I must say when I moved to Columbus I had a 2003 Chevy Malibu paying like $400-$500 a month and then my car messed up and I was in need of a car super bad so my cousin told me about miracle motor marts on Morse rd and took me to Kenne Smalls I told him what was going on how much money I had down and want I needed and he told me don't worry about imma take good care of you and few hrs later he ended up getting me approve for a 2011 Chevy impala paying $286 a month and he told me everything that was wrong with the car while was nothing but breaks and oil change and he made sure he took care of that before I drove off with the car.I had the car for a few months then I ended up getting into an var accident and car got Totaled out And once again I need a car I had a rental for alil bit then I hit Kenne Small up again and told him what happen he said the same thing the first time imma take care of you and he came through for me once again and this time with a better and newer car he got me in a 2014 Nissan sentra with no down payment and payments $360 but still cheaper then my 03 but one thing I really liked about Kenne after I got my cars he still called and checked on me seeing how I was doing seeing how the car was doing to and most dealerships don't do that and all the people there is just so nice I love it I'll Recommend Anybody to go to Kenne smalls for a car

Rodney was a great blessing during a difficult time in my life! He was so kind and helpful and reassuring. He spent all the time my daughter, who was in a wheelchair from emergency spinal surgery, and myself needed to find a car that a deer decided to destroy. He never acted like time was a problem or that we were taking too long. He as well as every employee, made us feel special! We found a great car and drove it away, what a blessing Miracle Motor Mart has been to us over the years, this was our fifth car that we purchased there! God is present at Miracle Motor Mart!

This is our third purchase of a car from Miracle Motor Mart on Morse Road. Specifically, we have purchased each car with the help of Tony Jackson, and we would choose no other sales person. Tony has been attentive and helpful each time. The first time, it took us three weeks to decide on a car. We went to Miracle at the recommendation of a friend. Tony was patient, but we were just not sure we found the right car, so we went elsewhere. We kept coming back to Miracle because Tony didn't push us, or try to get us into a car we weren't sure about. He was the only sales person in all our search who treated us this way. We were very happy with the car we finally bought. When we needed another car, back to Tony we went and bought the car that very day. Recently, we needed another car due to our first car being wrecked. Once again, almost as if reading our minds, he found us just the car, with all the bells and whistles. We realized a long time ago that a newer model used car was the way for us to go, and Tony Jackson and the finance people at Miracle Motor Mart have treated us as royalty. Thank you Tony and the Miracle Motor Mart staff. You have loyal customers in us.

I have made multiple purchases at Miracle Motor Mart and this trip was just as pleasant as the others. Salesman Destry Blamer helped us search the inventory multiple times to find a car that perfectly fit our needs. We ended up purchasing a Toyota Camry from him and over the last 6 months it has been nothing less than perfect. The service we were provided by Destry, the finance gal Amy and manager Zach was above and beyond what is expected as always at Miracle. Destry even broke a sweat washing our vehicle inside and out so it was nice and shiny before we drove it off the lot. We will be in the market for an SUV here in the next month or so and will certainly be buying from him again. **Highly recommended**

Destry is the best! He had all the paperwork ready when I got to the dealership and all I had to do was test drive my Camaro and sign the papers. From the time I first called him, to the time I was cruising in my car was a little over 24 hours. He is a no pressure types salesman and I really appreciated his laid back way of selling. I was referred to Destry and would not hesitate to refer my friends to him as well. As far as my car goes, it is awesome. I routinely get compliments and I have had absolutely NO problems with the car in the 6 months that I have owned it.

This was a majo concern when it came time for me to trade in my vehicle. Tony worked diligentky to get me approved my loan. I purchased my 2nd vehicle from Miracle. I was shopping online to find my dream car. I viewed many car lots and dealerships. I came across a facility called miracle motor mart. I called this place because I found my dream car a 2013 Mercedes C-300 4matic. I stopped in and talk to miracle marts finest (Robert Lyles). He was very professional, courteous, patient, very knowledgeable. There were plenty of cars to choose from, but I have my eyes set on my dream car. Robert walk me through the paperwork very patiently and even offered us lunch. I left smiling happy and a full belly! If by chance you're in the north end shopping for a vehicle or in need of good service and professionalism stop in at the Morse Road store please by all means ask for Mr. Lyles, you don't get any better than this!!!!!

Tony J. was great to work with. It was a quick in and out. Just like i like it. Not an all day haggling thing.. Then he was on to the next. I picked out the cars I wanted to test drive and he had them ready for me when i got to the dealership. He even came to the one that was closest to me from all the way up North for my convenience. My car buying experience with Miracle Motor Mart was wonderful. DESTRY BLAMER was extremely helpful, found exactly what I was looking for in my price range, and got me the lowest interest rate possible! Although there were a wide variety of vehicles, I didn't find exactly what I was looking for upon my first visit. He didn't make me feel rushed, and within a week found multiple vehicles that fit my search criteria. It's been 6 months since I bought my fully loaded 2012 GMC Terrain, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

Miracle motor mart overall has a great helpful staff but Kenny has been very helpful to me in my search for a car. He's very educated and well knowledgeable about the vehicles and has a great personality. He really trys his best to get you what exactly it is your looking for and that is great because I've had bad experiences at other places where they just dont care and just want to sell you any car for personal gain but Kenny makes sure your happy and satisfied with the choice and suggested vehicle. He makes sure it run properly and also he really enjoys his job. I recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking for great excellent customer service!

When walking into facility I felt comfortable, not bombarded by a overzealous sales person. Kenny was there to answer any question with professionalism. It felt more like I was talking to a friend, not a sales person. Although I did not make a purchase this time, I will CERTAINLY be back in the near future to get a no hassle deal.

I have been looking for a car for months and I seem to be hitting a wall with every place I went. I called Miracle Motor Mart spoke with Bob D explained my dilemma and also what I was looking for in a vehicle. He actually start looking for me the same day I called. I visited the Morse Rd lot the next day and the Bob had car with all the amenities I was looking for in a car waiting for me to test drive. After leaving the lot still undecided about the car I test drove. Bob went the EXTRA MILE and sending me a following up text on how much of a joy and pleasure it was to talk and meet me that. It's the little things that makes the BIG DIFFERENCE IN LIFE!! It took me a couple of weeks to finally make up my mind on the car I wanted, but Bob was very kind and patient with providing cars that he thought I might like. Offering to stay after his normal working hours just to make sure I see and test drive cars I might be intertied in. I finally ended up with a Awesome car that I purchase with the help of a AWESOME SALEMAN. My wife and I went to the Morse Road location to look at their selection of cars on a Friday evening at the start of rush hour. We were impressed with the selection, thinking that they were a buy here pay here bootleg lot. Boy were we surprise. Not only did they have a good selection of low mileage cars, the staff gave us enough space where we didn't feel like we were being watched for shop lifting. When we were ready to leave, Destry D Blamer gave us his business card and encourage us to come back soon. I came back a week later with Destry's card in hand and asked for him pacifically due to his calm demeanor and professional charm. After test driving the vehicle I ask him a barrage of questions and he answered as best as he could and what he didn't know,one of the staff members came to assess like a well oiled machine. The other staffers appeared to like Destry as well as each other. I observed the team work throughout the time I was there, and even got to talked with one of the owners and was given a tour of the building as well as a history lesson on MiracleMart. I was already approved by my credit union but that wasn't good enough for them. They actually Went into a bidding war with my credit union to get my business and made me feel like a VIP. I couldn't believe it. My credit union confess that they were the better team this day and that I got the BEST price on my vehicle state wide, hands down and maybe next time they will be able to compete. Wow!!! Destry personally got me more than I expected for my trade-in as well. He then took my vehicle to the East location to have some minor work done on my car. The staff at the East location were just as professional and team driven as the Morse Rd store, giving me a mini tour and building history as well. Between the two locations, this is The Best Kept Sercert in Ohio for car shopping and buying. Destry even picked me up from the East location and took me home and offered to buy me a breakfast sandwich because I was just getting off work and didn't have a way to get back home. I was able to get some much needed sleep, while Destry finished hand detailing my vehicle which was ready as Promised at 6pm. MiracleMart will always be my FIRST CHOICE when selecting a vehicle for my household as well as Word by Mouth. Thank you MiracleMart for a Great car buying experience, selling me a Great vehicle, and hiring Great people like Destry D Blamer. With a name like Destry your Destiny should be Miracle(Mart).

Miracle motor mart, is and will always be the best dealership out there. My dealer Joe Cockrell, was extremely kind, caring, friendly, and knowledgeable about every car on the lot. Joe Cockerell stayed an hr or so after his shift to make sure I was taken care of. The hole team at Miracle Motor Mart was exactly like a true family. Made me feel welcome and like part of the family, and not like a walking pigy bank. Wean you do go into miracle motor mart you will have the same experience. As a u.s. marine i can and do swear by there hard work. Also on a side note. A week later i received an email asking me to set up a free oil change my 2009 honda civic was dew for one. So again thank you Miracle motor mart and a big thank you too Joe Cockrell. This dealership is a huge must stop for anyone and everyone looking for a car at an absolute family friendly, clean, and knowledgeable staff.

The sales man we worked with was nice. we went three days in a row. However they pulled our credit multiple times all three days! the first day is the only day we requested a pull to see what we would be approved for. So by the time we went to Ricart Ford to make a purchase they had to work really hard to get our rate down with the bank all because of the Multiple hard inquiries that they put on our credit. That is so unprofessional. Also I told the sales man we made a purchase at Ricart, yet im still getting emails to know if i am still interested. No, Not interested, will not purchase or recomend anyone purchase from a place that is so pushy and pulls your credit multiple times to try and get a sale.

Not the typical pushy, intimidating, high pressure sales crew you see at car dealerships. I exactly knew the car I wanted, so that made things a little easier, but Tray was super helpful in putting the deal together. Merrie went out of the way to try and get me the best interest rate possible and also explained all the details of the contract clearly. One thing I didn't beforehand was that they do offer additional service contracts on newer cars, so you may want to discuss that with the salesperson when talking numbers. Also, I suggest going in on a week day as I noticed that Saturdays can be a little crowded and hectic. These guys clearly care about feedback and making the customers happy instead of just selling cars at whatever cost. I would definitely recommend the place to anyone looking for a good deal on a used car.

I bought my vehicle at the East location. Sales Associate Ralph Haygood was the consummate professional at all times. I didn't feel like I was being pressured to buy a vehicle, he listened to my concerns and what I was looking for, and he gave me the time and space to make my decision. My experience at the dealership was great. Mr. Haygood and the Miracle Motormart staff were friendly and very accommodating. Everyone smiles and speaks to you upon entering the building. I especially enjoyed the fact that Mr. Haygood worked hard to get me the best deal possible once I chose the vehicle that I was interested in. My overall experience was excellent. I will forever refer this dealership to others and look forward to other vehicle purchases in the near future.

I bought a two cars two years ago and I just bought two more this year my salesperson was Rodney RC Cook. I can't even begin to explain the patients and time he took with me and my wife both times we were there. I have personally sent 4 to 5 people to buy cars at miracle through Rodney and they all have called and told me there buying experience was exceptional. To this day Rodney regularly checks up on me and my wife wishes us happy birthday's when it's time and even checks in on us around the holidays makes us feel like we're family not just someone he sold a car to and forgets about you. We came to miracle Motor Mart looking for a car and was greeted by Rodney Cook, very handsome and friendly guy, Family driving and very helpful to my family. My husband and I purchased two cars and the staff there helped us feel warm and welcomed. I later came back and traded my car in for a bigger car. I have been considering buying a new car, a friend of mine recommended Destry Blamer at Miracle Motor Mart so I decided to check it out. Destry was wonderful and very easy to talk with! First time, buying a car. Before I bought my 2012 Honda Insight, I was riding my bike, and cathing Cota. I always bought $5000 cars and had to spend about that amount to keep them running. Kenne Small, had picked a car, that fits my needs, and my budget. He wasn't a pushy salesman like most other places, that steered me away from dealerships. The buying process wasn't long at all. The transition went smoothly. I told all ny friends, and family that if they wanted a good deal to buy from Miracle Motor Mart, cause they actually care about people than just thinking of the dollars they make.

Kenny Smalls did a great job helping me find the right car for me. I like the way that he did not stop till he could help me. He got me 2014 Chevy Sonic. I never thought that I would have a 2014. Kenny took his time with me and did not just try to put me in anything. My car was in great shape. My son and I love my new car.

I bought a car here (at the Morse Road store) in 1993 and had a great experience then -- I had that car for nine years and it was still running well when I sold it in 2002. I just bought another car this past week (2015) and had another great experience -- courtesy and consideration from the moment I walked into the showroom last week; being shown around the lot, the honesty displayed by my salesman (Tony Jackson); the professionalism, humor, and courtesy shown to me (by Amy) through the closing; to yesterday when I returned to have a new electronic key made. Would I recommend them again? In a heartbeat! In fact, I'll return again in 10 years when I need another car!

Tray Taylor was my salesman. I was able to talk to him about all the amenities I want it in a car. We had multiple conversations over the phone in which he showed me different cars. The Miracle Motor website saved me ttravel time.Mr.Taylor was friendly, gave excellent service and was able to match me with an Infiniti G37 2012. Miracle Motors get me financed very quickly and I drove away very happy. So to all my friends and family here in Dayton Ohio don't be afraid to travel outside of the city for excellent service awesome salesman. Get to Miracle Motor and ask for Tray Taylor .

This is the first time I have ever purchased a car on my own, and I am pleased that I drove to Columbus to check out Miracle Motor Mart. I worked with Bob and he was extremely interesting and didn't bog me down with all the sales talk right off the bat like almost all other dealers I have experiences. The people who work here are normal guys, and have some pretty interesting stories that I'm sure bigger dealers wouldn't be bothered to tell me. I felt like a person, not just another quota that needed to be hit. Yeah, we discussed numbers later down the line, but for the most part we discussed what I did and did not like about each car, and he was helpful in working with me to make sure I was completely satisfied once I decided on the car I wanted. On the whole, I am glad I settled on going through MMM for my new car. They are reasonable guys with a lot of knowledge of the industry, but made the whole process easy and stressful. My parents told me that car buying should be a fun experience and not something to stress over, and this was one of the only places that was able to do that for me.

We just purchased a 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan from Miracle Motor Mart. Growing family needed to get out of an SUV. From start to finish the experience was fantastic. I highly recommend Tony Stewart when you look for your car. Financing was quick and easy. The car had a couple of issues which their great service team took care of immediately. They have gained a future loyal customer.

Sometimes people do not take the time to stop and thank someone for just being nice to them. I was in your dealership at the Morse Rd location a couple weeks ago and I just want to say that I was very impressed with the staff that I came in contact with. I cannot remember the sales lady's name but was very kind. I could not get approved because of some credit issues but she and her manager Mr. Chris was very very nice to me and didn't treat me as if I was a piece of crap just because I could not buy. I will for sure send people to them that I know are looking for a vehicle. Kudos to your other sales people as well as they were all very nice. And your manager was very professional. Keep up the good work more places need this type of customer service.

This is my third buying experience with Miracle Motor Mart North and Tony Jackson, I couldn't be more pleased. I purchased a Hyundai Genesis, very clean and low miles, all the bells and whistles. Mindy Rine was my sells person for 2010 Crysler Sebring. I explained to her I have a medical fragile son and my job requires me to travel alot, I needed a nice used car in a certain price range fully loaded and and comfortable. Within a couple days she called witj my car. After having my car for 3 days my fuel pump went out, not only did they fix my car but they paid for my rental car. She went above and beyond great customer service. I am so glad I decided to go there for my new car. Glad to be apart of the Motor Mart family.

I recently had my car totaled out,Miracle Motor Marts & RC Rodney Cook were the recommended place and person to see. From the moment I got there RC was a great help wonderful customer service!! He was good at explaining what I could get and most importantly getting me into something I WANTED. RC even stayed after hours until I found something I like, now I'm in my NEW HONDA ACCORD.. I am currently going thru a dissolution and was looking for a place to refinance my Nissan Altima!!! Miracle motor mart WAS that place. It was exceptionally fast and extremely easy! I purchased a used Acura, and the experience was outstanding from beginning to end. The salespeople went out of their way to make sure we found the best car possible for my needs, and the price was extremely reasonable. I have since sent friends and family members to the dealership, they have reported good experiences too. In fact, I recently went there seeking a car for my daughter and they recommended another dealer since they didn't have what I was looking for! Pretty amazing.

The only thing they forgot to tell us was how to get our license plate. Kind of important when you have never gotten one from Ohio before. They went out of their way to get us floor mats when it was discovered that they did not have any for our car.
