There may be times and places where if you have a deal for free service (like my first 36,000 miles on my MINI), you could experience less than the service you get with $$. Not so at MINI of Anchorage. I've always felt that their service to me was the most important thing to them at the moment. When a mistake is made (visit 1), a tech had a badly calibrated tire gauge and they recorded my mileage incorrectly, and (visit 3), my brand new wipers were replaced (scheduled) despite the service manager's note on the order (I got them back). It's the clear effort to correct an error, which is now almost avoidable when you strive for hundreds of little details in perfection.

Our family went in only to look and ended up buying a new mini! No pressure sales, friendly staff, and quick and easy paperwork! Will recommend to friends and family!

My service light came on so I took my MINI down the the dealership to be worked on. They answered all of my questions and were very friendly. The whole process was very quick and painless. Thank you guys!

After saving for years and finally coming to that exciting time to purchase my dream car I was a little apprehensive about going to the dealer. Donny and all the crew were wonderful! Friendly, kind, funny, made us feel "right at home" and made the experience enjoyable and not stressful at all. Drove away in my awesome little MINI felling like a part of the family! Thanks to everyone for wonderful customer service!

I needed a replacement car asap. I enquired about Minis and received a prompt response from Robert Mill. He was very knowledgeable and worked with me negotiating a price I could afford.He went out of his way to help me in my car purchase, offering to meet me at the airport etc.There was no pressure to but a car at any time and everything was handled ahead of time so all I had to do was sign all the paperwork and drive my new car home. Very enjoyable experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Mini of Anchorage to anyone.

ISSUE: 2008 MiniCooper ClubmanS had balky starting issuePRO: Mini spent significant time and resources attempting to diagnose and resolve the problem,which was ultimately identified as the hi pressure fuel pump. Once started, driving characteristics did not indicate that the pump was the problem. MINI covered all expenses except one extended warranty deductible and one set of replacement spark plugs. I believe MINI was very generous in assuming responsibility, and expense, of numerous diagnostic procedures. Also performed a factory recall while servicing vehicle. Bill, and later Don, kept me informed about progress throughout the process. Thanks to the Warranty Manager for his involvement.CON: Took two trips to MINI and more than 10 weeks out of service to diagnose and complete final repair. Fortunately for me, the Mini was not my daily driver and I told MINI to keep the car until it was fixed.

Scheduled for a factory recall for older model Mini,parts were ordered and installed on scheduled date,loaner vehicle provided even though service didn't take that long.Hassle free and an enjoyable experience ;-)

I appreciate that Don was able to get my MINI in for service very soon. He was extremely friendly and offered a shuttle ride and a loaner vehicle so I could get to and from work. Before I left, Don went over the service my MINI required in detail and answered my questions. She's driving great and I continue to be a satisfied MINI of Anchorage customer!

Every time I drop my mini off for service I know I will be taken care of. Service is fast and friendly and I can count on them to get the job done right. Bill has great communication and does a fantastic job running the mini service department. I'm happy with knowing I always have a great place to take my mini to.

The dealership scheduled a loaner car at the time of my service. Apparently the loaner came back from another client broken...the service manager called me the day prior to my service to inform me that a loaner would, in fact, not be available and ask if I wanted to reschedule of if they could just take me where I wanted t go with their shuttle. I only needed a simple oil change, but I got top notch service and good communication.

From start-to-finish I was happy with the quality of service I received from Mini in Anchorage. I'm military and had just brought my Mini over from Germany. My warranty expired in less than a week. Though there weren't any appointments available, Ray brought me in anyway and made room for me in his busy schedule so that I could get my annual service done before it was too late. He never tried to sell me something I didn't need, and was honest and upfront about how long it would take and what my expectations would be. Communication was on par despite the service dragging into the next day (at no fault of the service team's). I would definitely recommend these guys. Having brought two different Minis in for service in Colorado, Texas, and Germany, I am happy to say that the shop they have here in Anchorage is the best in my experience. Thank you, Ray!

Mini of Anchorage does everything right, they made an appointment with me for service, were ready for me when I dropped the car off, offered me a ride to work, and called me when the car was ready. No surprises, no up-sell. Talked to me about tire wear, offered information as I tried to understand the best choice for my driving habits. Mark, the person who sold me my car 2 years ago, said hi, he remembers me every time I am in there and I appreciate that. I trust them and it feels like family.

I arrived without an appointment....my tire was making and I had not had a day of to get it looked at. Spur of the moment I had day off. not only did the service department take me to the correct place, ( I had vibe to the wrong place)....The mini service manager was gracious and offered me a nice place to wait. I had planned to schedule an over due service as well for another day. But one of the tire people came to service manager and said....you are due for service. Since we've already for the car on the rack we can do that right now. I of course was thrilled! Service department appointments were a little bit of a wait for later. They discovered my tire was not repairable and I needed to purchase a new one. Because of such concern and gracious treatment by all involved, it did not bother me to have to purchase a new tire. Then when it was done I was thrilled to see that it had also been washed!!!I had previously purchased four NEW VW BEETLES over the course of 13 years and not once did I have a good experience in that service department. But I loved my BEETLES and stayed a customer without ever even complaining. The last time I had to have a service department issue worked on by the VW dealership,I was treated horribly and in front of other customers and left in tears. I drove right over too the new mini dealership and purchased my mini that day. I'm thrilled with the car and everyone I've dealt with from my salesman Mark Valdez, to the finance manager and now with this service department! I was so impressed by my experience with this dealership, I eve posted posted it on my Facebook!Excellent experiences with everyone!Karen Peters

Becoming a 'Mini' driver has posed more than just purchasing a new car. The fun, high energy staff that is there to help is always on top of their game ensuring the best customer service and treatment for your car. I went in to upgrade my 2 door for the 2015 4 door. Once again was amazed with my time spent and so happy with the new purchase and everything that came with the new car.

I had a low tire that ended up having to have my car towed to dealership. The service manager called soon after it arrived to let me know that my car also had an indication to have my breaks checked. They got right on it and discovered that with the tread on the rest of my tires, it was time to replace them too! I couldn't be more thankful for the attentiveness, thoroughness and dedication they have to serve the customer. Always a pleasant experience! Thank you!

Brought in our Mini for a windshield replacement and service. Service guy was very friendly and helpful. It is nice to get real customer service in Alaska where it seems to be lacking.

I had my car in for a windshield replacement. Because of the nature of my job, I'm zipping around town all day long. They were able to hook me up with a loaner which is always great! They also were able to pull into my cars computer to see that with in the next 2,000 miles or 3 weeks I'd be needing an oil change. The booked me, site on scene, for that oil change that same day preventing me from having to go back to the dealer in such a short amount of time.My car was to be finished by 5p, but I over booked myself and I was needed at a fund raising event at 5p. Bill worked with me and made the inconvenience of my time crunch a no big deal on his part, as he just had me keep the loaner over night and grabbed my car first thing the next morning. It's the fun, up beat, personal touch that makes me more than happy to be a Mini Owner from a car that came from Mini of Anchorage. I'll be back!

My husband and I came to the Mini dealer with the intention of purchasing a Mini. I have wanted one for 4 or more years, but had to wait until they came out with All wheel drive. In 2010 I learned they were going to be available in 2011. I built myself one on the website, When went in two weeks ago, Logan greeted us and offered his services. After looking around the dealership, I had to ask for a red one. He knew just where to find the red one. It had all the things I built into my fictional Mini and all the things I left out due to cost. It is just what I wanted. Logan did a good job of explaining everything about the car, more than once. ( I needed extra tutoring.) He was also willing to come in on his day off to accommodate our scheduling needs.I enjoyed his confident and professional manner even when we were a bit difficult to work with.Thanks Logan and Mini for a really cute and fun car and an enjoyable buying experience, I especially enjoyed the "mini" beverages and the sign in the women's bathroom that said, "You look ravishing!"
