I was in the market for an excellent used car for my daughter. Jeff was amazing!! He was extremely knowledgeable about the KIA brand, and answered all my questions. He was not pushy like most car salesman are which made my experience all the more enjoyable. His personality will definitely draw you in. I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Midwest Kia in Wichita KS to consider trading for a new car. Once my intentions were known the ordeal began. By the second salesman (4 different presentations), and the 2nd management? representative (2 more presentations) a deal for a 2016 Kia Soul was struck. (I do know what my present 2014 Kia Soul is worth and what a new 2016 Kia Soul that is the same level as mine is being sold for so I do not understand all the dickering). However when the car was to be brought from the lot I was informed that it had 5,000+ miles on it and they did not have another Kia Soul in my price range. No matter how you look at it a car with over 5,000 miles on it is not a new car and should have never been offered as such. Surely their inventory record would show this. I went on line after I returned home and found they had over 40+ Kia Souls for sale on their website. Something smells here and I am not happy about it. Stay away from this dealership!!!

This dealership has an 8 to 10 week time frame to get these refunds back. Anyother dealership I have delt with in Wichita has been able to get my refunds back to me in 2 weeks or less. I called and talked to an salesman about this problem and he would not even offer to check on the status of my refund or offer to put me in contact with someone that could check on the status. All this individual would do is offer excuses why his dealership was so incompentent. Also all he tried to do is sell me another new vehicle. As if I would ever have anything to do with this dealership again. My advice is if you want to buy a KIA find another dealership or be prepaired to pay cash so you can walk out with your new vehicle and not have to deal with the incompentent idiots at this Midwest KIA in Wichita, Kansas.

I have shopped around town several times in the last decade and Carla gave me by far the best experience I have ever had. She not only was very upfront and honest with me about my options, but also made me feel like I had a say in the process. She helped me find a vehicle that met all of my needs and wants. This vehicle wasn't quite "sale ready" so she made sure I was taken care of with another vehicle while I waited for mine to be ready. I had to make a few trips to the dealership to finish things up, and every time I was there I was made to feel comfortable, was assisted quickly and had a pleasant experience. When working with other local dealerships post sale I was usually left waiting, put on a back burner and was generally unimportant since the deal was already made. Midwest Kia was the antithesis of this. They made sure I felt important no matter why I was there. They were willing to go out of their way to make sure the process was a simple and convenient as possible.

We had a wonderful experience while purchasing the car, have no complaints there. My wife and I even commented on how much we enjoyed Trevor. Unfortunately that has changed drastically over the past month and a half. We have been trying to purchased an after market part for our Soul and initially he was very responsive about helping us. We communicated mainly via text, which was fine with me. He said he was going to have someone from the service department call to set up a time for us to come in. That never happened! From that point forward he completely ignored every text, call to his cell phone, and call into the dealership. This went on for nearly four weeks! I reached out to his manager, who seemed disappointed in this and said he would speak with him and have him contact us. That was a week ago and still have not been contacted. I simply just do not understand what is happening! Very disappointing!

My sales lady, Silvia, was exceptional. We had a little issue on when my car would arrive and the sales manager would not return my call so I had to make a trip to the dealership to find out the status as it was Silvia's day off. Once we had a chat, everything was fine and lo and behold, my car showed up the next day. I would highly recommend Silvia. She is the greatest. Also, Jasmine was great in showing me what all the bells and whistles were. I love my Soul. It is everything I thought it would be and the gas mileage is GREAT!! If you decide to buy a Kia, go see Silvia and tell her I sent you!

I went to the dealership debating on paying a new vehicle. My daughter saw the "big slide" and said we should go. I knew I wanted to test drive a Kia Optima and I wanted some specific features. A friendly sale manager greeted me and went inside to get a sales associate. Silvia came out, greeted us, and asked what brought me in. I told her that I wanted to test drive a Kia Optima with some specific features. She found a 2013 Optima that I might like and off we went. I fell in love with the first test drive. Funny, we came back from the test drive and a nice gentleman just signed papers for it. Lucky fella. But then Silvia located me a different 2013 Optima. It was still in detail so I drove off the lot in a dealership 2015 Optima and said goodbye to my old car. The next day Silvia text me to tell me that my car way ready ...and I rushed in. It was beautiful! The color, the features, everything.. Was exactly (and more) then what I imagined. Better then the first Optima I test drove. Better then the dealership Optima they put me in (although both were nice). The financial manager, Brad, was awesome!! I never felt uncomfortable..even when we were negotiating price (yep..I just said that). When it came time to complete the purchase. The warrenty, maintenance, price, even my interest rate was amazing. And I want to mention that my monthly cost is lower then what we agreed upon..betcha can't say that with many other dealerships. Being a woman with a small family, my budget is precise. No matter how much I love a vehicle (or anything really), I will not justify buying more then my means. Silvia and Brad listened to my needs (payment range/method, an assortment of random concerns like hard checking my credit, answered all of my silly questions, etc). Brad set up my loan through Credit union of America which has been an another amazing company to work with. I am planning on switching banks to Credit Union of America simply because of the customer service, the way they conduct their business, and provide advice for managing my financials. I highly highly recommend going to Midwest Kia and talking to Silvia and Brad. I am not rich, I don't have a 900 credit score. I am just an average 27 year old hard working mom. I will be a life long customer at Midwest Kia and look forward to purchasing with them again. Huge thank you to Silvia and Brad for being rock stars at their job!!!

We called ahead to tell the salesman the price range we were looking for. When I arrived, he had a car set out for me that he said he coukd get me into for around $15,000. After driving it, discussing the car, and running my credit (approved), he came back with a final number. It was $20,000 and some change... base price! I asked, "how did the base price jump $5000?!" He gave excuses about the dealership being into the car for more than he anticipated, the computer's info was wrong, etc. I couldn't believe it. Time and energy wasted. I feel like they were going to try to get me to fall in love with the car and then talk me up in price all along. I left. Buyer/looker beware!

I walked into this dealership after listening to their radio ad. All I could think was "why am I doing this? I have already been rejected and told my credit was awful. I don't want to go somewhere else that's going to make me feel awful about my credit." I recently had warranty work performed on my 2013 Kia Optima SXL. The work was to be done on Friday September 18 but I called on Wednesday afternoon and asked if the service could be accomplished on the next day, Thursday. I am no one special but the service writer checked his schedule and said he was pretty well booked up but they would make room and to have the car in by 2:00 P.M. , Thursday afternoon. After doing three procedures on my car they gave my key back to me in slightly over two hours. During that time (2+ hours) I was treated like royalty. Updates on the progress of the work was provided approximately every 30 - 45 minutes so there was no guessing on how the work was progressing. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service, the attention given to me and the friendliness of the entire staff from the Service Writer through the sales manager who took time out of his busy day to brief me on new cars and new options to even trying to sell me a new car. Midwest Kia far exceeds any other dealership I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with a lot of them. No pressure no hassle service is what you can expect at Midwest Kia.

He came back with monthly payments, making it sound as though my offer had been accepted. I later found out that he did not negotiate the price at all, but only disguised the full price as monthly payments in hopes that I wouldn't notice. To make matters worse, he attempted to use high pressure sales techniques, hoping I would sign without understanding what the deal was.The lone bright side to my experience with them, was dealing with the internet portion of it, though they do not directly work for Midwest Kia. After I returned home, I received a call from them asking about my experience. They apologized after hearing what I went through and assured me that was not how they do business. I was told that they would relay my concerns to management.I was never contacted by management for Midwest Kia, thus I will assume this is normal business practice for them.

Trevor Seachris was absolutely wonderful to work with no high pressure sales man. Which I love! He did everything just the way I wanted. The only problem I have had is getting the follow up done. I asked to get a second key and have still had no response. So I have taken matters into my own hands and am having one made. For the most part my experience with them has been wonderful like I said only problem is with follow up on anything.

The contrast was amazing, one seemed to completely care less about my business, the other, Midwest Kia, went way above and beyond to provide great service. When I arrived and walked inside, I saw Brad behind the service area outside smoking a cigarettevery unhappy looking. Brandon also saw him and said just the man I was looking for, I will be right back. When Brandon walked outside I could not see Brad but could see Brandon conversing and shaking his head. I was thinking this is not good news. When Brandon walked back in, he did not have good newsBrad followed him in shortly while I was in the middle of telling Brandon the issueBrad was not apologetic at all, filled with irritation. He simply stated that the ball was dropped; he would have to gather the file and present it to the general manager. I asked if I needed to call back Monday to ensure it was taken care of, that if you made an agreement with someoneyou should follow through and ensure it gets done. I sensed that Brad was not happy with what I had to say and simply could care less. He was walking away from me and just insisted that the ball was dropped and walked back into the main building. Brandon was apologetic and said that he was sorry for my experience. I explained it wasnt his fault personally but I felt sorry he had to work with people like that. My oil change was on 6/27 and I have yet to hear any news from anyone at Midwest Kia. I have now had three terrible experiences with Midwest Kia and can assume that every one of them going forward will be the same. I can also only imagine what this business is like at the top if it is like this at the bottom, what a disaster. Businesses like this do not succeed with such bad customer service. How many other customers have been harassed? How many others have had multiple experiences like mine? I know I will never buy a new car and certainly not one from Midwest Kia.

I would like to Thank all the help I got from Colby before I ever came out to the dealer ship. He was very knowledgeable on all the information I asked. When I got there he had the Sportage all ready to go, then went over how everything worked before driving the vehicle. I went to look at Kia's 4/5 months ago, I heard an add on the radio good credit bad credit no credit we have lenders ready to finance you no matter the situation...I got there the salesperson was very friendly, and funny. I had a trade in. He said he would put something together and give me a call, that never happened. I called that Monday spoke to him, he advised he was working on it and would call me back, again never happened. I called the main number they transfered me to his cell I left numerous messages no return calls. So every time hear the advertisement on the radio I want to scream. 93.5 advertises for them I thought to call them and scream false advertisement . The sales person didn't have the decency to call me back and say they could notFinance meal or find a lender....but yet stating we have lenders ready good credit bad credit no credit...

I was looking for a compact car with a hatchback after my car was wrecked. I looked online for at least a week and went to approximately 10 car lots in one day ....... uugghh!! Finally I went to Midwest Kia where I met Brandon, told him what I was looking for and there it was, a 2010 Suzuki SX4 with a hatchback, sitting right in front of the store. A long overdue review here. We bought a 2012 Sorrento new a few years ago. We have always been very satisfied with the service provided and the friendly service tech's. Earlier this month we had our car in for some scheduled and other maintenance. We had just replaced a tire two weeks earlier due to road damage. While there for other service I requested to purchase another tire to get a matched set up front as our tires were getting pretty worn (or so I thought). When I arrived to pick up the car after all servicing was completed I was told that I did not need a tire, that they were not as worn as I thought. They had already put the better of the three existing tires on the front and discussed the wear measurements with me. Needless to say I was pretty happy about this. Not just to save the cost of a new tire but the integrity shown by the service department. They could have easily put a new tire on and put a few extra bucks in the company's pocket. After all, I did ask them to do that. But instead they did the right thing when no one was watching, the definition of integrity. I have many times and will continue to tell others about my great purchase/service experiences at Midwest Kia and always recommend them when asked. Thank you.

I may be old school, I went through 8 different sales persons at 6 different dealerships before I got Brandon Burgdorf. Recently purchased a vehicle here which had given me many problems. After numerous visits to the dealership, and still some unresolved issues with the car. The dealership bought the car back from me. I really appreciated this because I can't afford to pay on a car that doesn't work.While the service department wasn't fully able to repair the car, they did have outstanding customer service. Brandon was amongst the best, understanding of the frustration of having a vehicle in the shop so many times and he was very understanding of the inconvenience of the whole ordeal. I really appreciated this. The fact that they went above and beyond for me really shows that they do have concern for their customers and word of mouth reputation. Would I buy a car here again? Yes, the next time I am in the market I will be back to check out their inventory. They fact that they have gone to such great lengths to help me with the car problems I was experiencing, really says a lot.

Last Monday, I was interested in a vehicle I saw online and met Brad at the dealership. After waiting 2 hours for something I was told would take 5 min, I decided to leave and grab some lunch. I told Brad to call me whe.n he found something out with the bank. I never heard back. Before my credit was run, I verified with Brad that they would do soft inquiries instead of hard ones. He reassured me they would be soft. The next day I got an email from my credit monitor saying there were 5 hard inquiries on my credit report which resulted in my score dropping 10 pts. When I attempted to call Brad the 2nd time, he stated to me the bank was working on larger sales and mine was going to take a little longer. Excuse me? So since I'm not buying a 30-40k vehicle, my business doesn't matter?I never heard back from the dealership. Friday I got a call from a lady who was " following up" with my experience. After I shared what a disappointment Midwest Kia was, she immediately said she was going to get a Manger to call me back to help. Did I get a call? No. This is a prime example of extremely poor business practice and atrocious customer service. Don't waste your time.my money will spend just as well down the street

The dealer wanted me to pay $325 per month for 84 months total cost $27300.00 what math do they use it dont add up. I dont understand how deals can get away with over charging people. They also didnt tell me that the car had been in a hail storm. They had me sign a paper because some of the cars on the lot got hail damage. When I asked about it they didnt give me an answer my question. I really like the Kia Soul, but this dealer shipment need to wrote up for this. I'm 60 and never bought a used car. I did not realize what the disclosure was for and signed a disclosure about the possibility of hail damage. I got the car in my garage and noticed there was hail damage on the hood. I talked to staff and they pointed out that I'd signed the disclosure, however they are still trying to work with me on getting a reasonable fix for both me and them! They've been great to work with and i appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond the initial sale.

Will never go back to Midwest Kia...EVER. Last Saturday my husband and I drove into the lot and as we drove by, a large man yelled at us "You gonna buy a car today?" We were not even out of our car yet. At that point we contemplated turning around and driving off. But, I really wanted to see inside a Kia SUV, so we got out of the car. The big man who yelled at us came swaggering up to us - in a "big pimpin ghetto kind of way" and asked us what we were in the market for and when we were looking to purchase. Answering his questions, I guessed he made the internal decision to give us to another salesman who was equally ghetto and only interested in what our credit score was. When we asked questions he had no idea of the answers and really made no effort to get the answers. A shrug of the shoulders and " I don' know really..." was his response to nearly every question. Other salesmen were standing around being loud and obnoxious with each other . Husband and I left in disgust. We ended up buying a new Volvo XC60 the same day. The level of professionalism we received from Volvo compared to Midwest Kia was mind blowing. Sorry Midwest Kia, you lost out on a 45k sale.

We purchased a 2002 Beetle in April, there were a couple of things they fixed before we picked up the car. They assured us their mechanics completely went through the entire car and it was good to go. Exactly 2 weeks after we picked it up the alternator and battery were out and we took it to them and they told us not their problem it was all on us. They wanted $115.00 just to diagnose the problem and then more to repair and parts. So much for any warranty. Autozone diagnosed for free and a alter too and battery later we fixed it ourselves. The fact that after 2 weeks they offered no free help wouldn't even check what the problem was without a charge is amazing. They do not back what they sell. I have bought 3 cars from Carmax the was my first and last with Midwest Kia. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM MIDWEST KIA.

Tom told me one thing and when we had scheduled an appointment to meet I find out after driving over 2 hrs to make our appointment its Tom regularly scheduled day off. He passed me off to another salesman and didn't give him any paperwork I had sent him or told him. Tom also didn't tell Patrick the deal we had been working on. Never got a car even when I told them instead of brand new a used car would work but they wouldn't even look at it.

Entered dealership to purchase pre-owned 2007 BMW on Monday. Could not reach a deal so we left disappointed, but not unhappy. Received a phone call from Sales Manager - Brian on Wednesday offering another proposal, which we accepted over the phone, but was advised that another Sales Manager - Victor had driven the vehicle home. Would have it detailed and ready Thursday evening for pickup. Received a call from Sales Rep - Michael, that there is a problem, "vehicle had been in a wreck", "we can get you a different 2007 model from Colorado at a better price", and finally, "Victor, our Sales Manager wants to buy it". Arrived at dealership Thursday evening to make good on deal offered - "Victor left vehicle at home", "Victor is not available", "Owner is not available"Very poor integrity with entire team at this dealership. Buyers be extremely aware. Guys like this contribute to the bad reputation car salesmen have. Bought a 2012 Honda Pilot 2 hours later.

Tom helped my parents and I find the perfect Ford Escape. I heard about him through my daughter and I have to say he was great to work with. He was very respectful and extremely knowledgeable. I met Tom through Newman University. I knew that he sold cars and I needed basic transportation, something with good gas mileage. Being that I go to school, I dont have a very big budget. He suggested that I come down to take a look at some vehicles that would fit my needs. To my surprise, there were several options available to me. The car I bought was much nicer than what I envisioned for myself and the payment was still below what I expected. The visit started out well. Marcus was very friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond with information. I honestly thought this was going to be the best car transaction ever until the sales manager got involved. Brian was not very helpful at all. He was very arrogant and condescending. He kept telling me his price was the best and I better take his offers because I would be wasting my time if I looked elsewhere. He made it seem like I was wasting his time when he had other customers he could be helping. Well I did look elsewhere in KC and saved about $500. I felt bad Marcus missed a sale but I wouldn't buy from a sales manager who was that rude. I think Midwest Kia could do more sales with a better manager.

wow what can I say? I actually drove my 2013 kia soul into the dealership for an oil change and drove out with a 2013 kia sportage. Like I said It was a pleasant surprise. Marcus Wise approached me with many options and an eagerness to help me make a great choice. Having spent two days at other dealerships I wasnt expecting much. I saw a few vehicles online and decided to give it another try. I spoke with Tom before I came in and he seemed very friendly over the phone. I told him what I was looking for and he said he would look over his inventory. He told me about their huge used car inventory and that he was positive there was something there for me. When I arrived he gave me a tour around the dealership. I was really cold out so we went over a few of the SUVs he had in mind. He took the time to go onto the lot and pull them into the heated service department. IF you are planning to go car shopping, stop by Midwest Kia and ask for Tom Rodgers. We had been car shopping all day and he was a breath of fresh air. Tom is the only sales rep that was actually interested in what WE wanted. He was never pushy and he took the time to answer every question we had. We decided on the new Optima. Usally car dealers are creepy and like voltures. They generally jump on you as soon as you walk in. But when I went to Midwest Kia I did not have that problem. Tom greeted me with full professionalism and waited for me to ask questions about the cars. I was particularly interested in a 2014 Cadazena Black. Tom didn't just read the brochure to me, he explained the vecichle to me and allowed multiple questions. I didn't get the car that day, but when I go back I will talk to Tom and be driving out in my new car. I given the rating for a great experience since the staff was top tier in there trade. My name is Billy and I am a company rep that travels a lot. My home base is out of Tulsa, OK. I travel to Wichita, KC, and back to Tulsa frequently. I checked the dealer rater since the Tulsa market is not up to my liking and Wichita is my second home since I have a company apartment there. I will let my friends know about Midwest Kia. Mr. Quane worked with me to find exactly what I wanted in a price range that I was willing to pay. His service didn't end when I purchased the car either. Mr. Quane kept in contact with me after the purchase to make sure that I was satisfied and to make sure any questions I had were promptly answered. Mr. Quane went above and beyond and I hope that in a few years, when I am ready to trade my car in for a newer one, Mr. Quane will be the salesperson who will be assisting me. I think it is also important to note that the service manager, Brian also went above and beyond his duties when I purchased my car. He worked with me to negotiate a reasonable price and make sure that I was completely satisfied with my car buying experience. Brian even went out of his way to help me after I had purchased the car, on a different occasion, to purchase an add on accessory and get it installed immediately.Not only were Mr. Quane and Brian helpful, every salesperson and staff person that I encountered at Midwest Kia were extremely friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my experience so much that I've been tempted to go to the dealership just to visit with these people. When I just had my oil changed today, everyone came to greet me and see if I was enjoying my car. They also asked me how I was doing. They even remembered where I work so they obviously pay attention and really care about their customers. This place is full of wondeful people and every experience I've had with them so far has been great! I highly recommend Midwest Kia for your car buying experience and very much encourage you to ask for Patrick Quane to show you a car!

We purchased a Kia Optima 3 weeks ago and so far it has been a regretable decision! Once you purchase a car, they dont want anything to do with you. Even the process for purchasing the car was incredibly long! We waited for hours to get to 15 minutes of paperwork! I wanted the windows tinted on the car, they told us it would be $120.00 so we agreed to pay it. When it came time to sign the contract the tint was $150.00. Due to the hassel and length of time we had already waisted, we reluctantly agreed. We told them we wanted the windows done that week. They told us they would call to schedule it..no one ever called! We made several calls, directly to the Manager, Johnny. He said someone would call us. Finally, after 2 weeks, my husband called the service center directly! Erin told us they had not told them about it! So she appologized and set us up and appointment for Monday. We brought our car in the Saturday before so they would have it first thing Monday. They gave us a "loner car" that was dirty, smelled like death and was out of gas!! Monday comes, I told my husband to call before he drove there to make sure the car was ready...they didnt even do the windows!! They told us the windshield shop cancelled the appointment and the soonest they could reschedule for is Thursday! Fed up, I called the Windshield shop myself and found that Kia never made the appointment. And to make it worse..Kia told us the new time was scheduled for Thursday and they had not made that appointment either!!! The moral of this review...DONT GO TO MID WEST KIA! IF YOU LIKE THE KIA'S BUY IT FROM SOME OTHER DEALERSHIP! In light of my struggles with Kia, I have heard nothing but bad things from others as well! I wish I had hear these issues before I went there! BUYER BEWARE!

2009 Kia Optima. Our car has had multiple issues mainly parts of vehicle defective such as passenger seat, gas tank, panel board in front of driver and now it's a brake defect. Rear brake not getting brake fluid nor rear caliper working effectively. Our car was 800 miles over 60,000 warranty so KIA warranty check was done less effectively and brake study done was incomplete in that mechanic assumed brakes can be fixed just for $189.00 assuming brake service would be normal. Service manager during phone conversation that being over 800 miles he had no obligation nor his staff check brakes completely but $189.00 they could check and repair. Situation now stems that brake work is being done by our mechanic but KIA is willing to send over a part priced over $200.00 to help.

In May 2013 I took my 2004 Kia Sorento to Midwest Kia, the service department had to rebuild my engine after a recalled part in my intake system failed. The service department worked on my behalf to fix the engine even though the car was out warrantee. I have still been having some mechanical issues with the car since the engine was rebuilt; however, I would still recommend this dealership because they will do whatever it takes to get the job done right. I have been dealing directly with the new general Manager Ryan and he truly understands that he is there to service his customers. He is going the extra mile to get my car fixed by working with his service department as well as Kia Corporation to figure out why my car is still having mechnical issues. The fact that Ryan is willing to do all of this for a car that is out of warrantee and was not originally sold at his dealership tells me that he is a do whatever it takes kinda guy. That says something about his character and the character of the dealership he runs! I would recommend this dealership to others.

After a test drive and deciding we liked the car, one of the managers began writing and crossing things out on a piece of paper, supposedly to give us a better deal. By the time the transaction was done, my husband and I (both in our mid 70's) thought we had a good deal. We went home with the papers, read them over and decided to return the car. I had asked to see the paper the general manager was writing on. He said he would give it to me, but never saw it again. We did take the car back and some of the problems were resolved, and we kept the car. However, realizing that once a customer walks out the door, the sales people expect to lose the sale, and they will do anything to keep the customer, including misrepresentation. These are slick managers and I would suggest anyone be wary of them.

I PURCHASED A USED CAR FROM THIS LOT IN AUGUST 12. WITHIN 30 DAYS I HAD TO RETURN THE CAR SERVICE FOR COMPLAINT OF POWER STEERING. THEY DID NOT DO THE PROPER REPAIR CAUSING THE PROBLEM TO GET PROGRESSIVELY WORSE. TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY, I HAD TO TAKE THE CAR BACK TO SERVICE FOR THE SAME ISSUE AND OTHERS SEVERAL TIMES...TODAY THEY TELL ME THE POWER STEERING IS LEAKING AND THE REPAIR WILL COST 1150.00 OUT MY POCKET. I BELIEVE THEY KNOWINGLY DECEIVED ME AND DID NOT WANT THE COST OUT OF THEIR POCKET. THIS CAR SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN ALLOWED ON THE LOT FOR SALE W/O INSPECTION AND ANY NECESSARY REPAIRS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MIDWEST KIA TO ANYONE LET ALONE EVER PURCHASED A NEW OR USED CAR FROM THEM EVER AGAIN!! I HAVE SINCE FILED A COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS DEALERSHIP

I was not looking forward to buying a new car due to the high pressure attitudes of most dealers. I was surprised and impressed with the atmosphere at Midwest Kia. They were interested in want I wanted and needed, unlike other dealers I have dealt with. I was treated with respect and courtesy throughout the entire purchase proceess. They worked with me to get the price I needed without the usual car lot hyperbole. I bought my first brand new car from MidWest Kia. The customer service was excellent. It was an all day event. Both of the salesmen,(Johnny-MGR., and Nick) were so accomadating and personal. They never gave up,especially when I thought I wasn't going to find what I wanted. And low and behold they found me the perfect car. I even got to take the car for a couple hours to really check it out and drive it. Of course I fell in love with it.The price was affordable. So I was ready to sit down and see what kind of deal they could make. They gave me an excellent trade in on my old Kia. I am a very happy lady. I want to thank everyone,the finance department,etc. It was an experience that still brings a smile to my face.

Mike had contacted me from the Wichita Exposure survey for name your favorite hamster and suggested I drop by to take a look at the new Optimas that came in. Wasn't really looking to trade my 2012 Optima, but there was a 2013 that had everything I wanted and the color I wanted that was not available in the 2012. So he suggested that if I had some time he would see if we could make it happen. He was persistent, and by 7 pm that evening I was signed sealed and delivered. Didn't think it would happen, but I am glad it did. This will be my 3rd Optima, all new and I have loved them all. Think I won't trade this one in...it is gorgeous! Thanks to Mike for staying on top of it until the deal was made.

I was getting my kid's 2004 Kia worked on at the service station, the repairs were still covered under the extended warranty, so I was satisfied with the service. The timing was perfect on Melvin's part because he called my phone and asked if I was interested in upgrading to a newer Kia. I knew my 2004 Kia was in great working condition, under warranty, and paid for. I was not in the market to purchase a new vehicle, but I figured I would throw out the bait to see if the fish would bite. Well to my surprise, I was the fish, because Midwest Kia was willing to strike a deal with me no matter how much I attempted to low ball them.It was sort of weird, because I ended up trading my 2004 Kia in for more than $1,200 over the Kelly Blue Book value and they still took off an extra $1,500 off of the top of the vehicle. I was impresses and excited that my kid is now able to drive a 2013 Kia Rio for the purchase price of well under the market value. I saved so much I went ahead and purchased the extended warranty on the vehicle.The extended warranty is another subject. I have paid more than $1,200 for an after market extended warranty on a Kia before, but this warrant was less than $900 and it covers everything up to 100,000 miles or ten years. Talk about not having to worry about my kids vehicle problems from now through college and her early adults years... yippee!I waited two weeks to write this review because I wanted to make sure there weren't any catches or gimmicks, and so far I am still happy. I know I seem a little lame or a bit dweebish, but I truly am appreciative of the service and deal I was able to get from Midwest Kia in Wichita, Kansas located at 6401 E. Kellogg.

I started working with Henry 2 weeks prior. He was very patient with my self and my wife as we came in at different times. We looked at several different models and colors thinking we might even wait for the right car. Once we selected a model we had to work through pricing and options . I have been looking for a used mustange for about 6 mounths. everytime I find one they were to expensive or I was not able to qualify. when I first looked at the car I bought it was the same story. except they spent about a week trying to figure out what a the bank would qualify me for and getting the car into that price. I got a 2009 mustang and I am happy with it. I would definitly recomend my friends go look at their lot when trying to purchace a vehicle. even if it is a kia lot and well I am not a big fan of kia cars. there is always the used inventory.

Nicholas and Henry were also able to listen to us describe the type of vehicle we were looking for and they showed us some very viable options. My experience with Adam and Midwest Kia was great. I visited the lot to get a feel for the car I had been researching, ask questions, and test drive and I initially met with Adam. He was enthusiastic, informative but not pushy or intrusive. I got his contact information and kept in touch with him via email on current and incoming inventory. He was very timely with email responses and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He even responded to a couple of my questions on his day off. 6 weeks later, I returned to Midwest Kia to purchase the Optima that Adam and I had been discussing over the last few days. The service was great, all the employees - sales, financing, management - were wonderful to deal with. I got exactly what I wanted at a price that was fair; I couldn't have asked for more.

Saw the Christmas in July ad in the Wichita Eagle which advertised the Chrysler 300 SRT8. My husband and I knew we wanted the car! I called and spoke with Daniel Merrill in Internet Sales, who was extremely friendly, polite and professional. I'm still waiting for my 2013 Optima to come in. It was suppose to be here last week sometime which I totally understand is not the fault of the dealer. My experience while at the dealership was very good. They were very friendly and my salesman Henry was the best. He went above and beyond to help me. They are in the middle of a transition and I know that's probably causing them to have a few problems, but I'm sure once they get up and going the service will be great. I live about 250 miles from Wichita, so they will deliver it to me when it comes in, until then I guess there's not much I can say about the car, but I'm sure I will love it!!
