My wife and I purchased a '16 Dodge Dart GT from Miracle Chrysler back in March. In August, to avoid a wreck, my wife was forced to make an unexpected turn into a parking lot. While making the turn she clipped a curb which damaged the right rocker panel in front of the rear wheel. Marty and his crew were very professional, courteous and friendly. The repair was flawless. To their credit, when the initial repair wasn't satisfactory to them, they never hesitated to redo the work and treated it just like it was their own vehicle. Thanks...

I was looking online for a new truck and found the exact one I wanted at Miracle Ford. I initially talked to Bryan Hopper, who is one of the managers there. He was very helpful when explaining what rebates were applicable for the truck I wanted, and even took the time to explain the Ford A plan since my dad works for Ford. Bryan was very helpful, and had to deal with me calling a lot - they really wanted to see me get this truck, and went out of their way to help make the numbers work for me. I went to get my truck on a Saturday, and Bryan wasn't there that day (he told me he wouldn't be there, and passed my info on to someone else). When I walked in the door, Jim Galvin, the owner, was standing there to greet me. He was very nice, not pushy to get a sale, and easy to talk to. The salesman that I worked with was Daniel Custodio. He was very helpful, not pushy, and eager to show me the details of the deal and also the details of the vehicle itself. I already had the numbers worked out with Brian prior to coming into the dealer, and Daniel just had to make sure everything was in order, and then we were good to go. After signing the paperwork with Charlie, I was ready to hit the road in my brand new truck. Before I left, Jim thanked me for my business, and informed me that the first oil change was on them. This dealership seems more focused on customer service and making repeat customers than just making a bunch of sales. As long as I'm living in Middle Tennessee I'll be a customer of theirs.

As I was looking for a used Mustang GT, I came across Miracle Ford online. I ultimately did not purchase my vehicle from Miracle Ford, BUT they were by far my favorite dealership I dealt with. The only reason I did not by the vehicle from this dealer was because I was looking for a specific color still within warranty- literally the only reason I did not buy the car from this dealership. Everyone I spoke with was awesome, but Bryan Hopper was particularly exceptional. He was who I dealt with primarily. He was straight forward, and he consistently went out of his way to help me with everything I requested prior to purchasing the car (being from Georgia, Bryan understood my concern of the vehicle's condition, and made videos of the vehicle (including imperfections) for me to review). If you want a dealer that is on your side, go to Miracle Ford. If you want a person who is on your side, go to Bryan Hopper. Disclaimer: I did not know anyone at this dealership prior to looking for my car. I live in Atlanta, Georgia. This dealership was just so good I still wanted to write a review praising them.

We went to Miracle Ford to look at new Explorers we had a 2015 and were so pleased with it we decided to purchase a 2017. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Mr. John James he did a great job of explaining and showing us all available inventory. We decided on the one we liked and proceeded inside I had very strict guidelines on the terms I would do business under at that point the manager coach Rollins got involved and to our surprise was able to exceed our expectations. At this point we were off to finance the young man in the finance office was great he placed a call to Ford Motor Credit and once again exceeded our expectations. It is a rare thing to find a company these days where people are working this hard hand in hand to provide a great experience for their customers.

My wife and I stopped in to check their inventory. The first thing they did was "check us in" with a form that included all of our contact information. I mistakenly allowed them to have my info. Big Mistake. After leaving the lot, they called us 3 times in two days. Once at a quarter of eight in the evening! They also sent several e-mails. We responded by asking them to not contact us in the future, and to not respond to the e-mail. The very next day we received yet ANOTHER e-mail. Needless to say we blocked their address and phone number.

Bought a New Ford Taurus today. Daniel was my sales rep and pretty mush just did exactly what I asked of him. He was not pushy or "salesy" at all. Just informative. The dealership is brand new and super clean. Once we got a deal done my car was ready to go in less than an hr. The finance was organized, professional and got through the paper work quickly. Throughout the entire process I did feel pressured one bit. I ended up getting am amazing deal on the car, it was a new 2015 marked down about $8k and without me saying anything they gave it to me for $9k off. They gave my $2500 over the trade in value of my car to get this deal done. I bought my last car here and they said they like to take care of return buyers. I had a great experience my first time, so I came here again before going elsewhere. They made me feel like part of the family. I highly recommend Miracle Ford.

Daniel Custodio made the purchase as easy as possible. I was able to get all the information I needed off the internet. I used the true car website to get my no haggle price then was able to complete all of the finance application online. When I arrived the vehicle was brought around to me for inspection. Then I was able to take the vehicle for a test drive. When we got back to the dealership the finance paperwork was completed when an hour. Once again easiest vehicle purchase.

We started shopping via the Internet, and were immediately inundated with emails from many dealers.After sorting through them, it became apparent that Charlie Piper really put in the extra effort to finding a Super Duty that would fit our needs. Although Miracle Ford was almost two hours away we decided to visit the dealership. We were impressed by the entire staff and left with a new truck that day. The service visit was two fold, warranty and regular maintenance. The work was completed to my satisfaction, and it was completed in a most timely manner. The facility is comfortable and the staff engaging and knowledgeable. The Service Writer was someone I had worked with before, and once again, he and all staff were great to work with. Cindy in the Cashier's Office was nice and courteous. Bryan Hopper, who sold me my car and is now in management, saw me and came to Service to speak to me. He asked me about my wife, which was very nice, and much appreciated! Overall, good experience.

He was very honest about any problems the car may have had, and he never pushed us into buying something. This was, without a doubt, the most positive experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. The salesman, John Parker, was very knowledgeable and took a personal interest in getting me into the exact vehicle I needed and wanted (in this case, a Ford F-150) ...John answered all of my questions, explaining the features of the truck in a way that made it very easy for me to understand (I'm from an era where computers and digital gadgets weren't integrated into every aspect of cars and trucks). I never felt pressured to buy anything I didn't want, need, or ask for ...Once I made the decision to buy the F-150, John found me rebates, special offers, and price breaks that he could have easily withheld from me and I would have been none the wiser. And one top of it all, the dealership gave me a very generous trade-in value for my car ...All in all, a very positive experience. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying their next vehicle. And don't forget to ask for John Parker!

I recently purchased a 2016 Expedition from Dennis Lauderdale, Jr. He could not have been nicer to work with and the experience was the fastest and easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I know it is buyer beware, but this is a Class A dealership (new and Used cars), so I felt pretty confident that vehicle would be reasonably decent as would paperwork transactions. Found out later that vehicle price included $1200 for a warranty, and when I questioned why I had to purchase a warranty rather than paying the lesser price for the vehicle without the warranty the finance manager said the "bank required it." News to me that you can be forced to purchase a warranty by a bank. Also, car was delivered with 2 bad tires (not bald, faulty), shredded windshield wipers, oil change not noted, and a front bumper clip missing so the lower front bumper was loose from vehicle. First week of ownership=$550 in out of pocket repairs. Like I said buyer beware. Also, Carfax did not report the front end damage repaired from a previous collision. Well as Carfax says, they only report what people tell them.

Miracle's inventory of new Escapes far exceeded other dealers in the area. Our salesman, John James, spent most of the day helping my daughter and I find two Escapes that matched our needs perfectly. He listened to what we were looking for, and took time to walk around the lot with us to find the best vehicles for us. During the test drive, he pointed out several features of the cars to get us comfortable with the newest technology. He was very open to questions, and quite knowledgeable about the features. The Finance Manager, Jim Morgan, was very helpful in explaining financing options and getting both of us the best financing packages. Everyone in the dealership went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. In 40 years of buying cars, this was by far the most enjoyable car-buying experience of my life. We went in to look at a used Edge that I found on the internet site for Miracle Ford. I was contacted and set up a time to look at the vehicle with my husband. Daniel Custodio was awesome. Never pushy always very professional. We test drove three vehicles that day and felt so comfortable about how we were not bullied or strong armed into buying a vehicle there. We felt so comfortable through the whole process. Kris Somaru was also involved in the sale. He made us feel so comfortable there and never pushy. He would tell us talk your time this is a big decision. You don't hear that from a salesman. Daniel also would tell us if a car had issues. He actually drove one with us so that he could tell us if it had issues. We were so comfortable through the whole process even through the finance part. They listened to what we had to say, how much we wanted to pay for payment and did everything they could to keep that purchase in our price range. Best group of people there ever! I highly recommend Daniel and hope that if anyone is looking for a new/used car they go see Daniel Custodio he is so helpful and really a down to earth guy. Not pushy at all. I searched online for the vehicle I was interested in and Daniel followed up quickly with two that fit my criteria. When I went on the test drive, he actually pointed out a few things that needed to be corrected if I were interested in the vehicle instead of sitting quietly by and letting me find out on my own after the sale. He was very professional, not pushy, and only wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with the vehicle I was purchasing before I drove it off the lot. He continued to follow up with me in the days after my purchase to inform me of when the minor repairs would take place and even made sure they could come to my location versus driving all the way back to Gallatin from Murfreesboro. I would highly recomned Daniel and this dealership if your looking for someone to treat you fairly and not push you into a vehicle you do not need!

I had been looking at Ford Flexes for about 2/3 months. I found the Flex of my dreams at Miracle Ford in Gallatin! I called to check on it. Jamie Bailiff answered the phone and told me about the Flex. So the very next day I went to test-drive the Flex and meet Jamie for the first time. I have test-drove about 4 different Flexes mostly because some of the sales men were too pushy or didnt really care about what I was looking for, not Jamie and I felt like we have been old friends. He helped me crunch numbers for 3 hours. Yet I still could not leave with my Flex. He told me when I left that he would text me every day to let me know it was still there. I had found the Flex of my dreams and I was just waiting on the insurance company. He did what he said, he texted and even called on his day off, just to let me know no one bought my Flex. In a nutshell I was in the market and decided while killing time to stop at Miracle Ford and ask about a new Fusion they had on the front line. It had a great color / package combination and the price was right. John Parker was the first one to speak to me and he was the one i trusted to guide me through the process of buying my next vehicle. Never once did I not feel like family. Respect honesty and caring through the show the test drive and running the numbers. Needless to say we sat down and made it work for the best outcome for everyone. John Parker stayed right with me all the way through since this was the first one i had bought on my own. Seamless and smooth with all of my questions answered with compassion caring and honesty. Once the majority of the deal was done Bill Parker along with several others went out of there way to help clean out my trade while i was in the finance office. They all stayed late to ensure i was taken great care of. Once the ink hit the paper it was over. That quick and that easy. No hassel. I think the finance managers name was Jim. I could go on the same about his customer service as well as he treated me great. Once i left the dealer with my new car and an appt for a free detail set i was happy. Came in this morning and not only left with a hat and a detail / enviromental package installed i also had a thorough understanding of how everything worked in the new car. Phone was synced codes were set and the car looked amazing. Not to leave of course without several congrats had shakes and compliments on how well the new car looks. Wow. I met Mickey Avaritt in Sept 2014 while looking to trade trucks. I had a set amount I wanted to spend, so I ended up buying another brand's "smaller" truck, as I just didn't want to spend the additional $5K. Ten months later, I called Mickey and he began working to find me a "full size" truck with the accessories that I wanted for "near" the price I wanted to pay. I spoke with about 8 other dealerships and only two sales guys bothered to follow up. Mickey was one of them. I ended up trading my "smaller" truck and getting an F150 from Mickey at Miracle the last week of August, and I WISH I'd gotten this vehicle last year instead of the "smaller" truck to save a few dollars. Mickey was persistent in that he kept telling me "Don't buy from anyone else until you at least give me one more chance" and he grabbed this F150 coming off the delivery truck and called me to come see it. On one visit, Mickey was attending to his wife in the hospital and Charlie Piper worked with me and my wife for a couple test drives. We finalized our "deal" with Derrick Baker and Jim Morgan took care of the "money paperwork". Before we left, we met Jim Galvin, the owner. Very friendly and several times in our conversation he thanked us for our business. Overall, my wife and I had a great experience and we're looking forward to MANY MANY years of enjoyment with our new F150 from Mickey at Miracle.

And it was cheaper than the so called certified used car there trying to sell us. We have never had a better car buying experience. Ford -Lincoln of Franklin Tn. might be a little farther to drive but the savings and experience were well worth the drive. The life time guarantee is unbelievable. Called in and spoke to someone over the phone about a issue listed as a RECALL on my vehicle health report. The item advised me to bring my car to the dealership to have my car checked out.The phone call was unpleasant, the lady, Tonya or something I could barely understand over background noise. Dismissively told me to bring it in first thing Monday morning as they were too busy to handle it at the moment. I dropped the car off and waited. I called in and spoke to TJ who very condescendingly told me I was wrong about it being a recall(even though i'd already been through it once), the website was wrong, and that they would not repair my vehicle until the part broke.I have never been treated so patronizingly or rudely by any other dealership (Bates In Lebanon which has always been nice to me, and Two rivers were my usual choices) I will not be doing business with this dealership unless unavoidably forced to. I was extremely disappointed with the terrible attitude of the service department. Go to Madison or Lebanon instead.

I've been looking around Gallatin, Tn. For a good used car. I've been to all the new/used dealers in Gallatin and I have to say that my experience at Miracle Ford was the best . All the sales staff are as nice as they could be. I would truely recommend this dealer ship to anyone looking for a used or new car. The quality of work in the service center was adequate, but the attitude, demeanor, lack of customer care from the girl at the service counter is poor at best. We are new to this area and have taken our 2013 ford explorer and 2005 ford F150 super cab in for service and warranty work and she always has this very unfriendly attitude. An attitude that you would not except to get or see from a person whose main job function is interacting with customer. And, the service manager is just as bad. On one visit we stood at the service counter waiting for the girl to stop entering data into her computer. The service manager walked out answered the phone, told her it was for her, then turn and walked back to his office. Did not even ask if he could help us. Waited over 8 minutes before the service girl even asked if she could help us. Not sure who is in charge, but Miracle Ford needs a change in this department.

Bottom Line, Great People, Great Environment, Easy to deal with, and concerned for the customer. I've bought and maintained a couple of vehicles from Miracle Ford, and they are always my first stop.

I contacted this dealership through their website. I got a response right away. They continued to respond to all of my questions. We were able to make a deal and I drove the car home the next day. We came here after a few visits with other dealerships. We loved the friendly service and honesty. We felt completely satisfied with how they were able to work with us on our trade in, and they even did more research in order to meet our price range fairly.
