Went in looking for a slightly used car with low mileage. Came out with an amazing deal that I was very happy with! Jay was incredibly helpful and kind (and easy on the eyes ladies ;)). We experience with this dealership was excellent! Every question was answered clearly before buying the BMW. The dealer was very friendly and honest about everything when we had questions. Was looking for a 2009 Nissan Altima coupe, found it here at Midwest Motors. The test driving process and buying process was fast and friendly. Was able to drive the car by myself before buying it. Buying the car was fast and smooth. I would recommend Midwest Motors to anybody looking for a great deal and awesome custmer service.

Excellent to deal with, no haggle, gave us bottom dollar up front. Bought a 2015 chevy Camaro convertible so far car has been excellent. had it checked at Chevy dealer and got a clean check up. I would recommend this dealership.

My visit to Midwest Motors in search of a quality used Honda with low mileage was extremely pleasant. Jay was courteous and very helpful during the whole process. The Honda 2006 he sold to me is extremely clean and a truly sweet ride that I will enjoy driving for years to come! He even gave me a trade in on my old 2003; even though it needed a lot of work! If anyone is looking for clean, high quality, used vehicles with great service, I would highly recommend checking out his stock of cars.

Great experience! The guys were very helpful and informative. They answered all my questions, gave me a car fax, and they also give a warranty on the vehicle you purchase. Was looking for reliable, low priced, good shape vehicle for teenage son- first car. They had exactly what we were looking for, fantastic price, bargained easily, and car was emasculate - especially for the price. Closed deal that day. Dealership followed up quickly with complete title work. Very pleased with entire process. I could tell all cars on this lot were well maintained, great quality and should be great deals.

They worked with me even though I didn't have the best credit. I came saw a car i wanted. they prices of there cars are the cheapest i seen anywhere in Indianapolis. They also explained how i could get my credit score up. This was my first time dealing with a dealership, and it didn't go the way i thought but it was a good experience.

After visiting numerous lots looking for the right vehicle, I stumbled across Midwest Motors. They had a vehicle I was interested in online. I showed up and looked at the vehicle, received all the information about it. Jay was very courteous and patient throughout the process. I haven't experienced this kind of customer service with vehicle sales in many, many years. There was no pushing a vehicle. Jay merely provided information and patience. Found a car online, came to check it out. Staff was friendly and willing to come down on the price. There was an issue with a sensor that was supposed to get fixed, but since the mechanic was unavailable on short notice, they provided the necessary part and knocked a little more off the price. Very easy to get along with, no hassle.

One of my close friends recommended I visit this lot on my search to buy a car, and let me start off by saying it was the best place I could have gone to. I was looking for a new cars with low miles. I had been looking for a Jetta for some time and came across a very well priced one at Midwest Motors. I came to test drive it and had it inspected. Everything checked out and the car was in very good condition! The buying process was very easy. I've been driving the car for over a month and it's been solid since! I would recommend them for anyone looking for a good, well-priced, used car!

It's a family owned business, they were very nice and helpful. I don't have the best credit, but they worked with me to get me approved for a loan. I didn't get the car of my dreams but I was able to get something decent and nice. Cars are clean and it's nice that they come with a 3 month or 3,000 mile service contract.

They have a nice selection of cars. I actually ended up trading in my 2004 Nissan Altima for a 2009 Infiniti G35. And I love it!!! Everything was explained to me and all questions answered. If you are looking for a good car and great service then this is the place to go!!!

So I came in here to look for a used car and boy was I surprised. The staff was very friendly and very cute lol. But needless to say they helped me in every way from start to finish they were there for me. I bought a 2004 Nissan Maxima and I love it. Lower price than anyone around town and they would even match a price if I found something lower but I didnt. The facility looks brand new on the inside and the outside has plenty of space. Check them out, you definitely wont be disappionted.

I have never had an easier and more enjoyable car-buying experience! Jay and Abe were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I wasn't sure what I wanted to buy, but Abe helped me compare the different options I had my eye on and eventually decide what to go with. Jay explained the whole process in the easiest possible way to understand, and it did not take me nearly as long as I thought it would. I purchased a warranty for my vehicle through them as well. I have purchased used cars in the past and every time it was a headache. This time was the complete opposite. Hands-down, best customer service ever and excellent quality vehicles. I absolutely love my 2006 Nissan Altima! I definitely recommend visiting and engaging in business with this dealership. You will not be disappointed!

I bought a Ford F-150 from this place, and they were amazing to say the least. I absolutely HATED used car dealerships before meeting Jay. He was super friendly and helpful, it was kind of shocking honestly. I initially pulled into the lot just to entertain the idea of buying a truck, and Jay made it happen with ease. He not once used the common methods and tactics people have warned me about used car lots, I told him what I wanted, he told me what he can do, and we went from there. I definitely recommend this lot, its clean, friendly and I felt no pressure to buy a car I didn't really want, or I couldn't afford.
