The dealer shipped a damaged car, failed to provide the requested Bill of Sale, and sent me a Manufacturers Certificate of Origin that was not assigned to me. The management, quality control, and administrative section of this dealer is appallingly bad!

Yaopeng Wang, a.k.a., Beyond, was the young man who worked hard and patiently to help me determine the best car to fit my needs. After doing a search, looking at and discussing the various options, test driving the different models, we narrowed it down to the basic Clubman with a sun/moonroof. I ultimately purchased that (2017) model with pepper white body and black top which, after a week, I'm very happy with. Beyond didn't pressure me or try to "upsell" me, or attempt to push me to move to make a decision sooner than felt comfortable. He just listened carefully to what I needed, what my concerns were, worked with his manager to offer me a fair price, and now I'm a first time owner of a Mini Cooper.

Had the best experience ever. Went in to buy a used Mini...came away with a 2017 4 door Hardtop. I've had my car for a week. Larry took his time with everything. I test drove a Cooper and a Cooper S....no contest... I bought the Cooper S. Didn't leave till after 9 PM. Larry went over allot of the features in the car. Helped me synch my phone for music. He was awesome.

I had my mini in for her 30k check up. My assigned associate was very sweet. He was able to accommodate our need to leave by a specific time and even has the car ready before the time he had set. I bought my mini here 3 years ago and drive up from monterey to have them work on "her" because of their great customer care. I highly recommend this mini dealership for a great buying experience and for all of the scheduled maintenance or repair work you need!

My uncle took me car shopping for a mini cooper in my price range. I really wanted a stick so we had a hard time finding one. We went to Mini of Stevens Creek, and they had 1 in my price range. Fortunately it was really nice. The salesman took us on a test drive, and that was basically that. We didn't get a lot of wiggle room on the price, but it was a pretty fair price to begin with. tldr: Looked for a Mini between 15-20 thousand. Found a really nice one. Feel very satisfied.

We went in to test drive the mini hard-top, but saw the four door Countryman. We test drove both, loved both, but REALLY REALLY loved the Countryman. The process was the best we have ever experienced. We set up a time to meet with Mariah before arriving and she was the best. Was ready to work with us, friendly and knowledgeable, answering all our questions. There was no pressure to buy, we actually left to go eat lunch, giving us time to think about the purchase, and came back later in the day. There was never any pressure to buy right then which we really appreciated. We LOVE the Countryman. We down-sized from an Acura. The Countryman is so easy to drive. I especially like how I can park anywhere! Just zoom in and out of any space without any problems. I love the sporty look too! We even got the stripe down the front adding character. I am able to fit two car seats in the back. Hard to believe but they fit nicely! And the four door allows the kids and adults to get in w/ ease. The dealership followed up with us multiple times. We can set up an appointment to go over any settings on the car that we need clarifications on. How nice that a dealership actually follows up with you to see if you're happy! I would def. recommend Mini of Stevens Creek, they were the best!

Hector's style was outstanding as the service leader. Responsive, professional, good communication approach and responsive. One suggestion on facilities - more power plugs around the seating area for those waiting for repair. A number of us were huddled in one corner that had a power strip.

My review is based on my experience with Jeffrey Mazzella. I came in wanting to buy a new car. At this time, they were also hosting some sort of event but Jeff still squeezed me in and had me test drive a few cars. He was also very thorough when he explained features of each car and I was never rushed in spite of his busy schedule. Whenever I had a question, he got back to me right away... no matter what time I contacted him. Very soon after, I decided to order a custom clubman. From placing order with manufacturer to delivery of my car, he provided me status updates... even while he was on vacation! This was also my first time buying a new car, and he made it so easy. Arrived at appointed time and was called in less than 10 mins. Shane was wonderful pulling up our record to confirm the services to be done during this visit. And he delivered as promised by having the car ready for pickup by 4pm.3 Stars for repair quality because this morning my co-worker came to tell me the hood of my car was not closed all the way although the lock is secured (thank goodness for that!). How is this even possible?!? I've noticed that the hood of my car has been shaking but didn't think too much of it. Going forward, as stupid as I think something is (like hmm, maybe these professionals didn't close my hood properly?), I must check it out. I hope this is a one in a billion oversight on the technician's part. I mean closing the hood securely should be a no-brainer, right?

As I set out to purchase my second manual Mini Cooper S, 2 door hardtop, I was drawn to Mini of Stevens Creek because of the large selection of Minis that matched my criteria. Motoring advisor, Marco Obillo not only answered my call but also answered all of my questions and invited me down to take a look and test drive the Minis that met my criteria. As I entered the facility, which was very welcoming and clean, there was a buzz of conversation and excitement. The entire Mini team of Motoring Advisors were visible, smiling and attending to all of the guests, answering our questions. I decided to custom order my 2016 manual 2 door hardtop Cooper S and Marco Obillo was ready to help me with my order. The process was very pleasant due to his kindness and knowledge of what needed to take place so that I ordered exactly what I wanted. Well, my Mini arrived and I met with Mariah Adayan, who was also extremely knowledgeable and kind, to complete the finishing details on my purchase. From Marco, to Mariah to Sales Manager, Amos Karpf; the entire Mini Team of Motoring Advisors, made the experience of purchasing my second Mini outstanding! Kudos to Mini of Stevens Creek from the genuine kindness and appreciation they showed me when I first placed my phone call to the sale of my car and the follow up calls and emails to confirm that I was happy with my purchase. Been coming here since the older, closer MINI dealership closed down. A friend who had a MINI told me of the service here, as well as the SA that I've have for a few years. While I've had snobby service at other MINI dealerships, I've never run into that here. I've never felt like I've been given a :line" about my car?even after it got into an accident (T-boned) I got honesty and various scenarios for repair This was consistent with another MINI dealership we had to work with?both were great. Pretty dang happy.

I've Ialways gone to Trent for advice and recommendations to keep my 2007 CooperS running perfectly. So a Service Engine light means "GOTO TRENT".If minor, the Mini Cooper Shop fixes it while I wait. They trust me to do my ownoil changes using original filters and recommended oil and I do it each time we have our tires rotated every 5K-6K miles.

I came in for an oil change. At the end I was not sure if my other liquids and tires had been checked. I forgot to ask. Tires were checked off as ok....I did not get an explanation of what that meant.I should of asked.....But assumed it was done....but the person helping me was already helping someone else when I was told my car was ready.

shane coufer was service agent and he was nice, friendly, an accommodating. However the issue for which I brought my car for has not been resolved and I do not live really close. Additionally, when I attempted to call device yesterday, they never answered phone and I was told they were too busy, which was disturbing to me. There is a reason it is called the service department, to take care of customer needs. Very frustrated!

I was able to test drive 1.6 and 2.0 engines and finally chose the big brother. All the processes were finished quite efficiently and I was out with my new Mini. My all previous cars were "run of the mill" type but this one is different and makes me feel different.

My transmission blew out and I had to tow my car to MINI of Stevens Creek! Jennifer and Paul and their service team of techs were awesome! They explained everything thoroughly, Paul even took me into the shop to show what needed to be done, including other major repairs that was also needed and could be done at the same time. The whole repair job was pretty extensive and Jennifer was very mindful of my finances and worked with me to get everything done at a price I could afford. She really listened, handheld me through the entire process with constant updates, suggestions and feedback. Paul and his tech team were awesome! The cherry on top was that Jennifer heard me talk about my broken cupholder (original part is hard to get nowadays) at the beginning when we discussed all the estimated repairs. Because the replacement part was hard to get and expensive, I passed on the cupholder. When I picked up my beloved Mini, there was an installed brand new cupholder attached to my dashboard, courtesy of Jennifer! It totally made my day and touched my heart! Thank you Jennifer and Paul for the extra touch and going the extra mile, especially for an out of towner! Much appreciated and my Mini is running great, thanks to all of you. :-)

I left my car at the MINI dealership to have my engine checked for a known defect in the timing chain. Service advisor was helpful in the condition assessment and in the explanation of repair needs. Timing chain was effectively deflected and had to be replaced. They also recommended extra maintenance services to be done soon. Got my car back in 2 days.

We came up from Pacific Grove just to "look" at some Mini's and drove one home that same afternoon! I've had Mini envy for some years, as our neighbors have one and just love it. I wanted a car that didn't look like every other car on the road and the Mini fills the bill on that wish.The welcome we got from the moment we walked into the dealership was so positive and different. Never were we swooped down upon by a hovering salesperson; we actually waited a few minutes for the "next up". The place was hopping and you can feel the good energy! We took a walk across the street to a huge lot with hundreds of Minis and after much "oooing & ahhhhing" at all the different colors, finally picked our baby, a green Mini Clubman!We signed a few papers and drove off the happy parents of a beautiful new Mini! We had a great experience at MINI Stevens creek. DeAndre, our sales rep, helped us thru the test drive process with a lot of patience and great attitude towards any questions we had. Having been to some other car dealers where our experience was less than average and having heard about cars dealers that treat their potential customers poorly, it was a refreshing experience. The sales experience can make or break a deal and I've experienced this first hand at other showrooms where even though the car was great, the attitude of the people at the dealership put me off completely, We were only out to test drive and were planning to make a few stops at other brands after, but the Cooper Clubman was love at first drive and we picked it up the same day. There were some hiccups with the financing process that took overall about four hours back and forth, but what made it possible to deal with was that we were constantly being updated by DeAndre about where in the process we are and whats causing the delay. Also since dealership forgot to inform me about some documents I needed to bring along, we had to go back home and collect them for which we were given a ride by Dilon at the dealership . Little things like these really make a difference and show that this is a company that believes in giving their customers a great experience and don't just stop after selling the car. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking to purchase a MINI.

We built a Mini Cooper 4 dr type S from their Web site. The Mini took exactly 8 weeks to arrive and I could track the build from start to finish. The sales person was was very patient and answered and found answers to all questions. By the way the Mini Genius on site is very very very knowledgeable. We met with the Genius two weeks after taking delivery to go over any questions on vehicle the meeting lasted 1 hour 45 minutes. He answered all questions accept one, but with in 24 hours he contacted me with the answer. Nice dealership!

I signed up for a test drive and within minutes, Mariah had contacted me to see what exactly I was looking for in my MINI. I went in telling them I did NOT want to buy that day and got no pressure whatsoever to buy that day. Instead I was shown pretty much every model they had and was able to test drive anything I wanted. I checked out many other cars in my price range but was constantly pressured to "make a deal today". I went back to Mini and Robert Roberts was happy to see me back and help me through deciding on the exact model I wanted. It was a long process because I ended up going with a custom order, but they were patient and helpful throughout the whole thing. I cannot praise the whole team more highly. This is how all car buyign should be!

I have wanted a Mini for a very, very long time. About a month ago, I decided it was time. I went to Mini of Stevens Creek with my daughter to check it out. We went in with the intention of getting a feel for what they had to offer. After walking around the lot and sitting in various vehicles inside, someone finally came to help us. He was very kind and answered all of our questions. At that moment in time, I wanted a red, manual convertible, they didn't have one. We left and spent the next week researching the different models and test driving some used Minis. Finally, I decided that I would go back and look at/test drive the 4 door Hard Top. I had no opinion on whether I wanted a base model or an S model so I started with the base. I was so impressed that I told my awesome sales person, DeAndre, that there was no need to drive the S. We sat down and hammered out what I wanted. We found an orange Mini in Sacramento and we were ready to talk trade in for my 2009 (granny style) Honda Accord. I had already gotten an offer from the Honda folks and the Mini offer came in about $2,000.00 less than Honda. I was advised to sell it back to Honda and that they would patiently wait for my return... They did and I am now a proud owner of an orange 4 door hard top! and WOW!!! it is WAY MORE than I ever expected! My kids tell me that this is my 007 car! It has so many cool features and I didn't even get a loaded vehicle! I went in just for the exterior look and got so much more. I highly recommend Mini of Stevens Creek and DeAndre. What an awesome experience!

Had a Bad experience with the Financing Department at Mini Of Stevens Creek, finance department guy was applying for a auto loan but there was problem in getting the loan due to the less/no credit report, as we are in US for less than 2 years. Our First loan application was rejected. Finance guy applied for the loan from the different bank with out checking with the customer weather to proceed with the new loan application with the new Bank, This will have an impact on the customer credit History. Normally Finance Guy should have asked the customer if I he wants the process the auto loan with a different bank, Instead he made a decision on his own and applied for a different Bank. This as Created Bad Remarks on the Credit Report. I will not recommend Financing your MINI from the Finance department at MINI of Stevens Creek.

I could think of Marco as my kid brother, full of enthusiasm and energy for the product and brand he's representing. I happened upon an Autonation website, and entered the car I was interested in and it came up at the price I liked. It was at Mini of Stevens Creek, I checked out the pictures and it looked pretty decent. I'm glad I was able to reserve it until I could get off work and run to Santa Clara. After seeing the car, I couldn't believe the fantastic shape it was in. It pretty much looked brand new, inside and out. They had detailed it out and filled the gas tank too! The sales people were very nice and friendly without being pushy or overbearing. They answered all my questions to my satisfaction, The last place I wanted to go to, to buy a car was a Dealer, but I was pleasantly surprised.Mini of Stevens Creek will be the first place I'll go for my next car.My Brother-in Law who was with me was very impressed as well with the way they take care of you. Amazing experience with both Ricky and Robert. I would definitely recommend stopping by here the next time you are looking to buy a car. I walked in "just for fun" and left (a day later) with a new car that I love. I brought my 2012 Mini Cooper in for a few issues and regular service. Trent was an awesome service advisor and was really great explaining what was covered and what was not. He suggested some things that were not covered but never put the hard sell on me for them. That actually helped me make the decision to do them. The work took longer than expected but having a loaner was great and did not impact my schedule at all -- something I really appreciated. I was not able to make it back on the day my car was ready and it was no big deal that I needed an extra day. Overall, my experiences for service at Mini of Steven's Creek have been positive but this one was fantastic.

They remember us every time we go in- they even remember my husband and his car, and it's not even a mini! maintenance is a breeze- they called me letting me know I'm due for an oil change, and we set up an appointment right then. I woke up that morning and was going to buy the new VW GTI from a dealer I had already spoken to and discussed numbers. But something struck me in the morning to go check out the MINI and I in fact had no intentions in buying too coz I needed a fast n zippy car that gti had it.When I entered the dealership showroom I checked out the new 4 door hardtop cooper S and checked with the sales person Marco to test drive it. We test drive the car with sports and without sports package. Obviously the one with sports was fun! I took about an hour to decide which car I wanted to buy - GTI or MINI. After doing all the comparisons and stuff I also got to know that this MINI has the 228i/328i engine and that was a major factor for me since I at that time owned a BMW 128i. I Wanted a sporty small zippy stylish car and this car had it all! Plus the brand!I bought the black hardtop 4 door cooper S with sports and tech package!The buying process with Marco was extremely smooth. No back n forth no haggling. The trade in value was pretty good for my 128i and everything just seemed to fall in place. After we decided to buy the car, Marco gave us a demo about one of the coolest features in the MINI called the over boost which is like s nitrous boost and this was so much fun! But recommended not to do it in the new car obviously till it breaks in!Well after all the demo and waiting the finance manager called us in for paper work and the deal was made and when he handed me over the key I was super excited! This is my first brand new car of my choice and I absolutely loved it!This whole buying experience was extremely smooth and big thanks to Marco coz he was very easy to work with n ask questions. He cared for his customers and that's very important in this job; not just in selling the car but to make sure the customer is aware of what they are buying and to give suggestions!I would definitely recommend my friends who are interested in MINI to get to Stevens Creek mini dealership

Went in this mIni cooper dealer after a bad experience with mini SF. Ricardo Martin is an excellent sales man, he listen and understand our needs and very detailed in explaining the features and benefits of the car that we wanted. We came in to sell our Corolla and got a good offer with its value. A bit hassle with their finance since our original offer was rejected, but we were able to proposed a solutions that will fit our budget. My wife love her first Mini Cooper hardtop and definitely recommend this dealers if you thought about buying a cooper.

My experience was very easy, and fun. I should note that the reason the quality of repairs is so low is because when buying my MINI it was noticed and brought to my attention by the sales rep that there was a dent in the driver side door. They offered to take care of it for free (which deserves a 5) but because the people they get these things fixed through has yet to give them a day they can fix it I still have said dent in my door. So that's why I gave them a 2, nothing against Stevens Creek MINI but now that I've started school and work I'm more hard pressed for time and I don't know when it will get fixed...

The complete experience purchasing a New 2015 Cooper S with Mini of Stevens Creek was Top Notch! My sales associate was Scott Rachfal, who did an outstanding job throughout the entire process.. First searching for a car with the features that I was looking for, and then with the custom online ordering process, right down to final delivery! I ended up custom building my new Cooper S on the MINIUSA.com website, then finishing the order with Scott at his Mini of Stevens Creek office. My Mini was assembled at the plant in Oxford England, then loaded onto a ship, for its journey home. The entire process, from "Click" to "Cockpit" took about 8 weeks. Scott sent weekly updates, and I was able to track it online, through the process, including real time tracking of the vessels trek across the pond. I could not have been more pleased with the entire experience, as well as the final product! You won't go wrong buying with Mini of Stevens Creek. -Scott Phillips

I have been looking for a commuter car for some time now. I bounced form maker to maker and settled on a Mini, I figured that would be the most fun car to drive. I searched for a Mini for about a month, went to several dealers left messages with private sellers as well. When I went to the dealers like Ford or Subaru the sales associates didnt really know much about the Mini. The quality of the cars I looked ok but not really, just take a look at the rim rash. Finally I found a car at Mini of Stevens Creek. I left a message and was contacted in quick order. I didnt have time to call back so a week went by before I could come in. I met with Robert Roberts, what a really nice guy. He took me through the car like I have never seen one before, what a help that was. I drove the car, like it should be driven; Robert was encouraging me to do so, not so much at the other dealers. I just purchased a new MINI from Jeff at MINI of Stevens Creek. He first helped me when I came to look at used MINI's thinking I could not afford a new one but it turns out the prices vary depending on the models and are affordable (even brand new). He knows these cars and was easy to work with. I then returned and bought a new one. The place is really cool inside and once you are there you will WANT to buy a car. I had racing stripes added on the hood as part of the deal and FELIX in service helped me. He went above and beyond by adding some seatbelt holders by the headrests for me and was a joy to deal with. He fixed me up with a free loaner too. Hats off to FELIX-he's a 10, maybe even an 11 if that is possible? Loved the female sales manager on the floor as well, she made me laugh.

Customer Service is extremely poor. Went to the dealership 2 days prior to set up appoint for regular car maintenance. Discussed all the things that needed to be done with special mention of stripes need replacement. Service advisor stated " Oh yes, strips is now included in the warranty because MINI recognizes that it's been an issue " discoloration of the stripes". Took car at 0800 for the scheduled appointment, 3 hrs after service advisor called saying that 'stripes is not covered by warranty. He said his manager is not approving the service and that there area lot of cars that are backlog 1-2 days ago that need to be done". that they cannot finish the oil change, brake service that same day and that they haven't even started with the job.I decided to pull my car out of the dealership, the service person did not even look up or talk to me when I came back to pick up my car and I have to wait for they cannot locate the car. I drove 110 miles for this scheduled appointment , my needs was not met and i received the worst customer service.

People there are very professional, helpful and detailed. Larry Lyons was my agent when I was there, He makes sure that He explain to me everything to the last detail when I was there even after I signed the docs. There was a slight problem on detailing my car but Larry got in the way to fix the problem. The other thing I like with this dealership is "There is no pressure at all"

This is our first Mini, and literally days old, but so far it's really a pleasure to drive. I've always been a German car owner and this car is right up there in terms of quality, fit and finish, and driving experience. We purchased the all-wheel drive Countryman and it's surprisingly roomy, with a great ride and handling. Can't wait to take it up to the mountains during winter. While this is a third car for my wife and me I think this will be my go to ride. Buying the Mini from Stevens Creek Mini has been one of the best if not the best car purchasing experience I ever had, and over the years that's a lot of cars. Great, non-pushy salespeople and completing the paperwork was a breeze. These people are the best.

I currently bought a 2014 Mini Cooper from Mini of Stevens Creek last week, and couldn't be more happy with the overall experience. I was lucky to have Ken as my salesman and he made the experience fantastic! Very personable, very knowledgeable, very friendly and very fun atmosphere to be around. The car is absolutely amazing and Ken was great communicating with me throughout the whole process as I was moving here from Canada. The transition couldn't have been any smoother. I would definitely recommend Ken and this dealership for any future customers and if I was to buy another Mini, I know exactly where I would be going.

My first mini - a countryman, after driving a jeep for 20+. I wanted a funner car with better gas mileage. Ryan, Ken and Marco were awesome - we went back several times to drive different cars and also make sure all my music gear would fit (we actually brought cases to test out the size). Great experience with these guys, no pressure and very patient! And so far I love the car!

Ask for Ryan, went in to look at 8pm, Ryan stayed till closing to get my wife into a countryman. Ryan knew the product, no pressure, and extremely helpful. He also did pricing for us on two different cars and easily took my trade in for top dollar. Would highly recommend purchasing at steven's creek mini. This place is more like a toy store than a dealership. Dealt with Gifford Chan. Super nice guy and highly knowledgeable about the cars there. Gifford was very pleasant and really had me close to "signing on the dotted line." We left with info on a car they had on the lot, so that we could go home and think on it and didn't end up buying. But Gifford was great, and if I was ready to buy a Mini, I'd definitely go back and ask for him.

Mini of Stevens Creek is the friendliest car dealership around. They love their cars and the people that buy them. There was no pressure to buy. It took me a whole day to test drive cars until I knew which one was for me. When the color I wanted was not available, it's discontinued, they were able to find me one at another dealership that was not part of their network. The only sticky point for me is they are very firm on pricing. It might just have been because they pulled the car from someone else's inventory, so in some ways this was a special order. But it still stings to pay sticker. The dealer was so fun to work with, I can't even hold this against them.

I had a really good experience buying a used Mini at Mini of Stevens Creek. Robert made my sale very easy, he was straight forward, didn't hide anything, and very accommodating. My only suggestion would be at the beginning of the sale every sales person should determine who will be buying the vehicle and address that person. Do not assume it is the man. The dealership was very busy with people buying new cars but I got red carpet service when buying a used vehicle. Thank you Robert Roberts.

I called about a specific vehicle and was lucky to reach Melissa R. She heard my requests and spent time searching for the ideal car for me. We emailed back and forth quite a bit and it never seemed like I was a hassle. I had an experience with another Bay Area dealership and it was the opposite. She was a breath of fresh air and was so helpful compared to this other experience. When we made it down to the dealership it was a smooth process, and I was able to drive away with my new Mini Cooper Countryman and I'm in love! I felt like the pricing was reasonable, the buying process was smooth and besides waiting a little longer than I'd have liked to get it detailed, that's probably only because I was excited! It was an awesome experience, I hope to be a Mini of Stevens Creek customer for life.

I live in San Francisco but drove to the dealership because of their pre-owned certified inventory. The best part if the whole experience though was deal with Ricky, my young and new Sales guy. Only a week in the job and already able to put me at ease when it came to explaining the process. He couldn't do enough for me ! I love the car, now that I've had it for almost a week. It's comfortable, spacious (even with my Doberman) and very zippy. I would highly recommend a visit to this location as the no pressure buying experience is what I enjoyed the most ! The other joy was dealing with Finance. In, out in very quick time and very personable too !

Started with Scott who allowed my wife and I to take two Demo rides on the convertibles with and without turbo. Wow what a ride. Went back the next day and dealt with Carolyn Shek because Scott was on days off. Carolyn showed us the 2014 conv Highgate in Silver white metallic. Beautiful mini cooper. For my first car buying experience this was painless. Melissa was a great help and the manager Greg was also very helpful in allowing me to remain within my budget. The whole process lasted less than two hours and I received the car, cleaned and with a full tank of gas. I am enjoying my vehicle with a few minor hitches, which Mini has so graciously been willing to inspect for me. I will update my review after inspection but from the customer service that I have received thus far I highly doubt that it would be any negatives to report. If you want a car buying experience minus the sleazy business man, Mini Stevens creek is the place to be.

Been a long time Ford owner, and have no complaints,but wanted something more fuel efficient than my Edge (crossover). Not yet ready for a hybrid or electric, I looked at the Mini's because they are unique, and European. Had only a little idea what I was looking for, test drove a manual hardtop and got a good idea of pricing and different models. I left and researched for a couple of days and went back and made a final decision on a coupe. I worked with two sales people since the first was helping other customers when I came back, but thought everyone in the store was nice. I was able to talk through my thought process with them, without being pressured and always offered different options. I decided on a base model coupe and love it! It's different dealing with another dealership after ten years at the same one that I'm still happy with. So far I'm pleased with the service and support I've gotten from this dealership, the followup after buying the car is very good.

We pretty much knew what we wanted, met a very helpful salesperson, Richard Rachfal, and narrowed down our selection quite quickly. We started hunting for our second car when my husband graduted and moved to bayarea. I always wanted to buy MINI when I was looking for car in 2008, but at that time I thought it might not be comfortable when parents are visiting from india. So i ended up getting bigger car. Now I got second chance to get my most loved car and thanks to Paul Howard, we were able to purchase without any trouble. He was really patient with our multiple test driving requests with different MINIs and with all our stupid questions/requests. Even after buying car he set with us and explained each and every functions of the car in detail. I would certainly recommend him if you are looking to buy MINI. It has been a week since we got this car and I am loving it!

He is awesome. We custom ordered our MINI and got regular updates from Jeff. Few weeks ago, my family and I decided to check out some mini coopers. We were then greeted by Scott, who made us feel comfortable by hearing us out and answering to our questions. He then made us look at some of the cars as per requested. He was accommodating and really cool to our both children. We then told him that we will think about it and exchanged our emails. That way he can let us know any new deals on pre-owned cars. We never felt like we were being pressured at all. He sent us couple of messages when he had something or when we had any questions. We checked out other car dealer showrooms, but my children, wife and I prefer to go back to Scott! Scott told us he had a car that would be good to us and we came back for that and for him. There Scott helped me out in the buying process. He was really accommodating and even drive me back after purchasing the car. In that way I did not had to come back again with my wife to pick up the car, he could explain us on our new car in the calm of our place ! Nowadays, through experiences, it commonly seen that car salesmen just don't do enough good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. Owner himself of a MINI, Scott transfers his passion of MINI car to us, Scott is selling a product he knows well and loves and not just another car. This make a huge difference. Tyler (financial dept) helped me a lot in the buying process from the beginning till the end. Tyler has been very clear and transparent on all the financial aspect, proposing and recommending different options without any pressure to accommodate my requests and concerns. After purchasing the car - a MINI CooperS Hardtop, Scott would check on us if everything was going on well with the car and us, and he is still following on regular basis. A really pleasant experience for my family and I!

I turned 50 last year and have been dreaming of owning another convertible for years. I had one over 12 years ago before I got married and had kids. Due to my busy work schedule and long work hours, it took me over a year to actually get into a dealership to look at cars. I have 2 friends who have Mini Coopers (different models), love and constantly rave about them so that is one of the cars I wanted to look at during my search. Last weekend was fairly low key so I left the family at home and went down to Mini of Stevens Creek. Super easy to find right off Highway 280 South from me. I knew what I wanted (a 2 seater convertible) and was greeted promptly by Howard Paul as soon as I started closing in on the models. He was very friendly and spent hours with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and made the dream in my head a reality! The negotiation process was very easy and not stressful at all. I left my new car (2014 Mini Cooper S Roadster convertible) to be detailed on Monday and picked it up Monday night. Howard came in on his day off to go over the various buttons and goodies on the car as well before I jetted off down the freeway. This car is fast - a bullet so I have to keep my lead foot under control. She is one sexy little car and I have to come up with a good name for her! I would highly recommend Mini of Stevens Creek and their team. In a world that is low on genuine customer service without a "I am too busy for you attitude," this place rocks! I have not worked with their service or parts department yet but would be happy to post a review when I do so ... HAPPY SHOPPING! P.S. My 11 year old asked me if I would stil have this car when it was time for him to drive ... I have absolute cool status as I vroom up to drop him off at school ... believe me heads turn and jaws drop when people see this car!

This was my first experience buying my own car. When I was 16 my dad bought me a mustang but all we did was walk on the lot, test drive the car, do paperwork and leave. It was quick and painless, but I didn't get to experience picking out a car. For a few months my girlfriend and I had been looking online at different cars, and even visited a few dealerships. The other dealerships we visited were not good experiences at all, before we even stopped the car people were running out to try and sell us something. It was all very stressful and unpleasant, I never once was excited about the possibility of owning a new car. Fast forward to October 28th when we decided that we wanted to look at a MINI. My girlfriend and I showed up probably around 3pm and nobody was scouting us out as we drove up or asked what we wanted before they even knew our name. It was very welcoming, Peter Park was the salesman that helped us and I don't think I can say enough good things about him. We thought we knew what we wanted and then bounced around between the different models and colors but Peter was very good, he never once became impatient or tried to rush us. We spent a long time there, we test drove 4 different cars, and talked a lot about what was right for us. I was almost ready to give up and Peter was going to take us on a test drive in a Cooper S Hardtop, when we walked outside that was when we seen our mini. We fell in love right away and Peter couldn't be more happy for us. We signed all the paperwork and while we were waiting for the car to be washed, the manager Carol came and talked to us. My girlfriend and Carol had a very special thing in common and it made the whole experience that much more special :). I don't think I will ever go to another dealership to buy a car again. I just really hope that when it's time to upgrade or buy a new car Carol and Peter will still be there to help us and make the experience so special!!

After searching for quite a long time, my wife and I purchased a CPO JCW Clubman from MINI of Steven's Creek. I'd been frequenting the dealership for several months and had been working with Fernando Constantino the whole time. I raise my hat to him as he was patient and understanding throughout the process: multiple test drives, continuous flip flopping between models and trim levels, new vs used, the usual dilemmas you have when purchasing a car. Fernando and the rest of the staff here are courteous, professional and polished. The fact that they are also friendly individuals with a sense of humour also helps. Not once did I feel pressured during the sales process. They give recommendations when asked but most importantly they give you the time to make a decision on your terms. There were no high pressure sales tactics that seem to be so common at other car dealerships. Paperwork and final contract signing were a breeze and the post-sale follow up so far has been great. They even spend the time to sit with you and go over all the features in the car before you drive it off the lot...a nice little touch. Fitting with the overall MINI brand's image, this place is just a little different....in a good way. I wish more dealerships were like this. Recommended

Me and my wife just got our first car(mini paceman 2013) from here. Was not even sure what i wanted when i got to the dealership. Went to few other dealers nearby before that. Was really taken aback by the poor quality of salesmanship in most other dealerships. Have to admit miini was an exception in that regard. Never felt like i was forcefully being sold something. Our sales person was Larry Lyons. He was never in any rush to make us take a decision. Always gave us the room to think and make our own decision. And i have to admit as a first time car buyer we were quite indecisive. But Larry was patient and thanks for that. We had multiple test drive on mini paceman. And finally decided on ours. It took about 1 week to close the deal. Our over all communication through phones and email has also been quite satisfactory. All in all I really liked the chilled out environment at mini and their salesmanship. The only reason its not 5 star is because we had some confusion about what kind of financial offer we are going to get from the dealership. We finally got a really great deal. But at times it seemed like that the dealership was not quite sure of what to offer to us. Anyways, all in all it has been a great experience, i would suggest this place to a friend and specially Larry as sales person.

My Wife and I walked out on the lot for a few minutes without being noticed. Shortly there after a salesman by the name of Scott Rachfal came out and apologized for no one helping us. He was very polite, courteous, and easy going. I was amazed at the "No Pressure" salesmanship of this man and that made buying all the more simple. Even after explaining our financial staus we were still treated with the same professional attitude wether he thought we might buy or not. This was my first visit to Mini of Stevens Creek. The showroom is impressive showing off some very fun colors & features on their Minis. I had a lot of fun building my car online and brought in my 'build to order' request to this dealership. Robert Roberts helped me with my order and he kept me updated about the car throughout the whole eight weeks. When the car finally arrived at the dealership, Robert sounded just as excited as I was to see the car. When I went to pick up the car, he walked me through the features of the car very patiently and explained everything to me without rushing through the process. I had a great experience buying my S Countryman and I love my car.

We bought our first Mini from this dealer last month. Our sales adviser, Fernando, was really helpful. He informed us with all the information that we needed in order for us to made the decision to purchase a Mini Cooper. Originally, the car that we liked, a blue Countryman, wasn't in their stock, but he helped us to find one that was still on its way to the dealership that matched our requirements. Our search for new car was actually started one month prior and we visited this dealership once. At that time, we were still unsure of which "economic" car that we wanted to purchase. Our choices varied from a Mini Cooper, a Fiat, a 3-series BMW, and several other small cars. During our search, Fernando had been there to answer any questions that we had. We didn't feel any pressure to purchase the car on that day (like some dealership that tried to force us to buy on that day because they had a "special price"). The overall buying process was fast and simple. When we were back to the dealer to pick up our car, all the paperwork was ready.

I live in Pebble Beach and didn't like the idea of driving up to tyhe dealer to do the paperwork then having them deliver the car. NO PROBLEM! They brought the paperwork along with my new Mini Coupe and I filled it all out in my kitchen. Perfect buying experience for the perfect car. Thought it would be a painful process to find a car in the San Jose area but fortunately we stopped by at Mini of SC and had Gifford Chan to help us with the purchase. Car was great, actually in great shape for a used car - and he let us feel free to decide without all the pressure from the sales side. I've driven Minis for years so am accustomed with having to get them repaired... a lot... There are multiple Mini dealerships in the SF Bay Area so it's not usually that much of a chore. Against the recommendation of pretty much every review site out there I went to MINI of Stevens Creek. Oh wow are they bad. Before this experience I thought how could a dealership be horrible, they are all trained to fix cars right? Wrong! This dealership is run by the used car salesmen you see in the movies. They nickle and dime you for everything, when they don't know an answer they flat out (and pathetically obviously) lie. They are rarely on time or make any effort to solve your problem and are ethically and morally bankrupt in the worst possible way.DO NOT GIVE BUSINESS TO MINI OF STEVENS CREEK!Great MINI Dealerships I have dealt with:MINI of San FransiscoEast Bay MINIMINI of ConcordDeal with anyone but Stevens Creek, your Mini, and your checkbook will thank you for it.

Jeff Mazzella had a no-pressure approach to the sale. He was informative and helpful. He offered good advice when I was indecisive. His good taste guided me to the buying the best car. Since the car I wanted was not in stock anywhere, he ordered a new vehicle for me, and kept me posted on it's delivery status. When my car came in, he kept it under wraps until I came to claim it. He then took a lot of time to explain the operation, commands and nuances of my new car.

My husband and I purchased a Mini Cooper Hardtop last Wednesday from Carol. The whole experience was superb. I test drove two cars, a convertible and the hardtop that Carol actually designed. I didn't have to drive another one to figure out which one I wanted (the latter). We had two trade-ins to cover the cost of the Mini and I was able to get a quote for one of them right then and there. I received the quote for the other one shortly thereafter. We went back on Wednesday to purchase the car. This dealership is dog friendly so we brought our Standard Poodle with us and I was so appreciative of how kind everyone was to him. Carol was really fantastic, both times we met with her she really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We are in a loaner Mini Roadster right now while our Mini gets serviced, my husband says that he hopes he can get a one day from Carol, too! I already recommended my neighbor to visit Steven's Creek Mini and if she goes I am definitely going to ask her to see Carol!! The service department is awesome as well. They're extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks Mini of Steven's Creek!!

came to this dealership w/ very low expectations. As we are shopping for our second mini in 2 yrs time..turns out they are exceptional in sales and service.before i went to this dealership here in sfo bay area, we already visited east bay mini, sfo mini and mini at concord, by far all three are good. You can even test drive a mini at concord without a salesman going with you. So what makes this dealership standout? Simple its the simplicity of the process from meeting the sales advisor to the buying process... Jeff Mazella our sales advisor did an excellent job, making sure the car, color and options are available on what we wanted to have in our car....Over all we are a happy customer and for the first time we walk out of the dealership after buying a car feeling contented and respected not the feeling that you have been ripped off!!!! Thank you jeff!!!

Christy and John M were great. I test drove about 4 cars and John was very helpful. I was pretty picky and had spent time on the web site looking at options. They didn't have a car on the lot that met all my requirements but were very helpful in setting up the order. The car came in sooner than I expected and Christy stepped in for the final purchase and delivery. She was very knowledgeable about the car, being a Mini owner herself. And I've had a ball driving my Clubman.

First of all, I was looking for a used vehicle in a small price range. The original vehicle I came to see was a Honda Civic advertised as being in EXCELLENT condition. When I arrived and got into the vehicle, I was struck with the distinct odor of cat urine. Clearly, Mini of Stevens Creek has their own definition of EXCELLENT condition. An odor like that will be difficult if not impossible to get out. I passed on that purchase. I then saw a beautiful green VW New Beetle that I got in and test drove. It was in GOOD condition by Kelly Blue Book standards, but was being retailed at more than the EXCELLENT standards of a private party sale. It needed new tires, the paint and rims were scratched and there were a few other minor flaws. An offer was made, it was accepted and there was a meeting of the minds. The negotiations were all done via text message. The agreement was $5,750 out the door, allowing $2,500 to go on a visa and a personal check for the remainder. When I arrived to complete the transaction, at the dealership, the agreement was recanted and they were not going to sell the car unless a credit line was opened with Mini financing. THIS WAS ILLEGAL - basic contract law requires them to honor the agreement and instead, I was told to leave and never come back upon refusing to sign up for their credit line. This Mini dealership swindles its customers and I will make sure to post this on every review website including the Better Business Bureau due to the unlawful nature of the transaction.

Sales people were disorganized, inept and misleading at best. 1) Original offer with trade in of vehicle was changed and not clearly explained until under pressure to sign final paperwork, 2) Car was delivered with four inch scratch in paint that was either not detected when cleaned and inspected, or purposely hidden from me, 3) Lack of communication between sales people about whether or not I had ordered the car (I had chosen it from current inventory but was continually told I needed to buy the car that I had 'ordered'), 4) Lack of clear explanation about package options and add-ons (I requested the bonnet stripes be applied after the car was delivered from the factory, was frequently told that it was included in the sport package and would not be a problem, and then dealer attempted to charge me for it as an 'extra' since I had not originally ordered the bonnet strips from the factory and they did not come on the car), 5) Phone calls and feedback were not returned in a timely fashion.

This is a 2 part review. 1st service, they provided good service, friendly, good work, etc. 2 things bothered me I did not get a rental and car was there for 2 weeks, thats why I gave customer service only an OK and the other is they said I got aftermarket suspension when its actually JCW. Thay are anal about any aftermarket part, they stopped work beacause of colder NKG plugs I had on. Other than that I am satified, note if you have any modification or aftermarket part MOMV is not the place to go. Otherwise you are fine. 2nd Auto body, other than better coordinating with dealership they are great, if any things are not to your par, they will correct with out any fuss. Love how Auto Body sends email you pics of all the progress and before and after pics. Just wish they had the same BMW rentals as service does.

I've had several problems with my '03 Mini Cooper S, but when I lived in the Bay Area, Mtn View Mini was awesome. Even though it is not policy, once they gave me a loaner 325.Another time, my windshield cracked (!) while it was on their lot (100 degree weather, maybe there was a chip?). I didn't really expect them to pay for it (maybe do the labor for free), but they called the manager and did a one time complete free replacement. This was awesome!This, in contrast to South Bay Mini (Redondo Beach), which has real jerks in the service department. See my comment there for more details.

Much better than Mini of SF, but not great. I've had problems that take 3+ trips to resolve. Always VERY friendly, but just too busy and not the most helpful.
