Came up from Rochester to visit some family in the Twin Cities, stopped by Milo Peterson Ford on the way to have my oil changed as it was long overdue. The service staff was very friendly and was transparent in cost estimates & time. They had me out of there in less than a half hour and the cost was actually less than what they originally quoted. Made for a great experience, thanks Milo Peterson Ford!

This past December we were in the market for a new Ford Explorer after our old one's engine blew out on the highway. After a less than savory visit to Zumbrota Ford, we found a nice Explorer on cars.com that was over at Milo Peterson Ford. We made the drive without calling as it was not all that far from us and we figured if the one we wanted wasn't available we could look at some others. After getting a little lost trying to find it, we came across it practically sitting in the middle of a corn field. We stepped inside and they made us feel like family, they pulled up the stock number on the ford we saw on cars.com and it was still available. They ran out and warmed-up the car while we chatted with the sales staff inside. After a short test drive we bought that day. Thanks to the Milo Peterson Ford team we left happy customers.

We recently had an issue with our car and we had to have it towed in for repair. The service people were great to work with and very professional. It feels good to know of a reliable and friendly service center that you can count on when needed.

I was concerned that my car would require a major repair and was so grateful that the service department was honest and told me that it would be jsut a minor brake repair.

Find the vehicle online, called and the receptionist was very polite, we never had to wait on the phone, Paul Peterson was fantastic and friendly. We were driving about 75 miles (one-way) to check out the vehicle and Paul was very accommodating to our schedule. Purchase process was the least painful we've ever had. Definitely would consider buying from Paul again!

Today I purchased my first new car. I drove from St. Paul to Kenyon just because of the great things I have heard about this dealership. Walked in and reviewed my options, took a test drive and fell in love with my new Ford Fusion, I expected the purchasing process to take a few days, within a few hours of walking in the front door, I was driving away in the perfect car at the perfect price set up by the most friendly sales team I have ever encountered. They even helped me to find the best deal on a bumper to bumper warranty and an amazing rate on an auto loan. From A-Z Milo Peterson Ford was Superior in service and sales as well as very accommodating and helpful in making my decision. I would have driven twice the distance. At Milo Peterson's you get great service, a smile, and a nice conversation. Their service department is fantastic - I went into a ditch very early one winter monring with a car full of cheerleaders on the way to State and they came and pulled me out of the ditch fast and safely and didn't make me feel like a dumb woman driver either. If you have a question they will find the answer if they don't already know it, have a good selection and just go all out to help you with whatever is needed. Thank you Milo Peterson's!

This dealer makes you feel right at home everytime you walk into his dealership. There prices are always right on they never seem un-fare. THE SELECTION OF QUALITY USED and new car selection is always very good. I just think small town dealerships should be americas # 1 choice always. My whole family annd freinds buy there there is no reason to go anywhere else.
