Had the greatest experience here. Vick , our "sales" guy was amazing and he was not pushy. I got a great deal on the truck I have been wanting for a while. The process was quick and painless. No stressful bargaining. I am very pleased. They gave me a carfax, which I appreciated. Thanks!

Vick was very helpful. The car we ended up buying was incredibly clean and the service was great. Nice convenient location, good inventory. The sales folks are not pushy, not in a hurry to unload the car. We came in and were offered a beverage, were free to inspect and drive the car by ourselves, and were given plenty of time to talk it over. Fantastic place.

Midwest Auto Sales is a quaint dealership with great prices throughout its selections and integrity in its salesmen. I felt respected and valued. My salesman Vick was a great no nonsense, straightforward guy. They were laid back with my requests and transparent through the process. Minor repairs needed with my purchase were accommodated easily without argument. Vick gave attention to little details that most salesman leave out, such as how to start a keyless car with a dead fob battery. He was also very responsive via email and over the phone, even for questions after the sale. That's when you know you're being treated right!

Big Shout out to Matt and Russano (Russ) of Midwest Autos. They made me and my wife feel like family. From the first time I stepped into their showroom last week it was an incredible shopping experience. No pressure, easy to talk with, honest answers and great selection. As a result, it was an easy decision to buy the vehicle we did. If you are looking for an incredible used vehicle with great selection, knowledgeable people and great pricing you have to at least check this place out. Thanks everyone there for a wonderful buying experience. From this recent buyer, Midwest Autos has to be if not the best place to purchase your next vehicle in the Twin Cities.

Overall I had a good experience buying a car from Midwest Auto Sales. Vick was very easy to work with. Very clear, concise, and patient with my credit union. The car was very clean and the other cars in their showroom looked great. I'd definitely come here again when I am in the market for a used vehicle.

Called at 6pm to see if they had a vw still for sale. They said yes and I told them I would like to see it at 4:30-5pm the next day. Great see you then. I live 63 miles away so half way there is called and they told me the car was already sold. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!

My wife and I found Midwest Auto Sales online and ultimately ended up meeting Ric at their facility. We had a car in mind and Ric took time to explain the car's history and shared the Carfax report with us. He then let us take the car out for a drive with no pressure to have it back within a certain time. We decided to buy and Ric made the process very easy and pleasant. We will be referring all of our family and friends to Midwest Auto Sales for their car buying needs.

I have bought 2 cars in the last 2 months from Midwest. I had a great experience there, Good inventory, Fair price and very professional through the buying process. Nice facility. When I am in the market again for a vehicle I will definately stop there first.

I have been looking for a older used SUV for a while, and found what I was looking for on the Midwest website. I knew this was where I wanted to buy my vehicle from immediately. First, I noticed that all their vehicles are professionally prepared to be sold. All the key photos you want to see to make sure it is clean. The information on the vehicle is detailed and the CARFAX was available right with the vehicle photos and information. You know right up front the condition and history. No surprised when you walk in to see the vehicle. Then you meet the best sales team that truly work with you as an individual. Not, what will it take to close the deal I have experienced so many times. They allow you all the time you want to look over the vehicle, test drive the vehicle, and then sit and work with you to make you know, you are getting the best price possible. It was the best experience I have had. I highly recommend this company and the people that are a part of it. Ron

Worth the drive to get to the facility. Cars are shown indoors. Non pressure environment, really lets you find what you are looking for. Was treated with respect and felt welcomed. Ric helped me out and he made sure everything went as smoothly as possible with trade in, payment, and title. Proud Customer!

Love the vehicle I bought. Mike was my salesman. He was very professional. He even offered his services beyond this car. Anything automotive see me, he said. I found a car I was interested in on cars.com and called Midwest Auto Sales set an appointment to view it. They have a very new modern office, and modern technology (ipads, etc..) to make the purchasing process go smoothly and quickly. We took it for a test drive and made it through the paperwork very quickly and efficiently, getting all our questions answered. Then 2 weeks later when the battery died in the extreme cold, they were kind enough to reimburse us for a new battery and offered help. I highly recommend this dealer.

This new location at Midwest Auto Sales in E.P. is one of the best I've ever seen! I met with Matt and he was extremely knowledgeable and insightful about the auto industry. He introduced me to the rest of the staff, and I highly recommend anyone to stop on in, including my friends and family. These guys get you the right price on the car you are looking for!

Everyone at the dealership was informative personal, and professional. The vehicle was as described in the ad. There was no pressure and no over promising. When Matt discovered the tires were low on tread he responded by paying his portion to buy tires. The price negotiation was smooth and fast without haggling. One of the best nuking experiences we have had.
