Another excellent service call today at Castrucci Chevrolet. Special thanks to Jim Castrucci who handled my new tires and their prompt installation. For 20+ years I have had terrific service. Also appreciate Larry Watson in Sales...he is really GREAT!. Actually, I could repeat this post numerous times. I have had 3 vehicles most times over the last 20 years; I ALWAYS get great service at Castrucci Chevrolet. THANK YOU!

Alex was cool. Very nice young man. The manager was nice too. It was an all around good experience. I am happy to get the better version of the car my wife wanted. If I am going to buy a new car off a lot again, it will be at Castrucci.

Bill took extremely great care of my vehicle and helped make sure that I had transportation while my vehicle was being worked on. He was very accomdodating and seemed to genuinely care! You could tell that he enjoyed his job and took great pride in what he does! He is an asset to your company and I trust that any problems I have in the future will be handled by Bill!

Just picked this '21 Tahoe from them. Great experience and we were in and out fast. Supper knowledgeable staff and very friendly. Our salesman was Lou. Will definitely reach out to him on the next potential purchase. Even in this crazy market we felt like we walked away with a decent price on our trade in and got a good deal on the new one.

Over the years we have bought 3 new Chevys, 2 new Fords and 1 new Toyota.Your dealership was the friendliest of all those dealers by far. We have come to expect some shadiness when we are out to buy and we experienced it at 3 out of 4 dealers we approached, (all Chevy). Mike Castrucci was the exception. Very nice to deal with people who are trustworthy and trusting.

This was the most pleasant car buying experience of my life! Initially I bought a used Silverado pickup truck here, which was far too big of a truck for me. I contacted the salesman, Chad Roberts, a few days after the sale, explained my concern to him and wanted to exchange the Silverado for a new Chevy Colorado. He handled my concern without any problems: refunded in full the used truck sales price, and within mere minutes I had my new Colorado truck. These guys are honest, truthful and as I mentioned earlier, unlike any other car deal I have experienced. After looking around in the Cincinnati area, Castrucci Chevrolet is beyond compare, and highly recommended by me as the very best!John Guntzelman

As soon as we walked in the door Charles greeted us, upon introductions he asked what he could help us with and I told him I was interested in talking about a truck. I showed him on my phone the one I was interested in and he had it pulled up and ready to go! We looked inside, got in and took it for a ride. When we returned Charles asked if this was the one I just couldn't live without. I told him it depends on the next conversation we were about to have. Charles was frank and to the point, he said tell me what your deal is and I'll tell you if I can do it or not, let's skip the back and forth and get right to it. I told Charles about the research I'd done, what I thought was fair. Charles went to the office, came back and said here's a few different options that fit within your budget, which one looks good. That was it! No back and forth, no haggling, no let me see what my manager says.... we agreed on terms, while paper work was being done Charles showed me around and informed me of the services they had to offer. Next I met with George the finance manager, signed some papers and I got the truck I wanted, for the price I wanted with no stress. Best vehicle purchase experience. Highly Recommend!!!!

Everyone I talked to at the dealership from sales to finance was very professional and knowledgeable and their interest was my satisfaction. They went above and beyond to help me. I have bought several cars from this dealership and will return and see Ed Dumont in sales.

I was checking into a truck and asked that they email me no phone calls. My work does not allow me to answer the phone any time of the day. They insisted on calls because a lot more could be done with a call than email. It's not a big deal but it is. They lost the sale because of this.

I purchased a car over the holidays, This was a distance purchase, negotiations over the phone and went and picked the car up. Very pleased with the process, They were very helpful and had the car ready to go when I arrived. I would do business with them again.

My grandfather was in the car business for over 40 years. People used to visit his dealership just to have coffee with the sales people, to hear about new models/engines and complain about the local politicians. This is the feeling I had once again visiting Mike Castrucci Chevrolet in Milford. The people working with the cars there love their job. They love the cars. They know the details. They want you to feel the same way they do about their vehicles. It is a truly unique experience to have that level of accountability and service in a time where it is a lost art. I would make fun of my grandad when he would say, "The Customer is Always Right." Now, I get it. It was an overused line 30yrs ago. We could use a little more of that again these days. It appears that this dealership has started to subscribe to this theory. Its refreshing.

I had a very good experience with Josh Walker and the Castrucci team. I had my my own financing pre-arranged, so in essence I was a cash transaction. That greatly simplified the buying experience and made for a simple, enjoyable transaction. Josh and the rest of the team were friendly and courteous. I bought a used car and we quickly arrived at an agreeable price. Based on quick research, I got a really good deal on a very nice vehicle.

My husband and I purchased a 2014 Spark from Mike Castrucci Chevrolet yesterday, I could not be more pleased with the entire process! The salesmen were knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous, not at all like the car salesmen stereotype. I got a great deal on the price of the Spark, so much in fact, that I did not even have to haggle because I knew before stepping foot in the dealership that they beat all of their competition's prices, hands down! Castrucci Chevrolet has earned our business and we will be repeat customers. If you are at all on the fence about visiting this dealership, I would encourage you to check them out because they have excellent inventory to choose from and low pressure sales tactics.

Great Experience I just purchased a Chevy Camaro and couldn't be happier with the service I received from Kevin Bachman. He was extremely friendly and helpful. I had originally planned to trade in my Jeep Grand Cherokee, but changed my mind after realizing that driving a Camaro in the Cincinnati winters would be a really bad idea. :) Kevin and Rick Loomis made sure that this wasn't a problem and I left extremely happy. I would highly recommend Mike Castrucci Chevrolet and salesman Kevin Bachman. I will definitely go back for any future purchases.

While looking for a hard to find model, a black 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 (High Country with a 6.2L engine), I had the choice of visiting two dealers. One dealer was 12 miles from my home. The other dealer, Mike Castrucci Chevrolet, was 92 miles away. Despite the extra miles, I selected Mike Castrucci Chevrolet, because of its excellent customer scores on DealerRater. Bought a used vehicle in Sept 2013, found out a month later that vehicle had been hit on the drivers side. Causing wind noise and door alignment issues. Contacted used car sales Mngr and he suggested "I" had wrecked vehicle and wanted him to fix it. I didn't even get the option to bring it back to them and have them look at it themselves. Do not buy anything from Castrucci Chevrolet!!!!, or you could end up in the same boat as I did.

we purchased a new Cruze from Ben Mathis he is very good and helpful.go see him if you plan to buy he is very honest i wish i could say the same for the finance man he is a sneak that doesn,t tell you the cost of the extended warrenty he pushes.he left a bitter taste .to bad a great salesman and a underhanded finance man
