I called Korey because I had been searching for a Jeep nationwide for three months. I had two deals from other dealers not work out. I found the Jeep I wanted at Midwest Vehicle Remarketing online. Since I could not see or drive the car, Korey text messaged and spoke with me about the Jeep so I could be assured it was everything I wanted. I made arrangements to meet him midway. I drove the five hours and he met me with the Jeep. The car was exactly what I expected. Korey helped me trust in a car dealer. Quality service and a good deal. Would highly recommend!

The buying experience here is excellent. No pressure and they price their cars as low or lower than you will find anywhere else, so there's no need to haggle. Whereas most other dealerships sales staff ride with and pressure you during the test drive, here they just hand you the keys and tell you to take as long as you'd like. The customer service may even surpass the buying experience. I had an issue with the post office not delivering my title (certified mail) and Korey tracked it down and called the post office himself to verify I could pick it up. He also delivered the car to Indianapolis for me, saving me another trip to Greensburg. Overall MVR provides an excellent, easy, and streamlined buying experience. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal without the typical hassle of car buying.

After searching online for a vehical for a week or so, I came across an add that MVR Cars had for one of the vehicles I had been searching for (a ZX3 focus, 5 speed, under 100,000 miles). After checking the pictures and the car description and specs I decided to give them a call. I talked to Korey for about 15-20 minutes and decided I wanted to buy the car. He was going to be closing in about 10 minutes, but offered to stay an hour and a half over, and help find me a loan that I could live with on top of that. I bought a great vehicle for a better price from an even better company. I definitely see my future vehicles coming from MVR Cars.

Korey and the staff were very friendly and very easy to work with! I drove from about 2.5 hours away to look at a car on their lot, car was in great shape and at a great price, Well worth the drive! Got a decent amount for my trade in as well. i would highly recommend them to anyone!

Very nice people!! They were willing to stay late if we needed to. They are very understanding on what the customer wants and will do their best to help them out any way they can! Extremely reasonable on price. I looked at other vehicles with more miles and older that cost a lot more than the one I bought from MVR. I absolutely LOVE my car!! Thank you guys so much for helping me get my perfect car!

This place was great! The staff was amazing, helpful, and want to make sure you are happy with the vehicle you choose. I came into the lot to look at a particular vehicle...then left with another. My wife and I had an amazing experience purchasing our small suv from Korey at MVR in Greensburg Indiana. Everyone knows that purchasing a vehicle is a huge commitment and investment but Korey made us feel like family and we could not be more pleased with our vehicle and our decision. I have personally told several people about MVR and the comfort of doing business with them. Saw a car I wanted got approved by my bank and got the car all in a matter of 2 or 3 days. This car lot has everything u want and all vehicles are sold well below what they are worth. I would recommend them to anyone. I know that they will take car of you.

I traded in my 2001 Lincoln LS for a 2010 Ford Taurus SEL. The car is very clean and certainly has a smooth ride. The staff were friendly and easy to work with. There was seem less communication as the staff was very quick to respond to my inquiries. They even brought the car to me to preview since some members of the staff lived in the same town that I do. They were right on price. Another competitor wanted the same prices for the same car in an SE trim with 26k more miles on it.

It's worth your drive to deal with honest people who sell great cars for a more than fair price. Kevin was super to work with. I bought my 2010 Audi for much less than any other place I looked. At first I thought something had to be wrong since the price was listed so much lower than other dealers! I'm glad I took a chance and made the drive to have a look. I will definitely buy from them again.

Midwest Vehicle Remarketing made buying a vehicle easy. The price was affordable and the car was just what I wanted. For the sake of keeping things succinct, buy a car from this dealer if it has NO issues. The sales process will go smoothly but, if for any reason, you need to return the vehicle for repairs or otherwise, the process will be an uphill battle. Poor communication seems to be their motto. If you have any problems with your purchased vehicle, save yourself some time and take it to a reputable place that will provide you with the level of customer service that will not prove frustrating, even infuriating. Seven months after the purchase of my vehicle, I'm still spending money for costly repairs that I was assured would be repaired by this dealer.

Bought 2004 Lincoln aviator from Tony at MVR. I was hoping the whole drive over the vehicle was as nice as it looked online and was still for sale. I was in luck, the truck was in better shape than I had hoped for . Price was several thousand cheaper than I could find anywhere else. Don't let the price be to good to be true, drive over and check it out. Thanks Tony!

I went into this dealership with caution. I was taken aback by the facilities at first. [Soon found out that the facilities weren't important] All that being said, I had done my research, I knew all the numbers, and all the conditions pertaining to the 2012 Ford Edges in the market, in and around the Indianapolis area, at the time. I had been researching for several months. MVR Cars had a nice SEL priced well below all others in the market. MVR [Tony] did not try to sell me the car, he let me decide if I wanted the car. I was greeted at the door by Tony. Very polite, and courteous. Made me feel at ease immediately, though still cautious, I liked his demeanor. He gave me the keys, said take it out, take your time, get to know it, decide if this is what you want. [Really?? Who does that, without wanting to ride along with you? Small town, I love it. ] Returned, was treated with respect and professionalism. Watched him close, waiting for the sneak attack. Nothing, it didn't happen, He was straight up across the board. [ Here's what I have, here's what you have. All the numbers were good.] We spoke about where the vehicle came from and where MVR acquired it. All above board. No hidden agenda. Not what I expected. Found out through this process that Tony was willing to bend his schedule, take time away from his family if necessary, to fit your schedule or situation. Nice,very nice. Try that at your mainstream dealerships. All said and done. I'll go back. Wonderful car buying experience. THANK YOU TONY

I was trying buy a lexus 330! I found a car on MVR dealership.It was in good condition, I left a deposit! That was my mistake((( He started charge taxes for that car, but I told to him that I am trying ship it abroad! For the export u do not need to pay taxes, he said that he can find tow cars but it going to be not cheap ))) No customer service! Do not show that u were interested on the car, coz that guy his name is Tony, he will play with prices! This is my first bad experience about the dealership! P.S. I can not return my deposit back yet! Always tomorrow, tomorrow!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Tony at MVR. Excellent customer service! He went out of his way to make my purchase happen. I would recommend MVR to anyone out there looking for a great quality used vehicle at a fair price. Also, thank you Tony for the tip about the Mexican restaurant... it was awesome!

I wish I had good things to say about this dealership and Tony in particular, but unfortunately I dont. Tony and I agreed on price for a RAV4. Right before leaving the house to go check it out and put a deposit on it, Tony sent me a text message saying that his grandmother passed away and that he will contact me as soon as possible. Fooled by how professional he was with me at first, I expressed my condolences and gave him a couple of days before texting him and leaving a voice mail. Tony never got back to me but raised the car price online a day or two later. THIS MAN HAS ZERO INTEGRITY

I live in Colorado and am looking for a car for a grandson in northern Indiana. I found a Nissan Versa online with a description that fit my objectives, so I started to make arrangements for my son and grandson to drive to the dealership. Just before they finalized their 400 mile round trip drive to Greensburg, I looked closer at the pictures and realized that the pictures showed a car that was substantially different from the description, and not what we were looking for. The car described was an "SL" model that had power windows and locks and a bigger 1.8L engine. The pictured car is a lower model "S" which did not have the power windows and locks and may not have the 1.8L engine. Fortunately, I stopped my son's drive to Greensburg before they left. I sent a note to Tony about the problem and he told me that "the descriptions are done automatically by the computer". That really doesn't address the fact that things like the model and pwr. windows and locks are easy to see and the sticker under the hood shows the engine size. He corrected the info about the power windows and locks, but as I write this 2 weeks later, it still shows the wrong model. Bottom line - if you are an internet buyer and looking at their inventory online, double check everything.

If you want integrity and someone who keeps their word...this is not the Dealership to deal with!!! I offered a deposit on a Vehicle after we agreed upon a price. He proceeded to tell me it was not necessary, that he would hold the vehicle for me! I explained that I am from Ohio and the next day I could make it was 5/18 or 5/19 which ever was more convinient for him.This was 5/15/13. I called 5/16/13 to ask who to make the bank draft out to and was informed by TXT Message that since he didn't hear from me that he sold the Vehicle!!! Not a place with any Integrity at all...I believe in a persons word! He obviously doesn't!!! So if you do business with him get it in writing if he "promises" anything...because if you don't, good luck!
