Recall airbag needed replaced. They did a quick check of the car after the replacement and further indicated some maintenance items that need possible attention. No high pressure and sense of urgency. I like that in a service team as I have been pressured at Texas dealerships about service work needing to be performed that was just done in another state. Their honesty is most apparent and appreciated.

On the morning of X-mas eve, the roads were very snowy and slushy; and, my Honda's windshield washer fluid was gone. All "quick lube" businesses were closed. I pulled into Middlekauff Honda and the Service Manager and Techinician quickly filled the fluid. I was able to drive safely home on a very snowy day because of their service! Thanks!

Had a very good experience at Middlekauff. Alex is great - professional and friendly .... and funny! As were his colleagues which, for me, made a big difference. No one in the place was at all pushy, and I got a very good vibe from the people in the service department too, although I hope I do not see them too often........... not expecting to, since my first car was Honda, an '87 Accord hatchback, which I think had exactly 1 problem during the 10+ years I owned it. I am heading to CA tomorrow, stopped by to check tires, fluids, oil change, etc. It was very busy at noon and Lance suggested I come back after 3:00 pm, which I did and I was in and out so fast. I was told I needed transmission fluid exchange. I had my oil changed, tires checked, fluids topped off, etc. Excellent experience. Lance has great people skills, a true asset, and I felt great when I left!! Mr. Woodruff and Mr. Rojas were excellent, too when I told them about how great Lance is. Middlekauff is amazing and I will tell my friends this is the place to go!!

On October 13th I took my CRV to the service department at Middlekauff in Twin Falls Idaho. The car battery had died the day prior and I got to the service department around 8:15 in the morning. I was greeted by Greg Malberg. He asked what was wrong with the vehicle. I explained to him the battery had died the day before and I needed a new one. I asked Greg if this change would take long, at what he replied "no".I figured if wouldn't be longer that 30 minutes. An hour in a half went by, i was not told the reason it was taking so long to get the job done. I asked Greg how much longer, he was on the phone with somebody else, was rude to me and after had a chance he told me the ring that holds battery in place had broken off! I could not believe why he did not let me know as soon as this had happened!!I was anxious to go back to work, Greg offered to loan me a car and told me the part would be there when it was there!!Nobody called me to let me know car was ready, I called during my lunch hour and asked if car was ready, nobody knew if it was. I picked up car, needles to say by then I was very upset at the lack of customer service I had ever experience at Honda!!!Greg apologized saying tome "I"m the only one here!!!" As a customer for 3 years now, how was that my problem????Greg then took a 10% discount on my bill and give me a bussiness card with a "free oil change"!! really??? How is that supposed to make me happy?also my husband called twice and nobody picked up the phone!!!I was thinking about looking at another CRV but after this nasty service experience, I am done with MIddlekauff!!!!Sincerely, Gioconda Myers

I was able to buy a car with a text message. I shot Aaron a text telling him what I wanted and then he shot me a text back telling me he had found a newer model with less miles and would give it to me for the same price. I sent a picture of my license to him and when I got done with work I swung by and signed the papers. He even got me an oversized bow to put on the window when I took it home and surprised my wife with her new car. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I will definitely get any new or used vehicle from Aaron in the future.

An associate just happened to need to come in to Boise thst day so they even drove the car out to Boise for me. I went from casually looking for a car to Driving my new car in 3 days. And no pressure to get anything specific! I was looking for a certified used car but they pointed out was that for the price range i was looking for i could get a brand new car instead. I took them up on the offer!! So instead of a used car i have a Brand New one!!! Thank you Carly and Alex!!!!

i had came in to get my car service and was greeted by a technician named, Sandman. He kindly assisted me with by introducing me to the service manager, Jim. They kindly took my car keys and showed me where the waiting room was. A little over a half hour had passed and my care was ready to go. To my surprise the Tech, Sandman had also cleaned my windows and vacuumed my car. I was extremely pleased and definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Eduardo is a fantastic person to deal with. Helpful, friendly, and genuinely interested in the customer. I have purchased several vehicles through him at Middlekauff. He has always worked hard to find me what I'm looking for, without all the "hard sell" techniques used so often by other sales people. He never "cold calls" me later if I didn't make a purchase that day. A true treat to deal with. Today, I went to the dealership with the intent of purchasing a used vehicle for my wife. The Manager made an initial offer and I made what I felt was a reasonable counter offer, which was based on Kelley Blue book values. Eduardo took it to the Manager but instead of having a dialog with me about why we had different opinions of the values at hand or making a counter offer, I was told by Eduardo he said "There are a lot of books" and was summarily dismissed as unimportant and ushered out the door. He never even came out of his "office" to talk to me.

This was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I found a CRV that is exactly what I was looking for. It had everything that I wanted and needed. I had been looking for an SUV and was thinking I wanted a Nissian Murano so when we stopped to check out what Middlekauff had on their lot I didn't think I would find anything that I wanted. The salesman, Steven Lange, was very knowledgeable and encouraged us to test drive a CRV. Steven was great he didn't pressure us like a lot of the salesman at other lots had done. He was informative and made us feel comfortable and as we drove the CRV he answered all the questions we had. By the end of the test drive I was interested in talking prices and what they could do about financing. This is were Rainer came in and to my surprise was as friendly and helpful as Steven had been. I have had some credit issues in the past due to a divorce so I was concerned I would not be able to get financing on a vehicle like the CRV. I know Honda's keep their resale value and the one I wanted was in great shape with low miles. The price we agreed on was a great deal but I still didn't know if the financing would go through. Rainer did an amazing job for me. He went the extra mile for me and made me feel like I was the only customer he had to worry about in the whole dealership. This was a nice feeling since any time I have bought a car in the past I have felt run over and unsure of how much the place I was at cared if I was even there. After what I can only imagine was some hard work on Rainer's part, even though he never let on to me it was, and some worrying from me I got financed. It was a payment that I felt comfortable with and a down payment that I could live with too. I drove out with a car that I never thought I would be able to get. One that had everything I was looking for and more at a price I could afford. WOW is all I can say!!!!!! I would and do refer anyone that is looking for a car to Middlekauff . Go see Steven and Rainer!!!!!!!! They have changed the way I feel about buying a car. I know where I will be buying my next vehicle from for sure. I will never go anywhere else, I feel like I have friends that are working to make things work for me and not just sell a car. The best car buy experience I have ever had. Terrible!At first, they seemed extremely attentive and informed.It wasn't until two weeks after the repair that the work they did caused my entire engine to blow up. Whether stupidity or trickery - I don't have a car anymore.Mistakes happen though - and I would've been happy with some form of restitution, but... THEY DENIED WHAT THEY DID WAS IN ANY WAY TIED TO MY ENGINE FAILING, THEY HAVEN'T RETURNED MY CALLS, AND REFUSE TO REFUND A CENT.NEVER GO HERE! Honda will be ashamed to find their good name being dragged down by Middlekauff. Sneaky Rat Bastards!

I just purchased a NEW Honda Oddyssey 2011 2 monthes ago from my local dealer in Kennewick, WA. It is very nice and in excellent condition. I have put 4,000 miles on it. Last week I took it on its first long trip. Near Twin Falls Idaho I noticed that there was a scratching sound under my car and pulled over to take a look. It was a heat sheild from the gas tank hanging down. I looked up the nearest Honda Dealership and found MIDDLEKAUF HONDA. I was under the false impression that all Honda dealerships would take care of a custumer with a new honda. Middlekauf Honda does NOt take care of you at all. They took one look at me. A pregnant woman with two small children, and instead of thinking "HOw can I make this experience easier?" They thought. . . "How can I take advantage?" They diagnosed the heat shield, but said they were unable to purchase the shield alone, and that It would require an entire new gas tank $700 for the parts alone. I was wondering about this because the exploded diagram showed a shield sold separately. . . They also said that the tank would not be covered under warrantly, because there was a scuff on the shield (physical damage???). of course theres a scuff on it. . . it was dragging under my car on the freeway! A tech named Charlie, offered to remove the the shield and let me drive home as is, for a charge of $10. I was grateful to be able to get home so I accepted, but I told him. "I know this isn't you personally, but if a piece of crap falls off of my 33,000 dollar van 2 monthes after I buy it, you would think it could be removed for free." I left there with the feeling that I had purchased a complete lemon, that would fall apart, and that the warranty was a joke. When I arrived in the tri-cities I took it into my McCurley Honda Dealership, They said that everything bumper to bumper was covered until 36 monthes and that peices do not normally fall off of these cars! He also said that even if my car was out of warranty that I could have ordered just the sheild. There is no way that an entire gas tank would be needed! So either Middlekauf Honda's entire tech staff is unable to read an exploded parts diagram or they are crooked liars. Either way I wouldn't be comfortable going there.

I just wanted to let someone know how pleased I was with my "car guy" Aaron Johnson. He sold me my car in November and has continued to be there for me even after the sale. I needed a headlight lamp replaced yesterday and contacted Aaron. He came to my place of employment and picked up my car, had the lamp replaced, and returned my car to me before I had to leave work. I am impressed and will recommend MiddleKauff and Aaron to friends, family, and anyone that I come across needing a new or used vehicle. Thank you for the great customer service!

I took my 2002 Passport in because the ignition key would not come out of the ignition and for paint peeling down the drivers side in 2 large areas sepparated by a few feet. After 2 hours the service department called and said that they had found the proble (the neutral/park swith was loose) and that they had done a courtesy inspection finding almost $600 worth of work changing fluids.I went in to pick it up and found that I was being charged $95 for an hour of their mechanics labor and that the paint was "just a crappy paint job". I inquired as to why it took the mechanic an hour to find a loose switch and being that the vehicle has never been wrecked and repainted, how could it be a crappy paint job. The service man apparently became upset and asked if I had purchased an extended warranty. I told him yes, that I had the Honda Care plan. I was then told that it would not cover the factory paint but would cover the loose switch. Not 5 minutes later he was billing my card and when I asked about the Honda Care coverage covering it he just said "nope" with no explanation of any kind.He then retrieved my vehicle. I was standing waiting as he pulled up. He simply got out, leaving the key in the ignition, and began to walk away. I said "Have a good day" and he neither turned to acknowlege nor respond at all.This dealorship has very questionalbe billing practices in my opinion (bordering on gouging) and a total lack of customer service.

THey were so friendly and nice. They helped me with everything i needed I was in and out quickly and everything was explined to me throughly. Being a woman I wonder if they are going to "find something else wrong with it" but they explained everythign to me. it was exactly what they quoted me and in the amount of time they quoted me. I feel they treated me fair and honistly. I would reccomend it to anyone.
