Hands down the most friendliest dealership by far. I appreciate the fact that the entire staff made me feel welcomed. I want to thank Becky Davenport for her fantastic work and for making my first experience at Mike Bell great. She was very knowledgeable and made the process a breeze from start to finish. I noticed the vehicle I wanted through their inventory on their website. Set up a consultation and the next day I received a phone call to schedule a test drive for my availability. When I got there the vehicle was right out front and we were greeted. Test drive was great, paperwork was smooth, and I left with my new four wheels! Good experience, good people, and would go back.

I have bought cars from a number of dealerships around Ga. This experience is by far the best! The service given by the team at Mike Bell was second to none. It’s so good that I plan to use them for future service appointments and future purchase as well (and I live about 30-40miles away) Lewis and the finance manager(name escapes me - but he is off on Tuesdays Lol!) were helpful and friendly and you can tell they genuinely love what they do! Great job all around!

First of all why they didn't get all 5 stars One salesman David done great job!!!one other salesman Rudy when talking to him on phone during purchase of vehicle was rude And unprofessional Shouldn't have been in on purchase of vehicle anyway. If had to deal with Rudy again would not use this dealership

I purchased my first car (used) from Mike Bell Chevrolet in 2012 - under the pretense that the car had a clean Carfax - they provided me the Carfax report. I just traded in my car, and learned that it had been in a prior accident 1 day before Mike Bell performed a safety inspection and subsequently listed it for sale in 2012 - but the prior accident did not show up on the Carfax report until 3 months after my purchase in 2012. Of course I feel duped by Mike Bell as I overpaid for this car in 2012 thinking it had never been in a prior accident and now I had to accept less on my trade-in because it was. Within a month after I purchased the car in 2012, I discovered one of the rims was bent and dangerous and I reported this to Mike Bell - but they did not help me out, and now I am sure this occurred in the prior accident. I recently wrote to Mike Bell to discuss my concerns - but they have never returned my letter or called me to discuss. I can't help but think they knew the car was in the prior accident and sold it to me under this false pretense.

Fraudulent window sticker on vehicle. Dealer refuses to replace with legitimate car. Filed lawsuit and still no results from dealership. Avoid these crooks and liars.

They've never let us down in the past and the most recent experience with Chad Taylor as our Sales Representative was no different. I run a business and know how difficult making folks happy 100% of the time can be. I can honestly say that I have found no dealership anywhere, where the desire to provide exceptional service is any higher than at Mike Bell Chevrolet. Best experience I had working with a sales person, financing and car dealer. I reviewed the car I found on the internet and the price was very very fair for the car right off the bat, called up and got Chad Taylor for the internet sales, SPOT ON! NO HASSLE! PAPERWORK READY! I think Chad was a great guy to deal with being a first time buyer from Mike Bell Chevrolet, they give car buyers what they want, at least for me, even met the owner, Mike Bell, first time for that too. The Finance Guy, great guy to deal with (sorry finance guy but I can't remember your name but awesome work). I never bought a warranty on a car because by the time it got around to warranty I was so ready to leave the dealership but with my experience at Mike Bell and because most everything was ready when I got there I actually did not mind listening to warranty options and Finance Guy (sorry again) did a great job working with me to get a warranty that suited my exact needs. GREAT JOB MIKE BELL CHEVROLET TEAM and I WILL BE BACK.

Chad Taylor was an AWESOME salesman. We had discussed over the phone what we wanted and he had all the paperwork, etc. Ready when we arrived....in and out in about 1 hour! Very accommodating!

I shopped at three Chevrolet dealers for a 2014 Silverado. The staff at Mike Bell Chevrolet had the best product knowledge to advise me on specific options I wanted on the vehicle. They found one that met all of my criteria and had it shipped to their location. They offered the best deal as I traded in my previous vehicle. Overall the experience of purchasing a new truck was very professional, easy and quick.

Mike Bell Chevrolet has an awesome service department. I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership and received great service on both; and the salesman and finance guys were extremely helpful. Heath, one of the service managers, is very kind and helpful. This dealership has also provided service for my sister's vehicle, and she has been satisfied with the service on her car as well. Great dealership to work with!

Rude Rude and Rude! And what a total waste of my time! I think all the other reviews on this page are fake....have to be. And sales manager Zack Bell was horrible. I have and will continue to tell everyone what a horrible experience I had here.

Chad Taylor made an outstanding sales guy, during a very complicated time for me! I was able to get out from under a higher car payment and into something affordable, he weighed out all options with me, and helped with the signing of papers as additional questions came up. I will definitely tell ANYONE to go see Chad at Mike Bell, and I will be a repeat customer there if and when I am ready to trade or buy again!

What a lucky day for me..after shopping 2 months for a chevy traverse ended up in carrollton Ga. at Mike Bell Chevolet!!!! Chad was the salesman and we felt like we had known him for a while...very personable, helpful and was able to answer every question we asked him!!!We had searched all over and didnt seem to get any help or if we did.. I recently traded in my 2008 Silverado for a new 2012 version. From the very start, our Salesman Chad Taylor allowed me to control my buying experience and patiently took the time to insure that I walked away with the right pick-up. No gimmicks or "used car" sales techniques....just a good old fashioned firm handshake and a "what can I do for you today?" Hands down by best buying experience.

I stopped by Mike Bell Chevrolet to look for a new Camaro SS. I spoke with a salesman named Chad who was more than helpful to me. He was very knowledgeable and answered any and all questions that I had. He was not pushy and gave me the time I needed to decide on buying it. Mike Bell Chevrolet is always the first place I look when I get ready for a new car. They are convenient, friendly and maintain a good selection of new and used cars and trucks. Recently, I was greeted by a salesperson named Chad who was most knowledgable about his products and courteous in his sales approach. He answered my questions clearly and showed me several fuel efficient vehicles that met my requirements and price range. Though I have not yet settled on one particular model, I will most likely make my final selection at Mike Bell Chevrolet.

What a wonderful job Mike Bell does! Customer service is so friendly that it'll make you feel like you're at home with family. I would defintely reccomend this dealership to all my family and friends looking to buy a car or to get one serviced. Prior to buying a car I had my old car serviced here and was always satisfied by their timely manner, prices, and service.

When I went to Mike Bell for a new Chevy Impala, I wasn't sure what to expect. My salesperson, Lewis Crawford, was exceptional. Not only did he show me several different cars I was interested in, he provided the greatest amount of customer service. Seeing as how I've been to other lots, I got treated rudely. I felt as if everyone was only after my money! Lewis, on the other hand, treated me like a person, not a dollar sign! I definitely will recommend everyone I know who's in the market for a great new car at a reasonable price to go to Mike Bell. Definitely ask for Lewis Crawford!!
