I took my Kia Sorrento in to be looked at because it was sluggish when pushing the gas. When we bought it we paid extra for the extended warranty. They couldn't find anything wrong with it, but wanted me to purchase an extensive oil change for $120.00 and Carbon removal for $199.00. I refused both of these. They still charged me $111.30 for doing absolutely NOTHING to my car. I will never be purchasing as extended warranty or another vehicle from this dealer ship.

every time we take our car in for an oil change or any service we are told (when they ask to speak to you privately) that they are "recommending" more services. Thankfully I know the difference between recommended and required. I also tell them they can do any service the warrant will pay for. Keeps the conversation short. Once I was told the cabin are filter needed to be replaced. I had that done at another repair shop when I had the 30K check-up done so it was not on their computer. When I told him that, he said his mechanics think it needed changed. I said fine. Remove the filter. let me see it, and if it looks dirty we'll replace it. If not, just put it back. He refused saying I would have to pay for the labor. Sometimes they are laughable...sometimes just so transparently greedy!

I dealt with salesman Jeff Scott and he was very helpful with all my questions, and helped me make an informed decision on a Kia. I drove a few vehicles and when I drove the Kia Sportage, I was sold. Jeff was very knowledgeable about the Sportage, he answered questions before I asked them, he went over all aspects of the vehicle with me and made me feel comfortable, not pressured. I am a very happy Kia owner! Thank You Jeff!!!

Do not trust these guys had a quote to do motor work they was double the cost of other Cadillac dealers deal with beriel in Wexford or rorich on liberty ave ..Kelly s don't return phone calls and are stuffing thier pockets with your money same job head gasket other dealer 3 grand ...Kellys wants 7 grand same job same car...don't trust them that's why they are politicians they are going to screw ya,believe me don't deal with them!!

My Kia is a 2011 Sorento and it is simply beginning to fall apart. The extended warranty I purchased with the vehicle apparently doesnt cover any that would be considered bumper to bumper. I guess its silly to think that dorr handles and link pins fell somewhere between the two bumpers. Not to mention that by 54,000 miles the motor had to be replaced because the main bearing spun. Thank goodness I was under 60,000 because I am certain that wouldn't have been covered either. I am disappointed in the service or desire to help that I have received from my dealership, I also feel Kia advertises an incredible product with an incredible warranty and extended warranty. They simply do not deliver. I was a big promoter of the brand for the first two years of my experience . Now I am a detractor and cannot wait to share my poor experience with all who I come in contact with. I don't really think I can express how disappointed I truly am with Kia as a whole. I realize the dealership is governed by Kia so they can only be held accountable for so much of my poor experience. In short I am happy to say by next summer I will never have to deal with Kia again. Ridiculous!!!

The overall buying experience was a bit more lengthy and I was kept uninformed during a large amount of the process. Also, and more importantly, when I've called to ask questions and speak about my car... I get no calls back. I wish the stereotype of salesmen ONLY being interested in the bottom line wasn't true; but at Mike Kelly, sales retention is apparently NOT of importance, at least, not to Phil.

The Service department is not intereseted in doing warranty work. They will try to talk you out of there being a problem with our car. We had to drive 45 minutes and take time off work to drive to MIke Kelly Kia to ride with them in the car to PROVE to the serviceman that there was a problem!! When they had no argument and had no choice but to look because we were there, they did finally acknowledge the problem and fix it. I would not have bought a kia if i would have know it was going to be so difficult to use the warranty. I would not recommend Mike kelly Kia.

They hold cars to people they deemed more important than the masses. Specifically, I was shocked that they would not sell me a car because a client that buys cars "all the time" and a former Steeler wanted it first. They were not even sure if he was going to come down and get it, BUT if he did not, THEN they would have sold me the car. Horrible dealership!

Incredibly responsive to internet query!Actual visit to dealership was significantly better than most!They provided helpful and detailed information about our options without making us feel pressured. They reviewed several options to keep the cost within our budget without making us feel that we were sacrificing the things that would make us happy.I am confident about the quality of the vehicle and look forward to many years of working with this dealership!

Kelly Kia fixed the price after it was agreed on. The over all price of my optima ended up about $5000 more than it should have. I know I should have read the financial contract better, but I mistakenly trusted the dealer. The price on the window was about 17,500. After the rebate and my trade in it should have been about 13,000. The greedy $*at#)$ added my rebate, discounts, and my trade in onto the window price which resulted in me paying more than the listed sticker price. They are aware that I got screwed but no one has been man enough to admit it. I have the email from Brandon and the voice mail from Aaron. Just second rate dealership.
