Mobility works was an absolute pleasure to work with! Maryellen worked with me to find the perfect van for my needs. She was kind and extremely helpful! I had my van for 2 weeks when my wife had passed away. During an already difficult time for me, mobility works worked with me to return my van. The General Manager Mike was so helpful throughout this process. Upon returning my van I was consoled by several members of the Mobility Works team. The professionalism Mike showed me while returning my vehicle was outstanding. If you’re looking for a vehicle that is handicap accessible look no further. Mobility works has so many options and the friendliest staff around.

Even with our budget restraints, Maryellen worked diligently to locate a van for us. Her customer service was excellent. She kept in touch with us with every update so we never had to guess what was going on. If one van didnt suit us, she just kept looking and trying to find another. She is totally focused on the customer's needs and works smart for the buyer. This is the place to find the van to meet your mobility needs and Maryellen is the one to see. From Day 1, my experiences with MobilityWorks have been absolutely phenomenal! They truly realize that this is not a usual car-buying experience. The customer service we have received from MaryEllen and Kelly has been nothing short of extraordinary! They always want to make sure we are happy and that our Van is in tip-top shape and doing what is needed. I would recommend MobilityWorks to anyone! They truly make you feel you are cared for and you feel part of their family!

Top shelf. First time here and I can say this is the way to deal with customers. Brought van in for work on our Braun lift and it could not have gone better. They were honest and let me know that my problem was only adjustments. Mike Omeara followed up with me several times by phone. We will come back for any service needs and probably to purchase a new vehicle as well when the time comes.

We've used MobilityWorks (Parkville, MD) for many years (originally RideAway). It is a friendly, helpful, knowledgeable group of people. Despite being bought by a big company, this branch has lost none of its local company feel and customer-first approach to service. In particular, we are grateful to have been helped by Sherry Jones, their sales rep. She is a lovely, caring, and highly knowledgeable person. She spent hours with us, looking at different style vans. We never felt rushed or pressured. We feel we got a very fair price on the 2016 Chrysler Town & Country handicapped minivan.
