I haven’t financed a vehicle in 15 years. I recently expressed interest in a Volkswagen atlas. The salesperson I was assigned to had only been with the dealership for six months. Let me preface this by saying that I might be a difficult person to deal with in a sales situation. I’m quite certain she didn’t know what to think of me. I challenged her from the beginning but she remained professional. In the end she found me the vehicle that I was looking for and it was a very smooth transaction. Hats off to Madison at Moffitt Volkswagen.

We were in the market for a used SUV with lower mileage and right now that can be a challenge. A VW was not really on our radar. After talking with Kade, we came and looked around. Ethan met us with a smile and took some time to get to know us and what exactly we were looking for. We drove an Atlas and Tiguan and ultimately decided on a TIguan. I did want to make sure of my decision so I asked Ethan to show me something else in their used cars that was comparable and he graciously did so. I am in love with my brand new Tiguan and would highly recommend Moffitt and Ethan Harris to make the easiest, most enjoyable and most professional car buying experience in the SBC. If I could give 10 stars I would!! Absolutely perfect buying experience from start to finish. Madison was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! This is my 4th new car to buy from various dealership and Moffitt Volkswagen & Madison are my absolute favorite! Go see them!

I have read some of the other reviews and I do not agree. I have always had a good experience with Moffitt. I have owned both Mazda and Volkswagen and they have always made it a pleasure. Ask for one of "the Jennifers", there is more than one. So I deal with one Jennifer for Volkswagen and one Jennifer for Mazda. I have NEVER had an issue getting in touch with service. If I can't get them on the phone immediately when I call in, I leave a message and they return the call. I also take advantage of email. Anyway, everyone is great. Mr. Art the shuttle driver is amazing. You will not be strangers long!

I bought the car and 6 days later the check engine light came on. The service manager was extremely mean to me and I had to pay to fix something they never checked. I will not go back.

I enjoyed doing business with this dealer. The whole company is very friendly and will help you find what you are looking for and work to get the pricing as good as it can get and dig to get the best finance rates they can. They make you feel at home.

They have no follow up to check on your car. Everything owed was handled verbaly but salesperson and even susan moffit have refuse to contact me. I cant even get a title clerck to contact me about my tag. Do yourself a favor and save the frustrastion.

Thank you for letting me have my car towed there. Thank you for waiting 4 days to tell me that it would be 2 weeks before you even looked at it. Thank You for replacing the same headlight 3 times. Thank You for leaving trash in my car. Thank You for not offering a complemtary car anymore. Thank you for never answering the phone. Thank You for having a non working voicemail for the service dept. The only service or employee that you have their that I do not have a complaint about is the older gentleman who performs your shuttle service.

Poor quality sales staff training and a feeling of we don't need your business drove my business over to another dealer. The fact that any business owner can afford to keep staff like these on the payroll with competition as stiff as it is in the modern car market amazes me. If you want to film flam your way to a new car and pay more this is the place for you.

Purchased a new Jetta. The buying process was not that bad. The service after the sell is what I am disappointed with. The dealership is old, the aiting rooms accomidates 6 or so people, and the shuttle driver is an old man that I fear riding with. The dealership across the street is worse. They sell Porsche, Audi, and Mazda, yet have an old building that looks less valuable than 1 of their high end vehicles. A serious update is needed. Not only with look of dealership, but staff of technicians and shuttle driver.
