My service advisor, Chris, was very friendly and helpful. He made sure that I got what I needed and that it was completed in a reasonable amount of time. They even had coffee and cold bottled water in the waiting room. It was a hot day! I recommend Montgomery CDJR to all my Jeep friends.

I am a single woman making my own decisions and these people were respectful, kind and not aggressive and pushy like some of the sales persons at other dealerships. When I arrived it was easy to find parking and Ron greeted me outside the door, escorted me in to the building where we sat down and I told him exactly what I was looking for. He listened and to my pleasant surprise didn’t try to sell me a more expensive car and didn’t bring in the “kill dog” manager to put pressure on me to buy. All the other dealerships I went to did that, and it’s kind of insulting. Also other dealerships didn’t have customer parking well marked and I had to walk around for a while before finding a salesperson. I was trading in a car so Ron asked me what I wanted for it. They agreed on my price - I thought their price on the new car was fair so it was a done deal. It was a very pleasant experience. My compliments to the management!!

This is regarding service at Montgomery CDJR. My Service advisor Angie was great all around. Staffing at the Service center was good to great compared to my hometown CDJR dealer. My warranty issue was diagnosed and repaired fast. If you have a Turbo Diesel I’d highly recommend Montgomery CDJR as your new Service provider.

Really straight forward car buying experience. Kyle, Bob and Jason were all helpful and professional even when I threw some weird requirements/situations on the table. Definitely recommend this place and will go again when I need another vehicle.

Do not buy a car from here! We purchased a $25,000 car from Montgomery CDJR and were promised "exceptional customer service" through the entire buying process. After purchasing the car we found out that the radio resets every time the car turns off. It isn't something we would have known until we tried to set the radio presets and connect a phone. We called immediately and after about 2 months of runaround we found out that the car that we were sold has a defective radio and it will be $1800 to fix it. "Exceptional customer service" quickly turned into no customer service and we were told that we would be responsible for replacing the defective radio ourselves. Places like this are where used car salesmen get bad names. They promised us that we would be taken care of until the sale was final then they told us they weren't willing to do anything more to make this right. Now I am leaving reviews everywhere so others don't make the same mistake we did. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE
