I love MK Smith! Every time I come here I get the best service. My whole family has only bought from MK because they are the best at customer service. For example, I usually like to leave my car over night for morning service but this past Friday I came a few minutes after they service department had closed. But Dave was still in his office and came out to help me! I thought that was really nice of him! I really admire all the employees at MK.

I had been shopping for a new suv for a couple of weeks and had gone to Nissan and Honda; however, I found the prices more than what I was willing to pay. I have purchased Japanese cars for the last 25 years so on a whim I got up Monday morning and decided to check out the local M.K.Smith Chevrolet dealership. I went early in the morning thinking I would be able to look at the suv cars when no salesmen would be around. Well, I met Alex, and he asked me what I was looking for, no pressure, but very informative. He showed me the 2016 Traverse and I found exactly what I was looking for and at the price I was willing to pay.I have enjoyed my purchase since it fits all my needs, it has a backup camera, leather seats, it has an 8 passenger capacity, since I have 5 grandsons I need a third row vehicle. In addition I have a much larger truck then my previous suv.The employees at M.K. Smith have been more than helpful and I am enjoying my purchase everyday.

My initial calls (2x) were unproductive, (took some days before I got a call back) but after I received a call from the dealership everything was just wonderful. Very accommodating and receptive. The crew at MK Smith has always been helpful and friendly. Proof is in the pudding as they say. I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years. MK Smith is a small dealership, HOWEVER, in my humble opinion, this is the reason I spend my money at MK Smith. I know the staff on first name basis, they know me and my family and they know my vehicles. At the end of the day, we are there to service our vehicles.Their reputation is built on honesty and customer service. I know, that is unheard of in the automobile service industry. The crew over at MK Smith goes against that negative connotation and gives you that "Mom & Pop" corner store feel.That being said, I do have one gripe! MK Smith is so popular, you guys need a bigger parking lot and service staging area. I was stuck on Central Avenue for 5 minutes with traffic whizzing by me just to get in to your service staging area.Great Service and Sales Team!

All around awesome!! Little disappointed that I don't have towing capacity already installed. That was my #1 concern throughout the whole sales / viewing process. The salesman knew that from the beginning that its all I really cared about. Didn't need all the other bells and whistles. Was in a hurry. The truck I came for was over priced and not in my range so I settled for a small SUV. Once I got home I realized it didn't have hitch. So bummed. I thought the Equinox George showed me had one. The one I drove off...did not! Am not really looking forward to having installed, but have to. More $$ that I didn't anticipate. Other than that...The rest of the experience was A-1, fantastic, spectacular, fast, friendly. Thx MK

John was very accommodating. I was worried my bill would be high for replacing my transmission. They were able to fix it under warranty, thank goodness. It took a week to fix but they paid for a rental car and called me twice to update me on the status of my car.

Dennis from Service Dept went beyond my expectation! I had trusted him my truck when I dropped it off as I had to leave early for a class I had scheduled to attend that day. I did not have to repeat myself - he just gladly offer his assistance and told me he will call me to update on what's going on with my truck - and he did! All in all, I am very satisfied with the service from the time of drop off and even when I picked it up as help were always there that made things so easy for me. I drove away from the dealership with full satisfaction and confidence that my truck was taken cared of nicely when it was serviced. I am a recent widow on a very slim budget People tell me not to take my car to dealerships for simple things, i.e., oil changes, batteries and such. I tell them "you don't know MK Chevrolet." Yes, I know I pay more for taking my car to MK but when you trust people that is half the battle. David and Dennis in your service department are so kind to this old lady and take time to explain everything and answer any question(s) I may have. BTW, my husband was a Master Mechanic and he took our car(s) to MK when he was not equipped to fix a problem. I have just one wish and that is that MK had senior discounts but I guess dealers don't do that kind of thing. To everyone, MK is the BEST. Never hesitate to take your car to them!!!

Service Dept. employees are always courteous and try very hard to weed through my description of any issues I may be experiencing in order to get to the root of problems. The only problem I experienced with my last visit is that I called to make an appt. and told them why I was coming in (to fix my air conditioning) so that the two hoses required could be ordered and ready for installation. One hose came in and the other one did not. The car need to spend the night while they hunted down the missing hose. They were able to acquire the need hose and the car was ready by 11 a.m. the following morning and I was offered a rental car if I needed one, so that was very nice.

Friendly service, but not great at communication. By the time we we had to get our car a new bumper during the initial servicing, the lack of communication between departments was very noticeable. Still, there are nice people, like Scott and Jennifer who were there to help us out. Jennifer didn't do any kind of haggling with our initial sales of the car, and we really appreciated that. Overall, good experience. I just wish I was communicated better about what was happening with my car, instead of feeling like the sales department got another sold car and they were done with me once the car was driven off the lot.

The service was completed ahead of schedule and the service writer was friendly and courteous. When my vehicle went over to the wash rack it took and excessive amount of time and was the worst wash job I have ever seen. Parts of the bed cover were not wet and still had dust and dirt built up on it. I had to take the truck to a carwash to get it clean from the wash that I received at M.K. Smith. The simple things make the difference!

MK Smith is the most honest, friendly and accommodating car dealership in Southern California. We have bought more than 10 cars there over the years and always had a great experience... but none better than at Christmas this year when they helped me surprise my family with a new Suburban. After coordinating all of the new items I added to the vehicle (wheels, tint, etc.) they delivered it to the surprise location that I requested, with a big bow on it. Amazing customer service and a great price. I couldn't ask for more. Their service department is also outstanding! I refuse to have any of my cars serviced anywhere but MK Smith Chevrolet. Their service is outstanding, and I never feel like they are trying to "upsell" additional services that aren't necessary. They communicate with you through the day, as they work on your car and they do all they can to return your car to you on time, at a reasonable cost.

I live about 2 hrs from MKSmith. MKSmith had the best deal for the truck I was looking for. I made an offer via the Internet and it was accepted. We made arrangements and sent in all the necessary documents prior to going to the dealership (this sped up the process quite a bit). Unfortunately the pictures that were on their website were not accurate to the truck they had on the lot. When I pointed this out, without hesitation they offered to add accessories to the truck to get it as close as possible to what was represented on the Internet. Long story short, Brandon Ramirez (my sales guy) and the sales leadership did a great at the initial sale, then the reselling later. Very pleased and have already recommended to acquaintances and friends to go and talk to Brandon.

This dealership was incredible. They not only got me what I needed in a brand new car, but also all that I wanted. They never treated me like just another sale or like they were smarter than me (even though they were, which is very important!). They even helped me weight the options and did so patiently as I kept going back and forth. Never felt pressured! They made me feel like they really cared about building a working relationship that would last beyond the life of the car, as opposed to most dealership where I felt like they might even forget my name once the car is off their lot and the check is in the bank. I needed to have my 2012 Malibu serviced; full service oil change. In addition, it was found that my car needed to replace a clotted part, which was taken care of. Likewise, there were recall parts replaced without having to be asked to do so. So, the service was above and beyond, along with the three gentlemen who helped make this happen. Dennis in the service department personally observed and monitored the service to my car in his busy schedule and the two drivers who picked me up/off at work were professional and on time. Of course, there is a waiting period and very reasonable costs; not like other dealerships.

I love this dealer! I bought my car here with a hassle-free experience! Excellent customers service and employees that aren't just there to sell you a car.. They actually care! I'm not able to service my car during the week so I stopped in on a Saturday. The service center was extremely busy and I had 7 cars ahead of me when I arrived at 10 til 8 when they open. It took a little while to get checked in as you can imagine its first come first serve on the weekend. The person that checked me in anticipated I would be there at least two hours. They offered a shuttle if I wanted to go home, but I preferred to wait!.. Before I knew it my car was done. Less than 45 minutes from the time they took it back. This M.K. Smith dealer in Chino never ceases to amaze me with their excellent service. When I buy a new car in the future I won't go anywhere else! Thanks again!

We recently purchased a new 2015 Equinox LT from MK Smith. This is our second new vehicle purchased from MK Smith in the last two years ( the first was a new Silverado in 2012). Both times we were very pleased with the staff at the dealership. They are very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and not at all pushy. They explained all options available on the vehicles, for financing, service, etc. The process started online with Stacie. She was so helpful and set up an appointment to see the vehicles. Our contact at the appointment was Danny Monarrez. Danny is a great guy and was very patient as we test drove some vehicles and answered all our questions. New Car Manager Scott Hazlett (our salesman on our Silverado two years ago), welcomed us as though we were family when we arrived at the dealership. He was just a friendly and helpful as he was back then. After we decided on the vehicle, we brought our trade-in to the lot and Scott test drove it, gave us our trade-in value and we made the deal to purchase the Equinox. Next was the financial process of the purchase. Jovi Dizon handled the transaction just as he did 2 years ago. He also remembered us and was friendly and helpful throughout the process. When we finished with the finance department, we waited in the customer lounge while our new car was prepared. When it was ready, Danny went over the features of the new car, set up the Bluetooth, showed me the sound system and explained safety features on the car. Stacie followed up with us a few days later. This was our second great experience with MK Smith Chevrolet. It was a pleasure doing business with them again and we believe in doing business within our city of Chino. Thanks to all at MK Smith!

Like most people, I do my homework before I buy a vehicle. I decided that I wanted to pull the trigger on buying a new Silverado. Because it was my first Chevy purchase (I had bought Toyota's for 30 years) I wanted to make sure I researched everything. So I found the exact truck I wanted at another dealership. I also wanted to use the Costco auto purchase program (for the first time) because I heard it was a great way to buy a vehicle. The program is supposed to be designed to get you a bottom line price without any haggling on the price. Well guess what, that is true but every dealership on the program interprets it their own way. I dealt with two other local Chevrolet dealerships who's "Costco" prices varied by over $3000.00. Not to mention those other dealerships were not straight forward about how the program worked and just wanted me to go down to their dealership so they could give me the full court press on getting the deal they wanted not what I wanted. Long story short, MK Smith gave me their bottom line price right in their first email. They were up front and honest on the whole deal (yes, a dealership did that!!) and made everything so easy. I did most of the deal on line (credit check, insurance verification ect..... ) so by the time I went down for a test drive. All I had to do was sign the paperwork and the deal was done. I was at the dealership for less than an hour and then drove off in my new Silverado. Everything about the deal was pleasant and I am so happy I shopped around and found this small little dealership in the heart of Chino that has been there for over 40 years. If you want to deal with some no BS professional people, this is the dealership for you. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone. Awesome dealer to shop at, everyone really friendly and helpful, i just purchased an Escalade from MK Smith and the experience there was outstanding Jay and Curtis are a very great team, they helped me out so much, thank you guys. I boutgh a used 2011 toyota camry from this people, my fist and last car i buy from them. Took me five days to close the deal, my camry is missing the front lower grille and when i ask the finance person about buying the grille for my car he told me. Well see what we can do, he never say no. Next day i had to bring the car back because the brakes i almost got into an accident thanks to this guys that dont perform a safety inspection to theyre used trade ins. That day i ask to who ever claim him self to be the main used car manager about the grille y look at me with horrible actitud and say to me. For free? No your not getting it for free. He offer to get it at his cost. He refuse to give me a complete vehicle. All i ask this no manners gentleman was to give me a complete vehicle! $50 bucks holesale price part.

I did not end up buying the car I was looking for from MK Smith, but the sales representative, Stacie Vandermate, was excellent. She worked very hard to reach a deal we could agree on, unfortunately, I found a better price at another dealership. MK Smith has a knowledgeable and customer service oriented staff. Staff like Stacie will be happy to answer questions without pressuring you to go sit down and look at numbers. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership!

Man O man. "Second to none since 1941" is so true at MK Smith Chevrolet. I'm so glad I Came here. I recently had a Used car that I had bought from a used car dealer, STG auto, that was just taking all my hard earned money out of my pocket and fast. With the headers blowing out within a year since I purchased the car and gas going in and out every 4 days I was in desperate need. I came to MK Smith and Alex Velasquez was the salesman who helped me. Great kid btw I recommend going to him if you choose MK Smith. Anyways I still owed on my pre owned car and Alex Velasquez and Jovi the financer put my in a brand new 2014 checy Cruze. Payments on it were just a little more then my pre owned but hey it's a new car. Everyone there at MK Smith treats you like family. No pushy salesman and they give you helpful option that will help you make your decision. Thank you Alex Velasquez and MK Smith for all you did.

I was searching for a used vehicle and came accross the one I wanted at MK Smith. The next day I checed the Internet to see if it was still available and the price was increased by $6,000. When I contaced the Internet Sales/Fleet Manager Ron Drake, he side he would honor the reduced price. I bought the car the same day at MK Smith for a price that was $3,000 under CarMax See Ron for a good deal

I went in to look at a new car, just looking but possibly buying if the right one was there. The new car I originally liked was a little too small for my son in the back seat. Mike Hindelang walked with my husband, me and our 7 year old son for about 45 minutes. He never pressured us once and didn't make us feel like we were wasting his time. We looked at so many new and used cars. After test driving 2 cars I fell in love with a Malibu. We traded in my current car with no problems and no down payment. Great interest rate as well. Payments are perfect. I felt comfortable through the whole process even after my husband went home because he had gotten off of work and was hungry. Another salesman, Harry, took very good care of my son as well. He got him chips, gum and a soda. The owner, Mark, was friendly and offered my son a job LOL. Mike has followed up with me about the car. He has offered to have it detailed and has made sure that I'm completely satisfied with it, which I am. I drove off with a full tank of gas as well. I love it! M.K. Smith is my new dealer! My husband even just bought a new car from MK. Thank you again, MK Smith and Mike Hindelang! You've got a customer for life.
