I bought a BMW from them a couple weeks ago but the car is missing some parts that should of been included. When I bought the car they told me the car would come with an aux adapter but when we looked for the adapter it wasn't there. So we called them the next day and they told us the manger would call us back so we waited a couple of days and no call. So we called them again and they said the same thing and still no call.So we called them again and no call. We kept trying for the next 2 weeks and no call back. So the adapter was never replaced. Another problem we had with the car is a sensor would go off every 30 seconds. Not sure if it was our fault or it has been there for awhile. So we called them about that and they told us we would receive a call back but we did not. I would not recommend this dealer ship to anyone.

Called and asked if there were any glaring issues with truck, driving 2.5 hours to see it. Just was told the issues visible in pictures, failed to mention truck bed was pushed all of the way in denting into the cab and tailgate was dented in. Back up camera didn't work. Lots of scratches and dings. Mirrors didn't work, taillights broken. Came back with an offer of $300 less than asking. Walked out wouldn't go back. Waste of 5 hours driving.

The prices are good and that is because all of there vehicles are going to need something. They don't have mechanics just detail people. They leave room in the deal to get them fixed or repair yourself. You don't come out ahead unless you do the work. Just a reality with these prices if they payed mechanics to look them over the price would go up.

we drive an hour and a half to come look at a car and it's no longer there. they don't even have the decency to remove it. plus the service was rude.

I just wanted to write a quick note and show my appreciation for the way Raymond helped me through the buying experience. I bought my 2011 BMW 535xi there and I'm more than ecstatic with the way I was treated and the whole process. Too many times while at other dealerships I've felt pressured to buy a car that I was not ready to buy but with Raymond, he let me move forward at my own pace. He answered every question and made himself available with his personal number every time I called. Absolutely stellar service!! I had my guard up but he never tried any of the usual tricks that I've experienced before. Thanks Raymond! If you check out their dealership...make sure you give Raymond your business. Thanks again Midwest!

I purchased a Honda Crossstour and I wrote a post dated check for the purchase of the car. I specifically told the extremely nice salesman Raymond that I did not want the check cashed until Friday and I would wait until Friday to pick up vehicle. After the deal I look into my account to find the check was presented to the bank the next day. I know the salesman had nothing to do with this and I would recommend him to anyone but the owner clearly took the check and I reconfirmed that the check was not to be cashed until that Friday. This created a nightmare for my account and when I called to asked why the check was cashed all I got was I don't know and I will look into it, only to still be waiting for a response four days later. On top of that I need to take the vehicle to the shop because it has a sputtering noise going on during acceleration as well as shaking at the steering wheel. I would just advise people to get their vehicles checked before they purchase. I am usually more thorough but I rushed myself and hopefully I won't have to pay extremely for the rush.

Recently purchased a car from Midwest Automotive. There was one sales person that wasn't foreign his name was Drew. Drew is really overwhelmed and I don't think he took me seriously when I first met him. The next few days I came back with another relative and purchased the car. My main problem with the dealership is the unknown. My truck apparently had been in sometype of accident where the exterior body was damaged but it was still a good working mechanical car according to my mechanic who took a look at it. Yes car fax is one thing but its not everything the car had obviously been through somethings and I asked the dealership about it as soon as I figured it out which was a few days later. Drew and the rest of the Midwest Auto Crew tried to play dumb. Didn't appreciate this. There were things wrong that did appear obvious and those I was able to get them to fix. Im not sure how the previous owners evaded the car fax unless they paid cash money to body shops or insurance didn't report repairs from body shop. As my first car I learned my lesson.

I contacted this dealer twice and recieved no response. Finally, I went to look at car in person, and it was in much worse shape then what their photos showed.

This place is a joke. We bought a used 2010 Audi A4, the sunroof broke the second day I had it. it would not shut at all so we took it there for them to fix because we had a warranty or something and they kept finding stupid excuses everyday. everyday itd be something new "I'd have to speak with my management" or something. everyday they'd say they'd call us back but we have to call first. when they do finally answer every single day they say they'll fix it tomorrow they've been saying that for like 4 days it's been broken for a week and we're just gonna take it to the Audi store because this place is honestly a joke.

I bought the car from sales person Eugene! He was nice and polite, he give us a time to think about did pressure us to buy, I like that, not like big dealerships pushing you to make a purchase. He did everything that he can to make a deal. Overall I would recommend this salesperson and a dealership for any one how is looking for good customer service and a good car.

horrible customer service. not will to sell the vechicle and made us wait 2 hours while the sales associate who was dealing with us went to lunch and and never came back, we couldn't take that and left the dealership and bought a better car few miles away with great customer service. will never go back to this dealership again.

I felt good about the purchase until I didn't get the tags and had to call and call to get any answers. seems they forgot to process. I now will only use larger dealers these guys really lacked professionalism.

I purchased my Honda Pilot from Midwest Automotive Connection and it was a wonderful experience. The customer service was excellent and the buying process was so easy. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone I know looking for a quality vehicle! Drew my salesman and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about not only the pilot I bought but all the cars on the lot. Rude and unprofessional is what I have to say about the salesman Dema. We bought a car exactly a month ago and already had to put $250 in it, and we haven't even regitered the car because we have not gotten the title from them. We have been calling for over a week asking for it and they continue to give us the run around. To make matters worst is that today the engine have started to stahl, had the car checked and it has a leak and we will have to put more money in it. Unfortunetly for us we did not do are job before we went to this place and now lost $4,000. Do not make the same mistake as we did, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LEADER!

I went to this dealership to look at a 2008 Honda Pilot. When they pulled it up we looked at the outside first but then as soon as we opened the doors we knew there was something wrong. The smell just hit us in the face. We looked in the center console and there was water just sitting in it. We continued to look throughout the car. The vents pointing towards the center of the car were caked in dirt. I then opened the passenger door and noticed a very large spot of mold growing at least 5 inches wide. While we were waiting for the Honda to be pulled up we were looking at other cars on the lot. We noticed a lot of them had stickers on the windshield from New York and Pennsylvania. The pilot had one from Pennsylvania. After thinking about it, it made me think they got these cars from up north when they had all of that flooding. I would never recommend anyone to that dealer. First off this dealership is the best around my experience here was wonderful, the staff is very friendly, energetic, respectful, worked well together, and as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and helped right away. The cars looked properly cared for, maintained, and mechanically sound. I would highly recommend this dealership to friends just as well as my own family even. I meet most of the gentlemen that work here and they were all very respectful and nice to me. I will be going back the next time I need or want another car. -Ellie

One week ago I was with my son when he bought a 2001 Ford Taurus with low miles from this dealership. He was pre-approved from his financial institution. While my son was signing the loan papers for his car I asked the salesman what maintenance was done on this car. This is where the lies began. He started saying that they do everything that is necessary to make the car road worthy or else the car isn't sole. My son finished his paperwork. I had a suspicion about the dealership so we immediately took the car to our mechanic for inspection. Within in two hours we were forced to return the car because the car was not road worthy. The entire bottom of the car was completely rusted out along with large holes in the cradle of the car. Also, the alternator was shot. When called the dealership to tell them that we were bringing the car back the response was that they needed to talk to their management about it and call me back. They never called back but it didn't matter because we immediately returned the car. The salesman was not very professional at all when we returned. He gave our check back and we gave him the keys. We tried to tell him wear the car was parked in the lot and he kept walking without acknowledging us at all. I would not recommend this place to no one at all. If you do take a chance on purchasing from here do the right thing and get the vehicle inspected because it may not only save you money but perhaps your life.

I stay 1 hour away from mike castrucci I Icommunicated with jacob several times and he told me they had a truck in stock that I was interested in he called me that morning and told me he had the truck in stock I went to the dealership and looked for the truck in 30 degree weather to be told that the truck had been sold a few days ago
