There was an open recall on my 2021 Nissan Rogue and I was also having a low tire pressure warning that was coming on. I called Modern Nissan and spoke to Aaron who told me I could come by anytime. I arrived and he quickly helped me realize there was a nail in my tire. They were able to patch the tire and take care of the recall issue all at the same time. I was very impressed and and extremely grateful. I had a long trip to take that Saturday and I needed to be safe.

Wonderful staff. A no hassle buying experience. Took my mother up to get a new car and they were wonderful. Bought a beautiful Nissan rogue couldn't be happier with it. Got a great finance rate. While we were doing the financing our sales lady actually took all the stuff out of my mother's car and put it in her new one. It was a lot of stuff. They were so great I couldn't thank them enough.

I purchased the car of my dreams in December, 2015. I drove 2.5 to 3 hours to Modern Nissan of Hickory after seeing the car on their website. When I arrived I was greeted by Mr. Russell Taylor. I told him the car that I wanted to see. I test drove the car, loved it, as I knew I would. We talked financing. I thought I had secured the best financing possible. However, Lonnie was able to get me a better financing package. This was the absolute best car buying experience ever. There was no pressure. They did not try to show/sell me another car. I had to leave as I wanted to get home before it got dark. They allowed me to complete the financing over the internet. They even delivered the car to me. This was just the best car buying experience ever!

I needed a new nissan suv because of my disabilities. Even though I had a 2015 altima I was looking at a 2016 rogue. First off, let me note that I did not buy my Infiniti from this dealership. However, I had a friend refer this dealership to me for my routine service. She emphasized how comfortable she felt, how quick & efficient they were, and the cost was less than what she used to pay at the "quick oil change" chains. If you are reading this review, I can assure you, I have thanked her many times since. I took my car there for my first oil change. Since that first visit, I have never had my car serviced anywhere but Modern Nissan of Hickory. Chris Meza was the service advisor that assisted me that day. He was, and he continues to be, the primary reason I go back. He treated me with the utmost kindness and respect. He made me feel very comfortable, he reviewed their process with me, and showed me the waiting area, and all the perks there to make the customers feel at home. My oil change really is less than what I used to pay at the "quick oil change" businesses, and I have extremely qualified technicians working on my car. I feel like I can trust Chris, and this dealership, and that is a huge priority with me! It has been 16 months since my first visit. I drive an average of 500 miles a week, so I have been back numerous times for oil changes, and tire rotations. Every time, Chris is quick to come from behind his desk, he greets me with a smile as he calls me by name, and thanks me for coming back. I appreciate his respect for his customer and I value that he and the service department have earned my trust. I strongly admire a business that supports these character traits in their employees. There is true value in building a strong foundation with your customers, and I believe you realize that as well. To Chris, and to Modern Nissan, I would like to say thank you. My compliments for a job exceptionally well done! I am proud to recommend you to my friends!

My mother in law and I stopped in last week to view one of the two Juke Nismos they have. We waited for 10 minutes outside and no one even bothered to come help. So, she went inside to get help and Jeff Ford came out and he didn't seem like he wanted to help. He came off as if we were an inconvenience. Pretty much an annoyed dick. So, we left. I wanted to give them another chance and we went back up there later that evening, this time with my father in law and my other half. We stood outside for 20 minutes!! And NO ONE came out to help!! So my father in law and I walked inside to get help and NO ONE would help! No one even looked our way. No greeting, nothing! I want a black Nismo juke, but I'll go buy from someone else. People that actually WANT to sell a car.

After a couple of spots appeared on my inside moonroof cover after closing it one day, and me trying to get the spots off myself and making two big spots, I called and took my Murano to Modern Nissan Hickory, and after a couple of hours the detailing guy had it looking like new. We didn't think we needed to pay for anything, because the inside of your moonroof shouldn't get anything on it anyway. And thanks to the manager there and Russell Taylor, we didn't pay a thing. I don't know the detailing workers name, but he did a great job. We appreciate all they did, and we were told to bring it back if anything like that happen again and they would take care of it instead of us trying to get something on our own. Again, they did a great job and we appreciate it greatly!

I received a promotional card in the mail and came by your dealer ship to see if they could do anything for me. No one waited on us so we left. Manager called to apologies and gave us a free tank of gas. So we returned. Told the dealership that we was just looking because we already had a car through Honda and was up side down in it. Well they keep trying to help us get out of our Honda and get something from them. They said that they could work something out. Well days went by and I had to call them. Sid they might could get me in a leased car. Days went by again, I had to call. Said they couldn't help us. It was just the worst experience I ever had at a dealership, they r not customer friendly. I will go back to Honda I trade with them every two years and they r very customer friendly. The sale people at Nissan Needs more training. Scheduled an appointment for my state inspection. Even though I had arrived slightly early, my car was taken in immediately and was promptly serviced. While sitting in the waiting area several employees passed by me and each one acknowledged me with a friendly smile and small comment. The service was great, staff very friendly, a very clean environment plus it was very nicely decorated for the holidays.

I went to this dealership to buy a new 2016 Frontier, 4x4, SV package, extended cab. I had gone to Truecar to see what others had paid for this same exact truck ($27500 average) and the salesperson came back with a guarantee price of $30500. When I told him that was too high his attitude was "take ir or leave it" so I left. I called the next day to speak with the manager (Lonnie someone) and the operator told me that they were too busy to talk with me over the phone, that I would need to come in. These are the kinds of tactics that really make buying a car an awful experience. I still would like to buy a truck, but this place needs some new leadership and stop with the lying to the customer about how the pitiful price is the lowest around and how no one can beat the $30,500 price tag. There are around 25 people in my area that have beat that deal all to pieces. Thank God for Truecar. One more thing: I am convinced that the positive reviews on this site are from the people that work there.

My Nissan Frontier needed scheduled maintenance and I wanted Nissan Dealership to perform the oil and filter and check all other fluids, tires, filters, etc. I want to be sure and use Nissan parts and fluids because I do maintain my vehicles. I took my truck to Modern Nissan in Hickory and was very pleased with their service advisor, Chris Meza who helped me with service appointment and follow-up. Nice facilities and good customer service. Also they have comfortable waiting area, fully stocked.

Friendly staff with sense of humor. Uncomplicated no BS process leaves little to desire that needs to be improved. The chairs in the lobby are the most uncomfortable place to sit on or negotiate a car purchase, deals should be done on more comfy chairs and more private. They get a "Fair" on Price because they didn't look like they gave me the bottom line, car dealers never do ;-)

Let me first start by saying in my past years I have had some terrible experiences with vehicle purchasing- I have always felt car dealerships and salesman always told you anything to get you to buy from them - not ever really caring of your particular situation. I recently was involved in a wreck and needed to replace my vehicle. I traveled all over the area- Asheville, Hendersonville, Morganton, Valdese, Lenoir, Wilkesboro, Charlotte, Conover, Taylorsville and Hickory - looking for a vehicle - because my car was totaled in the wreck. The Mitsubishi/Saturn dealership where I bought my new Saturn that was totaled was my first thought.. I was very disappointed in the dealership and the salesman that represented them because after I told them I was looking for a used vehicle they quickly became uninterested, I have a stack of business cards from the different salesmen that I spoke to. There was only two locations that the manager even came out to speak to me. When I stopped by to check with Crossroads- I was greeted by Wesley Starnes- he was absolutely great- sincere, very caring, friendly down to earth person that I quickly felt at ease with and made a connection immediately. It was almost closing time but he took the time to point out several vehicles I might be interested in. He was very knowledgeable about everything I asked. Because of his great service and my interest in the vehicles he suggested I went back the next day to test drive and check out my options. I was greeted the same - went out on a test drive - and had the pleasure of meeting the general manager Phil Yaeger which Phil ...went above and beyond - any one I had met over the past 16 days of my vehicle search. Needless to say I went with one of the vehicles Wesley helped me with and I feel like a got a great deal. - I am so very impressed with my experience at Crossroads Hickory- I feel like I have a new home now- and will be bringing all my business to them. That is the very first time in my history of having purchased vehicles for myself and my family members that I can say that about a car dealership- and I wanted to make sure Nissan knew what a great representative to the product they have here in Hickory, NC , and anyone that may be looking for a vehicle new or used they need to check Crossroads Nissan out. I have already told my family , friends and work contacts about Crossroads- Phil and Wesley... and hope they will check them out when ready to purchase a vehicle. Thanks again- I love my Rogue. !!!

I needed to update my standby transportation from the gas guzzling 1995 full sized Chevy pickup. The Frontier sized truck looked to be the best for our needs. I've had two Nissan pickups in the past and drove them over 13 years each. Nissan builds a quality product at a more reasonable price compared to their competition. The 'new' features on our purchase truely amazed me with the comfort and safety mindedness. I look forward to many happy years driving our 2014 Pro 4x and expect nothing less than what I've experienced with our past two Nissan trucks. The staff were always courtious and friendly, even the one's we were not dealing with. Thanks for a smooth sales transaction (except for the price haggle game). We traded in the past with Saturn on four different vehicles and they simply lay out 'their' price and by that, eliminate the 'game' of price haggling. If you are ok with their price, you continue, if not, you simply look at other models or go to other dealerships. By this method, we would have been more satisfied with the process.

Wesley was very nice an as soon as he heard my situation he was ready to help do numbers on the car I wanted. He worked with Gary to get me lower payments and interest rates which they did! Most car sales people would just give you the first offer an say ok this is it but they kept trying which is great customer service! Our salesman Wesley Starnes and the financing department was very courteous and prompt. The only thing I was disappointed on was we bought our Sentra SR with cash. The online price was 17,300.00 dollars but when we got there the price jumped over 21,000.00 dollars. I understand that there are certain incentives and things but why should a person paying cash be penalized? As far as the service it was great I just didn't understand the price change. To me if a person comes in with a cashiers check for the total price of a car they should get the best price advertised no matter what. I would recommend Nissan of hickory to anyone but if your planning on paying for the car with cash instead of financing just be aware that the price will increase quite a bit.

I just purchased my first ever Nissan Altima from Crossroads Nissan in Hickory. The service was great all the way around. My sale representative, Jeff Ford, was very professional, courteous and attentive during my entire visit at Crossroads. Jeff patiently walked us through our options between a used Altima and a new Altima and the advantages and disadvantages of both. The thing I liked the most about Jeff was his honesty and the low pressure attitude he had while working with us. At no point during the process did I feel pressured or overwhelmed. I would highly recommend Jeff Ford to my family and friends. During the closing process, the Finance Manager, Allen Pruett explained all the paperwork to my husband and I in detail and made sure we understood what we were signing. In addition, he talked to us about our extended warranty options and GAP insurance which is very important. Again, there was no pressure during the deal. Lastly, the atmosphere at the dealership was top notch. My children were along for the ride and Crossroads Nissan of Hickory had a play room and television where my children could hang out while we processed the paperwork. It was a very family friendly environment. I would like to thank everyone at Crossroads Nissan of Hickory for making us feel like family!

I traveled 90 miles to Hickory NC and it was well worth the trip, experience & $$!! My husband, daughter and myself walked into the dealership late Monday night in search of a used Nissan Juke. We had just had a bad experience at another dealership who delivered poor customer service and completely lacked enthusiasm toward the selling process. Upon arriving at the Crossroads location, James Crawford awaited to greet us before we even entered the building. We told him we were here to buy a car and we already had a blank check in hand. He smiled through our entire experience, offered refreshments and was very pleasant. He told his sales manager, Gary, of our poor experience prior and they both assured us that they would make this experience a good one and that they would take care of us whether or not we walked away with a car that evening. We sorted through a couple of options, I ended up blowing my budget a bit because I fell in love with a pricier Juke, but Gary made it worth my while and got us a great rate and monthly payment. I may have also demanded that they throw in a car bow or there was no deal. And, guess what?! They did it for me! They literally allowed me to have one of their expensive car bows to take home. Just the fact that they humored me was amazing. I came back the next day for detailing and returned the bow and thanked everyone for actually playing along. I think the generalmanager was relieved to know he didn't have to buy another bow! Haha. I'm very happy with every bit of my experience and every bit of my purchase. Thank you for putting up with my shenanigans! Keep up the amazing service!

Within a few weeks of each other I bought I new car with Nissan then took my boyfriend in and he walked out with a new truck, we both walked away with the first vehicles that we test drove. He was so friendly and helpful and never once did he make me feel pressured or coerced. I paid 25,000 Cash sale for a 370-z Roadster and they would not even give me a 2nd key and told me that it was in Ft. Mill SC . So I told them to get it for me because they cost $249.00 for these smart keys . Still NO KEY .... I called them yesterday to complain and the lady took my info. and said that Andy was not working today and I asked for the Sales Mgr. and she said he is with someone and he will return your call .... 24 hours later still no call..... In just the month I have had the car, after Crossroads checking off the inspection , The OIL light and filter light have come on and I paid for a new oil change and local Ben Mynant Nissan ..... Then my tires are cupping due to car being out of line and they failed to tell me that ... That I'm sure will be expensive..... I purchased an extended Warranty which I am glad I did in case something worse happens ......and get this .... my battery that was supposedly inspected by them just went dead and I paid for a new one from the local Nissan place here in Salisbury also ..... I would NEVER recommend them to anyone .... Like buying a house , a car purchase is the 2nd biggest investment you make and should be as pleasant as possible ...... I have spent over a 1000 bucks on minor repairs that should have not passed inspection to begin with ......because they were NEVER inspected or would have not gone out like that .....Boy , they sure wanted my cashiers check that day and got it but now never any contact or return phone calls at all. I know and deal with thousands of people every day and I am vowing to never ever recommend Cross Roads Nissan of Hickory NC to one single person ....I would love to get my money back in full and now I don't even want to even go there and get my Full Detail job that I get on my Z ..... Andy , the salesman was a good guy over all and he deserves to be called out on that but as far as doing anything for me , he has not ...I know we all have bad experiences and others have good ones even at Cross Roads Nissan of Hickory NC but I had a bad one and felt that I ought to give heads up to anyone considering dealing with them . When I did the ratings, Everything I rated as good was really a "good plus" rating. I dont rate anything as great because thats like saying that it was perfect and nothing is perfect. I think Charles went far beyond what most salesmen would do. I did not feel pressured just gently nudged. I spent more than I intended to, but I feel like I got a good deal. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We have had the car only a few days but so far we are very happy. Two years ago, we purchased three cars from Charles for our son, ourselves and our niece. This car was purchased for our granddaughter. We will next year have a grandson to purchase for. We do like the dealership and most of all Charles Stevens and the staff. Friendly staff and great GM what can I say. I was greeted by Pedro promptly compared to other dealerships I've been to. The temporary GM was very friendly and answered all of our needs along with Pedro assisting us. Walked out happy with an almost like-new car for a great deal but it took some effort and fighting for it. That's always been my theory which if you want something you have to fight for it. There was some miscommunication but overall they made us very happy at the end.

We were looking at a Frontier and hadn't decided on a trim level and Crossroads had the best selection nearby of all the possibilities we were considering. Our salesman was friendly, courteous, and answered all our questions, except there was some confusion on the available incentives. I had asked him to verify the numbers, which he ran up the chain of command, but when it came down to it, the quoted incentives were on the 6-cyl, not the 4-cyl we were negotiating on. That said, however, the manger two levels up entered the fray, and we ended up coming to terms on a different Frontier, but still a 4-cyl, for what we thought was a very satisfactory price. And we love the truck.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and I had a couple of issues concerning some promises made by 2 staff members that were not followed through on. I was contacted by Jeannette Sanger as soon as she learned of these issues. She was excellent. She was very apologetic and understanding. She made it a priority to make things right. It has been 4 days since she contacted me and both issues have been taken care of. I had written this dealership off completely after the original incidents. Once I was contacted by Jeanette she completely changed my mind. It is unfortunate that this whole situation took place but luckily they have an employee like Jeanette that was willing to step in and do what it took to make sure I was a satisfied customer.

After buying my new Nissan Altima, even after the sale, I have gotten excellent customer service. I work 12 hour shifts, so coming in during business hours is not usually practical for my work schedule. If you need anything, they are always willing to work around the customer's schedule. They are honest people and not your typical dealership looking to rip off the customer. Sarah is awesome!!! I have her personal cell phone number if I ever run into any problems, all I have to do is pick up the phone! All phone calls and text messages are promptly answered. She knows EVERYTHING about the Nissan products and even owns one herself. Sarah is a GREAT sales woman and I highly recommend her!!

My husband had a 2010 Pathfinder which he really liked but due to lack of leg room he decided to trade for a 2013 Pathfinder due to extended leg room in the front. Charles Stevens was the salesman and I was very impressed with how friendly he was and the fact that he did not try to push the Pathfinder on us, plus how he explained many of the different features of the newer Pathfinder. I have always bought a Toyota Camry every time I traded since 1990 and was in the process of selling my 2010 Camry XLE but while at Crossroads Nissan with my husband I decided to look at the Maxima. But when I saw the new Altima SL I knew this was the vehicle I wanted. I told Charles I would be back the next week to check on it. He called me after a week to see if it was convenient for us to drive by and after driving the vehicle and having Charles again explain all the extras the car came equipped with we decided to purchase a second new vehicle from him within a week, that is just how good a salesman he is. I also have to give praise to Nathan Watson for his part in closing both deals. He was friendly and professional and it was a pleasure to do business with him. Our 2010 Pathfinder was purchased at Anderson Nissan but we always had any service needed at Crossroads Nissan and have always been treated with courtesy and speed. There really has not been anyone there who has not been very cordial to us every time we have ever gone to the dealership. We would recommend them to people who are interested in buying new or used vehicles due to our positive experience.

I had been looking for a used Mazda 3 for quite some time, and it seemed that every one I found was not in good shape. I had driven several hours on different occasions only to find out that there were problems with the cars. Then I came across this one on Auto Trader at CrossRoads Nissan Hickory. Looked like exactly what I wanted, but again was a 2 hour trip to find out. I called and explained the situation to Jeannette Sanger, and asked if she could send me some photos of any scratches/dents she could see on the car. Within 30 min., she had gone out and took detailed pics of the few minor places she could find and emailed them to me! She was very kind to do that, and asked when I could come take a look at it. Wasn't sure at the time, but turned out I could come the next day. She replied that morning and said she was not working, but for me to ask for Josh Turner. When I arrived, Josh was with another customer, but I met with Jeff Ford, who showed me the car and we took a test drive. I felt bad about him showing me the car, and then working with someone else on the deal. Jeff said he'd make sure Josh was okay with it, but that shouldn't be a problem, because "they just want to take care of the customer no matter the Salesperson"! When we decided to make a deal, Josh came over to meet us, and said they had discussed the situation and for us to continue working with Jeff. VERY impressive!! After the negotiation process, we came away with the price we wanted and a car my 16 year old daughter is in Love with.... David Smith was excellent with the financial piece as well! I know the Lord sent this car and dealership my direction, and I would drive two hours again and again to buy from these folks!Rodney Greene

Our experience was wonderful! All associates were very friendly and helpful. We actually bought 3 cars! One(an xterra) was returned the following day of purchase. I have back problems and was unable to ride comfortably in it. We purchased the car that we traded in. We also bought a used Pathfinder and we love it! Jeff was awesome! He was friendly and helpful. His knowledge of the product that he sells was impressive.He has called us several times to check and make sure that we were happy with our purchases and to see if we had any questions. Jeff,Nathan, Cory and Chris worked very hard to make sure that we were able to get the vehicles that we needed. Due to recent passing of my Dad, me and my mother was really put in a state of anxiety looking for another car. The car that we had was lost in a head on collision accident that happen 2 weeks ago. I just stopped in to look at several Nissan vehicles while passing the dealership. As I was looking at several of the new vehicles Wesley Starnes approached me asking if there was anything he could help me with or any information he could share. I told him that I had a 2010 Xterra SE 4x4 and was contemplating getting a new Nissan vehicle. After talking for a few minutes we started looking at the Maxima Sport. He said he could provide me with an excellent deal on that vehicle so we went inside the show room to discuss further. One thing led to another and we started to discuss the 2013 Pearl White Maxima on the show room floor. I had a very defined payment window in mind and was not very flexible with my demands. Wesley continued to work with his management staff to get me a deal I could live with. In the end he was successful. My customer experience with Wes was truly my pleasure. I stopped in about a month ago and talked with Charles. We were looking for a specific truck and not able to locate one. Charles was going to keep an eye out to see if he could find one. We decided we wanted a Kia Soul instead and rode through the lot to see what was available. There was a Soul sitting there waiting for us. I went in a spoke with Charles , he pulled my application. I took the vehicle home on a permit and came back with my Husband , got together on the numbers and closed the Deal. Charles Stevens is awesome. I will buy from him again. I live in Shelby, approximately 35 miles away. I looked online and saw they had the truck that I wanted. I called and talked to Pete, told him where I needed to be as far as price and what I needed. He immediately emailed pictures and answered all my questions. I went up that evening, drove it, talked with him and he was a great salesman. I knew he wanted to sell it but was not pushy and agravating like a lot are. We talked early the next morning and bought the truck. He had it delivered to me and handled everything perfectly. I have bought a lot of vehicles, but this was by far the easiest and most pleasant ever. No hassle, really no haggle, the best price and the best service. We are going back today to get the addons to the truck. My grade for them is A+++. Highly recommend !!!! Pete is number one !!! And Crossroads Nissan too !!

My experience at Crossroads Nissan,is rated as the best because, I received the best customer service, on site. After getting several emails and voice messages, it was nothing compared to the friendly and courteous service, in person. In fact, CN was last on my list. I visited two other lots before CN. I was stuck between two makes of cars, before shopping. Other dealerships tried to convince me to buy different from my choices.The salesman at Crossroad Nissan (CN)was very patient, listened to me and my needs, answered all my questions, and he did not try to talk over my head. He paid attention to what I wanted, my budget and matched me, perfect to a car of my original choices. He was very professional, yet flexible enough to listen to me and take the time to address my concerns. He showed concern for my needs and what I wanted, as oppose to trying to sell me a car that he thought would be perfect for me.Even though, the day became long, he took time throughout the evening to make sure we were comfortable. He sat and conversated, while we had to wait on reports from Finace. He was awesome, wonderful personality. And to top it off, the Finance lady was the same. She carried the same courteous and friendly service as Charles. Also, she worked the plan, inlcuding payment until it fit my budget.Upon completing the paperwork, I was so happy and ready to do my "happy dance". My two newfound friends joined my at my Nissan Rouge.

We rec'd a call from Cory Bradshaw asking us to come in to talk about trading our 2011 Nissan Juke for a new model. We went for the talk and discovered through our Sales Rep-Peter Gilissen that the new 2012 Juke had a lot more options to offer. He took us for a road demonstration giving us further information on all the whistles and bells. We were excited and decided to follow up with the trade. Cory Bradshaw worked up the figures with the pay off and the trade in value and the ending loan options. We were then turned over to Steve, who did all the documentation. Pete and Steve were very helpful in their presentations to enable us to leave the premises with our new 2012 Juke, of which we have already enjoyed. The new Juke seems to be a baby version of the Murano which we originally traded in for the 2011 Juke. We really love the smaller car and the gas mileage has been what we were looking for. We enjoy the options of "Sport", "Eco" and "Normal".

Went to this dealership to test drive a car. The salesman who's name I don't remember was great. He explained the features of the car and had me take it for a test drive. After the test drive I asked for a price on the car. That's when he brought Cory Shaw into the deal. I explained to Cory that I was not going to buy today that I had another make of car I wanted to look at. The salesman already had a picture of my license and all my contact information.This is where things started going down hill. Cory wanted my SS number and my email address. When I said I would give him that information when I was ready to purchase he told me he wouldn't give me a price without running my credit. To make a long story short Cory left to get a price. He made me wait over 30 minutes till he came back. At that point he gave me the list price of the vechile less the manufatures $500 rebate. When I said that there was no discount and that if he didn't want to give me a price I would go elsewhere. He then told me he would go talk to a manager. He then left me for another 35 minutes before returning. He then told me that was the price unless I wanted to buy today.I have never been treated as rudely as I was by Cory. Crossroards Nissan will never see me again. Instead of spending money to build a new dealership they should invest their money in replacing Cory or teaching him some manners.

Recently had my 2006 Armada serviced. Took it in for a manifold leak and they found that both manifolds were cracked and needed replaced. We had an extended warranty so it wasn't a huge deal. I dropped the vehicle off on a Monday morning and then had to have an adjuster from the warranty company come look at it. While it was there I asked them to do a thorough inspection and also to install a relay under the dash for the towing package. I was supposed to have my Armada back on Wednesday but got a call on Wednesday afternoon around 4:30 stating it wouldn't be ready until the next afternoon. I had rental coverage with our warranty and asked for a 3rd time about getting a rental. Jeremy stated he didn't have an answer for me and I should just get my own rental and save the receipts. I contacted our warranty company and found out that the dealership should have offered a rental and they would have reimbursed them for it but I guess customer service is not in the forefront of the folks at Crossraoads. All of this is not the icing on the cake. Remember the towing relay I asked them to install - well the genius's couldn't even figure out where it went....they manufacture it, they sell it and they service it but they don't know how to install the towing package....REALLY????? I explained to him exactly where it needed to go and he stood there and argued with me about there was no such relay. Needless to say I came home took off the 2 screws to remove the dash cover below the steering wheel and had it installed in less than 3 minutes - guess I should have known better than to rely on the dealership.

When I bought my Toyota Sienna, this team really bent over backwards for me. The salesmen were knowledgeable and not pushy. They were eager to work with me and to answer any questions I had. They were highly focused on my needs and expectations. They had clear explanations and were very thorough while I was signing papers. Even after I bought my van, they asked me to bring it back for them to wax. Buying from Crossroads Nissan was an absolute pleasure.These guys were the best!

My wife and I were wanting to price a new Nissan Frontier pickup and Pete Gillissen had one ready for me to drive when I arrived at the dealership. After driving and discussing the new Frontier, I inquired about a used 2010 model they had listed on their website. He found it, brought it out, let me drive and let me go pick up my wife so she could see it. Ended up buying the used 2010 Frontier. Thought it was a good price and maybe a great price. I had seen this dealer's ratings on Dealer Rater before I got to the dealership and now I believe them.

I was especially pleased with the friendliness and the patience of the staff while I was figuring out what was best for me. I was very impressed with Wesley Starnes. He was extremely polite and helped me with information I needed in order to make a decision about purchasing a new car. He stayed much later than the company is normally open the evening we purchased to give my husband time to get there. I was unimpressed and annoyed with the top manager who made the final price decision. Even though we were sitting only several feet away he made no attempt to even make eye contact with us. He did not step over to meet us. He did not thank us for making a purchase from his dealership. I feel sorry for the salesmen and other employees who have to deal with him on a daily basis. He is "odd man out" at an otherwise extremely polite and helpful car dealership.

We had not intended to purchase a car, but after talking with Charles and looking at the car, our mind was made up to purchase. A pleasant experience overall, Staff was friendly and courteous Cory Roberts showed me the car, explained all the features and took me on the test drive. The only issue I had was the price. I paid $500.00 too much for the car I bought. I had to walk away on the first trip to the dealership but was contacted with a new offer the next day. I found the same car cheaper at other car lots but chose to buy locally.I found some minor problems after the sale. The light that eliminates the gear shift PRNDL is burned out. The interior was not properly cleaned. I found a lot of crumbs/trash in the car, nothing a little vacuuming couldnt fix.Not sure what the Optional Question means?2. Would you trust the integrity of a consumer review if you knew it was written in the dealership's showroom?I answered NO because A lot of the stuff told to me during the price negotiations I did not believe. For instance: Its the law that I must pay $499 for dealer prep on a used car?The sales manager said he priced the car wrong on the internet?Im loosing money on this deal?

Actually we visited Crossroads for our regular service on our 2009 Murano. While there we looked at the 2011 Juke. We had talked a little about downsizing with a vehicle that provided better gas mileage and a smaller sized vehicle. We talked with Jeff Ford concerning the Juke and took a test drive with him. We were impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle; it was white-which we liked, and we liked it overall. Seemed to be just what we were looking for. We discussed numbers and were pleased with the presentation given us and decided to take the deal. All employees there were very helpful and courteous as always when we had our Murano there for service. The lady who took care of the paperwork was very knowledgeable and offered us the extended warranty. At first we declined but upon hearing more from her, we accepted the offer.We anticipate several years of enjoyment in our new Juke and should we decide to trade again we will go with Crossroads Nissan of Hickory, as we have used them in purchasing 4 different vehicles in our years together: Sentra for our children, Nissan Altima, Murano and now the Juke. The best surprise is when you go in for the loan and get more deals on top of the original ones. My household will look at other dealerships for prices on what they have, but go straight to Nissan when it actually comes time to shop.

I was back and forth between a Honda and a Nissan. I liked different things about both cars. However, the price was better for me and I decided I loved the Nissan better. This was the first time I purchased a new car. Russell was extremely helpful from beginning to end. He was attentive but not aggressive or overbearing, which I appreciated. I understand that this was a business transaction, but I felt that he was genuinely interested in making sure that I was as informed as possible and happy. Most importantly, after I had purchased the car, I sent him an e-mail with a follow-up question, which he responded to in a timely manner. The contract was already signed, but the fact that the employees continue to happily provide service to me lets me know that their customer service extends beyond the sale. My name is Lorie Gearhart and I went to Crossroads Nissan of Hickory in the month of May 2011. I had noticed the Nissans for sometime and I really liked the way they looked. As soon as I got out of my car I was greeted by a sales representative by the name of Wesley Starnes. Wesley smiling, asked me if he could be of help and I told him I was interested in looking at the new Nissan Altima. He showed me many colors but he mentioned that they had a new color come out and it was the Ocean Gray. I test drove it and immediately fell in love with the car. He was very informative and friendly. Everyone that I spoke with was as well. I told him that I would have to have my husband come and try the car and he said that would be fine. So, my husband and I drove it again and he also liked the car. I wasn't at all surprised. Needless to say we purchased the Altima and we love it!
