The car i wanted there and was priced aggressively due to FMC incentives. I shaved a couple hundred off that by working with the dealership all by email. Showed up and completed the purchase with no hiccups, delays or issues. They're in a tight physical spot that could use some expansion but not a serious issue. I'd recommend them.

Was looking for a Ford Edge and reached out since the prices online were the best in the area, but not by much. Wanted a 2015 edge and was told the price would not drop from online pricing. (Which was the same price as the 2016 edges). I repeatedly asked about the price range I was looking into to see if the car I wanted to see would fit in my budget and got no response. So we had to show up to see the car and get the pricing. My 2013 fully loaded Buick Encore SUV was valued at 12500. Which was a smack in the face because I have my vin number before showing up, told him about my finances, and how much we owed on the car. They came back and still low balled me. But the worst of it all, I have a company discount and it's supposed to be applied after negotiation on the car and they wouldn't honor it after telling me over the phone and email they would. Other ford dealerships have this treated me better and offered more for my car. To be honest they seemed annoyed I was even there.

If anybody is thinking about buying a car, do not go to Mike Castrucci Ford in Alexandria, KY. I've had a transmission clutch recall on my car now for almost 2 years and have been in there over 5-10 times for this issue only to find out that they just ordered the BACKORDERED part in March. Where was this a year and a half ago? Would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Great car Dealership without all of the pressure. We were made to feel welcome and was given time to decide on our purchase. Mike Routt is a Salesman that will go out of his way to make sure his customer is happy with their purchase. Craig Chabot completed our financing and was also very welcoming. We bought our vehicles (2) last year from Tim Werking. That experience was a wonderful one for both my wife and me. The relationship we developed with Tim is one of trust and mutual respect. I recommend Castrucci and specifically Tim to anyone I know looking for a vehicle. He made the whole buying process a great experience both times. I have never been one to have a car dealer service my vehicle(s). I typically would do the "easy" stuff myself. We have taken our vehicles to Castrucci (Alexandria) for two (2) oil changes and tire rotations. (they are both 2014s but there are only about 10k miles on each of them). The service folks are wonderful to work with. When we do come in for service, we seek Tim out and unless he is busy with someone, he always takes time to talk with us and answer questions about the "new" vehicles. I am not sure exactly who we deal with in service, I assume it's Rod at the Service desk and we dealt with two different finance folks when we bought the vehicles (two months apart). Both were great and explained everything to us so we could make informed decisions. As I mentioned before, I recommend Castrucci/Tim to anyone that mentions they are looking for a vehicle.

First called and spoke with Gary Edmondson, who was very nice and answered all my questions about a new truck my husband wanted to buy. He put me in contact with Jeff Cheser who was very knowledgeable about the different trucks that were available. Jeff never made us feel pressured into buying anything that day. We experienced Great Customer Service here and we love our new truck!

My husband and I are newlyweds and just figuring out the ropes, and it was stressful to then find out we needed to buy a new reliable vehicle as soon as possible when our other used one died. The first worry was to be taken advantage of by a car salesman, especially when we had never financed and bought a new car before. Here, our minds were immediately put at ease by genuine and down to earth people, that honestly were trying to help us in our situation. When you go, and you should, I HIGHLY recommend asking for Jeremy Huffman. He was a blessing to us in this first time and stressful experience. He was incredibly helpful and honest, and was so willing and determined to work with us within what we needed and to find us a car that night. The poor man spent a solid 6,7 hours with us, and was willing to work with us until 9:30pm to figure everything out possible that was best for us. These are people honestly trying to help you find what you need that works best for you personally. There were no games, tricks, or sales pitches. It was a true genuine experience, which I can't explain how important that is in a situation such as ours. We found a great car, for a great price, and left happy and incredibly pleased and thankful for such a nice experience.

Went to the dealership to look at a new Ford Edge. Nathan Kipp came out to greet us. He was very friendly and approachable from the beginning of the sales process all the way to the end. Would recommend him for sure. They are willing to work with you on the deal to make sure it gets done with no pressure at all. We are overall pleased with the whole experience.

I had been doing some research on the Ford Expedition because we needed a large SUV to more efficiently pull our camper. The Expedition turned out to be the best option and after searching online, came across one at this dealership for a more than fair price. My family and I stopped in a few days later after finishing some errands early. We met with Tim Werking who showed us the vehicle we were interested in a let us take it for a test drive. Mr. Werking was friendly, helpful, informative, and took us on an extended test drive so both my wife and I would have a chance to drive. In my opinion, he went above and beyond for a customer that was not going to buy that day since we did not have our trade-in vehicle with us. I made an appointment for the next day to show Mr. Werking our trade-in vehicle. After doing more reaserrh that night, we decided the price was more than fair and we shouldn't wait to buy. The next day, I returned to the dealership, this time with my young son (childcare issues). I was hoping to meet with Mr. Werking right at my appointment time and move through the vehicle purchase quickly (since he was already familiar with what was going on), because it's difficult to keep a five year-old entertained for long. Unfortunately, Mr. Werking was already helping two (2) other customers and I was made to wait for over 35 minutes with no help. At this point, I was frustrated, and the price, which may have been good, was not worth me sitting there. As I was getting ready to leave, the sales general manager (Bryan Smith, I believe) stopped me, calmed me down, and immediately got another salesperson (Nick Rauch) to help me. Mr. Rauch worked diligently to appraise and get a fair value for my trade and then worked to get me all the rebates and financing I qualified for. In the end, I was happy with both the purchase price and trade value. Since the process had taken longer than I expected, the dealership, and especially Mr. Smith, went above and beyond by giving me a loaner car while my paperwork was being prepared, and paid for both mine and my son's lunch. This is true customer service and I was extremely impressed. They did not have to do this, but did, to make up for my wait and to ensure I was satisfied with my car buying experience. Mr. Werking was more than apologetic for the wait and confusion. Mr. Rauch and Mr. Smith were extremely accommodating and helpful. I will definitely recommend this dealership, not only for the prices offered, but for more importantly going out of their way to ensure I was happy and satisfied with the whole process.

I normally hate the car shopping/buying experience ... I'd rather have a root canal. My current car shopping did not start off well. Then I stopped at Mike Castrucci in Alexandria, KY, and met with Jeff Cheser. I told him what I 'thought' I wanted. He then showed me 2 Escape models side by side. It was extremely helpful to see the options I was getting for my money. Jeff was great to work with ... he listened, offered suggestions, and it was stress free. I highly recommend working with Jeff. I was also very pleased with the financing. Craig went the extra mile and got me an even lower interest rate.

We have purchased 4-5 vehicles in the past couple years from this dealership ranging from pickup trucks including 3--2014 F150's to a Ford Mustang and a 2015 F150 and each time we always go with a certain salesman, Ryan Smith. Ryan has gone above and beyond to make our experience an exceptional one. His knowledge of the vehicles we were purchasing was exceptional as well as his willingness to be helpful for any questions after each sale. Castrucci ford Alexandria dealership has been making improvements to be a more updated facility which is nice to see as well. I refer my friends to this dealership and also ask for Ryan Smith. I plan to visit him and this dealership for my next purchase also.

WORST experience ever! So I have been looking for a particular vehicle for weeks. I finally find it online yesterday. I went to the dealership and spent 1 hour walking in the cold snow. No one was able to find the car because it had not made it to the lot yet. Turns out it is in service being prepped. Salesman, manager, and technician all contact me to come back today to view it when service is complete even though I offered to return last night. Somehow this unavailable vehicle gets sold out from under me hours later. I was there paperwork in hand with my car which I just detailed and was ready to purchase on the spot. What a joke of a dealership. I guess there truly isn't honor among thieves!

Purchased a new F-150 from Mike Routt at Castrucci Ford Alexandria. Here's my full report - I am a younger buyer, however I've bought over 35 cars in my life. I like to buy and sell, so I know all the song and dance from the buying to selling perspectives. The one thing I despised more than anything is when I have to buy from a dealership to get what I want. Why? They have rules, a process, and they have overhead your average private seller does not have to concern themselves with and almost all seem to think I can't afford the vehicle I want at the time and try presenting me with cheaper options or asking me "what's your payment need to be?" all the time. I'm typically a cash out the door buyer, I just want the bottom dollar price and I'm always a difficult client. I decided after looking online for some time that I wanted a very specific F-150. Castrucci had the best prices online, radio ads announced daily with their current sales, and my friends who purchased from Castrucci swear by this place so I gave them a try. They have a great reputation in Alexandria. Almost all residents have a personal relative who has bought from them in the past - and they maintain that reputation by repeat customers and word of mouth. Selection, simply put if they don't have it - they will get it. Sit down with them and tell them what you want - year/model/color/options/etc... they will get you the car you want so don't settle for what the other guys have on their lot. Sometimes it's worth the wait to get the car of your dreams. Service, typical dealership when it comes to the willingness to help - however the follow-through here is what sold me. They did exactly what they promised and more. Overall, I would gladly buy from them again in the future (hint, hint, mustang, hint, hint) and have already recommended them to my dad who is looking to buy a new truck as well. I'm pleased with my experience. Merry Christmas!

This was my very first time buying a car and I couldn't think of any better place to buy one than Mike Castrucci. My grandfather went the night before and found the car I was looking for the dealer that he went through was great. Scott Help him and my boyfriend to whatever they were looking for and the next day I was back and bought my very first car. From the time I got out of the truck he made sure he sold the car to me and not just my grandpa. I am very fortunate to have great service and salesman to help me along the way. I will defiantly recommend Mike Castrucci to others and Scott as a there salesman. Thank you to all the works and how willing they are to work with you to get what you want.

I recently went to Mike Castrucci Ford of Alexandria and it was more than I expected. I bought a 2009 Mustang that is a joy to drive. The sales person was very nice and courteous. After taking the car for a drive on July 12, I knew it was what I wanted. I came back the next day and drove away a very happy man.The price was good and the value for my trade in was more than I would have thought. I was impressed very much. I will continue in the future to take my business there.

My daughter spent 3.5 hours there with three salesmen more interested in eating wings and joking around then in helping a new salesperson tried to figure out what to do. She was responding to an ad and even took the time to email that she was coming. They acted as if she came from the moon. She had the cash, the color and make of Ford she wanted and they tried to talk her into everything but what she was there for. She felt as if she had walked in on "The Boys Club" of Castrucci Ford. Women....go elsewhere....as quickly as you can.

My Wife and I drove out there excited to see a car we liked on line, after letting them know we were on the way. When we got there, they had no idea where the car was, after waiting for several min. we were told they were looking for the keys, and dumped a huge box of keys on the desk to go through them, it was very disappointing to see how disorganized they were, they finally found the car way back in the back of the lot down the hill, but still no keys, the car was scratched all over and the rear tire was almost flat, it brought back thoughts of your typical used car jokes. as well as typical of most Ford dealer experience's we have had across the country.We will never shop there again and do not recommend going there, it was a waste of time and gas for us, we were very disappointed

I filled out an online request thru cars.com and thru the Castrucci site directly. I didn't even get as much as an email back in response for my request. Expected at least a response even if the car was already gone. This is after I purchased my last car from Castrucci in Milford. Very disappointed.

We looked on the internet for weeks for used cars and felt we had a good handle on the acceptable price for the car we were looking for. We found Castrucci to be very well priced in comparison to others. The salesmen were knowledgeable and did not pressure us. I felt that they knew that they had a good deal and did not need to pressure us. The finance department was also very pleasant to work with. I will definitely return to Castrucci when looking for my next car, used or new.

I was looking for a car as a sort of high school graduation present with the leftover money i saved from college scholarships. My dream since i was in pre-school was to own a Mustang. I walked onto Castrucci's Used Car lot to look at a 2012 Mustang V6 Premium, but found right next to it a 2010 Mustang V6 Premium with 20,000 less miles and a few extra, yet tasteful, aftermarket touches to it. I was helped by Chris McIntosh who was more than helpful when it came to the buying the car. I took the night to think it over and called Chris back on Sunday with intent to buy. Chris wasn't working that day, but the took the time out of his day off to get the car ready and set up for me to make a quick and easy purchase. I now have the hottest car in my high school's lot with plenty of my friends asking me where i found such a gem, and i have told them every time to check out Mike Castrucci in Alexandria. I'm absolutely in love with my car and the service i received from Chris and the rest of the guys.

My wife and I just purchased a used GMC Envoy from Chris. From past dealings with buying cars, I was NOT looking forward to the process. I was pleasantly surprised at the experience and the quality of their Used Vehicle selection.
