dealer in south florida by the way i purchased a 2008 vw r32 they have the best cars and service !

There is not any other used car dealer ship that I put my 100% trust in. Weather its buying a vehicle that is 10 years or and up to date model Miami Import is not like any other. My family has purchased vehicles from Miami Imports for 10+ years and no matter how many other lots we come across when in the market for a used car Maimi Imports has the best selection, pricing, and maitnence in their vehicle invetory. I remember when I bought my first vehicle which was a BMW 325I Victor did not have the car I wanted in his lot and went out of his way to get the exact car I wanted within that same week. When I upgraded to a 335I coupe there was a tire I noticed that needed to be changed and within the next day Victor provided me with a brand new Continental high performance tire. When I looked for a car in Nov.2012, Miami Imports had a Dinan M5 BMW but my Bank wanted it a year newer and as we were already in Miami we went to see it. Victor approved me to buy it. However, I ended up buying a lesser 5 Series. Then last December (2013), we looked online and Miami Imports had the car my wife was looking for. I called Victor, he and Michael had the car and would hold it for us. He gave me a price out the door by text, and we told him we would drive to Miami from Orlando the next morning. When we got there, he and Michael had the car detailed and waiting on us. The inspection, test drive and purchase took less than 90 minutes. When we developed an issue with the car, Victor immediately sent me an e-mail with a link from BMW and it was a $32.00 fix. We really appreciated their service after the sale and their willingness to address the matter promptly. Excited to have them furnish me my next BMW in less than 2 years. They always have the cleanest cars with the best pictures. Miami Imports stands out from the rest by far. Way to go Victor, Michael & Team !!!

Victor has ties with financiers/banks, and will call underwriters directly to get you the best rate. Victor and Mike both are Automobile Enthusiasts!!!,so if you are too you will not be disappointed with their inventory.
