I had a good experience! I was greeted with a smile when I entered the service department & all my concerns were answered. I learned that my Impala on the passenger side seat will neither heat or cool like the driver side. I am disappointed with that but it is no fault of your dealership.

friendly people. great salesman and the service department put in a new battery at no charge because when we got the car they had to jump the battery to bring the car to us. when we got up yesterday am to go to Birmingham the car would not start so our son in law took the battery to them and they replaced it free. thank you so much for doing that

After having two transmissions put in last summer and Lynn Layton Chevrolet trying to fix it and us having to file a complaint with GM because of them taking two months to get it fixed. I am very very pleased with the service we received at Mitch Smith they took care of the warranty issue fixed transmission and had my car back to me in two days when Lynn latent said it would take them 3 to 4 weeks before they could even look at it. I would highly recommend Mitch Smith to anyone for their service needs! Wayne Wright was very helpful and polite to me every time I called!

We dropped off the car, and it was a very busy Monday morning at the shop. Lots of cars in front of us. We thought we would not get the car back till many hours later. Oil, filter, tire rotation, etc. I think they called in less than 2 hours. We love their speedy and friendly service. We are always happy with the great friendly service we get there. Thank you.

The service department at Mitch Smith has always bent over backwards to take care of our vehicles. My wife can take our vehicles into this dealership's service department without me having to worry about the dealership performing unneeded services--I feel I can fully trust the staff at the dealership. On this last visit to the dealership the A/C had quit working. Robert (service manager) got our silverado in and repaired quickly. Robert kept us updated (he always does this) on the progress of our repair.Mitch Smith Chevrolet can be very proud of their excellent service department.

The rep that took care of me (I believe his name is Wayne) did an excellent job! Each time I spoke to him, he knew exactly what was going on with my vehicle and kept me up to date on what was happening. He was always very nice, polite and friendly. Wayne is the kind of representatives that will keep customers coming back to companies. Also, I'd like to express my appreciation for the little extra attention that was paid to my vehicle. I live in Arley, which is about a 45 min drive. I receive my oil changes for free right now but it's still quite a few miles to drive. My car was going to be due for an oil change in the near future and without even asking, when I picked my car back up, my oil had been changed! What a nice surprise that was! A huge kudos to Wayne and your service dept. thanks!

The Air Conditioning went out ..I brought in in on a Friday afternoon. The part had to be ordered. I was offered a loaner car... Robert kept me informed as to progress of repair. As usual, he was courteous and helpful. I always feel that I am well taken care of at this dealership.

Personal attention was appreciated. I bought a new Z71 sight unseen, based on email photographs and candid analysis by your salesman of what we needed in relation to what Chevy could offer. Your dealership delivered my new Z71 here in Birmingham and the driver was able to answer questions even though he was only a third-party driver. The Z71 is all it was said to be.

I had been to another dealership prior to contacting Mitch Smith searching for a used truck. After realizing I was about to make a $3000 mistake I called Blake Davis. He worked harder than I could imagine proving the $3000 mistake was buying a used vehicle with 37k miles for $1000 more than he could get me in a new one with the same option package. The used car Manger really stepped up in my trade rather than telling me how little it was worth. And finally the finance lady worked hard to get me the best options to choose based on my needs. Glad I made the switch to Mitch !!!

I called about a transfer case leak, and to make a next day appointment due to travel plans. They were booked, but the gentleman on the phone told me to drop it off first thing in the morning and he would work me in. I was so grateful for that. I had other people depending on me for travel. We liked the way Blake Thrasher didn't try to play games with the price. He put together a workable deal without having to involve a "supervisor", we negotiated a bit, and called it done. There were no high-pressure sales tactics, either. Blake was a pleasure to work with, and the dealership was very accommodating.

I just purchased a Silveradp crew cab from Mitch Smith and it was a wonderful experience. The online negotiation went smoothly and when we arrived to pick up the truck the price and paperwork was exactly as promised. No added fees, options, etc. The out the door price that we agreed to was exactly what we paid. Great salesman in Heath Mauldin, he is fantastic to work with and worked with us to get a very fair price on the vehicle. No pressure on his part for the sale, he did everything that we asked of him and he made this buying experience a very enjoyable one for us. Mr.Tim showed me a layout of very nice, reliable vehicles that were very fairly priced. He did not have me walking around the lot while he pointed and gave reviews.
