I found dealing with Monken's sales person to be very easy and friendly. He explained everything in great detail and made sure that I and my wife received all the discounts that we were allowed. I was very pleased with the outstanding service we received.

Everyone is real helpful and friendly... I've bought a car there before and loved it, the service is exceptional . And I had to take my Buick Encore to get worked on, the service department was nice and gave me another car to drive while they worked on it. My daughter absolutely loved the new Chevy Malibu.... She was saying let's trade.... Lol..... Was a beautiful car. The service department was great about calling me to let me know when my car was ready. It's a wonderful place to deal with, just ask for Kim, she's real nice and lots of help...... They all are!!!!!!

I found a Chevy Suburban online at Monken. Although it was a little drive from St.Louis it was well worth it. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and they were very accommodating working with my wife and me because of conflicting schedules at the time. I would certainly recommend anyone I know consider Monken when in the market for a new vehicle. Make the short trip across the river for a great experience and a fair deal. Gregg

I bought a 2014 challenger shaker from Monken in june with Bob as my sales associate. The sales process was great, Bob made me an exceptional offer and was very friendly to deal with. In august I decided to trade pickup trucks, I didn't look anywhere else. I called Bob and once again I was offered a tremendous deal and immediately headed to Centralia from my home in Effingham and had a 2014 Ram and was headed back home from Centralia within an hour with another great deal. I will be back to see Bob when trade in time arises again. I recommended Bob at Monken to other people. Bob both time had the vehicle I wanted and equipped the way I wanted.

Couldn't ask for better service. Easy to work with! Located used Jeep with everything we asked for and worked with us to get it within our price range. We purchased a 2014 Buick Enclave from Monken and just love the vehicle. It was a pleasure dealing with this dealership. It was a dealer trade and my husband even picked up the vehicle. Kim was so helpful, had all the paperwork ready and she personally went over the details of the operation of the vehicle. We have had several contacts with the dealership after our purchase to check out how we liked the Enclave. It was a pleasure doing business with Monken.

I traded a Buick Enclave 2012 for a new Buick Enclave 2014. I simply called and told them what I wanted and they had it the next day. I was driving my new car 2 days after I called. That's why I go there.

This dealership is by far the most customer friendly place to purchase a car. My Mother has purchased 4 vehicles and I have purchased 3, though this dealership. They have never disappointed us with the best vehicle for us. They treat you just as if you were a part of their family, which means a lot. All of the staff have been wonderful there. We will never buy from anyone else. Keep up the excellent job in selling top quality cars. See you next time we decide to trade.

Monken Buick GMC has excellent service! The employees make sure that you have the chance to get the vehicle you want. From test drives to phone calls to insure you are stoll interested in a vehicle. They will give you a price of any vehicle over the phone if needed and will call if any vehicle you're interested in has been sold.
