John and Shane Were Outstanding!! I am looking forward to a good relationship in the future with the service department. The dealership had to go over 100 miles to get the car I wanted. This is the 4th Hyundai I have owned. However, this is the first car I have purchased since moving to Alabama.

My overall cost was completely amazing. The staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable in buying my first vehicle. They are definetely not like most salesman they don't attack you and try and make you buy a car. They ask you what your looking for and give you options and there okay if you say no. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone that is looking for a new vehicle.

I previously bought and drove Hyundais since 2005. I finally downsized from a Tucson to a Sonata since I no longer needed the space. I am a gadget person, so I went from 2010 Tucson Limited to a 2016 Sonata Limited. The gadgets are overwhelming, which makes driving the Sonata Limited interesting and soothing. I do not like the bargaining episodes of making "the deal". But, all went well. I used True Car pricing as a tool for buying the car. Mitchell Hyundai has been my "go to" dealership for eleven years. Go Dr. Hyundai.

This was my first purchase & I was pleasantly surprised with how easy the process was. I made the purchase using the Circle E Plan for manufacture employees and immediate family & when I asked about the Circle E special pricing for extended warranty was told they do not use those. Even though I showed the finance guy the paperwork. So I purchased a regular extended warranty which was much more expensive. That would be my only complaint.

This is my second Hyundai purchase and both times Ive had a wonderful experience with the staff. The first time, getting a vehicle from another location in order to get the color I wanted. The second, getting the required information to register my vehicle in another state. The staff at Mitchell Hyundai assisted in getting my windows tinted and provided a loaner vehicle so I could get around in the meantime.

Mitchell Hyundai made my car buying experience extremely pleasurable. I went to 'shop' for a vehicle and ended up with a car that same day because I was not hassled, demoralized, shamed or pressured into buying a car. I was allowed to test drive a vehicle, leave the premise without pressured comments. I felt that I was respected and that I could return again that same day to look more at the car and test drive again with my daughter. Everyone was most helpful and took care of my needs regarding all of the feautures of the 2017 Santa Fe Sport. I have received a few calls inquiring about my car since my purchase with a caveat that I can call Mitchell Hyundai anytime to speak with John about any concerns that I may have. This is the best car buying experience I have ever had.

We didn't purchase our vehicle in the first visit to the dealership and we weren't pressured to do so.Sales Representative listened to what we were looking for and had us test the base model first. He didn't push for us to take on more than we felt we were able to. We ended up testing driving the sport model and chose it for its features. Everyone we met was friendly and offered to help us in any way they could.
