I liked that Milton Ruben went out of their way to accommodate my schedule and work with me to purchase a vehicle. Knew I had to have another Toyota and had been surfing for 4runners for a year before I pulled the trigger. Had stopped by a talked to Kelton before and when my old truck left me stranded one early thursday morning, I called Kelton and told him I'd be over that afternoon to get my new 4runner. My experience at Milton Ruben Toyota was a great one!!! Rebekah Whitcomb is Phenomenal!!! She is so friendly, kind, and has an extremely helpful personality!!! She is not like the typical care sales person I have met in the past pushy and rude. We told her our wants and needs she took us right over to the car that fit us in every way!!! She took excellent care of us!!! No kidding the first car she showed us was the perfect fit!!! She knew exactly what we were looking for!!! She was such a Blessing!!! Our finance guy Charles Jeminez was great too, very helpful, kind friendly and informative!!! Kelton was awesome! First of all, he was OFF, working out at the gym when my friend/supervisor called him. Nonetheless, he met us at the dealership. When we got there, Kelton was already there. What surprised me is that he already had 2 cars picked out for me, based on a conversation with my friend, who simply said, "she doesn't want a white car". He told me he had a black on black and a black on ash. I just looked at him stunned, because I was thinking, "how did he know???" He looked at my stunned face and said, "I'll bring around the black on black". When he opened the door and I saw the red threading on the dash board and the seats, it was instant love! I test drove her and he liked my test driving, while my friend was putting on imaginary brakes! It was the only car I saw, the only one I drove, and the one I left with. I saw the price on the sticker and told him that it was too high for me. He told me not to worry about that, he just needed to know if I liked the car. Needless to say, he got the price down to a workable price for me. I didn't have to worry about financing because, working for a bank, I came with my own and didn't have to be there for several hours. Kelton wanted to make sure that I left with the car that night, and I did. He stayed until after 9 pm with us (we didn't get there until near 7 pm) until the deal was done...on his day off. I took several of his cards, my manager already had some and took more. I will definitely refer him & Milton Reuben Toyota to others. I'm a previous Camry owner so there was no question about the quality of the car or getting any other.

David McGahee is a good man to buy a car from. Although the circumstances of our needing to buy a new car were not pleasant, our car was totaled by being hit by a drunk driver, he made the process much more enjoyable than my mindset was initially inclined to be in. Alphonse Pleming did an outstanding job in finding the perfect fit for us. We are thrilled with our purchase and the whole process. We came to the dealership looking at a specific used car. I went to almost all the car dealers for buying a new car. I was looking for something high end but not too expensive.Compared all the models from different dealers and in the end came here and saw James Silvia, he offered me a 2016 camry with alloy wheels, black interiors. Though i was not interested in them he said i would go for it in the end as it was the best and the only piece. I checked other models, did test drives and finally after 3 days decided to go for the camry James Silvia offered in the beginning. He gave a very good deal and also helped me get it financed for 0% interest. Many people having Toyota Camry look at mine and ask about the wheels and the interior upholstery. Their jaws drop when i say its all from the company not from some professional autocar specialist.James Silvia Thank You. Toyota thank you for the ultra luxury model in the price of a regular sedan. Will update more when i go for the service but i can guarantee it would be top notch.P.S. - Planning on one more car during Christmas, would definitely be going back there.

While waiting on my 2007 Tundra service, I was looking at new trucks. Rebekah Whitcomb came over and ask if she could be of help. I told her why I was there and we started to talk about the new Tundra. She was very helpful in answering my questions. I am one of those guys that likes a certain type of truck. Just by luck there was a truck there that I was interested in. Now to keep the story short, Rebekah worked up a some quotes. She did a great job in working with a sales manager who I believe his name was Dwayne and between the two of them; came up with a final offer. Since I was not really looking to trade trucks I ask for time to think about it. Rebekah said she understood. I was in sales for 17 years and I know how hard it is. She called me this morning and I told her that it is on the table. I want to talk to the person that handles my retirement account. All said, it was an interesting event and she handled it very well.

The lease on our 2013 Rav4 was just about to expire so, I dropped by the dealership to look around for a new vehicle, just to see what our options were. I found a model on the lot that I liked and went in to see the sales manager. He took some info and paired me up with a sales person, Paul Ward. After crunching some numbers, Paul told me that I could upgrade to an LXE model and actually pay less on the lease than I was currently paying for my 2013! Done deal?...you bet! We picked up our 2016 Rav4 XLE yesterday and absolutely love it! I've been doing business with Milton Ruben Toyota for almost twelve years and have never been disappointed in either the transaction, or in the way they treat people and do business! I got a brand new 2016 4Runner at Milton Ruben this weekend. The whole process was pretty easy. When can you say that about purchasing a vehicle? My husband and I talked to Jeff Hennen who gave us a quote on our trade in as well as prices for new and used 4Runners. We did not have to try to haggle because after looking for a good deal for almost a year, purchasing one at another dealership (only to return it due to it being delivered in poor condition), and having to go through so much paper work... we knew for a fact that Milton Ruben was offering us an amazing deal. Kelton Hayes took his time and made sure that whatever vehicle we decided on, whether new or used, would be one that we loved. We ended up buying a brand new one for the price of older ones with miles on them that we had seen before. I cannot say how happy and thankful I am. Jeff and Kelton's rapport and outstanding customer service will cause us to come back and send other car shoppers their way.

We went to Milton Ruben for the third time in the past 6 years and was treated as always...AWESOME. Our previous salesperson had retired and we met a new salesman and he was superb! His name is Larry Shuler.. a true professional!. He didn't play games and produced exactly what he offered and more. The only thing I would change about Milton Ruben Toyota is move it to Greenville South Carolina so I wouldn't have to drive 2 plus hours each way to buy from them! A true gem in the world of automotive purchasing. I research and get pricing from several dealers and NONE of them were as quick or serious about closing the deal as Mr. Shuler and Milton Ruben. I went to Milton Ruben because of the experience we received with the last 2 Toyota purchases we made there. My salesman Larry Shuler was very kind and made sure I left with a car that I love. He went and got several keys for us to look at different trim levels of the same model. He explained the features that come standard and that were optional. He wasn't pushy which I appreciate. William Belo in finance was great as well. He had to fill out another contract for us because we decided at the last minute to upgrade our warranty for a longer period and he didn't act like it inconvenienced him one bit. I am currently deployed overseas and my wife needed a new car. Utilizing USAA's Car Buying Service and Milton Ruben being noted as having what we were looking for in stock we proceeded with the purchase. Milton Ruben reached out quickly provided us with an amazing deal on the new 4Runner. Paul Ward (Salesman) communicated expertly through email discussing the various details. We traded emails for two days and my wife was finally able to go in to test drive the vehicle. she fell in love with the 4Runner immediately and we purchased the vehicle. In total she was at the dealer for less than two hours, 30 minutes of which was them detailing it for delivery, everything else from test drive, to appraisal of our vehicle (which was the easiest appraisal and most fair we have received in multiple car purchases), to finance was completed in about an hour and a half. Service is beyond compare. They went above and beyond to cater to our unique situation and value military personnel. We would not hesitate to recommend Milton Ruben and Paul Ward especially to any of our friends/family. We look forward to doing business again with them in the future.

I have purchased alot of cars in my life and usually dread going to a dealership. Rebekah meet me outside and was the best shopping experience I have ever had. I actually compared prices on my new Toyota with 12 dealerships in the Columbia SC area. Kelton Hayes was the most helpful person I dealt with during that process out of all of the other dealerships. He also gave me the best value that none of the other dealerships could beat, with all numbers clear and fully disclosed. I got a car fully loaded for less than I thought i would pay for a more stripped down model. The buying process was low pressure in all aspects, no pushy finance person talking you into a dumb loan, or pushing add ons you don't want. Kelton was also very knowledgeable about the car. I did my research, watched videos, read websites and he still knew more than I did. I thought this place was to good to be true. This is for real and I suggest anyone check them out before buying elsewhere. Definitely worth the drive!

I went to the dealership as I am having problems with my key unlocking and locking my doors. After an hour and a half of waiting, I was told my bill for repair would be $600.00. My vehicle is 3 years old and I was told that "mechanical" problems were the reason for my lock system of the car not working properly. I was asked how many times I use my keys to lock and unlock my door! Are you kidding me? sounds like poor quality of the parts used in my car doors. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They were vague, unconcerned and offered no resolution other than less use of my keys to lock my doors and a $600.00 repair bill. I was billed $100.00 for diagnosing the problem, which was misdiagnosed! I was told only my right passenger door lock system needed to be replaced, however upon leaving I showed the service advisor that my front drivers side door was not working as well. Really???? This visit was a total waste of my time and efforts! I wouldn't recommend anyone purchase a Toyota!!

The experience I had at this dealership was more than anyone could imagine. Everyone was so helpful and courtesy. The employee Mr. Larry Shuler that helped with the selling of the car was very knowledgeable and so friendly. He did not talk over your head but explained everything so that I would understand. He showed me where everything was located on the car before we did the test drive. I was so happy with the price that he quoted to me when we were finished that I almost cried. He explained about the warranty and about the key. When we went to finance the gentleman was very courtesy and explained everything to me before we closed the deal. I would recommend this company to any and everyone that I know.

My wife and I were pleased on all trips to dealer. We finally found a vehicle at a good price and will work for our family. It only took three trips and they gave a great number on our trade in that sealed the deal. James Silvia worked with us on the second and third trips in and was very helpful and worked with us and was very polite and curteous. My salesman, Russ Marshall, was very courteous and professional. He did not try to push something i did not want. In fact, when I told him what I wanted, he brought me the perfect car. I only test drove one car and bought it. I had heard good things about Milton Ruben so did not shop around for a better car or deal. I love my Camry - the first brand new car I have ever owned. And I took my car in for its first maintenance check and was told it would be about an hour and fifteen minutes. The advisor came to get me in 45 minutes! I have been extremely satisfied in all areas. Even when I brought it in for them to check the tire pressure!

This was my 3rd purchase from Milton Rueben and was definitely the best so far. My salesperson, Larry Shuler is definitely the best you have on staff. Larry is always following up once I have made a purchase and has helped me tremendously each time but this time he was SUPER helpful. I explained to Larry my budget and needs and he worked really hard to find a car that fit my request. When the deal was made and he was ready for me to come pick up the car but I did not have a ride and he offered to have someone to come pick me up from Aiken, SC. I was able to get there on my own and the time there was very minimal. Larry and I had been exchanging emails all week so he pretty much had all the paperwork he needed to close the deal and I total appreciate it because time is very valuable these days. Just know that as long as Larry Shuler is employed by Milton Rueben and I'm in the market for a car he will be the only one I work with. It is indeed a blessing to have someone that understands your needs and does not pressure you to get something that you have not requested. Please make sure to give Larry a extra special high 5 because he totally deserves that and much more.

I purchased my first Camry from this place back in 2011 and I've always received excellent customer service. The employees are very respectful and conduct themselves in a professional manner. Mr. Jenkins was excellent. He began assisting me when another associate couldn't, and he was very informative about how things worked with the car and financing. He walked me though everything and was very patient through my indecisiveness. He told me his honest opinion about my choices, which enabled me to make a more informed decision. There was no need to haggle, and i feel like I got a great deal. Ms. Giles, who was the financing specialist that assisted, was very helpful and honest. I arrived at Milton Ruben with no idea on what type of car I was looking for. I ran across Russ Marshall at the Toyota area of the Milton Ruben superstore and he asked if I needed help. I informed him that I was looking for a pre owned vehicle so he took me right over to that area. He asked me why type of things I was looking for and I let him know. After about 5 mins of walking the lot looking at cars I set eyes on a 2013 Honda Accord Sport with only 43k miles. Russ explained all of the features to me and asked me if I would like to take it on a test drive. I took it for a test drive and fell in love. From there it was history. We went in and did the application process. While having to wait due to a personal reason Russ informed me that it was complementary grilled food at the back. I went to the back and grabbed a tasty grilled hot dog, chips and a cold drink. I headed back to meet with Russ and we made the deal. Before heading out Russ took the car back to be cleaned up a little more. My overall visit at Milton Ruben was great and I will indeed recommend my friend.

Upon entering the dealership we were greeted by Barry who was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful the entire time. The staff, overall, were extremely friendly. The reason for the "4" rating was the amount of time spent "working out the details" though "uptempo" service is advertised (I'd like to emphasize this was in no way the direct fault of anything Barry did or didn't do). Also, though the dealership advertises that they avoid "traditional" car selling methods and hassles, this is exactly what happened. The payment changed multiple times and I think it's bad business to shake hands with someone on a deal and then come back and change the deal significantly. This hurts the reputation of your salesmen and makes their job incredibly difficult. Also, we were told the car "to their knowledge" had 9 miles on it when it actually had 79. This was just another small example of little annoyances that gave the appearance of dishonesty and reminded me of why I have spent years avoiding car loans. Barry was amazing, helpful, and patient throughout the process and, individually, I'd give his customer service 5 stars.

I went to the Milton Ruben dealership just to browse as I was just beginning the search for a new car. I hate going to car dealerships and dealing with car salesman since I usually find it irritating and full of empty promises and then you get ambushed by the sales manager before you can leave. I had not considered buying a Toyota but was met by Salesman Larry Shuler as I was looking at a Camry on the new vehicle lot. Mr. Shuler approached me in a respectful way and we started talking about the Camry and I found him to be very knowledgeable and helpful and he was able to answer all of my questions. I was impressed with the vehicle, the price, and even the salesman but since the car was for my wife, I went home to get her and returned. From the time I looked at the vehicle until the time we signed the paperwork and were walking out of the dealership was one hour and forty-eight minutes (which included the test drive) and I can honestly say that this was the best car buying experience I have ever had!! I found everyone I came into contact with to be very friendly and I did not get hung up in the typical back and forth pranks that get pulled at car dealerships. I would highly recommend the dealership and if I am need of another vehicle in the near future, I will be going to see Mr. Shuler.

I am one of those folks who love shopping for a car. I looked at an SUV and three different cars and visited several dealerships in Augusta. I had such a good experience because of the personal attention I received from Brennan Johnson, my sales associate. I had a pleasurable experience working with Larry to buy my first car. Since I am out of state and just starting my first job, he was very patient with me in terms of allowing me a longer time-table to get the necessary documents together that were not all available to me when I contacted Milton Ruben. Even though the process has taken a few weeks, I was overall pleased with the level of communication on the sales end of a deal that had to happen over phone and email entirely. The only negative point I will give is that, being a new car buyer and fresh out of college, I feel the communication could have been a bit better in the finance area of the purchase in terms of how the interest rates worked, etc. I was not fully knowledgeable on all of the inner-workings of financing a vehicle and so there were a few surprises that popped up. I am happy with the final deal but would have liked a more complete and thorough explanation of how all of that worked before numbers were looked at. I certainly recommend Milton Ruben for anyone wishing to buy a vehicle for a very fair price and for great customer relations.

My experience with Milton Ruben Toyota was great. I was greeted quickly, and was not given the normal pushy sales routine. My salesman, Kelton Hayes was "johnny on the spot" getting me my quote, and making sure I did not have to spend any excessive time at the dealership after an agreement was made. The finance team offered the normal add-ons, but like the sales team, did not give me the normal pushy sales routine at check-out. I recently went into Milton Ruben Toyota to purchase a new car under the college graduate program. It was my very first big purchase and I had no clue what I was doing. Jeff Hennen first helped me select a few cars that would work well within my price range. Then, I was helped by Marlo Gant. He was very helpful and was very knowledgeable about each car that I expressed interest in. Marlo went above and beyond to make sure that I absolutely loved the car that I ended up leaving with, that day! I recently posted a very critical review of the service department. Since then, they have addressed the issues in a most impressive way. I have never seen a business work so hard to address and correct the issues. They never tried to imply that I was wrong about my complaints but just went to work fixing the problems. I am very pleased and impressed with their efforts and while they aren't the least expensive dealership in the world they have earned my respect and consideration for any future Toyota needs.

I am so excited and happy with my new 2015 Highlander, and the service that Mr. Russ Marshall provided. He also sold me my 2014 Highlander. We were looking for a car with a high mpg rating (preferably 40+ since I put in LOTS of miles on the road) and plenty of cargo space (I carry two large suitcases/bags for business). Kelton Hayes recommended we look at the 2015 Prius V. He explained how the car met our needs and then some (a PRIUS?!? Really?). We drove it and were impressed! We looked at the "3" version, the "4" version, and the "5" version. The "4" version met our needs and had everything else we might want. My car dealers name was Donald Heathman and he was the most patient, most caring, and most professional salesman I have had the pleasure to do business with. Donald not only answered all of my questions, via email per my request, and personally followed through for over three months without pressuring me once. What patience! When I finally did make it to the dealership Donald was courteous and listened well to my stringent requests and reasons for my now expedited purchase. I had to come back to the dealership later to have my spoiler out on, Tay volunteered to come to my job and pick up my car and to take it to the dealership for me. I was pleasantly surprised and relieved to have found exactly what I was looking for in such a short amount of time. I worked with Patricia and right off the bat we discussed a price I was looking to pay so that I would not be shocked later at something I could not afford. She was helpful and very informative about the different cars I would be looking at and decided on the 2014 Toyota Corolla. The whole entire process from start to finish was 2.5 hours and I felt everyone was truly interested in getting me the best deal. Great staff and very thankful for Patricia. If you have them ship a car from port, ensure they double and triple check they are ordering the right car before signing. Doing so may prevent the staff from inventing stories of vehicle damage when the car you ordered is sitting on the lot (in the wrong color). Word of advice dealership, a simple phone call goes a long way when a problem is discovered. Turns out, after the deal was cancelled, that the dealership general manager was a knowing party to the lie. I dont believe that I could ever trust them to even change my oil, since a known liar oversees service as well.

This was the first time I enjoyed buying a car. Mr. Heathman was very professional, very thorough in his walk through of my new Rav 4. As a single older women, buying a car on ones on can be "anxiety" enough, however, Donald made that experience a very pleasant one with an excellent outcome. I could not have asked for a better sales person. He is a very compassionate sales person with the "customer" first attitude and explained every step in detail as events occurred. I cannot thank him enough, if you want a person-friendly sales person, Donald is the one to see at Milton Ruben. Also the finance gentleman was great to deal with and I am very sorry I do no remember his name, however, he was excellent., made signing all those papers a piece of cake, very friendly young man.

While looking for a 2013 used Toyota Camry, I ended up with a new 2014 Camry at a comparable price with a very fair trade-in value for my used 2002 Camry. Talked to trish on a monday, drove from Talladega, AL on Tuesday. Viewed the truck for details and a fun test drive. Settled on a price, and decided to purchase on the spot due to such hard work by Robert in finance and Robert the sales manager. My husband and I traveled from Charleston SC to Augusta GA to see a Dodge Ram that my husband had seen on the Internet. He talked with Patricia on Saturday, March 29th about the Dodge...she said the sale ended on Sunday, March 30th and she would be there on Sunday. We decided to ride Sunday morning to Augusta...while in route we contacted Patricia and verified that we were on our way to see the Dodge Ram. When we arrived at the dealership we were informed that the Dodge had not arrived yet but was in route. We felt like it was a little of a Bait and Switch going on because she knew what we were looking for and at no time did she inform us that the vehicle we were interested in seeing was not at your dealership until we arrived. My husband then asked about a Toyoto truck and whereas we believe we received a good vehicle and good price we still felt a little disappointed in the way we were led to believe the Ram was at your dealership and instead that was not the case.

I get in and out in a breeze and am pleased with everything I buy. Even down to the Finance Department. The service department is also "on the ball" as well when I come in for servicing. Worked with Robert for 2 days negotiating on a vehicle. Explained to Robert what we were looking for we feel that we had a price that was acceptable. I explained to Robert we were driving 2 hours away to come see the vehicle. Spoke to Robert the day before we were going to see the vehicle, no mention of putting a deposit down, holding the car, etc... Received a text message from Robert at 12;00, 30 minutes before we left to drive 2 hours stating he had an emergency and wouldn't be there when we got there to ask for speak with Charles. We left at 12:30 drove 2 hours and arrive at the dealership. We find Charles and are told the vehicle was sold that morning??? We didn't get a call, an email, nothing to let us know the vehicle was sold. We drove 2 hours, both took time off of work, and spent money on gas to drive 2 hours each way for us to be told the vehicle was sold earlier that morning. I am extremely disappointed in how we were treated, this is truly unprofessional and I would in no way ever recommend this dealership nor shop at this dealership in the future. I want to warn all potential customers the way Milton Ruben Toyota does business.

No hassle is what I liked best. I saw price on cars.com. I emailed Britain about price he confirmed price so I said I want it. Gave him a heads up about not wanting to buy anything else such as extended warranty. I paid cash signed papers and was not asked once to buy anything else. That is the way I like to do business.

I detest new car buying and yet was in need of a newer car. I'm 75 so this is probably my last car and I had decided on a Prius. My review efforts in Savannah had been unpleasant and invasive. I began looking on the internet and came across Milton Ruben on e bay. I contacted the site, had a response from Patricia and she heard what I wanted at first, simply information for me to consider prior to making a purchase. From the very first word Patricia has been a joy to work with. Jeff, the e sales manager, came on scene a bit later and is also a joy. I purchased my Prius on line prior to ever seeing it and couldn't be happier. I LOVE MY PRIUS!!! And, I love the intelligence and integrity shown by all at Ruben's. I live in Houston Texas. I located Milton Ruben on the internet during my recent search for a Toyota Prius. Britain Hayes assited me through the whole process. Britain listened to what I was looking for and provided the options that Milton Ruben had available. I was able to purchase more car than I was looking for for much less than I expected. All the other dealers I spoke to could not come close to their price, not even the local dealer 10 miles away from me. My wife and I flew over 900 miles to pick up the car and still saved a bundle. But beyond the price of the car I was treated great by Britain and everyone I dealt with at the dealership. They always spoke honestly to me. When I arrived at the airport Britain was there to pick me up. Upon arrival at the actual dealership, the car was out front waiting. Britain gave us a complete tour of the facility, and took us on a test drive of the car. When we did the paperwork, everything was in order as we had discussed on the phone, no changes and no pressure to buy extras. Awesome overall experience. I will look to them again when I need to purchase a car in the future!Thanks Britain and Milton Ruben Toyota!

This review is for the purchase of an ordered 2014 Jeep GC Limited V8 4X4. Excellent customer service and buying experience. Only criticism is that it apparently took them exactly one month to go to the DMV and apply for the title and registration. That cuts the SC 45 day deadline to secure the registration a little close.

Tay Teeling was extremely helpful with the purchase of a new vehicle. My wife and I had two vehicles in mind when we arrived at Milton Ruben and she showed us both, letting my wife drive each of them, and discussing the various options on each vehicle as well as discussing the Pre Owned Certified Warranty, and explaining why one vehicle didn't come with that warranty. Purchasing a new automobile is a BIG deal for my wife and I. I did research for approx. 3 months before deciding on the Prius. We visited several Toyota dealerships from Knoxville to Bristol TN. We talked to no less than 6 sales people, always with the same result. They could not correctly answer the questions I asked. Larry not only answered ALL our questions but actually taught me things about the Prius. However answering all the question does not make a salesperson, Larry was very polite, friendly, and attentive to my wife and I. Traded in two cars and purchased a 2013 Rav4. Jack made the entire sales experience (which lasted 90 minutes total) incredibly easy. I would definitely recommend Milton Ruben to anyone interested in purchasing a car.

It was a good buying experience. I was really on the fence as to if I really wanted to trade, but Theo didn't give up on us. He gave me a call we decided to go back by and look some more. We live 65 miles from Augusta so I kind of put the whole thing on the back burner after the first visit. I am NOT a impulse buyer and never buy on the first trip. Thanks to his nudge I now have a beautiful little Toyota that I love! We think he is a real pistol, we had fun from the first time we met him!

We went to Milton Ruben to have my 2012 Chevy Sonic serviced. I was not really happy with the car and thought to my self maybe I can get a new one. So I talked to Reggie and the rest is history. Long story short, traded in the Sonic and Bought a new 2013 Toyota Prius C. The sales team at Milton Ruben Toyota are friendly and most helpful. My sales man Reggie Crawford is the best and will always buy my new or used cars from him.

I can't speak for the many negative reviews for various Sales Representatives; however my wife and I are thoroughly pleased with our purchases (2 vehicles) from Milton Ruben.I actually wasn't in the market for a new vehicle until we bought a new car for my wife...3 weeks later we were back for an SUV!Sales Representative:Reggie CrawfordVery friendly guy...trust me our 1 year old daughter actually didn't cry when he attempted to pick her up. Professional in manner and very attentive to our needs versus what he could deliver.Customer Service:No maintenance performed here, however I was contacted on several occasions in regards to my ongoing satisfaction with our new vehicle. I will gladly drive here for future car purchases.Integrity:-Utmost, Reggie and the finance manager were completely transparent from start to finish.-..no "well let me see if we can find your keys" or "wait let's see what else we can do" type of dealer tactics....wasn't ripped off for our trade in, in fact we were given a very reasonable credit.Vehicle:-Delivered as promised.-Extremely clean/ new tires/ very well-priced. Delivered to me at home 2+ hours away. -For me, an individual who loathes a remotely dirty car, not arriving freshly vacuumed and needing an oil change(54% oil life remaining) really didn't bode well-nonetheless very pleased with this dealership and will recommend purchasing your car here.

I recently purchased a 2013 Toyota Camry XLE for my daughter at the Milton Ruben dealership and my overall experiment at the dealership was great and I do recommend others to check them out. The service was exceptional and everybody there were friendly and Kind. My car salesman explained in great details to me about the cars that I have looked at, it really helped me a lot considering neither my daughter or I knew much about cars, he was very patient with us and took the time to show us different cars and explain the difference between the two. I'm very glad that I went to Milton Ruben for my car. I couldn't ask for a better service.

I was a first time car buyer and was interested in a deal that Milton Ruben was running with their 2014 Jeep Compass Sport. Theodore Wilson was my sales person and made sure to keep in contact with me without being pushy. When I finally arrived he, and the entire staff, were very accomodating. He explained to me why the price of the car was what it was. And although he wasn't able to get me the exact deal I had wanted I was and am very satisfied with my overall car buying experience. Mr. Wilson and Mr. Nopper were very courteous, polite, and honest. Mr. Crab on the other hand was not knowledgeable and honest when it came down to the numbers/price of the vehicle. He quoted me a $500.00 discount for military service, but once I got to the finance department I was told that was only for Active Duty Military. Mr. Crab also told me that I can either take the current offer or leave, but when I asked for my keys he said well, wait, let me see what else I can do.I would not recommend anyone to have to tolerate with such unprofessional manner and unethical behavior.

Buying a great has never been this easy, it took me less than 3 hours from walk in to test drive to driving home. I visted the car lot Sunday when they were closed and found a truck I was intrested in. Monday morning came around and I sent a e-mail on the truck to answer some questions. All questions were answered back in just a few minutes. Dennis Giles was my sales man and invited me in to take a test drive. When I arrived the truck was setting up front and ready to go as I had told him that I would be on my lunch hour. The truck was all that he told me and a hour later we had made a deal. I took my car in to have the transmission looked at because I thought it was bumping. Well we found out it is the three motor mounts on my car causing it to bump when I hit the gas and the brake. The technician was very nice and was able to show this to me, which really put this in perspective. David Burke, listened to my concerns with my car and was able to help me make an appropriate decision for my car.

Mr. Heathman worked his best to ensure that my finiancial limitations were met so that I could afford to purchase a vehicle. I requested a quote through USAA to buy my first car, a Toyota Venza, and it gave me two quotes, one from Bob Richards Toyota and one from Milton Ruben. Both dealerships contacted me in less than a day, but only Milton Ruben had the car that I wanted. I was kind of afraid of buying from Milton Ruben after reading a few reviews here, but I gave it a shot. All I have to say is "WOW", I never thought that buying a car would be that easy. All I did was tell them what I wanted, and they gave me the price, I took the loan with my bank (USAA), and gave Milton Ruben my loan info, and done, everything through the phone and emails. All I had to do at the dealership was sign the usual paperwork and take my Venza. I have to thank Tay Teeling and Jeff Hennen for all the attention, effort and professionalism that they put on my case. Thank you again!

Stay Away!! That is the best advice I can give. I have dealt with many dealer managers over the years and this one by far is the worst ever. His name is Robert Law. What made this so bad is that I was simply coming in to sign paper work that had been all taken care and driven 4 hours to sign the deal. Then I was completely dismissed and told we would not be signing today. Said he wanted to go home and that if I wanted to buy a car that I would have to come back Monday. I could understand if I was just getting there late uninvited but just 30 minutes before I had spoken with the salesperson who said everything was ready and to come on. So the best I can see is they do not want your business and there are plenty other dealerships that do. I found one as soon as I left there and closed the deal within an hour.

Toyota service has always been excellent for me. Whenever there is a problem they take care of it without charging me. The staff are friendly and very helpful. David is awesome and always makes sure I am satisfied with my service. I recently purchased wiper blades, one of the clamps broke on it, they replaced it with a new one. They noticed the new blade was broken also, so they installed new wiper blades that were more expensive and did not charge me. That is great service!

Mr. Barnwell was very profetional and respectful and at all times gave me the information I needed and also explained to me what was going to be done before they did anything in a very simple way that was very easy to understand, and that was excellent for me because sometimes they see you are a female and you know nothing regarding your car, so that made it very easy for me.And also my time in the location was very comftorble I did not go hungrey (Thanks the food was good) I am not sure if they have food every weekend but I can say that if I needed to go with my girls they would enjoy just like I did.Thank you Toyota

poor follow up, sold a truck that had to have new brakes , front axle seal, oil change, and tires balanced. other than that no problem. Robbie newman used my name in a meeting and made me look like a bad guy. Will never deal again with Milton Ruben and will tell every person I can to go some where else, customer no service- I give a plus rating.

Watch out! Specially if you're an unsuspected female or a senior citizen like myself.I've test driven and agreed to buy a 2012 Toyota 4 Runner with a navigation system but received a car that I thought was exactly the same car minus that navigation. When I complained, they said: too bad, you?ve already signed the paperwork for the this car. Complaining to the store manager was a waste of time, he rudely turned his back and walked away! That?s not all! When I went to the tag office I discovered that it was in fact a 2011 model, not 2012! I was shocked! I hurried back with the car to the dealership and they agreed to replace it by the correct 2012 model. The problem is my down payment of 10K was lost in the process. They've refused to apply that towards the purchase of the correct car. No refund was offered till now! Still no navigation system! Terrible experience. Stir clear from this place. CON ARTISTS.

I'm very pleased with the shopping experience that we had at Milton Ruben Toyota. We started looking or a RAV4 last week and Mitlon Ruben was one of the few dealers we've emailed. The prices were already generous but we wanted to get the best deal possible. After few short emails we agreed on the price which was really rock bottom and at least $100+ cheaper than any other offer out there, ran an app, got the APR and payments and ready to go to the dealership next day. We dealt with Tey (saleswoman) and Linda (Finance Manager) and they were both excellent. We arrived at the dealership and there was one problem which the Vehicle we wanted was sold last night..No worries as they had another one with same MSRP and also one more we looked at which actually had more options for about $1000 more. We drove the car and actually liked the extra options (Better fabric, sunroof, fog lamps, tinted front windows)so we spent the extra money. There was no pressure at anytime from either sales or finance and we walked out of there with not only the price we wanted but also lower payment since we did not want the GAP insurance..It's totally worth it if you are upside down on the car or even financing 120% LTV but with us getting the car about at already a great price and putting 2K down we already had a car that although lost value of he lot...is practically a wash if totalled in case it happens. Anyway..lastly they only had a valet key as this was dealer trade and they said keys were misplaced and had to either find them or cut new ones..also there was a chip on the bumper that needed to be touched up and we were going to get his done this week. On Tuesday I got a call that we can bring the car they will send it off to get he bumper painted and keys cut..they put us in the 2012 RAV4 rental for 24 hours...Car came back and bumper looks new and keys are cut...overall a great experience, no hassle, everything was done as promised quickly and without any hiccups, and oh yeah the car looks great! One thing about 2012 RAV4 is that the inside might be little outdated and it looks like maybe it has not been really revamped since 2008-2009..however the safety features, reliability of Toyota, Toyota Care (2 year maintenance free service) and Milton Ruben price made this an easy choice. I will definitely buy a car from Milton Ruben next time around and will consider them first choice currently for any New Car they sell.

We purchased a new Corolla from Milton Ruben Toyota. We did most of the deal over the internet. They were very forthcoming with discounted pricing and tax and license fees by email. Once we had that stuff done, it was a simple matter to go to the dealership and filled out the paperwork and drove away in the car. They even found me an additional discount after I came to the showroom. It was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. They truly earned our business.

Would never recommend this shop or dealer to anyone. My 2010 Dodge had to be taken into this shop 4 times, and every time it was brought back to me I was told I was a liar and the car was not broke, before they took 30 days to fix it. No one would call us to inform us on any repairs, we had to call them. We were told to contact Dodge about warranty coverage and that they would contact area manager with dodge for us, that was never done. We were told "half truths" for 30 days with this shop and were told we were the liars. They told us to quote "we are only required to fix the car, we did that, we will do nothing more" they care NOTHING about customer service or dealing with poor customer service.

Love this place! They're a life saver. I really needed a reliable automobile and I wasn't even looking to purchase a new one, but Reggie made it possible! My car is a brand new Toyota Corolla S, and my family is very pleased with it. My mom is even calling me and asking how to contact the dealership and get in touch with Reggie to trade in her Trailblazer. I can't believe how easy it was though! I thought I would be given the run around, and sitting at the dealership all day just to end up dissapointed, but I was wrong! I never even had to drive down to Milton Ruben until they completed the paperwork and had an answer for me. When Reggie called he told me "We have you approved on a brand new 2011 Toyota, and you can come down to pick out which one you like." I went right down and found the car I wanted, and after finishing up the process, they handed me the keys. The best part was when they filled it up with gas, washed it, and told me it comes with a 2-year free oil change and tire rotation! I'm glad I chose them because the place I stopped at the day before calling them up was awful! I was there for about 3 hours and the place wouldn't even let me view their inventory until I filled out my life story on paper. After all that time they didn't have one single vehicle that I wanted. That's when I called Milton Ruben, and I was referred to Reggie by one of his previous customers. I told him what I had went through at the other place, and he reassured me that it would be much different here. His words were, "Girl, stop wasting your time and come on down here!" Now I'm laughing out loud because he was honestly right!

When we came into Milton Ruben we just looking for an SUV. We had been searching for a few weeks through Ford, they did not have what we wanted which was a SUV 4X4. After our search Terry and I figured out it would be more difficult to find a 4X4 in GA than we anticipated. When we went to Milton Ruben we were tired of looking and being disappointed again and again. When Mr. Crawford approached us he asked us what we wanted and we said a SUV that was either AWD or 4X4. We were also a little taken aback because the 2011 4Runner we found was out of our price range. Mr. Crawford did everything he could to lower the price to within our price range. I am sure you understand purchasing a vehicle for over $30,000 took some discussing between Terry and I. We didnt leave the dealership but we were left alone which was another wonderful thing about Mr. Crawford, he was patient with us while we discussed and did not pressure us into the sale. Mr. Crawford didnt look at us as if we were a commission but as a couple looking for a vehicle and wanting to talk it over in detail. When we decided to take the vehicle he gave us time to take care of the loan through USAA and took us on a tour of your facility to include the service department. He had the vehicle cleaned and the tank filled for us before we left. When we hit a small snag between the dealership and USAA (The check was being mailed instead of emailed) he was there with a smile and helped us through the process of the courtesy contract. We were very pleased with the level of service we received from Mr. Crawford and the finance department. His positive attitude did not waiver. He was extremely professional and very personable. When Terry and I were worried about the courtesy contract and called every few days to see if the USAA check showed up he was always professional and courteous, he returned our calls, and assured us we would not have an issue. When the check arrived he called us right away so that I could come and pick up that contract. I have had bad experiences with car salesman in the past so going into car dealerships always makes me nervous and my guard goes up. I have to say the way Mr. Reggie Crawford treated us, he made me rethink my portrayal of car salesmen. I hope you keep him until he retires because he is a diamond in the ruff.
