It was a fast and easy purchase. I went in, we went for a test drive, and immediately went through the paperwork. Much better than anticipated.

I have purchased about 10 new vehicles in the past 30 years and this one is worth the time out of my day to express a positive experience. Yes, the process of purchasing a new vehicle can be a pleasant, positive and rewarding experience or it can be a total nightmare. I have had some really bad experiences which included walking right out of the dealership due to practices one would consider misleading for sure. The internet helps bring those experiences to a minimum or at least makes you feel more comfortable in your own environment, not to mention remove out any personality conflicts that may arise from face to face conversation with a sales person that you do not even know. Let us face the facts, their goal is to make a living just like the rest of us but my goal is to not let it be on this one purchased by me. Now, I just purchased a new 2015 Chevy Silverado LT from Ramon Marsch Jr at Midway Chevrolet-Pontiac-Buick in Orwell Ohio for the first time from this sales person and dealership of which I did not have any prior experience with either of them. I started off asking Ramon (Ray) some questions related to purchasing a new vehicle, at this point working on gaining some trust regarding the type of person he might be. One good topic I started with was financing options available since I had worked for a local CPA Firm for 20 years and I have a good understanding of this topic. I now have the ability to determine quickly if Ray is a good person to deal with or will this be a waste of both of our times. He passed the test, all the way from the start (gaining trust), good trade in value for my used truck no beating me up over small items wrong with it, closing the finance paperwork nothing disclosed at the last minute after your heart is set on buying a particular vehicle. The final item - did I leave with my new truck feeling like I got a good deal on this transaction YES I DID!!!! Thank you Ray and Midway for a very pleasant experience

Sales office closed at 7:00, got there 5 mins to. Ramon Marsch Jr. waited for me till almost 9:00 to close a deal on a 2014 Traverse. Great guy and family man. Five stars to you and Midway Chevrolet

Seemed like a nice place when I pulled up, they weren't to interested in helping me at first and made me feel like I was bothering them with questions I had, felt like the trade in offer they gave me was a rip off and the owner was quite rude. I had heard other people say they had similar experiences, but thought I would check them out for myself. There are many Chevy dealers in the area so I just drove on down the road.

They were helpful, and friendly right from the beginning, no pressure sales like a lot of other places. James the salesman was helpful understood the vehicle and was straight up and honest.

I haven't been that comfortable buying a car in a long time. I usually am so stressed out I rarely go back to the same place. that was the easiest and most pleasurable experience I have had buying a vehicle in a long time.

I just purchased my used vehicle from Midway Chevrolet and my experience exceeded all my expectations they have the best selection and their price was better than other four stores I checked before my purchase. Will be back again
