Everyone was attentive to my individual needs and wanted to make sure that I got everything that I wanted in my new car. I had an offer of an early out of my current lease thru Hyundai so I went to them to take them up on that offer. Long story short, I was strung out for 3 weeks all the while receiving about 7 phone calls on how I needed to "settle" on what I wanted and basically take what they had or what they could or could not find. I was even told that "if you don't take this car the way it is and without some of the things I wanted that I would not be able to get one." Seriously, it was November of 2015 and I was looking at a 2016. That doesn't even make sense. Was I to assume that they would never have any 2016's to even sell in the whole year of 2016? I don't really know where to go with that and that was just one example of the ways they wanted me to settle. The Michael Hohl dealership completed my new car purchase within 2 hours! 2 hours! Not 3 weeks. AMAZING! I can't thank Ron, Gary and Dave enough. They are fantastic and Ron Waddell even sat with me for an extra 45 minutes showing me everything inside the car and how to use it and hooked up my I phone to work and everything! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

Brought our vehicle in for routine service check. Ed was prompt and efficient in getting the work order written up and the vehicle serviced, knowing that I was a "waiting" customer from Reno. He offered to have me driven anywhere, as well as offering a loaner. Per my request, the latest computer/Cue upgrades were downloaded, taking quite a bit more time simply because of the slow download process. Ed was apologetic for the delay, but explained the process in detail, and kept me informed of progress. I knew it was a long process, and appreciated Ed's explanations, as well as those from your computer/electronics tech (Mike?).

I bought my GMC Sierra pickup from you brand new and love it and you people. I know the problem with my AC and heater is a module resistor that operates the fan blower and GMC has seance fixed the problem with heavy wiring to replace the old setup. You replaced the old module and didn't make me wait for days, GOOD JOB. I didn't mind paying the money for GMC's mistake it is worth it to have heat in the winter for this (ME) old man. My Denali was in need of service, but I was having trouble fitting in time to bring it in due to my schedule. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the service department was open until 2 PM on Labor Day. Because we were not happy with the Cadillac dealer in Reno, we drove to Carson City to obtain a new SRX! From the moment we set foot on Michael Hohl's lot in Carson City, I knew I had picked the right place to buy a new Cadillac SRX! There were no sales people following us from car to car, which gave us time to check each of the SRX models on the lot. When we were satisfied as to which SRX we would like to take home, we went inside the show room and immediately were asked if we needed help. We were directed to Autumn. We learned that Autumn was the most knowledgeable Cadillac Sales Person. It did not take long for her to obtain the deal that we were seeking!! After all the paper work was signed and we were ready to take possession of our new 2015 SRX, Autumn sat with us for almost an hour in the SRX to teach us all there is to know about a 2015 SRX!! She is definitely an asset to Michael Hohl!! We definitely will be doing business with Michael Hohl and Autumn when ever we need a new SRX!! This is our second Cadillac SRX! Our sales person, Justin, was wonderful. He made us feel like he had our best interests at heart and was very patient and made sure we had our questions answered. I would be sure to seek him out for future car purchases. The whole process, however, is in need of an update. It's a shame that it still feels as if a dealerships main goal is to take as much advantage of the customer as possible. The jargon, the hidden numbers, the piece of paper with scribbles on it. The back and forth with the hidden "sales/finance manager". Very tedious and sordid. I probably did give away $ I could have kept in my pocket.That said...I love my new vehicle, I was pleased with the selection on the lot, and I love that the dealership is close to home for service. I would recommend Michael Hohl to my friends and family. Ask for Justin!

The service was done quickly and, as far as I can tell, well. I found it a bit pricey but that is to be expected when using a dealer, as they can accomplish some things other shops can not. I was promised the car would be detailed and that was not done. The interior of the car was not cleaned at all. It was a decent experience and the free loaner car was very nice.

These guys go the extra mile to make sure I have no problems and are as accommodating as is possible. Mark, the service manager, is as good as guy as you can find! I am from out of town but bought the truck there so I always return there for my service and repairs. They let me use a courtesy car which was really appreciated because I am stuck there to wait being a non local. Everything is always done right and I have real confidence in the staff there. I was satisfied with my deal but I sent friend of mine in to talk to someone about buying my trade in and he was lied to very badly (Steve ?). I had my car in to your dealership the day before I traded it and had the oil changed, tires rotated and the 27 point inspection and was told "everything looked good". When my friend went in to inquire about buying it he was told that it had a "bunch of problems" like the brakes and rotors had to be replaced, the air conditioner was leaking, etc. I'm sure this was done to try and justify the price that was put on the car. My friend knew the condition of the car so he knew that he was being lied to and said he wouldn't buy a car from your dealership ever again and was going to tell others about his experience.Thought you would like to know.

I went to Hohl Dealership to check out the Buick Lacrosse and explained when Salesperson, Jordan Quellett approached that I was in the market for a new vehicle, but have been a Acura owner for 10 years and would also be going to Acura that day to to compare and decide. Jordan was most gracious and asked what I wanted in a new vehicle. I of course wanted everything included GPS, Sirius radio, etc. She brought out a new Lacrosse and of course it is beautiful and has everything. This is my 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Michael Hohl and I have been very pleased each time. This time I stopped in to look and they had what I was looking for and the salesman presented himself very well with no pressure and just very informative. After the purchase, he has called and e-mailed me to make sure I was satisfied and even gave me his home number if I had any questions. I will continue to take my business to them in the future. Buying a car at Michael Hohl was a good experience. Everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. They worked with us to get a car that met our needs and a deal we could afford. They never pressured us to move into a vehicle that was out of our predetermined price range. This is the third vehicle we have bought from this dealership and plan on returning when we're ready for our next purchase.They lose a point for the long wait. In their defense, they were busy.

Have been a customer since 1993 and very happy with Michaael Motor Company. Clinton Pheasant is a great asset to yhour comany. There aare a few problems that should have been problems that should lhave been taken care of before delivery, Rear seats do not fold down as they should and carpet problems. Low tire pressure in some tires. I am confident these problems will be solved.

The staff was pleasant, professional, and informative throughout the buying process. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable about the products and very proud of them as well. Jordan was particularly helpful, reviewing every button, dial, and screen in the vehicle with us (and there are lots of them in these new computerized machines) upon delivering the car. Our schedule made a Sunday morning delivery most convenient for us, and she made that possible. I have received several followup emails insuring we are completely satisfied with our experience and our new vehicle, nice to know they really care post sale. I will recommend Michael Hohl to family and friends, and plan to make future purchases with them.

I had an unusual problem with my Chevy and brought it in. My service advisor was Doug. He made sure I was able to get the right part for my vehicle and convenient delivery of part and service to have it put on, even though we both thought it wouldn't work. The mechanics did a great job and fixed my car so I was back on the road. They checked my car completely over and topped off all the fluids and washed my car as well. I was able to have the de-sludge with oil change as well, which has my car running smooth and the price was affordable. Doug told me, he would never advise me to have services I didn't need and only those that were important and relevant to my vehicle make and model. I would never dream of taking my car any other place, only to Michael Hohl's GM.

I couldn't be happier with the Quality of service I received from Ron at Michael Hohl. Made me a great deal, was honest and fair on my trade, not pushy. Was treated poorly at the Reno GMC dealer and was disappointed they didn't stand by their product. Highly recommend the short drive to Carson City!
