Everyone at the Monroe Superstore was extremely welcoming and helpful. They made the whole process of test driving, trading in, and purchasing a new vehicle as easy as possible. The day I went in to pick up my new Jeep everyone was so happy and congratulating me. I dealt with Shane Smith, he is a pretty good guy. Honest and excellent customer service. On the other hand he will give up on you if he can't benefit or seal the deal because you don't like what there is. Overall the place isn't bad, just stay away from the service department I guess. Place isn't managed right and lacks skills and knowledge. Before purchasing a car it was thought to have a head gasket leaking, waited 3 days to get it in before purchasing it. Turned out a plug was loose. How does something like that get mixed up and messed up?! Overall wise just proceed with caution like any other dealership. Shane is a good guy ask for him. This place is an over turned leaf that, all depends on what you do with it.

Other dealerhships always required either a large down payment and/or a cosigner. At the Monroe superstore I was able to drive away without needing a cosigner and with nothing down - and a reasonable monthly payment! I was not only very excited about having a brand new car, but I was able to enjoy the process without having any stress. They took care of everything.

We went to the dealer with the intention of finding a good used vehicle, but instead walked out with a new 2015 Chrysler 200 Limited that was pretty decked out(aside from AWD/3.6 and moonroof). I dont like no showroom full of cars. The showroom consists of salesman trying to sell cars outback of building...my salesman was Marc Lawrence and he did take good care of me but the service department didnt seem to care about my problem with the steering wheel alighnment but after second trip driving 25 miles each way they did finally fix my problem with the steering wheel...another thing I am listing it took almost 2 months to get my license plates for my new leased vehicle...I had to much trouble dealing with a dealer 25 miles each way to do it again...

Took my 2014 Dodge Caravan in for follow up work on the hood paint. Check in was hassle free. They started work right away. After 3 hours, they finished and the paint looks brand new. The body man escorted me to the van to make sure I was satisfied, and answered questions about future paint care.

I have bought and leased many cars over my 62 years and must say I have never had such a great buying process as I did at Monroe Dodge. Anita made me feel valued and did not push me into a car I could not afford. She gave me a range of options and allowed me to decide which model was best for my use. I am so use to dealers have me drive the most expensive model in hopes of me buying it when in fact it was out of my range and I in the past have been car POOR. I hope to get all my cars from Anita, with her 20 plus years of working there she has built a strong customer base. She was recommended by several of my friends. I figured that since she has worked there for so long that the company teated their employees fairly and would be a business I would enjoy working with in my car purchase.

Well, let me first say we bought my wife's Chrysler 300 in 2009 from Monroe DCJR Superstore. Today, I had it there to see why the heater was not working properly (not enough heat). We have a lifetime extended warranty also so we have a $100 deductible. Well I was told that they would check it out and it would be $100 if it was covered under warranty or $100 applied to service work if that was needed. I was then told that after checking everything out that it was my heater core that needed flushing and a coolant flush (not covered of course) and that it would cost $535 plus tax to fix. So minus my $100 diagnostic fee would be $435 plus tax. I told them I thought this price was excessive, REALLY excessive and that I would just pick up the car. Well, to make a long story short, I took it someplace else and they flushed the heater core with a garden hose (same way all shops do) unhook both heater hoses and put the hose up to 1 and flush and then the same to the other, going back and forth a few times, that's it! And turns out I didn't need a coolant flush. Total cost $40. That's right, I had the same outcome as I would have had I paid them $535 plus tax, so do the math and it's not pretty. Heater is working great now. Oh, and the time it took to fix, 1/2 hour. So, in essence, I will not be back there. And here's the kicker, after paying $100 I asked to at least have the car washed. I was told they couldn't because of the weather to which I asked "you mean to tell me that if a person came in here and bought a new car they would have snow still on it after you prep it out?" Please, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

We could not have asked for more. My salesmen, Chad and Scott, were great. They made me feel very comfortable and not the least bit pressured. I called ahead to make sure the car I was interested in was still available, when I got to the dealership it was there and ready for me to take a test drive. They also had another car of the same specs there for me to compare and also consider. I drove both. I left a deposit and the next day while the car was getting checked out they found a serious mechanical problem and decided they couldn't sell it to me because it wasn't safe and they couldn't make it safe. They offered me the other car that I had also test driven the day before at comparable savings. My husband came with me to pick it up and before any papers were signed the sales person took my husband and I out and went over every aspect of the car with us in detail to make sure we were cool with everything. So far the car has been great! Everyone we dealt with was courteous, friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to get me in a safe clean previously owner car as quickly as possible. Those who detailed and checked out the car mechanically for us did an awesome job. The car gases up clean and ready to go. We have bought many many cars over the years and I have to say this was one of the best experience.

After taking my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for both warranty work and vibration concerns, I had to wait 2 1/2 weeks to get into the dealer to have my vehicle inspected. I was there for safety concerns with my transmission and tire shakes, yet NO CONSIDERATION for someones well being while driving on the road until the vehicle had a clean inspection point. Very alarming and very dissappointing to say the least, the priorities are extremely mixed up with this dealer. My appointment time was met and completed within the same day, however, I still have a vibration on the vehicle which should have been tested before my vehicle was returned to me, another HUGE dissappointment! I am a firm believer in keeping the work in your local area where you live to keep the town employed, but I have to say, I will not go back to Monroe Dodge. Everywhere I have had work done has been exceptional at other locations, Monroe's service center is not worth my time or effort and unfortunately, I will not be returning to this dealer again. It saddens me to say because I live within a couple minute from the dealer and yet now I will be traveling to others farther away to get the satisfaction that my family and my vehicel deserves!!! On a side note, I have always had my vehicels washed and vacuumed before giving me the keys from the service performed, yet this dealer seems to be the only one that does not provide this service. This little added touch from service centers adds a good feeling to the attention to details with the customers. Unfortunately, Monroe Dodge has not kept up with the times, nor do they care for their customers, only schedules and how little work has to be performed on a daily basis as apposed to getting the jobs done in a timely fashion, for both profit and customer satisfaction. Not Yours Truly, VERY DISSAPPOINTED AND NON RETURNING CUSTOMER!

Always make really sure that the car you are looking for is really available. After a long drive, wasting gas and time I was told that the vehicle I was interested in was already sold. OK, this might happen - but really within the two hours from confirming my appointment with an apparently still available car and showing up in person? Interestingly, another car listed in their inventory also disappeared... Two possible explanations: 1) I am just unfortunate that two cars I was interested in got sold within hours or ... well.. just saying. I'm sure you can image a second explanation on your own.. Oh, and when the salesman is answering a call while you are talking to him without apologizing, it seems just fair to infer that other dealer might be suitable for building a trustful relationship with and spending your money.. Purchased my Ram 3500 new in 2012 at Monroe Dodge. I have a business account. Vehicle needed to be evaluated based on a recall notice, and also was in need of a scheduled oil/filter change. Contacted Monroe Dodge, the business link manager arragned to pick up my vehicle at my business and left a loaner vehicle for my use. My vehicle was returned with completed maintenance the next day. The buying experience (2 years ago) and the maintenance care was comfortable and convenient. Excellent customer service.

Horrible service, payed up front for the repair. The wait was over 10 days. The bottom line is they didn't do what they said they would. Do yourself a favor, go next door an buy a Chevy.

Best place in Southeastern MI to buy a dodge....great fast friendly service....great buys and lease deals that I could find anywhere. Salesman was knowledgeable and friendly....talk to Bill Hull one of the greatest guys I have ever dealt with when buying a car!

I brought my Jeep in to be serviced- I had many lights on my dashboard on, my heat was not working, and prior to my heat not working it had an awful smell. I took my Jeep in on a friday and it was returned to me on tuesday. They told me that the lights on my dashboard were only on because they wires were frozen and once the ice melted the lights turned off. Also, they said I was about 2 gallons low on antifreeze and thats why my heat was not working and that after they filled up my antifreeze my heat started working again and everything was fixed. I had asked service employee (I will not mention his name) why my antifreeze would of been so low, and he stated that it could of just evaporated because there wernt any leaks and that I just need to have my antifreeze checked everytime I have an oil change. I was very unhappy with his customer service, he barely made eye contact with me (the customer), he was not friendly, he did not smile, and seemed very unhappy to be there especially on friday when I first dropped my Jeep off. So, I took my Jeep home tuesday thinking that they fixed everything. On wednesday morning (less then 24 hours after I got my Jeep back) I was calling the service center back because my Jeep had almost overheated, I was leaking antifreeze, and my heat was not working again! I was very upset and angry because this should of been fixed the first time! When I called and spoke to the same service employee, I explained to him that this should NOT of happened within 24 hours, that this was something that was not correctly fixed the first time. He tried to explain to me that this all could of went wrong in 24 hours with my Jeep and have nothing to do with them not fixing it correctly the first time. There is no reason that my heat went out again and I was leaking antifreeze within 24 hours and have nothing to do with them not correctly fixing my Jeep the first time or finding exactly what was wrong with it. After I got off the phone with him, I called the service center manager, Glenda, because I was unhappy with the service at the dealership and I was mad that I had to bring my jeep in again because it was not properly fixed the first time. I was upset that now I had to call a tow truck to take my Jeep back to the dealership to get fixed. Glenda, the manager, was very nice and calm and was willing to see what she could do to fix the problem and was gonna try to make it fair for me. After I did my own research on the internet on what could be wrong with my car, I used Google, and I have absolutley no backround on fixing cars (Im a female and a Nurse), I figured out what was wrong with it in about 15 minutes searching the internet--my heater core was bad. I think its VERY sad that I had to use an internet search engine to figure out what was wrong with my Jeep AND I had to tell trained professionals at monroe dodge what needed to be fixed. When the service center called me when the tow truck dropped my Jeep off at the dealership to find out what was wrong with my Jeep, I had told the guy what I thought was wrong with it and had told him that I believe that my heater core is bad and asked him if they checked it the first time--he said no! But I was also told by the first service employee that they "checked everything". I finally recieved my Jeep back on Monday, and they told me that my Jeep was fixed and it WAS the heater core that had went bad. In total, my Jeep was in the shop for 10 days to fix a heater core and have ice melt from wires. My overall experience with monroe dodge service center was bad, I was dissapointed & unhappy with their service, and I would not recommend to anyone to use this service center. I will never bring my Jeep back to get fixed there again

This morning I called Monroe Dodge about a 2002 Chevy S-10. Since I would be driving a longer distance, I asked the salesman to please check for rust on the truck. A call back from him saying there was no rust, and I was on my way. As soon as I pulled up to the truck, I spot a 2 inch rust hole on the cab. I was completely lied to and wasted my time and gas getting there. I will never shop at Monroe Dodge again and will direct all of my friends away of the dealer as well. Buyer Beware.

the salesperson was amazing and every time i went into showroom, i had absolutely NO problems. however, the service department is super crabby and i am nervous to recommend anyone to buy there because IF there were any issues that were serious- i would be scared to deal with them. I don't feel they are positive or understanding enough for people who just spent so much money on a new vehicle.

When they call you wanting personal information and wanting to find out how your paying for a vehicle before they will even tell you if the vehicle is available. And then it is days later when you hear from a salesman who leaves you a message asking when Im going to be there to pick up the car... not customer service to me

This was the first car I've ever had to buy and, overall, it was a good experience with this dealer. The customer service was excellent, and I feel that we were dealt with honestly. Nothing about the car was concealed from us and they let us know what would be needing work on the car. They also worked with us on the price a little bit which was helpful. I really can't complain about the experience as the car has been running well thus far and the process was pretty painless.

We could not ask for a better car buying experience. My salesman, Rosalyn, was great. She made me feel comfortable and did not feel pressured. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and friendly. Those who readied the car for us did a beautiful job. The car came to us in pristine condition. This is the place to go, and Rosalyn is the one you want to talk with. We have bought many cars over the years, and this is surely the best experience.

I have been very pleased with the quality service that is provided by your dealership!
