I saw a car I liked on cars.com, I had my grandparents test drive it for me, and they loved it! I drove down test drove it, and fell in love! Jeff Biehler is just awesome! He made me feel as much at ease buying my new 2016 F-150 Lariat as he did in 2010 when I got my first one from him. He was friendly and knowledgeable about every feature of my new truck. I was totally relaxed and I didn't feel pressured. My first experience was great and this one was worth returning for. I am quick to tell family and friends to go to Midway, in fact my 26 year old daughter just bought her 2016 Ford Escape at Midway. This was her first NEW car purchase and agrees, Midway is a great dealership buy from. For the past 6 years I have appreciated the service department as well as the sales staff. Have never had a problem with the sales people just with the Chrysler service department and the GM.We had our transmission replaced in our 2008 Jeep Liberty 3 yrs ago at Midway Motors in McPherson. This past month we had something happen that, according to the numerous mechanics that I spoke with, including the Service Manager at Midway, no one has ever heard happening. All the bolts came out of the transmission dropping it down, shearing off a bolt on the motor mount, bending the flywheel and various other damage. We had Jeep towed to another service center and had it repaired. We thought that since this is something that is almost unheard of that Midway would possibly assist on the cost but they say it is past their 2 yr warranty so we are stuck paying over $1100 to have it repaired. I just really feel that they let us down as it sounds like the bolts were not torked (spelling) and also there were no supporting rods found within the transmission. We were just lucky we weren't on the highway when this happened as who knows what could have happened.

Lance Thompson was great to work with and to be honest we thought we got a fair price for our trade in as well as the final price for our new purchase. We looked around for several months and when we drove to the dealership it was well worth the drive from Kansas City. We worked with Mike Gumm to buy a used Honda Accord. McPherson is about a 45 min. drive from our house, so we were a little apprehensive about the drive. But, Mike was honest about the info he provided on the car and what he had in inventory, and we were very happy we made the drive. Our purchase experience was a lot of fun and low pressure. Mike had access to all of the Midway vehicles, not just those at his location, and he offered to drive the car to the closer dealer for us to check out. (Due to our schedule, it was better to drive to his location.) I always check pricing online, and their price was exactly where it should be. Closing on the vehicle was super easy, and the financing provided in house was at a very reasonable rate. Extended warranties were available and offered, but not in a pressure sale way. Also, there was a 30 day warranty provided with the purchase covering certain items at reduced rates. We were very happy with this purchase experience and will definitely call Midway for our next car purchase.

I view car dealers like sharks lurking for a kill! However, Blake did an excellent job at Midway. He was friendly, helpful, and low pressure. All the staff we talked with were willing to discuss the transaction with low pressure and making the experience a easy one & one that was well worth the drive. This is my second vehicle from Midway and I would definitely recommend Blake and the people there if you are in the market for a new or used car.

We drove 400 miles to purchase this particular vehicle. It was a risky adventure, as I was not sure the vehicle would even be there when we got there, but it was. We walked in at 8am right after they opened on Monday and said, pointing at the SUV sitting right outside the doors, I want that one!!! Blake looked a little surprised when we said we had just driven in from Colorado to get that particular SUV but then we started the process and ended up driving it home that afternoon. The guys in the shop were also over the top as I required some maintenance before I would make the purchase and they stepped up and exceeded my expectations. I don't normally invite folks to my home from these kinds of transactions but then this was more of a Divine Appointment than a transaction.Nate, I did not ever feel like you were on the "other side" during our negotiations. It felt like you were just helping me get what I wanted. Jeff Biehler is a great salesman. I told him what I wanted and he found it. It was everything I wanted and then some. Low mileage and fully loaded. I bought the truck at a fair price to boot with the help of Steve Floyd, who worked diligently to get my payments down to where they were affordable for me. Rod made my buying experience at the dealership a pleasure. He was very helpful getting all the additions I wanted on the vehicle and answered all my questions and dealt with my concerns. We were looking for a newer van and checked out Midway! From the moment we walked in we were treated family! Brad Klatt went out of his way to help us with our purchase of a 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan they had! Two days after we took the van home we found the back passenger doors would not unlock with the fob or inside lock buttons. We called and they said to bring it back in and they would make it right! They gave s a nice loaner car to drive (2014 Impala) until ours was fixed. They fixed our doors for free (at a cost to them of at $1200), and then delivered it back to us (about 100+ miles away) with a full tank of gas! We would highly recommend this dealership when looking for a new vehicle, and especially Brad! Thanks guys!!!

I called a few days ahead about a car I found on their website. I spoke to Kevin who was so helpful and knowledgeable. He promptly returned my calls the few times I was unable to get right through to him. He helped us line up our financing and with payment questions. The day we drove there, Kevin had our (pre-owned) car out front, cleaned, shined to perfection, and ready for us!It was the best customer service around! We were treated as if we were the only buyer there (they were busy), and even though we were purchasing a pre-owned car, they treated us as if we were buying their most expensive car. That meant a lot to us. We drove 1.5 hrs to buy there and it was worth the time. They will be our dealership from now on.We were back in the area the next day and decided to stop in again with a few more questions. They still took time out to help us for over an hour! Again, we were treated as if we were the most important ones there. Most dealerships are done with you the minute you sign the papers, but not Midway. The interaction with the guys online and on the phone was great. Got approved and everything straightened out before I ever drove up to the lot. Problem I have is that after purchasing the vehicle it left me stranded 3 times the next day. I told the sales man and he asked me to send receipts of what I spent fixing it. Then I never hear anything again. I have tried to reach out since I do have a limited warranty on the vehicle. Probably won't recommend this dealer to anyone. I could not bring truck back to get worked on by the dealership due to no one answered the phones the multiple times I called and I needed to get to work. So I did the work myself less than 24 hours after purchase.

I just want to say how wonderful it was to do business with Midway Motors! They are hands down the best! From the first call that I received after inquiring about our vehicle that we found online to the day that we picked our car up to 2 days later when Jon called and said that he was mailing our other key phobe. Midway motors definitely takes pride in what they do! I live in Oklahoma and found our 2014 Malibu online through Cargurus. The price was great, the miles were low, the car was beautiful. So I sent an email to them Saturday night and on Monday Jon calls me. He is SUPER nice, very professional and just and extremely positive person. They got us a better interest rate and held the vehicle for us until Friday. We headed up there Friday afternoon about 330, by the time we got there is was right at 7 and they had been closed for an hour. I felt so bad because he had to wait on us but he didn't mind at all, he was standing there with a smile on his face to greet us. I just want to say that I am forever greatful for Midway! We will definitely be back! Great Job Midway you're the best!

I have bought new and used cars from all the major American made dealers in Wichita over the last 40 years. From now on Midway Motors is the only place I will shop. Their website is very useful and easy to use. I talked to Rod on Friday about the suv I was interested in and told him I would be there the next day at noon. This was our first time purchasing from Midway Motors. We found the vehicle on autotrader and contacted the dealership. Mike Gumm was attentive and patient with all of our questions. Other members of my family have bought several cars from Midway before, and all have been great experiences, but this was the first time any of us had worked with Brad. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He asked what I was looking for up front and stayed within my interests and budget. He worked with me all day as I wanted to compare cars at the lot in Newton. I ended up going with the car at the McPherson- it was what I wanted and was under my budget. He did everything he could to make it a great deal and ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. Rod was nothing but nice before sale even sent vehicle to our house to test drive it but after sale we found transmission fluid burnt.While they changed fluid Rod left my wife standing 45 min before another salesman got her a loaner we had set up appointment days before because we had appointment. Only to get 3 miles and have low fuel light come on! Apparently not there job to put fuel in loaner even when they sell you a 20000 dollar vehicle. Asked service man why fluid was not checked before sale and management only allows them to look over certain vehicles. I had bought an extended warranty only to have them tell me transmission rebuild might not be all covered depending on what they found if they tore it down and may get billed for loaner car if they could not find anything wrong! I have bought 1500 dollar cars without warranty i have felt better about. NEVER want to deal with Midway again or Rod Martin!

Had a great experience. We have purchased several vehicles from Midway Motors. I was contacted by the dealership thinking we might be interested in a Denali that had just arrived on the lot. A few phone calls to agree on price. Then made appointment to sign papework and take ownership of the truck on Saturday. I told Kris that we didn't want to spend much time getting the paperwork taken care of and he agreed. We were in and out of the dealership in 15 minutes. Kris is very good and had everything ready to go for our appointmnet.

I'm a returning customer. I traded off my 2007, Focus, 70k miles for a 2013 Focus, 37k miles. The car had some small hail dents. Midway Motors said, We'll fix all this for this price. I did not think they would have the car ready in the time frame specified. They did. We traded ownership of the cars the day of the sale. The salesman was joking with me about how I came to the dealership and bought a car and ended up driving home in my old car. C.M.

I have known Jeff from back in my college days, and knew I could completely trust him. He is a man of integrity and knows cars. So when I was moving back to the U.S. from a 5-year assignment in Hong Kong, and needed to buy two used vehicles sight-unseen, I knew he would be a good option for me. He did not disappoint! Two great cars at what I think we're very competitive prices, and the customer service experience, from Jeff and from Midway in general, especially when having to deal with me long distance, was top notch. I would give my 100% recommendation to Jeff and to Midway. Your used car salesman, your mechanic, and your tax accountant are 3 people it is very important to be able to trust. I have the first one covered. With these cars I think the second one won't be too big of a concern. The third one, well that may just not be possible.

I would not recommend this dealership. Our experience started out negative from the time we arrived at the dealership. We had called to ask questions about a 2013 Chev Equinox that I had found advertised on their website. Before we drove the 2+ hours to view and drive the vehicle we called to ask questions about the condition and history of it. At first they could not find it on the lot and then we were told it was because it was in "detail". Obviously not because when we arrived 3 days later the inside of the car and engine compartment was very dirty and had almost 3,0000 miles more on the odometer than what was stated in the listing on the website. After Neil had found the vehicle and returned our phone call to describe the vehicle, Neil said that it was in perfect condition but never mentioned the dent in the back tailgate During negotiations of the vehicle we asked about trading wheels and tires from another Equinox that was featured on their website and were told that a sales person had driven it to show a prospective customer out of town and probably sold. At the end of our sale, we walked to our car and to my surprise, parked next to our personal vehicle was the car we were told was not available! They could have just said "no, we can't do that for you". After we made the deal on the 2013 Equinox Neil asked if we would like the car delivered to us since we had driven 2 hours to view the car. We certainly took him up on this offer since it was more convenient and told him that it would have to be Thursday or later since I would be out of town for a business conference until then. During this time we asked them to change the oil in the vehicle, remove the dent in the tailgate and detail it since obviously that had not been done. He agreed. Imagine my surprise when I received a call on Tuesday from a driver stating that my vehicle was sitting in my driveway and the keys were under the floormat. That was not what had been agreed upon and a huge inconvenience to me since I was out of town. I did not want my new vehicle exposed to the weather until I returned home, nor available for anyone to steal since the keys were left in it. After several phone calls to Midway Motors,( one of which they offered to come back and get the vehicle and take it to McPherson until I returned home; just what I wanted was more miles put on the car!) they did take it to a friends place of business so that it could be put in a garage. In their haste to deliver the vehicle the oil was not changed. The car had been washed but not detailed as we thought it would be. I highly recommend Chevrolet since the last new vehicle I purchased was 21 years ago and still own today. It has been the most dependable car I've ever owned. That is why I decided to purchase another. Midway Motors took the excitement out of buying a new car all these years later and turned it into nothing but a disappointment.

This dealership in both Hutchinson and McPherson seem kinda lazy, you have to actively search a salesman out (I was actually able to test drive a vehicle around their lot and nobody came out to help or say anything). They do not price off of KBB or NADA but Black Book as it usually seems they are higher than the KBB retail price. This is one of the worst dealerships I have ever been to. I would wade through the sea of salesmen at Rusty Eck before I come back here.

Went to Midway Motors in McPherson with my dad to find a new vehicle. The car I was driving was becoming too unreliable and it was time for an upgrade. My dad and Jeff were old buddies from back in the day, so we trusted that he would help us out. Which he absolutely did. I test drove the 2013 Chevy captiva and LOVED it. Only problem was that there were two I could choose from, one with the exact exterior color I wanted and one with all the interior specs I wanted. Jeff went out and found a vehicle that matched EXACTLY what I wanted and brought it in for me. I couldn't imagine being happier about a car buying experience. I had a very positive experience with the gentlemen I worked with. My car that I had been driving just finally gave out. I limped it into the dealership lot on a Saturday morning and everyone was very helpful. The gave me a fair price on my piece of junk as a trade in, knocked some off the price of the vehicle I purchased and worked with me to make reasonable payments. Over all the experience was very pleasant. The car I purchased is now back in the service department for some minor repairs that they wanted to make on it (nothing series, just a window seal, and some door handle issues). They gave me a very nice loaner vehicle to use while this happens.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN TERRIBLE! FIRST OF ALL, I TRADED MY 2001 MERCURY IN BECAUSE IT WAS COSTING ME MONEY ALL THE TIME!! I BOUGHT A USED BUICK IN AUGUST, BY SEPTEMBER IT NEEDED AND OIL CHANGE AND AN AIR FILTER WHICH THEY CHARGED ME ($50.00). YOU WOULD THINK THAT WHEN THEY SELL YOU A CAR THAT EVERYTHING WOULD HAVE BEEN CHECKED!! HIND SIGHT IS 20/20. THEN THE REAR END OF MY CAR GETS REALLY HIGH! I WHEN I TOOK IT IN TO HAVE THEM CHECK IT, IT WAS BACK DOWN TO NORMAL! THEY SAID THAT THEY RESET THE SENSORS AND CHARGED ME $105.00! IT HAS DONE IT 3 MORE TIMES SINCE THEN! IN 3 1/2 MONTHS, I HAVE ALREADY SPENT $150.00 ON THE BUICK, I SHOULD HAVE KEPT THE MERCURY! AT LEAST I WOULD UNDERSTAND PUTTING MONEY OUT!! AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST! WHEN I BOUGHT THE CAR THEY SOLD ME AN OIL CHANGE PACKAGE 4/2 YEARS FOR $279.00 AND SAID THAT IT WAS FOR SYNTHETIC OIL! WHICH I KNOW THAT YOU CAN GO MORE THEN 3,000 MILES! I AM READY FOR MY THIRD OIL CHANGE SINCE AUGUST AND SO I QUESTIONED WHY I AM HAVING TO CHANGE THE OIL SO OFTEN! THEY WERE NOT PUTTING IN THE SYNTHETIC OIL! SO THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD REFUND ME THE DIFFERENCE FOR REGULAR OIL OF $109.00. THAT WAS ON JANUARY 10TH AND I STILL DON'T HAVE THE REFUND! I TALKED TO SOMEONE IN ACCOUNTING ON JANUARY 16TH AND SHE SAID THE CHECK WOULD BE GOING OUT THAT DAY!! SO I E-MAILED THEM TODAY AND THEY SAID THAT THERE WAS A MIX UP AND THAT IT WOULD GO OUT TODAY OR TOMORROW WITH MY NAME AND THE LENDERS NAME ON IT! I WOULD HAVE TO GO OUT OF TOWN TO GET THIS ENDORSED!!

Another great experience with Midway Motors. This is our fourth purchase with Midway Motors and we are definitely satisfied with the dealership and sales department. You walk into the dealership and are greeted by all, whether you are stopping by to say hello or ready to purchase. They definitely make one feel like family. Looking for a "good" used car for our college student 4 hours away. It needed to be dependable and economical. John called me before this one had been through the shop. I liked what I heard. Not only did they completely go through it by servicing, they also turned the rotors, installed 4 new tires, and did an alignment. They got us as best as possible what we were looking for at a very good price. They went with our budget we gave them and made this car work--- 2004 Concorde. We definitely will recommend.

They were very cordial, helpful therefore making the purchase of our new Buick Enclave stress free and pleasant. I contacted Tres via email interested in a new GMC Terrain. He was very prompt in responding to my email and helped me with color considerations, etc. When we determined we liked a vehicle on their lot, we arranged to go in for a test drive after work. Tres was knowledgable and if he did not know the answer to one of my questions he immediately found someone who did. We had two vehicles to trade in. When the first payment calculations came out higher than we wanted, they stayed late to find alternatives that were acceptable to us. Everyone we talked to was friendly and welcoming. When we came in during regular hours the next day Tres introduced us to the guys in the service department. Again, they were friendly and welcoming. There was no pressure. It was a very enjoyable experience and I would definitely recommend giving this dealership a try and working with these three guys.

Kevin was incredible. This was the first time I've bought anything big and he was so comfortable and accommodating. I live in Newton and he drove the car to the Midway in Newton TWICE so my mom and I could drive it and my dad could look at it. He didn't make me feel pressured but was so friendly and laid back that he MADE me want to buy a car from him. I hope everyone can have him or someone like him as a salesman. I felt like he could relate to me and he used his personal life and sense of humor to make me feel calm and at ease. So a joy to work with and I will always be thankful for his service. Any dealership and customer would be lucky to work with him. Nathan did our paperwork and talked to the bank. We told him we were in a hurry and he made it happen in no time for us. Chad made buying a car easier than past experiences I have had. He showed us our options of buying used versus new and found us a new car for about what we would have paid for a high mileage used car. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted with a friendly smile and told him what we were looking for in a vehicle. We were given the opportunity to drive the two vehicles in which we were interested. After we were done with our test drive we were shown all the options each had to offer. It didn't take us long to make our decision to go with the Jeep as we had purchased one thirteen years earlier at this same dealership. We have had very good service with our first one that we are back again. We had it detailed but was unable to pick it up as we were called away for an emergency out of town so Brad was good enough to drive it to our home and put it in the garage. We traded in two vehicles, and bought two vehicles...at the same time. Everyone was a great help in our buying process. They stayed open after hours so we were able to get a deal together (we live 2 hours away, had to wait for husband to get off work), ended up leaving the dealership around midnight. (It wasn't as bad as it sounds!)Great experience, I recommend to all my friends and family who are looking at vehicles. Called the dealership to ask about a car I was interested in and Mike called around only to find out that it had been sold but he had me look online at a different car and I liked it so he had me come in. I was skeptical about going in to look at the car but once I got there Mike was very friendly and nice to me and my daughter. It took a little bit of time to get the loan and then I was set to leave in my new car. I loved how friendly everybody was and I also liked that they had a nice little play area for kids. This is a great place to buy a car.

Recently we purchased a Chevrolet 2013 Silverado from Midway Motors in McPherson, Kansas. Our salesman was Bill Kennedy and he was awesome! We are wheat farmers and he personally drove a pickup out to our house very early in the morning so that we could do a test drive and not interfere with harvest. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy which was very important to us. He met us early the next morning (so as not to interfere with harvest) at Midway Motors in Hutchinson, Kansas so that we could purchase the vehicle we had chosen. The next time we need to purchase a vehicle we will definitely use Bill again. Also, we met Christian when we were doing the paperwork at Midway Motors in Hutchinson. He as well did a great job in working with us.

I would highly recommend Brent Pelzel and his Management Team at Midway Motors. With high levels of expertise in completing the sales paperwork and knowledge of the Ford Flex, he made the delivery of the vehicle a great experience. He even picked me up at the airport in my new vehicle, as I flew into Wichita to take delivery of the vehicle. I would recommend him without reservation. Overall we recommend this dealership. This is our third vehicle we've purchased from them. In our most recent experience, the salesperson, though very friendly, didn't follow through with all her promises. Our experience with the sales department almost ruined the deal, but we got a good enough price on the vehicle, rate on the loan, and warranty coverage that we bought it anyway. Steve Floyd was very helpful and the Service department was professional. Since the purchase, Sales dept has done good followup with us to see that we are satisfied with the deal.

We went to Midway to look at leasing a new vehicle because our old vehicle had high mileage. We had contacted them and set everything up for a Friday afternoon visit. Initially we looked at one model and took a test drive with Mandi. We fell in love with the Chrysler 200 but when the finance sheet came back it was a little more than what we wanted to pay. The finance people took another look at it and realized that we could get into a Chrysler 200 Limited for a lot less than the Touring model because of incentives. Needless to say we drove off the lot with a brand new vehicle that we were not pressured into buying with tremendous respect for Mandi, Jeff and all the personnel at Midway Motors in McPherson. We look forward to doing business with them in the future.

My experience was a very good one. We were not pressured in any way from start to the end. My husband and I do not like high pressure sales men or women. I had called about one vehicle so Adam had an idea what price range I wanted and the type of vehicle we wanted, and he didn't try to push me into something higher priced. He had several vehicles for us to look at when we got there that were the type of vehicle we werer looking for. I actually drove one of the other vehicles he had also picked first and he made sure that I drove the other that I had called about before we made our decision. Same price range but much better ride and way more extras. We are happy with the one he had for us to try then the one I called about. Going through the final paper work with was easy with Steve. They will probably see us again for our next purchase and we are already telling people about the dealership and about our great salesman.

Worked with Adam Robidou thru the internet; told him the 2 vehicles and what equipment/options I was looking for; and asked him for his best price. Since this was not a local customer, I didn't want to waste their time or my time. I was also in contact with 6 other dealers with the same request.....the rest assured me they either had the vehicles on hand or could get them, but when it came to $ time, all tried the same old trick; upselling me on something I didn't want or request. Adam came through on exact vehicle and pricing was very decent. I would recommend these folks to those who want to avoid the anguish and frustration in buying a new vehicle.....I had a good experience.

Since this was my first car buying expierence I feel i am slightly biased on my rating. I found a truck that I wanted to test drive and Adam set up the appoitment for me. We met up and he had the truck ready to go, keys in hand. After the test drive he showed me some similar vehicles in the lot. I asked to browse the lot some more, broadening my range, and he was knowledgeable about all the vehicles we looked at. When it came time to buy, I made my offer and the paper work started rolling. There was no pressure or rush and no waiting the staff wasalways helpful and available when Dean was not there.Steve Floyd did a good job of explaining the financial aspects of the sale and offered good advice on the variousextras pertaining to paint and glass damage and extended warranty coverage.Again there was no pressure to buy but a real interest in providing me with the bestbuy to fit my driving requirments.I had been thinking about this particular car for about a year (A NEW DODGE CHALLENGER} but thought I wouldn't be able to afford it however it turned out to be not only cost effective but also loaded with great features. Also a good warranty and good power and great gas milage to boot. all in all I love my new car and another great buy from Midway Motors.

Everyone was great to work with. From my initial contact with Jeremy everything went great. I really hoped to do a little more negotiating the price of the vehicle. But, I don't really know that much about them, so I didn't have a lot of negotiating power. My truck I bought still has to go in and get a problem fixed. Jeremy has offered to have it completely detailed when it goes back in so that is a plus also. If I still live in KS when I need a new vehicle I will come back to Midway.

My experience with Midway Motors has been more than exemplary. My first contact with Midway was on the website. I emailed an inquiry about a vehicle one evening and received a reply within 20 mins from Brian Carr. Needless to say I was impressed by the prompt response. We communicated by both phone, email and text from then on. I don't know about most people but I certainly appreciated the ability to send a text to Brian and get a response as opposed to having to make a phone call.Regarding the negotiation: I felt like my requests were met and that it was a equitable deal for both parties. There were a couple of items that were negotiated up front that were going to need to take place after the transaction closed, ie some touch up painting, and that happened without any hassle at all. They are also looking into a current problem with the air conditioner that was acknowledged by all parties prior to the purchase but was undiagnosable at that time. Brain has continued to reassure me that they will take care of it. I also appreciate the fact that Midway offerred 3 free oil changes after the purchase AND that they offer me a loaner car during that time since I am coming from out of town and can't just drop off the car.

We purchased a truck from Mike Gumm in March of 2011 and really liked him so when it came time to purchase a 2nd vehicle we went back to him. He did a great job and was very patient with me. Just wasn't impressed, I had allready visited a Ford dealer in Salina and had a pretty solid deal... My salesman assured me they could do better, but could not due to the fact Midway is not a Certified Ford Dealership. I wasn't excited about the follow up due to me having to call them instead of them contacting me. End result I purchased a car at Salina due to a far better intrust rate and customer service.

I have bought five vehicles from him 2 new and 3 used. They worked with me and found financing as well as the vehicle I needed. I had bought a new charger from him and my needs changed within a year so he found a used vehicle that fit my budget as well as giving me the most for my trade. They bent over backwards due to my changing life. I have bought vehicles from Rusty Eck Ford before but Jeff spent the time to look at the vehicle make sure it was in working order and gave me better customer service and a better vehicle. I found out the hard way that a bigger town sales is not always better when my car broke down and they didn't care because they already made the sale. Jeff assisted with any problems on any of the used vehicles I had and I am willing to drive the 60 miles any day because of the support and customer care they provide. You will not be upset with the customer care he provides.

Whatever you do when looking for a new or used car do not come here. Not even if you're desperate. They sold me a used Honda Accord and while on a test drive I was on it pulled to the left a bit. No big deal, I thought, so I bought it and scheduled an appointment to get it aligned. Come to find out the vehicle had been in an accident that was unreported by the previous owner and there was irreparable damage to the vehicle making it pull to the left. They're response? "It's yours now!" A couple days ago my check engine light came on. They said it had something to do with my transmission. Again, no big deal, I thought. I had bought the extended warranty for just such an emergency! (yay for being responsible and thinking ahead!) Today I was told my warranty ran out 2,000 miles ago. Lucky for Midway Motors Supercenter I guess! So here I am... stuck paying for a vehicle that I probably won't be able to sell due to the damage and now I have to buy a transmission even though I paid $2,000 for the warranty. Looks like Midway made a killing off of me!!Please. I beg of you. Take your business elsewhere.What's their motto? "Come be a part of the family."? If your family treated you like some sucker what would you do?

The dealership was great! Jeff helped us before we made the 4 hour drive to look at the truck helping us with financing and answering any questions we had. Once we made the drive to look at the truck he wasn't pushy at all. We took the truck for a drive then he gave us space to discuse our decision on making the purchase of the truck. We decided on purchasing the truck and finished things up with Steve. Jeff even gave my 5 year old a lil red car to match the truck so, "he could have a new car too". I located this Dealership while browsing car dealers. I asked for some pricing on a new GMC Terrain. Brian Carr responded on-line right away. We worked at a price on-line. On June 28 my Daughter and I were heading to Fort Beltkap Indian Reservation in Montana, when I started having car trouble. I pulled into the car lot of Midway Motors in McPherson, KS. Jon Rempel (General sales manager) met me at the door. I explained I was having trouble with my van, he took me to the service department. They confirmed my fears, the transmission was going out. Since my van was a Honda, they could not work on it because it was an import. I would have to take it to Salina, KS. 35 miles to the north. I called my husband in Arkansas, we tried without success to find a trailer to take the van, my daughter and me back home to Arkansas. Needless to say I was not having a very good day. My 9 year old daughter and I were 365 miles away from home, without my husband, in a strange town, and a broken down van. I was standing outside, shedding a few tears, praying "GOD what do I do now?" Jon must have seen me, he came up, ask what was wrong, I explained the person, I thought, that was going to come and get us, couldn't. While I was talking to Jon, I made the decision to trade. Jon took me to salesman Brent Pelzel. Brent found a Chevy Uplander in a nearby town. With my husband on the phone we traded a broken down Honda Van for a used running Chevy. That night my daughter and I spend the night in a very nice motel, provide by Jon. The next morning we were back on the road headed for Montana. I want to thank Jon and Brent for there concern and helpful attitude. GOD used them and Midway Motors to help me and my daughter when we were in need.

We would recommend this dealership because everyone went above and beyond their duty to get the vehicle we exactly wanted. We were pretty particular on what color and what features we wanted, the employees looked until they found exactly what we wanted and had it to the dealership the very next day. Through the process, Mandi kept us informed out what the progress was on our vehicle. We live 2 hours away from the dealership and they found the time to bring us the vehicle. All of the paperwork was handled over the phone, which means the world to us. We both work full-time and busy with our children's activities and don't have much time to sit and discuss numbers. Jeff called me when he had a truck that suited my requests and let me come and try it out. When I found the used truck I wanted, it had a couple of issues that needed to be addressed. I was looking to special order a new truck that I built online through my bank's car buying service. My bank had a network of dealerships contracted for this service, however the Dodge dealerships in the Kansas City area wouldn't even return my calls because they refused to honor the special price. My brother contacted Midway Motors who are not in my bank's contracted list and found out they were more than willing to order the truck with all the options I wanted at the special price. Tony Roets bent over backwards to assist in ordering it and kept me informed all the way through the process until the truck arrived. I have never felt so comfortable at a dealership before. I had just started to look for a quality used vehicle and found a couple of vehicles on the website that I was interested in. I test drove the Chevy Impala, but was unable to test the Pontiac G6 as it was also being looked at. I had set an appointment up with Kevin for the following afternoon, so that my husband could test both vehilces. Kevin called that afternoon, and said that G6 had sold, but he would have it there for us to test drive and if we liked it, he would start searching for us one. We came in the following day and the vehicles were ready. We drove the Impala again and both of us were impressed. We took the G6 on a short drive, but decided to see what could be done for us on the Impala. If we could not come to terms, Kevin said he would be happy to look for us a Program car G6 with the features we wanted. We were offered a very fair deal on the Chevy and decided to buy. Kevin was very professional, personable, and easy to work with. As were all those involved. The employees were all very friendly and took the time to call me by my name. I have to take the vehilce back in to have the window tint redone that was torn when the window stickers were removed. Kevin set this up in a timely manner and I pointed out that the passenger side front windshield gaurd was loose, and he promised to have that looked at also.I have recommended Midway Motors to a friend that is currently looking for a vehicle and will definitely give her Kevin's name.Thank you

We have been doing business with Chris Hanschu for quite a few years. We wanted a special truck and Kris found it for us. We purchased our van from him and last week he called Calvin and said he had the perfect vehicle for us; it just came in. We went down the next day , saw it, and bought it. I found the Midway Motors website while conducting an Internet web search for a particular vehicle I was interested in. I ran the search on Sunday and left contact information as they were closed. On Monday morning I was contacted by Jeff Biehler, the internet sales rep from Midway. Jeff was quite friendly and soon answered all of my questions. Because of my conversation with Jeff, I felt confident enough with Midway to make the long drive to their dealership which was an out of state drive for me. When I arrived at the dealership in McPherson KS, the vehicle was ready and waiting for a test drive and Jeff and I were soon on our way. The car was just as Jeff represented. Before closing the deal, I asked Jeff if he could arrange to put the car on a lift so I could inspect the undercarriage. Within 15 minutes, we were in the service department and on the lift. A dealership mechanic was even available to assist if I needed it. I loved the car and within minutes closed the deal, got a great finance rate and was ready to hit the road. I was impressed with each and every employee I came in contact with at the dealership. I was also impressed with the wide selection of new and used vehicles Midway Motors had available. After returning home, I received a call from Jeff Biehler to see how the car and I were getting along and to see if I was satisfied with the purchase. Overall, I am quite happy with the treatment I received. In fact, I plan on making Midway Motors and Jeff Biehler my first contact for the purchase of my next new car.

When I entered the dealership I was not exactly sure what type of vehicle I was looking for. I wanted something that was fuel efficient and could comfortably accomodate my family of four. Mike Gumm, the salesman who assisted me, was very helpful and patient as I test drove several types of cars before finally making a selection. There were many options to choose from on the lot and Mike was able to show me a variety of cars that met my criteria and were in my price range. I am very happy with my Ford Fusion, and I would recommend Midway Motors to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.

I test drove a used car from the Newton location. The first thing I was told when I saw the vehicle was that there was a rattle in the driver's side rear panel which would "of course be fixed." I had my mechanic look at the vehicle. He also mentioned the rattle as well as the rear tires needing to be replaced. I gave an offer very close to the asking price, including 2 rear tires and the rattle being fixed. They would not budge on the price, and wouldn't fix the rattle nor include tires. I waited about a month and made the same offer online. After exchanging a couple emails the offer was accepted. In the end, I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted, I'm just glad I waited.

Jeff was a very friendly and effective salesman. He was not pushy nor did he force a deal on my that day. I told exactly what I wanted and he did not try to sell me anythihng more than what I was looking for. That's EXACTLY how I want to buy from a dealership. I did have one minor issue with my vehicle and Jeff took care of it immediatly. For my next car purchase I will start and end my search with Midway Motors.

I was impressed with the dealership, although I was only there for an hour or so to trade in my old car for the new one i purchased. Very clean, everyone was friendly and attentive. Throughout my working career I have been a very strict evaluator and rarely would give a "5" unless a category totally exceeds my expectations. I used the same approach here as well.Customer service provided by Chad Curl was good. This is being picky, but the initial email calculating the price was inaccurate. I left the dealership without the sales contract and other papers, and they had to be mailed to me. We also had a disagreement concerning the front license plate bracket. However, Chad was quick to take care of these things for me as quickly as possible.So, overall I was happy with how I was treated, and I would recommend the dealership and Chad as a salesperson.

Mike went out of his way to find the perfect car for our needs! I found Midway Motors through AutoTrader.com, so I wasn't sure what to expect at first. However, my experience with them was very good. They were willing to help me make my budget work and went out of their way to help us complete the paperwork, even though we live in another town. They stayed after hours to help us without any complaints, and I felt like we were treated with respect throughout the entire process. I definitely think that I will go to Midway Motors first the next time I'm in the market for a new (or used) vehicle.

We live 3 hours from this dealership yet when we contact them they are wonderful to work with. This is the second new vehicle we have purchased from Midway and I'm sure it will not be the last! Marilyn came in on her day off to work with us and was there before we got to the dealership and there when we left. She is very nice to work with. Only talked to mindi on the phone but she found this escape. I called her wednesday but she was sick. I thought no deal until she gets back to work. Jeff called me back and said he knew about the deal Mindi and me were talking about and to come on down to McPherson, he had the vehicle on the lot. When I got there and met Jeff things went very well. We got the escape and just love it. I could not have asked for a better car buying experience! We contacted Lisa Ediger on a Wednesday afternoon and gave her some information on what we were looking for. She was extremely friendly and very easy to work with. She had our paperwork ready to go before we even got to the dealership, knowing we were on a bit of a tight schedule. Well now, the sale was initiated through their web page and Mandy replied to my query about this particular Ford Fusion, it is a V-6 which is kinda scarce in our particular area. She e-mailed me and I responded with a trip to McPherson on a very rainy day. We were pleased with the car and purchased it without having to struggle with a decision to purchase it with our tradein. We are very happy with it. Our first 450 mile trip indicated 28.5 mpg avg and a bit over 33 mpg actual total. We were treated very well by all at the dealership. I have done business there twice befor.

My wife and I had a great experience with Midway Motors in McPherson Kansas. I bought a truck from Jeff Biehler in 2005 when he was with a different dealership and it was a pleasent purchase. When I was looking for a different truck, I contacted Jeff about a truck and even though it was Jeff's day off, he was willing to make arrangements for the truck to be shown to me. Since I did not want to bother Jeff on his day off, a couple days later, he brought the truck to my house 50 miles away and showed me the truck. The next day we communicated through several emails and later that night, we reached a deal and left the dealership with the truck. Jeff made it fast, about 45 minutes at the dealership, and easy. I have purchased 2 trucks from Jeff since 2005 and I highly reccommend Jeff to anyone who is in the market to purchase a vehicle. We have driven our current car for over 12 years. We finally decided we wanted a more economical car and we are strictly ford people. We like to buy at home whenever possible so we called Kris Hanchu and told him what car we wanted. Kris helped us decide on color and features, supporting our choices as well as making suggestions. I was in the market to downsize from my F-350 Duper Duty Deisel to a F-150. I was refered to Jeff from a friend and I am not dissapointed to say the least. So nice to walk into a dealership and say this is what I am willing to spend a month, here is my down payment, can you make it happen. No haggle about the price, no trying to talk you into something you can afford or want to afford a month. I went in knowing which I wanted that I found on there website. I told Tyson this is how much we got, this is my payment range, can me make it happen. About an hour later off we go with the vehicle. They stayed late even to make it happen so we wouldn't have to drive back the 43 miles to the dealership. Now lets talk about the price for the vehicle, well lets just say it was AMAZING!!!. I can't believe that I got, not only what I wanted, but they sell for so cheap. If you want easy dealings, no pressure, no haggle and amazing prices go see Tyson Speers at the Hutchinson store. My experience at Midway Motors was outstanding! The friendly atmosphere and knowledgeable staff were the best I have dealt with in all of the years I have been buying cars. This was the first new car that my family and I have purchased and I have to tell you what a pleasure it was buying this car. Mike Gumm was my sales manager and I had been dealing with him for about 2 months looking on and off at different vehicles that would fit our family needs. Mike was amazing to deal with, his up front honesty and vast knowledge of vehicles made it easy for us to finally settle on a crew cab pickup that was perfect for us. I also worked with Stephen Floyd in the finance department; he did a great job of breaking down the numbers and taking the time to explain all of the details and fine print. I was also excited when he called me the following day and told me that I qualified for another discount on my vehicle thus saving us more money and a lower monthly payment. The Hoover family has done a great job of turning Midway Motors into one of the primer car dealerships in the state of KS. Jason and his staff did a great job making us feel welcome and part of the family from the moment we walked in all the way up to the end when we left. A friend suggested that I go to Midway Motors, McPherson, Ks. to look at cars as she knew I was planning to trade. She recommended talking to Kris Hanschu as she had just completed business with him on a new car. I found Kris to be very helpful and pleasant to talk to. I was no rushed at all and he found a new Ford Escape Limited for me. I am 73 and daily learning more and more about all the "buttons" to push with the help of the guide and owner's manual. Very satisfied with this dealership.

Ok, here's how I'll do this. I will comment on each of the above items as they related to the delearship as I saw it and how Kris Hanschu handled the situation.1. Customer Service - The car had some items that needed attention as any used car will have and Kris made sure they were taken care of them to our satisfaction. Thanks Kris.2. Quality of Work - The first time we saw the car, the detail shop had done a less than stellar job. Thank you, Kris. You took it back and had the detail redone and then it was excellent.3. Friendliness - Our only direct contact was with Kris and we have absolutely NO complaints. Sales people all around the area could watch Kris and learn a LOT on how to take care of a customer.4. Overall Experience - The detail boondoggle is the only thing that keeps our overall experience from being great. Again, had it not been for Kris, our overall experience would not have been nearly so good. Thanks again Kris.5. Price - The price in my humble opinion was a bit high, but I honestly think that Kris got the best price for us that he possibly could.

At the end of the day, I felt like this dealership...the sales staff and finance office...had treated me and my family like we were important to them as people, not just another customer that had come through their door. They did their best to find us a vehicle that would meet our needs. We felt cared for, not sold to. There was no pressure, no obvious push to get us into a vehicle. The staff, also, seemed glad to be there. Everyone I met, even if in passing, was friendly and smiling. I was well pleased at the experience, with no buyer's remorse.

We were in need of a new vehicle for me to use for my work, I had heard about Midway Motors and that they had a web site. I went online and found their site. It was very easy to navigate and I soon found a van that looked like what I wanted. Everyone I dealt with from Sales, to Financing, to Shop and Delivery were very cordial and willing to do anything we needed. I can't say enough about how pleased we are with all the Midway SuperCenter staff and our new vehicle. From the moment i walked in the door all the staff was friendly. i think that my first impression was wow this isnt a big dealer atmophere. well the truck i was looking for was not there and with out question they got it there for me the next day. let me drive it and really just worked there tails off to get me the loan. let me tell you no dealer has ever worked and been so so patient with me. i tell everyone that i am very happy with the way i was treated. knowing that my friend had just got a car from another deal and in no way would be interested in a car.they even treated him like he was a friend of theres. great place to deal

In 1988 Dutch found a 88 Airostar with only 6,000 miles for me. Then in 2000 Dutch asold me a brand new Windstar. Just now 6-13-11 I bought a 2010 Mercury Mainer with less than 7,000 miles on it. I have had my cars serviced there from 88 on and have had good experiences there all of the time. I rate Midway Motors at the top.

Every time I have been to dealership I get bombarded by salesmen that are just in it for the money and the sale. Chad approached us very kindly and was there to just help us whether we got a car or not. I don't know much about cars an I was nervous I was going to get scammed so I had my family on the phone constantly trying to help me out. Chad was very patient and talked to each to each of them. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealer. Oscar was very helpful as I worked thru the purchasing process. He listened to my concerns about the vehicle and resolved the problems. I can't think of one thing that was not enjoyable when purchasing our car. All of the staff was very friendly and seemed totally focused on our happiness, which is a nice change of pace from dealing with one that only cares about the sale. We drove all the way from Wichita to buy from Midway, Rod and company stayed an extra two hours after closing to help us. They closed at 6 but stayed to meet us at 7, and the deal was done by 8. Most dealers say they treat you like family, but we really felt like family with Midway. We got a fantastic deal, my wife got the car she has always wanted, and when the deal was done we couldn't have been happier. I would recommend Rod and Midway to anyone, it is well worth the drive from Wichita!

This dealership was very friendly. I felt I got straight answers to my questions. We left without finding what we were looking for, but didn't feel like they were pushing anything on us to get a sale. We left and they said a friendly good bye and "we'll keep looking for your perfect car". We re-evaluted and decided to buy new. I arrived at this dealership nearing 5:30 pm as most people were racing to get home from nearby stores...not this crew. All were still working quietly in each of their destined areas. I was introduced to Kris for the first time and he treated me like an old friend with gracious politeness and professionalism. I was there right on time, and they got me right in. I expected to be there for awhile since they were busy-----but was out of there in about 45 minutes! Fantastic! Very grateful..........great job!

My experience so far is only with the sales process, not repairs or maintenance.I set out to buy a truck from a dealer from whom I have purchased my last 4 vehicles. I explained what I was looking for and was told they would look for a vehicle and call me. A month later they e-mailed me a spam message requesting I contribute to a charity event they were sponsoring. The only response I received from them.I tried the local dealer closest to where I live. I explained what I was looking for and they told me they had that exact vehicle and made me a quote. It was one on their lot and was the wrong color, wrong size and wrong engine and had a completely different list of options than I was looking for. I repeated what I was looking for and they had a different one that was just what I needed. Wrong color, wrong size, wrong options, etc. I told them I wasn't interested unless they could find what I was actually looking for. They said they would find one and call me. Never heard another word from them.I tried www.autotrader.com and Midway Ford responded to my request. Mike listened to what I was looking for and said he would try to find one. He worked diligently and found one, but it was sold out from under us. He found some more that were close and explained the particular options that were causing him difficulty in finding the exact option list. They weren't deal killers and by giving up 1 desired option, Mike was able to find a vehicle quickly. Knowing I was pressed for time and leaving on a long trip in a week, Mike flew someone to the truck who drove it back to Midway and it was ready four days before I was leaving.Mandi was very helpful in coordinating events and relaying information back and forth for Mike and me.Wayne did a very thorough and professional job of explaining all the financing and warranty alternatives, allowed me to choose without undo pressure and processed all the paperwork in record time.Mike went over the vehicle thoroughly with me and explained all the new features and functions.The dealership was neat and clean. All the employees were friendly and helpful. I was quite surprised to find a dealership this large in such a small rural town. It became apparent that the owners have a good handle on growing a successful business. Midway clearly wanted my business and the employees worked hard to meet my needs. I'm very pleased with the whole experience and hope Midway is also.

When buying a car new or used it's always a stressful experiance. Mark McDaniel made that hassle free. I live 2 hours away from the dealership and all my shopping was done over the phone. All information that was given over the phone was correct and never was misleading. He was willing to help and actually provide true customer service. While dealing with other salesman, from a different company, all they want to do is just get you in and try to butter you up. Mark listened to what I want told him what I was expecting and I drove a 2007 chevy off their lot. I showed up, took it for a test drive and paper work was ready for me to sign. I am very happy with the service. Everyone I have talked to did a great job. On the little survey up there to rate your dealer.. I don't think 5 is a good number cause I would give Mark McDaniel and Midway Motors a 10 anyday. Thanks guys.Jeff

Truly outstanding service. Buying a car is typically an adversarial experience, but this was not the case with Midway Motors. I live about 200 miles away from the dealership, they sent someone to pick me up to just to look at the car. Although I did purchase the car, should I have chosen not to, it would have been another free ride back home. You just don't find this kind of customer service any more...tack the very reasonable price on top and there's just no reason to keep buying cars from dealerships with high pressure tactics or gimmics to get you to purchase a car for more than you should pay.Take it from someone who hates dealing with dealerships, give them a call.

We searched all over Wichita for a good deal with no luck. Then we heard about Midway and decided to drive the short trip to McPherson. Their 1st offer on our trade in was $5000 more than anywhere else, and the price of the car we bought was below KBB! Nate was very helpful, and they made this the best car buying experience I've had in years. In 3 years I've bought 19 cars, so in a few months when I get bored with this one I'll definately be back!

We had a very easy purchase expirence with Midway Motors. We drove from Wichita and the final price was definatly worth it. They were very patient while when we had trouble getting insurance information from our company during purchase. Title and all necessary paperwork to tag and register car came very fast. Only issue was it took several phone (about a month) calls to set up getting a few dings out of door that was promised on contract. Def. recommend.

Although I did not purchase a vehicle from Midway Motors, Neil Dykes was very helpful in making available the vehicle that I was interested in. He showed me and test drove several vehicles and was willing to meet me at my convenience. The dealership was somewhat fair in the trade in allowance for my vehicle. The salesmen were honest and knowledgeable without being too pushy. We decided not to purchase a vehicle at this time due to personal financial reasons. Initial contact through Internet was prompt and helpful. Dealership was willing to schedule an appointment later in the day to accomodate our schedule. The car(s) we were interested in were already up front in the lot when we arrived. VERY friendly, timely and competent service. Kevin was great!!! A++ but a Tim Roets got into the picture and I felt that he talked down to me since I was a women. Also some of the detail about the truck didn't come out until we trying to make the deal until I had to push to get the infomation. Tim couldn't get me e-mail a break down on what we were talking about because he said he didn't know how to do that with the computer. Come on! You need better qualified to help in your business. Great people to deal with when looking at new and used cars. Very friendly and helpful when we were trying to decide on new or used. Jeff, Tim and Wayne answered all of our questions and did not have that pushy attitude most car dealers have. I would recommend Midway Motors and their staff if you are looking for a new or used car.

We live over 80 miles from Midway Motors in McPherson but we try to get our van sericed at their dealership because they are extremely friendly, helpful and have good prices. I would strongly recomend Midway Motors in McPherson. I have not been to another shop that works so hard for "my" satisfaction.

Worked with Mandi and Mike mostly via phone and email to research and ultimately purchase new Dodge Ram 1500 pickup. I'm roughly 150 miles away from McPherson. These two were exceptional to work with. All details that could be were worked out in advance due to distance. The few details left were quick and easy to take care of when I arrived at the dealership to finalize my purchase and trade in.I have not had a lot of wonderful car buying experiences in my life. Most have been adequate, but few are ever wonderful. This was the exception. This experience not only met my needs, but exceeded my expectations in terms of the fact that I was dealing with really nice people. No games, no hidden agendas, no hype, everything up front, honest discussion about their needs as well as mine, relaxed and yet very focused on answering all questions.My thanks. Even though its 150 miles, I believe I'll be back.

I started shopping for a truck, I wanted a Black F150, supercrew, 4x4, with the 5.4 engine. Well in about a month or so they found me the perfect truck, with all the accersories i wanted, and it was the dark charcoal colored truck. I didnt think it came in the f150 series, thought it was just the F250 and above. But they found me the perfect truck. The staff was all friendly and they know you by name when you walk in the door.

I found Midway Motors online through cars.com. They had a truck I was interested in so I called and spoke with Jeremy. After answering a few questions I had about the truck, I decided to drive up and see it. I had 2 vehicles to trade but could only bring one with me as I live an hour away. After the deal was done they made arrangements to come and pick up my second trade in vehicle while I was at work. It was all very easy and overall a pleasant experience. The next day after the deal was done, I found some minor damage to a side mirror (used vehicle) that I had not seen while on the lot. I talked with Jeremy again and he said he would make it right. He ordered the new part and I set up a service appointment. Truck is good as new now. If I get the chance, I would send others to Midway Motors.

Best buying experience Ive ever had. Jeff Biehler was great to work with. After the purchase, they followed through and sent the car to a body shop to fix some rock chips and dings at their expense. They also replaced the side view mirror switch which I found wasnt working after the purchase. They even gave me a loner car while the repairs were made! I would buy a car at Midway again and highly recommend them.Got a great price and great follow up service.

I loved the easy going atmosphere. Neil was really nice and relaxed, joked around with us. He let me test drive several cars and keep them over night which was really nice. He made sure I was happy with what I was getting and made the financial process easy. I absolutely love my new car and happy I chose midway motors-Neil to help me find a car!

Both Neil & Wayne are very personable and pleasant to work with. Everyone at the dealership had a word of greeting for people coming in. They listened to what I was looking for and respected how I wanted to do things, rare things when a woman walks into a car dealership. Nate was really easy to work with, and very helpful. He brought the vehicle out to our place for us to test drive, which was very helpful with a young family. My only criticism was the cleanliness of the vehicle. It seemed they took it in on trade and starting showing it without thoroughly cleaning it. Nate did have that done before we purchased it.

Mike was great to work with. Made my husband and I feel very comfortable. He made sure we got the vehicle we wanted at a price that we could afford. Mike was very friendly and very easy to work with. when our car died we started looking online before heading out to actually look at vehicles. Midway Motors has one in our price range was what we were looking for. They treated us very well and when some of our paper work was not quite right they brought it to our house to get corrected. We were already in the middle of a very difficult day when our car broke down in Hutchinson. It was recommended to us that we be towed to Midway Motors. From the time we stepped out of the tow truck, the remainder of our day was full of God's grace, Gabe, Rick, and Wayne - a marvelous combination that made for a day we will never forget. When we first decided to trade in our current car our first stop was Midway Motors Supercenter in McPherson, KS. Even though we said we were just beginning to check around we were treated as if we were ready to buy. We went other places but if felt like the salesmen always had one eye on the next customer.Dutch Ediger made sure that we found the vehicle that we wanted and when we decided to order a 2011 Edge SEL he kept us updated on the delivery time. When our Edge arrived Dutch made sure that the right people were available to aquaint us with the Edge.When we scheduled the Finishing Touch Package Dutch loaned us his vehicle and then delivered our Edge when it was finished.Even the finance person made that process feel painless. Me and my fiancee were looking for an suv with 3rd row seating. Midway Motors were very helpfull and had good pictures of the vehicles we were interested in online. My expeirence with Nate was great from the first time he called my back about the venture van I purchased. We played phone tag for a while cause im not aloud to have a cell phone at work but he did keep me updated and answered every question I had about my van. I took his word on how good the van drove and ran. I didnt even test drive the van before I payed for it. Nate Anderson's word is more than good in my book! My experience with the salesmen and the mechanics was great. The reason that i gave it a 3 on the overall experience is because my car broke down the next day but i understand that the dealership is not at fault for that, and that it's just something that happened. The price was a little high for the amount of miles that were on it but overall i'm ok with my purchase.

Purchased 2011 Acadia Denali. Salesman Jeremy Blake was very good and not high pressure. Had to order the vehicle and he went over the few options avaible so we could add or leave out. The day we picked up the vehicle Jeremy and finacial staff really made it easy. Also bought a 2008 GMC Sierra from Midway, Jeremy was Salesman for it also. Kenny Seely in service dept. is very good as had a problem with back ddoor locks and Kenny took very good care of the problem. People cuss GM warranties, but you have to remember the warranty is only as good as the dealer you bought vehicle from and Midway Motors strives to make every effort to every customer happy.

The website of Midway Motors allowed me to view the actual vehicles I wanted. I could not find this service at any other dealer. I was able to call up there, talk to a friendly representative, drive up there, and they had the pickup ready for me. Their personnel went out of their way to fit to my schedule on that particular day. I previously had been to a competitors of Midway Motors (in Wichita) and was not impressed. The competitor was very high pressure and kept trying to make me buy a pickup I did not want. On the other hand at Midway; very low pressure. They cared about what I wanted and wanted to make me happy rather than make the sale. The experience I had at Midway was exceptional to my experience at other dealers. I also went in for my first oil change recently. Everyone remembered me by name and since I was waiting in the lobby for my oil change; I was in and out of there in a very timely manner.

When I called on the last truck it was Wednesday and we had the deal completed Friday afternoon, and Doug had to get the truck from another location so he could show it to me.

I've purchased new vehicles from Davis Moore, Conklins, and Steven's Infiniti, and the experience at Midway was by far the most enjoyable car buying experience I've had. They were VERY straight forward during the negotiations - no games of "let me go talk with my sales manager and I'll get back with you.". They bent over backwards to understand what I wanted, and then they found a way to put a deal together that was fair for both of us. This was the most low pressure and HONEST dealing I've ever had with a car dealership. So although I went in "loaded with research and prepared for battle", I didn't need any of it. I highly recommend Midway if you are in the market for a new vehicle!

I was looking online for a car for my Son to begin with, but seen a car on there that I liked. I called about it and found out Noel Wilson worked there I am a very loyal and repeat customer of his. between my Mom and I we have purchased 6 cars from Noel.He is a wonderful "salesman" He does not make you feel pressured into buying anything and if you tell him what you are looking for he helps you get into that or close.I live almost 2 hours away and he found a couple things in my range and so I drove over there and the one I was going to test drive was being driven so we walked the lot and found a few BUT when we seen the Buick Rainier I really liked it.we drove it ,took it to the office and the other one showed up. By the way, the other one was more money, Noel very nicely persuaded me to stick with the Rainier. it had more options and was by far a nicer car. He didn't flinch at the fact that the cheaper car would be sold verses the more expensive one. I'm sure commission is better for the pricey ones, That just shows he wasn't all about the sale. We had a wonderful experience with Midway Motors. I was VERY impressed that John and the general manager came to our house to look at our cars for trade in values since we had three cars and only two of us to drive. The staff was very patient and friendly - seemed to be no pressure whatsoever. When we went to McPherson to fill out the paperwork, we felt welcomed and that our needs were important to the staff working with us. We just stopped in on our way home to Emporia to see what they had. Jeff brought this 2007 Ford Expedition around to us and let us take a ride in it. We really liked it, gave him a price, he came back with only $200 more and we took it! Jeff was great, as was everyone in the dealership. We had our dog with us and they were very accommodating. We were made aware of the service plan but were not pressured to take it. It was a very pleasing transaction.

We purcahsed a 2010 F-150 from Kris Hanschu, he is a top notch salesman. We have purchased multiple vehicles from him and will continue to purchase our vehicles from him. He went above and beyond to get us our vehicle. I never in a million years expected him to do what he did so he could get us our vehicle. The finance guy, Wayne, is awesome! I have never had such a great experience buying a car. I told Chad what I was looking for, and what my budget was, and he didn't try to sell me something that he wanted to sell. He listened to what I wanted, and produced what I wanted. I also didn't get bombarded with salesmen when I went to look, I looked and then was able to go talk to a salesperson. That is great!!

Overall, this was a low pressure buying experience. The only thing I was not completely satified with was the trade in value of my vehicle, but I believe this is the case for almost any car dealership. I would recommend Noel Wilson and Midway Motors to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Chad Curl did a great job of finding the vehicle and preparing it for us. His salesmanship is above and beyond all accolades.The appraisal of our old vehicle was done quickly and efficiently.He went with us as we took the new vehicle for a drive, and he explained all the bells and whistles on the new vehilce.We explained that we needed another key, and he said he would find another key, so both drivers would have a key.He explained that the new vehicle was still under warranty and the paint on the front quarter panel would be painted with factory warranty.

My parents wanted to get a new car and we decided on Midway Motors in McPherson. When we arrived Chad was on hand to help us out. I explained the needs of my parents and he understood what we were looking for. He was very patient as we test drove two cars and couldn't decide which one to buy. Then we saw it, 2011 Terrian. That was it for Dad and Mom. Dad took it for a test drive and decided that this would be a good purchase. Mom and Dad enjoyed driving the Terrian around town. It was easy to park and to manuever in the garage. It was decided that the monthly payment was too high on a fixed income, so we went to Brian Goodheart in Hutchinson and he was just as patient as Chad. Mom and Dad found the RIGHT SUV and have been very happy with the SUV and with the affordable monthly payment. Thank you to all at Midway Motors. I will be back to purchase my truck.

Was actually dropping off my truck for a oil change and happened to see a Yukon XL out front. Lesa knew that I had been looking for one and told me I needed to look at it. When I asked the price I was surprised and we started working on a deal to trade. They let me take it for the night to make sure it was going to meet my needs and get the needed approval for the spouse and the bank. They made me such a good deal that the financing was no problem and was taking it home within 2 days. I was really pleased with the way the whole deal washandled from start to finish. Even after I purchased the vehicle I discovered that it needed to be aligned and they were quick to take care of it, making the experience even better. Will definately be looking to business with them in the future when the need arises.

Purchasing my new GMC Sierra from Midway Motors was a pleasurable experience. I found the vehicle I wanted on their website and made an email inquiry about the vehicle, Mark McDaniel replied to me within minutes, answered my questions and offered to set up a test drive the next day. When I arrived at the dealership, the pickup was ready to go and Mark and I took it for a drive. He was courteous, professional and knowledgable about the vehicle. There was absolutely no pressure or gamesmanship. We negotiated the price, shook hands and they had the paperwork and pickup ready to go when I returned later in the day. Mark went over the vehicle with me so I understood all of the controls and maintenance and I left the dealership truly feeling good about the whole experience.

They are friendly up to the point when you hand over the check, then they forget all about you. I have been waiting for parts for my truck, and I have not received a phone call or nothing. I regret buying from there! They did find a truck that I'm happy with, if only they were better with the after the buy service.

Price was a fair price. My salesmen was first class, and very honest. He didn't try selling me something I didn't or wasn't even looking for. I told him what i was looking for and that is what he sold me. Fair trade on my vehicle also. They seem to be fair and honest people.

This dealership and the sales personnel were outstanding. I lived a good hour and a half away and did not want to spend a whole day driving around not knowing if i can buy a car that day. Midway motors, and Mark worked with me over the phone and were able to pre-approve me for the car i wanted; they even offered to come and pick me up to go out to the dealership! I felt very comfortable with the sales price of the car and my overall experience was probably the best Ive ever had in regards to buying a car. What an enjoyable buying experience. Kris made the experience a pleasure - we didn't have to play any of the back and forth to the manager's office games that are many times played at some car dealerships. Kris did a great job. I called the dealership because i totalled out my car the night before. I spoke with Kris hanschu about getting a compact suv. He told me of several options and i told him which suv's i saw on the internet that i was interested in. Kris asked me if i had a vehicle and i told him no, he was at my house in 15 min with one of the suv's i told him i was interested in. At the dealership there was no pressure to buy anything, just the opposite, Kris new what i wanted and what i needed and explored all the options with me. Kris knew when to give me the space to look around on my own and was there to answer questions i had. Kris is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with out looking up the answers, he even knew mpg's on a lot of the cars i looked at. First Ford salesman that i actually like and will return when i need a new car.

Midway Motors has been the worst car experience I have ever had. I bought my car in the end of January shortly after when I would try to accelerate from stopping my car would not shift into gear. I called their service department and they came and got my car. I called them a week later after not hearing anything from them and they said they couldn't find anything wrong with the car. After a couple more days he calls me and tells me they found the problem and needed to replace my transmission. I get my car back a month to a month and a half later and it is still doing the same thing. I call the service dept and they set up an apt to come get my car the next Thursday. That weekend I head out of town and my car dies on the side of the highway. They come pick up my car and call me a week later saying again there is nothing that they can find wrong with my car. The car they bring me to drive while they are trying to figure out what is wrong with my car has a crack in the windshield the gas cover is hanging down. When they bring back my car and pick up the car they loaned me Gabe calls and says they are going to charge me 500.00 for damage to the car that they lent me due to there being a dent in the door and that the car was on the lot and had no problems when they brought it to me. They didn't have me do any inspection of the car when they brought it to me and for all I know the dent was already there. So Gabe tells me that I would have to find someone else to do business with due to that I wouldn't pay the 500.00 to fix the dent in the car. My car dies on me the next weekend on the highway again. Talking to a mechanic he said it sounded like they didn't unhook the battery and reset the computer. In doing that my car hasn't died since but I am still having my original problem and having to take it to an actual service dept that knows what they are doing to fix the transmission. And they are still charging me the 1400.00 and now are putting a finance charge on their every month which Gabe never mentioned when he said I could make payments of around 100.00 a month for the transmission that either wasn't needed or wasn't installed properly. I have actually turned this company into the better business bureau and hope that I can actually get something resolved. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, and everyone that I talk to about my car problems asks where I got my car I tell them Midway Motors in Mcpherson and they all say that they will never go there and will pass the word around to other to not go there

My wife and I drove to Midway Motors after seeing an ad for a truck we were interested in. I called the day before and spoke to a Mark McDaniel who was a salesman. The day we arrived to look at the truck we took it for a test drive. Mark already warned us that the truck is brand new to the dealership and that they have not had enough time to look over any issues that may be present. Well needless to say we discovered some issues. Mark apologized and in not the exact words was not going to sell that truck to us. He did however help us find another truck that met our needs. While discussing the sale with him he made some other offers included in the truck that my wife and I discussed earlier in the day that we needed in a truck. Needless to say we purchased the truck at a great price and been happy with it ever since. Mark listened to us and knew what we wanted and needed and did whatever he had to to get that for us. I recommend anyone to take a trip to McPherson, KS to Midway Motors and visit with Mark McDaniel. You will be happy that you did.

Buying a new vehicle has always been a distasteful chore. It was a welcome surprise to find that this dealer and their employees were at all times friendly and courteous. We have been searching for just the right pickup truck for over a year now. Chad notified us promptly when a vehicle fitting our description and budget was traded into Midway motors. Chad is very outgoing, asks alot of questions to find out what you're after then goes to work to find it for you. The entire staff at Midway was very responsive throughout our entire transaction and overall we are completely satisfied. Wayne in finance is like nothing we have ever seen. I've purchased several new and used vehicles and this was the best purchasing experience I have ever had. Incredibly nice people. Honest! No pressure. No haggling. No games. We worked the deal over the Internet and via email. When I got to the dealership, the vehicle was as-advertised with no surprises. The free 50/50 powertrain warranty guarantees they won't sell you a lemon. Ditch the metro dealers and call Kelly or Christian. They will take care of you.

I have to give these two men a applause for all the hard work for me and my family. they gave me a reasonable car to take my medically ill son to the doctor in another state a reliable car. Even a price that we could afford. We could have gone through the local dealership here in town but dont really care for them or there business so we chose to look somewhere else. The two men worked there butts off the get the price down enough that we could afford it and all the medication that our son takes a month and still be able to make ends meet. The men will never know how much I, we thank them. The van had its last leg at the trip I am demanding it to take. The tears of joy that they give to me for helping us out on the long road of unsureness that we have traveled with. This is all a little step in helping me take him to where he needs to go and all the places we have to go. That Envoy will make at least 1 out of town trip a month and 4-5 trips a year for out of state miles. So thank you Kevin and Christian so very much. Never being in a hurry, I have learned to take my time over the years in choosing and inspecting a prospective buy.This time was no different and soon received a call from Mike stating he had 'the car' for me. Midway went one better with thorough wash clean,(you could only imagine how dirty from driving across seven states) and loaner car, I will go no where else, the Hoover family (Midway)is highly concerned for the care of their clients, and their own employees, thay were so gracious, and kind, and even when my wife and I were to leave for our return trip to North Carolina, they kindly provided a driver to take us to the Wichita Airport.. Once upon a time I was traveling through this car lot and through the mist and the haze of the car buying experience strolled a giant of an individual by the name of Neil Dykes. I was hungry for a good deal and thirsty for an upgrade from my broken down nag, Neil was there for me. He could have turned up his nose at my less than perfect credit. He could have shunned my picky demands but he didn't, he dug in his heels and went to work for me. He had the big stick swingin and sharp blade slashin and in the end made me a deal I couldn't sidestep. I would most definitely recommend Neil and midway Motors! A big salute to ya-all and keep up the good work. And Neil, your my new favorite dyke!

The employees that I worked with through this dealership were friendly, accommodating and thorough. They answered all my questions and made sure I understood their answers. It was an overall comfortable atmosphere to purchase an automobile. It was my first experience purchasing a car on my own, and they made it a pleasant one.

I was in a bind with my previous vehicle and was told Midway was the place to go! I did some shopping before I went to Midway hoping to make some competition for them. And found nothing. But what I found at Midway was Neil Dykes who was a very courteous, energetic man, who came down on my level and tried relating to me. Instead of just being a 'salesmen' like you get at most dealerships. Neil was nice enough to take us to their other locations and show us around. And instead of pushing a sale the whole time we talked about other things and tried to get to know each other. All in all I would highly recommend going to Midway for any vehicle! The staff there is very nice and will help you out!

I was in the market to buy a car for my daughter. She test drove the car by herself and Jeff was very helpful and answered all of her questions. My experience purchasing the car was great. Paul made a promise that he never kept, just to make the sell!! The Hutchinson dealership passes the buck and has never followed up on the promise Paul made to have the vehicle fixed. This is not a dealership I will ever buy from again, because after the sell they don't care!!

We live 3 hours away from McPherson, KS and found some vehicles online on the Midway Motors website. Because we did live so far away we were hoping to get someone at Midway that would understand our specific wants and needs for a new vehicle. Jeremy Blake was our salesman here and he went above and beyond anything I would expect a dealer to do. He took a lot of time to find us exactly what we wanted-even getting extra pictures of vehicles and emailing them to me and calling us with anything new that came in that we would be interested in. We did go with a vehicle that hadn't even been posted on the website yet-so we really appreciated his attention to our needs and knowing we would love this vehicle. Jeremy and Aaron Rowe worked great with our budget and got us into the vehicle of our choice. Everyone in the office are extremely friendly and we would absolutely recommend Midway Motors to anyone looking for a vehicle!!

I went to midway motors because a fried recommend the place . Usually u can spend hours on end trying to get somewhere close to a price you both agree on ,but I was able to get a fair price quick and easy not a bunch of back and forth Jeff did a good job. It was also nice only dealing with two people not like other places where you have to deal with 4 or more people thanks Jeff

I drove all the way from Winfield to McPherson to look at a '05 Chevy Cobalt LS that I saw from autotrader.com. Jeff was so determined to get me into this car that he said he would let me drive the car back home to show my parents before I signed the papers. And he even said he would personally deliver the car to me with a full tank of gas if that would seal the deal. I got a great deal for this car and I couldn't be happier. With the friendly service I got from Midway Motors, and the determination to help me get a car on my own, I would defiantly recommend them.

I enjoyed working with Neil Dykes. He was very professional when it came to the understanding of my wants and needs. I feel he pushed his his hardest trying to have me drive off the lot with a newer vehicle, his communication skills were very well, and there were periods of time where it was a long wait, but he was of good company. I would recommend Neil to any other individuals wanting to get a new car. GReat Job!!! FantAstic!!

We saw the ram truck we ended up buying on the internet sight first. Mark was very easy to work with and answered all of our questions. Everyone we talked to were very nice and none of the were pushy. I hate pushy sales people. They let us take our time and make sure this was the one we wanted.

We recently sold our older car and started searching for a bigger SUV or Crossover to have more room for our new baby and all the gear he requires. We came across Midway Motors because of their great prices. We went and looked at the Buick Enclave and Chad was very helpful and not pushy. The staff made us feel very welcome and comfortable. We never felt disrespected or like we were being forced to buy a car. They helped us to fit the payments where we wanted, plus they through in a free trailer hitch and priced match our insurance coverage for a total savings of $1000! Not to mention their lower interest rate! We very much enjoyed our car buying experience and would definitely recommend Midway Motors.

Great, painless experience. They were fair on my trade-in and made the negotiation process very easy. I was in and out in about 1 hour. They did not leave me sitting to "freeze me out" like so many others do. Overall good experience which i drove almost 3 hours for.

After shopping for months for a new car for me we found online our new car. The people at Midway in McPherson were great and the finance guy was easy to talk to and gave us a great rate on our loan and was very fun to talk to. Over all it was a fabulas experience. John was very helpful and not a pushy salesman and a very down to earth kinda guy. A+ rating in my book! Plus John has very pretty eyes and was helpful even after the sale!

On our first visit the truck would not start (battery). The next day Jeff drove the vehicle down to meet us half-way, so we could take a test drive. Additionally, there was a component that does not latch in the cab that (we overlooked) Jeff noticed, ordered, and had sent directly to our home. Great customer service!

I had a great experience in buying my new car. Kelly Nightingale was upfront and honest in all his dealings with me. There was absolutely no game playing. He was very knowledgeable of all the features of my Transit Connect and explained them to me in detail. He showed me around the dealership and introduced me to the folks in the service department. I will recommend Kelly and the dealership to all my friends. Ed, the finance guy, was also very helpful. There was no pressure at any time to purchase something I did not want. Great job guys. I can't say enough good about my experience with these guys.

I was a first time buyer on a car really didn't know what to do at first but Neil got me going. Neil pretty much shot me straight and didn't even beat around the bush about cars, he wanted to get me a good car that would be good for me and good mileage and that what he did. He didn't push me to buy a certain car at all, Neil told me what i was wanting and went from there and gave me good options. He is a great salesmen and i would recommend any body to go see him to get a car.

No swarms of sales reps. No delays. No pressure to purchase extended warranties. No pressure to use their financing. No haggling. No running back & forth to the sales manager. Got an acceptable offer for my trade, first time. No detailed list of everything wrong with my trade. Having purchased dozens of vehicles from dealers through the years, this has been the first time I actually enjoyed going to a dealership. Van I purchased was super clean. Sales rep, Jeff, was unbelievably un-salesman-like. Outstanding.

My wife and I purchased a 2003 Chrysler Town & Country LX Minivan. Chad is a great and caring salesman! He took great care of us and our kids, and showed TRUE compassion for our situation. Chad even took me on a tour of the dealership and made sure that we were taken care of in a professional and caring way. Ed was super as well. Neil found the vehicle I was looking for and let me know right away. He even brought it to my house because I was so busy with work that I couldn't make it by the dealership for a while. Then he worked to get me the price I wanted on the Van. Overall I was very happy with my experience at Midway Motors.

Salesman did not know correct info about options on vehicle or new car sales manager as we told the salesman we wanted compass and outside temperature and we were told they located one in which they dealer traded an Edge that didnot have all the options that we requested. Was told we had to buy the Edge if they dealer traded it so we thought it had everything we wanted.They tried to get a mirror with temperature and had an after market one put on and it deleted the microphone for my Sync,we had to take the Edge to Wichita to get it installed and had to make 2 more trips to try to grt it corrct,so now after 1 month of owning the Edge we are back to original mirror with a new windshied as the original broke while they were putting on mirror and now finally the Sync is working.We had told salesperson within the first half hour what options we wanted.If they would have ordered the Edge with the correct options we would be happy, now we will not do business with them again and that includes Service work at the Hutch store that I was going to for monthly oil changes for my company vehicle.We had bought 5 vehicles from Wade before and now they lost a good customer and word of mouth is the worse thing that can happen to a delership.

We were able to test drive a used car in what we were looking for & then told our salesperson what we wanted & they were able to find the car & get it on the lot the next morning. We were overall VERY pleased with our purchase of our 1st car as a newly married couple!!

When I decided I wanted to trade for an SUV, I contacted Dee, the one person I'd met who I thought would not pressure me and would honestly work with me. I was more than pleased with that experience!! Dee immediately found several SUVs she thought I might like. She knew my possible price range, and, because I'm retired and on a fixed income, that the monthly payment was going to be a hugh factor. After a day of just talking, she had those SUVs available for me to test drive. My decision was to buy a 2006 Buick Rendezvous CXL. The price was agreed upon without the big hassle I've experienced in the past. I'm happy with my "new" SUV, and so very glad I contacted Dee! At no time did she pressure me to buy and I know she would have been ok to look further if I'd asked her to. I've already given her name, and Midway Motors, to several people. I WILL return to her and them for my next vehicle decision! Thank You!!

Nice easy transaction, great service and with fair pricing. I had the option to see new makes and models from ford, chevy/gmc or dodge. It was nice to have all the options in one town with one dealer. From start to finish the transaction went as well as one could hope.

I had leased a Ford Fusion and with my lease about a week away from being up, we were looking for a SUV. My Husband has bought 2 or 3 cars in the past from Midway Motors. He as always dealt with "D" Brillinger and now I know why. She is an amazing sales person and just a great, go to gal!!! We decided on an Equinox Sport. They didn't have the one we were looking for on the lot (We are VERY particular) so D set out on a search. It was so nice not to have to be the one to make the calls or be told no. She did all the work for us, and kept us updated on all that was going on which is awesome for someone like me who is a worrier. After about a week, she found THE ONE. She arranged for the suv to be bought from a dealer in texas, brought back to their dealership, and even was able to get all the 'extras" we wanted (window tint, chrome package, mudflaps, etc.) all done and DELIVERED to our town about an hour away. She and Mark even stayed late for us to sign the paper work. I mean we didn't get to the lot until close to 8p.m. They had everything ready and explained everything so well that I was just amazed the process could be so easy! We finished everything and had all our questions anawered in about an hour and a half. The cherry on top was D even called my husband the next morning to thank us again. She said she wanted to call to make sure we made it home safe, but didn't want to wake us. Now that takes a sales person to a whole new level!!! This Chevy is an amazing suv that I plan on keeping for a long time, but you can bet I will now ALWAYS buy from D at Midway Motors.

I would recommend to anyone that is thinking about purchasing a vehicle to go see Mike Gumm at Midway Motors. He is definitely one of a kind when it comes to car salesmen. Mike is honest, friendly, with no high pressure tactics, and he was willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had a pleasant experience. There were a few minor request we had before taking delivery of the truck and Mike arranged for those to be done, he then had a driver deliver the truck to us. The finance department was very helpful as well and I felt really good about the deal when it was all done. Midway should be proud to have Mike as part of their sales team. I was in the market for a new vehicle. I had no idea what it was that I wanted. I've known Neil for years and told him I was in the market. We sat down and talked about what it was I was looking for in a vehicle. He let me test drive an '06 Chevy Cobalt and an '02 Honda Accord. After looking them both over for a couple days and talking it over with Neil I decided on the Honda. My credit isn't the best but he worked with me. I am proud to say that I am now driving a 2002 Honda Accord. Neil made everything simple he talked me through all the paper work and made sure I didn't have any questions. I never felt pressured or backed into a corner. I will definitely be getting my next car through Neil and Midway Motors again.

I had a great experience at Midway Motors in McPherson, Kansas. We were looking for a used car for our son to take to college, and having previously bought two vehicles from Jeff Biehler, I went back to him to help me. He was extremely professional and went out of his way to find a great car at the best price for us. I was very impressed with the extra effort he went through to get us where we needed to be in all phases of the purchasing process. Dealing with Kris was a great pleasure. I had a friend wheel & deal for me cause I didn't know enough about cars to master that! But Kris was excellent in explaining everything, making me feel comfortable and I got a great deal. I had to put a portion of the amount on a bank loan and my banker thought I'd really done well. Then my son-in-law commended my friend AND Kris for making me the best deal he could imagine for the car I got. Thanks Kris!!! You are terrific!

We were very pleased with our experience with Midway Motors Supercenter and with Mike Gumm the dealer we worked with. He worked very diligently with us until he was able to find us a vehicle we were looking for and pleased with. He stayed in constant contact with us to let us know when he was bringing in a vehicle for us to test out to see if it was something we were looking for. Upon finding the vehicle of choice, there were a couple of cosmetic things that we requested be taken care of prior to the purchase and he had taken care of them right away. Also having to work within a budget, he was able to find us something that fit our needs and was within the price range we were looking for.

They have a large selection of vehicles and are willing to help locate what you want.
