I recently went in to look for a new car at MAG. I typically have a bad feeling about car dealerships as I am the type of person who really appreciates customer service and in my experience most places I have been to do not have it at all! I can honestly say that I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into MAG. I was not only treated with respect but my sales rep listened and gave me the perfect recommendation based off of what I was telling her. Thank you soo much Sarah Edwards for helping me find my new toy! I greatly appreciate your time and effort. Sarah and the audi team at MAG was very pleasant and made my experience perfect!

I recent visited MAG in Dublin to look at a high end german sports car. I bought the vehicle on the spot from Sarah Edwards. She helped me through the entire purchase process which took about an hour. It was washed, detailed, and ready for me the next day when I came to drive it home to Gahanna. I was in from DC for one day to lease a car for my daughter, and was recommended to MAG by a local.... Fantastic suggestion! They took care of my lease, no-hassle negotiation, great deal, very transparent, super quick (2 hours from start to finish), friendly, what else can I say? I got a deal on a brand new Jetta which is perfect for my daughter, was better than the deal my brother-in-law got on a car for his daughter from another dealer (and I got a better car!), the salesman, John Barna, was professional, friendly, and I just can't say enough good things, here.

I saw a car that met my requirement on cars.com at a very good price. Contacted Midwestern Auto Group (about 2 hours away) using the "check availability" box and received a reply from Mark Naquin within an hour. Mark continued to work with me throughout the day always responding timely. He was able to give me a value for my trade in and answer any questions regarding the car I was interested in. By the end of the day I put a deposit on the car over the phone.That weekend I drove to Midwestern Auto Group to complete the purchase. The car was exactly as described by the cars.com ad and Mark Naquin. Took it for a test drive for about 45 minutes while my trade in was evaluated. The value of my trade that I was quoted over the phone was honored without issue. I arranged my own financing for my convenience and it didn't create any complications. Within about 2 hours of my arrival I was driving home the new car.

I had a really great experience getting my new Jetta 2016 car. Tyler was very knowledgeable and very good at what he does. He really went above and beyond to make our buying experience a memorable one. He also had a great sense of humor. He is truly excellent! I know if I had to buy another car, it would definitely be from MAG and will choose Tyler again as my sales agent.

I would highly recommend Steve Rasey. He was outstanding to deal with in shopping for our son's first car. Steve did a great job in guiding us through all of the options they had on the MAG lot. He did a great job of making the process smooth, easy and enjoyable. I will definitely recommend Steve to all of my friends/family and will use him for future purchases.

This was my first time buying a new car in 10 years! I was unsure off the process and was ready for what I thought would be an arduous experience. Then I met Megan Bruzzese and she completely changed my mine. She was very honest and straight forward with the process. I was in the market for a Range Rover Evogue but was very specific about the amenities and the price range that I needed to be in. Over the span of 3 months she worked closely to keep me updated on the inventory while I waited patiently for what I wanted. She never tried to push me to buy something else which I really appreciated.I drove off with my new car yesterday and couldn't be more pleased! I appreciated the experience that I had at MAG and the trusting relationship I built with Megan. I will defiantly recommend her to others as well as come back for my next car.

In our active search for a specific used car I came across a new listing. After making contact we learned about MAG. We were looking for a specific Brand and Model and yet their selection is quite vast. In our case the car had not been detailed or safety inspected upon the first visit. In only 2 short days we returned and not only was the vehicle safety inspected but Megan and the MAG crew detailed the vehicle. Megan made it happen and after a sales agreement she delivered again with final detailing of some key areas of the used vehicle that needed addressed. They had the car finished and ready for pick up the very next day. The total time went from Wednesday to a vehicle pick up on Saturday. It was very quick and pleasant. The MAG associates and Megan went the extra mile to meet some timing constraints because we are out of town customers but I'm convinced they'd do the same even if I lived in Dublin, OH.

Was uncertain what to expect when pulling up to a dealership that also sells exoctic cars. But they had grerat deals on the mini's i was looking at. Sales team, finance team, and the dealership overall was way beyond my expectations. I would absolutly recommend this dealership to everyone.

My wife and I made multiple inquiries to sales representatives at MAG BMW regarding a used 2013 bmw X3 for sale. Mark Naquin is the only sales representative to respond and in our favor he was awesome. Mark was able to answer every concern or request that we had regarding this vehicle in order to make sure we were comfortable with the purchase without having to push for the sale. If we ever have plans to purchase another vehicle in the future, we will definitely call Mark! We love our new car.

The Audi facility is beautiful and Sarah was attentive to all my needs. She was able to find answers to all my questions and completed the sale efficiently. Great Customer service, communication, and easy to deal with. Coming from out of state, Everything went flawless. Harvey was my sales guy and Doug was the manager. Harvey was the best sales rep I've ever had and Dough was always there when i was looking for any questions. I called 10 times, he answeres 10 times! From ordering the car to delivery, it took 7 monthes and ongoing emails and phone call was always pleasant! I Highly recomment this dealership to anybody whos interested in buying european cars! This dealer is top notch! Thank you!!

My experience with MAG was excellent and i would give this dealership 5 stars."Doug" who was the salesperson was very knowledgeable on Porsches and was willing to work with me on the price. "Vince-finance manager" was very fridndly and helpful as well. I drove out of the dealership with a smiling face and at the end of the day thats what matters!

My girlfriend and I arrived at MAG around 4 p.m. We walked into the porch dealer entrance and was greeted with respect and professionalism. Doug came out, we told him what we wanted and went on the test drive. After that everything was organized and made very simple. If you want a nice car Midwestern Auto Group is highly recommended.
