Michael Motors is great! I cannot recommend them enough! Not only did they go out of their way to help me understand the car and feel comfortable driving it, they even fixed cosmetic things for me after purchase. They are so kind and so helpful with a wonderful selection! I cannot believe how easy they made the process and I love my car!

Just purchased a Rav4 from them at a great price, they were very nice to work with, let us test drive it off the lot and the salesman was not pushy at all. I definitely recommend them!!

This is one of the sleeziest, most cunning business' I have dealt with. He will meet you with a hand shake and a smile, and also leave out a lot of otherwise known information; for you to find out at the most in-opportune time. I bought a vehicle that was still under manufacturer warranty; a big selling point for this dealer, for which he asked a premium price. For starters, after I handed him the check, I notice then that one of the windows would not work. His response: "bumper to bumper warranty". Think he didn't know about the issue prior? He sure did. Also, I thought he cleaned the vehicle; that is, until I pulled up the floor mats. It was filthy, and there was garbage in the door storage bins. He also buffed out scratches from when the previous owner rubbed the side door on something. There is a crease in the sheet metal, meaning the vehicle was damaged. Though, and this is the best part, he had to put four new tires on a vehicle with less than 30,000 miles on it. The one thing I didn't question enough, myself, at first. This dealer even put cheap no-name brand tires on it. He knew the vehicle was previously driven hard; to say, outright abused. This dealer did not care to have the manufacturer address simple issues, such as the window, under warranty, because the manufacturer would have come back with the fact that (as part of how hard the car was driven, and the fact that it needed new tires) that it also needed a whole new rack and pinion system, as well as struts all around. Which I am to find out now, thousands of miles from home. He even knew I was both disabled, and about to take a big road trip with the vehicle. What a selfish con-artist. He even sold the vehicle with an open safety recall. Talk about lazy, and careless (if not to say, negligent) of the safety of his customers. This dealer is garbage, because that is what he sells. Especially, what he sells for a premium price. Beware of this crook.
