Just a great place, great service and great smiles. Update as of today from another great service from Mitchell Lincoln and the staff led by Donna who makes it all come together for the customer. Thank you all for what do and especially during these difficult time period.

Love this dealership and service area Donna is the MVP of the service area as she stated she's been doing her job for over 30 + years in the southern hospitality shows through when I had a problem with my car she made me feel at ease and took care of the matter and I was off and back to Florida I think all dealerships should go back to small dealerships without the corporate logo I know this with my dealership next to my house they have a new look but little to be desire for personality for customers who've been with them for years as this is a small dealership is more like family love this dealership would definitely go back again but I live so far definitely would buy a car and service my car again if I had the chance pick this dealership know you won't regret it

Service is excellent. Appointment. Ready for me when I arrived. Car was clean and ready in less time than it took for me to drive the 80 miles for the service. I know I could get service at a more convenient location but I'll take this drive for the best service anytime. Thank you.

We made a 12-hour round trip down to Mitchell Mazda from our home in Tennessee yesterday on Memorial Day to pick up our 2021 Mazda 6 Carbon Edition. No telling how many Mazda dealerships we passed on the way. Why would we do that? Because we trust the folks at Mitchell completely, and we know they're going to treat us right - like family. That means a lot! I've known Jonathan Sewell for well over a decade, and they just don't come any better than him. I highly recommend Jonathan and Mitchell Mazda!
