I had noted on the internet a used vehicle which I was interested in at Mills Honda. I called Mills Honda and let them know I would be coming to check it out. When I got there it was ready for me. Corey Nehk was very helpful and answered my questions regarding the vehicle as well as went along for a test drive. I did purchase the vehicle. Corey made the whole buying process very pleasant. Our experience in leasing a 2015 Odyssey from Mill's Honda, Baxter, MN was exceptional. Kenn Day is a super salesman with a great personality. After just one phone call, Kenn had all the papers completed when we arrived, including having the license plates on the vehicle. Kenn covered all the features on the Odyssey, including a test drive to demonstrate some of the features. He advised us if we had any questions and/problems later to call and he would walk us through everything. So far, no questions/problems. Kenn, Steve, and Dan explained all the paper work clearly so no questioned had to be asked. The experience with Mill's Honda was great and we would highly recommend the Dealership to everyone.

These guys are great! I went in there with the hopes in finding a much nicer vehicle than my old 2002 Stratus. I gave Corey my max monthly payment and he found the perfect car for me that was below the monthly payment I was willing to spend. I made an appointment to come to Mills Honda, and I was told we'd have Kenn Day as a rep. We live over two hours away, but I had one car in mind that I really wanted to see. I had been looking online at cars for a while, but I am glad that I chose to visit this place first! We met out rep, Kenn Day, and he already had all the keys ready for the cars that I was interested in seeing. We test drove a few. Kenn was very knowledgeable, and very patient in the whole process. I wasn't really looking forward in the car shopping process but I was really lucky to have ended up at Mills Honda! The process was easy and fast! Thank you so much for the great experience! We began our car buying process by limiting ourselves 4-cylinder autos with as many 'luxury features' as possible. At Mills Honda Corey Nehk approached us immediately upon entering the sales floor in a friendly and interested manner. First impressions do count. Corey was patient, knew the 'products' and Mills had the car immediately available if we wished to purchase it. Corey put no pressure on us to purchase immediately. We 'slept' on our decision making and purchased a Honda Accord 4dr EXL It was ready to go when Mills said it would be and Corey went through the entire vehicle operation process with us, staying past his shift to do so, in no hurry and patiently. Dane took care of the financial details in a friendly, courteous manner, with no pressure to purchase extended 'products'. This was our first experience with Mills Honda, and we are not new to the 'new car' buying process. Corey made it a pleasurable experience as did the rest of the staff.

What can I say! Joe Erickson doesn't sell you a car, he helps you find the car you want and finds a way to make it a win/win for you and the dealership. We return every summer from Florida and have now got two Hondas (Oddysey and CRV) from Joe. There is no pressure, just the reassurance that he, and Mills, will do their best to make your experience one that is one not filled with the feeling of "I hate buying a car!" We had not been actively looking for a vehicle but found one online we were interested in. Kenn got right back to me about it. We drove an hour and 1/2 to look at it and unfortunately our golf clubs would not fit in the back. Kenn was fine with us not taking the vehicle and showed us some other styles that we may be interested in. We were looking for used car. We had never owned a Honda but had researched this brand. We stopped at the Mills Honda dealership in Baxter, Mn. and found a terrific salesman in Scott Pikula. He was helpful, informed, friendly without being pushy and we purchased our Honda Civic that very afternoon. We found the facilities clean, and relaxed and would do business this site again. I had a 1999 prism I was reluctant to give up and it was time for a new car. I did not want to deal with St Cloud Dealerships. Joe sold my Mom her CRV so I went to him. I was able to find a car online and spoke to a sales rep the same day. I felt no pressure and feel I received a great car for the price. Great staff to work with. I live 150 miles away and only had to sign and drive off the lot. All other dealings were promptly done on the phone and email. I will consider them in the future when purchasing automobiles.

I want to say thank you to Kenn Day, the salesman and Mills Honda, I was sent to see Kenn by a friend of mine who had bought a Honda Civic there, he said it was a no pressure experience and the people there were very professional ! I called Kenn on the phone and told him what I was looking for and we scheduled a time to meet and he had already ran the numbers on buying VS leasing so I knew exactly what I was dealing with. When I decided to lease it the paper work took less than 5 minutes to complete, Chad the finance manager explained everything in detail and in a way that it was easy to understand. I can only evaluate the purchasing process because we haven't owned our new 2014 Honda CRV long enough to have experience with any other aspect of the dealership or vehicle. Kenn Day was our salesman and we found him to be competent and relaxed. Our test drives (Accord and CRV) with him were comfortable and informative. In my on-line inquiries I found only one dealer with a lower purchase price, and since Kenn had done all the work of "selling" us on the car we felt that it was fair to go with Mills Honda rather than take the other $350 lower bid. Kenn offered a reasonable but not remarkable price for our trade-in, a faithful 2002 Toyota Sienna with 285,000 miles. It's nice to deal with someone who lets the vehicle sell itself without being pushy.

We recently traded in our 2011 Honda CRV SE for a 2014 CRV and were very happy with our experience at Mills Honda. Dale Cooper was great to work with he helped us get a good trade in price for our old car and we were very satisfied with what we had to pay to upgrade to a more expensive model 2014. He explained all the new features well. We went for lunch by the time we got back the car was ready to drive off the lot...even had the new license plates on it.

Kenn Day has sold us 7 cars now. The last was the top of the line 2013 Civic. Kenn is a great friendly guy who treats you like you are extra special. He knows his cars and follows up with you a couple days after you have purchased it! The whole process from start to finish at Honda is a pleasurable experience ... We totaled our only car in an accident, and besides recovering from injuries, we faced the overwhelming task of finding a replacement car ASAP. I recently bought a 2013 Honda CRV from Jim Erickson. I talked to him over the phone and got the best possible deal from him. I then called other dealerships to compare and Jim was still the best price. I called Jim back and accepted his price and he even delivered the vehicle to me. Too me, that was the best customer service I have ever gotten. I didn't have to waste my day driving to and from the dealership plus waiting on getting the financing done. When Jim delivered the vehicle to me, he went over all the features plus he sync my cellphone to it. Thanks for making my experience a great one. I have been driving my 1997 Honda CRV since 1999. It had 170,000 miles on it. I planned on driving at least to 200,000 miles. A person kept talking about wanting to buy my car. It helped me decide to get a newer used CRV. Lyle & I went to Joe Erickson because we have known him for many years and he has sold our family other cars. After researching the 2013 Honda Pilot EX-L, I needed to make the decision on whether or not this vehicle would meet my needs. My visit to Mills Honda in Baxter, Minnesota helped me decide that the Pilot was superior to the two other SUVs I had researched. Scott Pikula is the salesman who was instrumental in my decision making. During my test drive, Scott suggested we drive on a road near the dealership that was somewhat bumpy and certainly not as smooth as the busier streets in Baxter. The Pilot performed well and handled the rough road with no suspension issues or noises. The entire ride went well and after returning to the dealership and talking with Scott, I made a final inspection of the Pilot and suggested we go inside and discuss a purchase agreement. While my new Pilot was being detailed, Scott had me sit in the driver seat of another Pilot so he could go through an explanation of the instrument panel and all the other controls and features of the Pilot. This was extremely helpful and not overwhelming. From the moment I walked into Mills Honda and met Scott and then ending with a very sincere handshake before I sat in my new Pilot, I can honestly say that my entire time spent at the dealership with Scott Pikula and all the Mills staff was pleasantly memorable.

I just completed the purchase of a 2013 Honda Ridgeline from Mills Honda, Brainerd, MN. The salesman I worked with was Joe Erickson, the antithesis of the stereotypical car salesman. Joe Erickson did a wonderful job of assisting us in purchasing our 2010 Hyundai Sonata. I really appreciated the fact that he allowed me to take it on an extended test drive to be able to show it to my family. All questions were answered quickly and fairly. STOPPED JUST TO LOOK AND JEFF HEINLEN CAME OUT AND EXPLAINED THE 2013 FEATURES. CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY WITH OUR 2005 VAN. AFTER A BRIEF TIME GETTING OUR BEST DEAL THE PAPERWORK WAS COMPLETED. DUE TO PRIOR OBLIGATIONS WE COULDN'T PICK UP THE VAN FOR SEVERAL DAYS. WHEN WE ARRIVED THE CAR WAS INSIDE, CLEAN & SHINY; JEFF WENT OVER THE CAR WITH US, ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS, GOT THE REMAINING PAPERWORK COMPLETED AND OFF WE WENT. OVERALL EXPERENCE WAS EXCELLENT. We visited Mills Honda for service on a recall notice on our 2003 Odyssey and thought we would just take a look on the lot since we were thinking of trading in the fall. But thanks to Joe Erickson, we are now in a 2013 Odyssey and loving it! Joe took the time to explain the new bells and whistles so we drove off the lot with confidence that we didn't have to shove our noses in a user's manual to figure out how everything works. He seemed to know just what we needed and saw us through the whole process, explaining everything very well and even installing our new license plates. Dane Milender made the paperwork process almost effortless and the service department was also very helpful with our recall issue. Many thanks!!!

I found the van I wanted on Cars.com and then before I know it they are calling me. Literally minutes after sending them a message that I was interested. I live an hour + away so it was hard to get there right away. We called before leaving to make sure it was still available. Then my husband and my son went and took a look. It was good and we wanted to move forward. So after work I called Jeff Heinlen and discussed our options. He decided to get my information and offered to hold the van for us until I could get there on Monday to purchase it. Thank you, Jeff!

Originally we were going to purchase a used car but circumstances changed and we purchased a new CRV. Through the whole search and purchase the sales staff and management were helpful but not pushy, friendly and went out of their way to meet our needs. They exceeded our expectations at every point. We recommend everyone searching for a vehicle visit Mills Honda. Their repair staff is also excellent. Repairs are done within the estimate and done efficiently and correctly the first time.Thank you Dale for the CRV and Scott who sold us a used Civic several years ago!
