The exact car we were looking for was in stock at the dealership. From the first interaction to get more information, we were pleasantly surprised by the staff. We worked with Kam through the whole process. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Isaac in finance was amazing and got us through the process very smoothly. There wasn’t a single moment where we felt pressured into a purchase. The current car market is crazy, cars go faster than they can be delivered and it’s easy to feel like we aren’t important to a dealership when shopping and buying. But that wasn’t how the Mitch Hall staff treated us. They truly cared about us and our best interest. We even drove 2.5 hours just to do business with them.

We received a great deal. Saved about $10,000 less than any previous Cadillac I have purchased. I have owned outright 3 Cadillac’s prior to this one and my payments are about $150 less than any other. The salesperson was very nice and cared about what we wanted and his manager was there to support any questions we had as well. I am going to refer all my friends that ar looking to purchase a car.

Best service department in West Texas in my opinion. The service writers and Jared in the shop, are great to deal with and always care that our vehicles are fixed correctly! ❤

I absolutely enjoyed working with Nicky and Mitch Hall. So much so, that I drove up from Corpus Christi to buy a Sierra from them. I worked with many dealers as I was in the process of buying a truck, but they were by far the most professional and HONEST. They made the registration process a smooth experience for me too even though I am many miles away- they even returned a few things I accidentally left in my old truck. Turns out the truck I traded was bought new from them about 200,000 miles ago. I told Nicky I would see him in another 200,000 miles, too bad he says he will retire by then.

I was an out of state buyer and had searched many states for my 2020 Denali 1500. - I am thankful I found it at Mitch Hall. Not only was it a fantastic deal but, I also had the pleasure of working with Ron Martinez. He went above and beyond -from start to finish. He's extremely responsive and certainly knowledgeable. I can be overbearing but, he was patient with me and handled my needs and concerns gracefully. When my transporter was hours late he showed up to meet him even though it was close to midnight. Again, from start to finish, Ron was there providing transparency and outstanding customer service. Thanks again!
