VERY friendly service (especially from Will), got a great car from them and feel good about what we choose to buy. They're inventory is a little low rn like everyone so maybe call before you go, they will have that car ready if you call ahead. Overall good experience!!!

I thought they had competitive and fair pricing. I went in open and honest telling them I had 2 cars, one of theirs and one at another dealer that I was considering. I went in to simply get a quote for their vehicle and I had one from the other dealership so I could sit down with my wife and make the purchase that made the most sense for us. Instead the Salesman I was working with went to his Sales manager in an open corner office to show him the other vehicle and discuss the comparisons. The sales manager went to loudly drop F bombs and say he just needs to make a decision and stop comparing apples and oranges. My wife and I both felt extremely uncomfortable and left shortly after. Simply put, we felt the manager was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful and made our decision very easy

My wife and I were looking to purchase a new CX-5 and Modern Mazda made this an incredibly easy and smooth process! Chelsea in the sales department could not have been more helpful and helped us trade in our existing car. Modern Mazda actually allowed us to do this whole process over phone and email. Within 24 hours of speaking with Chelsea, our brand new car was delivered to our home (they were also able to pick up our trade-in!). Bob, who delivered our car, patiently walked us through the paperwork and answered our final questions. Overall, we would absolutely recommend Modern Mazda to anyone who is looking for a smooth, professional, and stress-free car buying experience.

Looked/test drove a used car. Final price W taxes, fees, etc.. $40k "As is" not even a 30 day warranty like most dealerships offer. (The salesman Philip was nice and polite, final price wasn't up to him) The car needed repair & paint. They wouldn't budge $1 on the price, fully knowing it needed to be fixed. Who puts cars on a lot that need to be repaired or fixed!! Wouldn't ever buy a car from them. Buyer beware!

excellent service with Lee. we got the price down to what we wanted for the car. amazing car and amazing price. they gave us great deals. I would definitely recommend.
