Our sales consultant Arlene did a wonderful job. She was not high pressure and made the overall purchase of our pre-certified MKX a very pleasant experience. Lincoln Liaison Chris Harris did a fantastic job explaining all the vehicle's features, and he was very knowledgeable and patient. And we were happy with the price too. It made the three-hour drive to Cincinnati totally worth it!

I ordered and purchased a 2017 Lincoln Continental. My sales personnel, Arlene and Greg were wonderful. They knew the product they were selling, which for us was sight unseen. We ordered the car in July and were told, it would arrive the 4th quarter of 2016. They called us in October to let us know that our car had arrived early. Greg did an amazing job going over all the instructions for the option features on the car.....he was very patient and thorough, of course we will have to go back .....to much to remember and he said that was perfectly fine and encouraged us to do so. Arlene has also been a big help also in the selling process.

This dealership provides a very professional sales staff. When I began my search for the perfect Lincoln, David May quickly found the vehicle that I was seeking. Not only did he present me with this, but he personally walked through all the great comforts of the vehicle while we waited for all the paperwork to be completed. He introduced my wife and me with the comforts and convenience areas as well as the safety operations for driver assistance during cruising on the highway. David covered all of these with the professionalism of an engineer who had designed each one from the ground up. My wife commented later that she was very impressed by this and that David had taken the time to introduce her to the small storage areas as well as how to handle the little things like opening the cover for the gas tank. It is these little things that make David such a great sales asset. He additionally provided great support when we discovered that we had left our mailbox key in our Toyota that we traded in. Not only did David retrieve the key for us, he personally delivered it to within 9 miles of our home so we did not have to drive down to the dealership to get it. It is this type of personal service and wonderful support that brought us to Montgomery Lincoln. And, it is what will bring us back for the next vehicle. I would recommend this dealership and its wonderful service support to all who wish to purchase their next vehicle.

There are two things I hate. 1) Doing my taxes. 2) Buying a new car. Today, I was able to erase one of those hates. Buying a car from Montgomery Lincoln couldn't have been easier. The overall service we received from Tim Thieman and Lisa Coleman bordered on the supernatural. Painless from start to finish.We had purchased our previous car in Florida, where we maintain a residence. While in Cincinnati, we had occasion to use this dealership for service. We were so impressed with Roger Henson that we decided our next vehicle would come from this dealership. We took our car in for service and decided to look while we waited. Roger coupled us up with Tim and in less than an hour we made a new car purchase. Both Tim and Lisa Coleman teamed up to make the transaction '' pain '' free. We are now the owners of a 2017 Lincoln MKZ.Thank you Tim, Lisa, and Roger for all your help. Count on us returning in a few years to do business again.

This was the end of a long term search for a used Corvette,we had experienced several disappointments after travelling to a couple of other dealers whose vehicles were not as described upon arrival.After locating our new Corvette on Autotrader,I then communicated with Ed Popp who was flawless throughout,his description was spot-on,and offered to provide photographs of any area of the vehicle we requested.We were excited to make an almost 4 hour trip to Montgomery Lincoln and start to finish were there less than an hour and back on our way home,even with a trade-in the entire process went without issue.I strongly recommend this dealership and Ed Popp in particular, and would not hesitate to make a return trip to Cincinnati to purchase another vehicle.As a side note,before leaving the dealership,we were given 2 hats,a tote,bag, and some out of this world cinnamon rolls by our salesman,the rolls themselves almost require a return trip.Job well done!

We had looked for 10 days for a good car for our granddaughter with no success and lots of headaches. When we finally used cars.com and found Montgomery Lincoln our hassles came to a fast end. Tim Theiman, our salesman, was informative, accommodating and more than efficient in seeing that we understood everything about the car we purchased. The only negative we have is about getting our title - apparently the dealership is combining locations and all titles are in transit to a central area, and because of the transfer our title won't be available for about 5 weeks. Seems excessive to us, especially since we would like to transfer the title into our granddaughter's name immediately. A minor inconvenience for sure. There is absolutely no hesitation on our part about recommending Montgomery Lincoln for anyone looking to buy a new or used car. Ask for Tim!

I normally hate (ok, actually loathe) the idea of having to spend an entire day negotiating a car deal. The back and forth, nickel and dime stuff, makes me literally sick. And angry. Ha! If you feel like me, go to Montgomery Lincoln and ask for Greg Gaver. We recently bought a Certified Lincoln from him, and it was - hands down - the best experience we've had with a large purchase. Greg is personable, intelligent, and a joy to be around. He spent the perfect amount of time going over the vehicle to make sure we were comfortable and that it was the right fit. Greg set forth expectations on the timing of getting the paperwork completed, etc. Lisa helped execute the deal -- she had everything ready to go when it was time to sign -- and she got us in and out quickly. The time that we spent at the dealership was extremely reasonable. And... the icing on the cake? We now have a "sweet" ride, and can sit comfortably knowing that we didn't get our backsides burned.

My wife and I totaled our vehicle in an accident on Thanksgiving weekend. We needed to replace our car before the Christmas holidays because we had a road trip planned with friends coming from another country. We had been trying to find the exact model that we had before, and found similar models at a few dealerships.The first one we visited showed us newer models that we weren't really interested in, and ended up having us wait around for 2 hours while they brought the one over from it's other location (only 35 minutes away). When the vehicle arrived, it hadn't been leaned, had a crack in the windshield, and cracks and rust in the body. A huge disappointment. We were frustrated and wanted to go home, but we decided to visit Montgomery Lincoln because it was on our way home, and they had the model we wanted. The experience was the complete opposite of what we had just gone through. When we pulled in the lot to look at the car, we had a few minutes before Arlene came outside to check on us. She was extremely nice and not pushy at all, which was a relief. The three of us took a test drive and had a nice conversation the entire time.When we decided that we were interested in the car, Arlene was very upfront about the fact that unlike other dealerships, they aren't in the business to haggle back and forth. They price their vehicles to sell, which is true. The car price was exactly what my previous market research had led me to believe. It was nice that we were able to skip the back and forth that most people dread when purchasing a new vehicle.In addition to our experience with Arlene, Lisa in the Finance department was a pleasure to work with to. She was very thorough and explained everything. We were able to get everything signed and finished in about 45 minutes, and most of that was due to the conversation we were having. Overall, what was turning into a nightmare, ended up being a walk in the park.So, thanks to Arlene and Lisa, our Christmas trip will continue as planned, and we are back on the road in the vehicle we wanted. There needed to be a repair done to the windshield, so Arlene came to my office a few days later to take my car to the service center to have it replaced, which was helpful with our busy schedules.We highly recommend anyone to visit Montgomery Lincoln when they are in the market for a new or used car. I know we will.

Everything went as I expected. All the papers were ready and the car was waiting for me. We started off with a bad experience.. We got handed off to 3 different sales people after calling and dealing with 2 other people who weren't there when we got there. We were probably not the best customers as we were not sure what we wanted, but you don't get the feel that they are doing everything they can to bend over backwards, but again maybe that was our fault.The dealership left much to be desired, small things like lack of bottled water or soda in waiting area, just the little things you expect from a premium car dealership weren't there, felt a little like a buy it if u want, whatever, Joe Schmoe buy here pay here feel. But again, some of that was probably us being indecisive, but coming from Mercedes and Audi dealerships it just lacked something. I don't want to say it lacked "class", but it wasn't quite polished as a premium dealership should be.We came up a few days earlier and were looking at a few cars. We had shopped a few dealers in the area, but stopped in and spoke with Greg! Greg really helped us, but unfortunately when we came back later in the week he was out sick! Greg did right by us and helped us and we liked him, but we drove about an 1 1/2 (one way) to the dealership on our only off day, and just couldn't make the trip back when he was in.The other sales staff was not the most attentive we will just leave it at that, don't want to name names and bad mouth people. After being handed off twice to 2 different sales people, as we were getting ready to call it quits we were introduced to Chris.Chris Harris was outstanding!!!! He made us feel welcome and did an excellent job helping us. I would say kinda "saved the day" if you will. Undoubtedly we would not have bought a car there without him!When we came back up today all the way from Oxford ( to pick the car up after going through certifications) Chris did everything he could to make sure we got everything taken care of and answered all of our questions, he even came in early on a sat morning to help us. He even took the time to show us all the technology we didn't quite understand.Without Chris we would not be walking out with our new Lincoln MKX!! He truly is a bright spot for the dealership! I highly recommend Chris! I'd give the dealership a 2 or 3 rating, but Chris was 5 star!Thank you again for everything Chris.

Arlene was really great! She is very friendly and personable.. Arlene went over everything about the car with us, took a test drive and we were excited about the car. I was looking for a GMC Acadia and was pleased that i had found one that looked great and was very reasonably priced. Sales staff was great. Very friendly. Had a bit of a problem getting a loan, but they worked magic and I left a very happy new owner! Fast forward four months later and it has been nothing but a nightmare. Within the first month the amp blew, water pump went out, and rusty tire valve broke off. Today the transmission just went out!! Estimated $3200 to fix. I bought the car as a second car. so its been driven minimally. Taking the kids to and from school, soccer practice, that sort of thing. Not the experience i had in mind.

Dave Nitz was super nice and very knowledgable. The sales manager Doug could have more personable. Went to drive the new car we were interested in to assure the size was comfortable in our garage only to find out it had been sold a few days earlier. It would have been nice to have known that before we went as all knew we weren't interested in the other similar new cars they presently had. Ended up buying the car that had been traded in on the car that we were initially interested in as it was virtually identical to the one that we had wanted, but two years older. Negotiations with Doug were terse.Service at the dealership is five star! Roger and Gregg have been outstanding in timeliness and helpfulness. They have serviced our cars since 2008 and are superb!

We have had a pretty terrible experience in the past getting my husband a car. We went to a dealer I won't name, but the first day we went we made it very clear we weren't ready to buy. They literally chased us out the door yelling numbers at us trying to close that day, it really tainted car shopping for us. We were not looking forward to having to car shop for me, but this was incredibly easy. The first day we went we didn't buy, we tried a couple cars and asked a lot of questions which were patiently answered, then shook hands and left with no issues or harassment. The purchasing process two days later was equally smooth, Chris even came in on his day off and stayed past closing with us in order to finish the sale because it was the earliest we could return to purchase and we didn't want to lose the car. Everyone else in the dealer was extremely kind including the service staff. I would return to this dealer anytime for buying or service.

I have been doing business with this dealership since 2004. I have purchased 5 new vehicles from them, 4 of which was with the same salesperson. Even if I would buy a Ford product I will have Monrgomery Lincdoln do all the service on it. In my opinion this is the best service department I have ever use. I hve lived all over the U.S. and have bought a lot of Ford products in my 50+ years of driving but no dealership ever treated me as respectful and courteous as Montgomery Lincoln.

Good selection. Friendly staff. However, our salesman could be more knowledgable about features of the vehicles. Also, several things were misquoted. He said we have a 100,000 mile warranty on the power train and batteries (we bought a 2016 MKZ hybrid), but the paperwork says 70,000 miles. He said that the GAP insurance was removed, but we did not find out that it wasn't until we had signed the paperwork. Lastly, he advised me twice what the monthly payment would be, but we found out at signing that it was $4 higher per month. No huge deal, but I like to be given actual facts, not guestimates.

10 months ago I purchased my 2011 Ford Edge from the dealership and every member of the sales department was awesome. So awesome in fact, that two weeks later my husband purchased his 2012 Lincoln MKS there. The truth is, he wasn't in the market for a Lincoln. But the service was so remarkable, we knew we wanted to do all our business with them. A few weeks after my husband purchased his vehicle, we started having trouble with the breaks. The service department did not want to take responsibility but the sales manager (not the service manager) went to bat for us and insisted they make it right. 9 months after I had purchased my Edge, I started experiencing trouble with the center console. The radio would randomly come on and would not turn off. The clock would not change time until I turned off the engine and turned it back on. The Synch system would randomly update, turn on and off... I called the service department and set an appointment. Upon arrival I was told they would look at it today, but not fix it today. I asked for a loaner but was told I could not have a loaner because I purchased a Ford, not a Lincoln. I was also told the diagnostic they performed did not yield and results so I would need to come back for another test so they could determine the problem, then come back again so they could get the part and fix it. I explained that I could not possibly make multiple trips during my work week (45 minutes from home) and again asked that I get a loaner. I was again told I could not, because I only purchased a Ford, and the loaners are reserved for Lincoln owners. On my way home, i received a call from the service department and was told they would give me a rental car if I would commit to getting the vehicle fixed with them before I was given the price for the repair...um, nooooo. When I responded that I did not think it would be wise to commit to paying an unknown price, the man responded again that if I would have purchased a Lincoln instead of a Ford, they would have provided a loaner. So in summary, we purchased a Lincoln because of the incredible service we received when purchasing a Ford. And less than a year later, we are told we will not receive quality care because we purchased the Ford.It's too bad because we felt we had found our "lifetime dealership" and have now decided that we will no longer have our cars services at this dealership, nor will we purchase here again. The condescending attitude of the service department ruined the relationship the sales department worked so hard to create.

I normally don't write reviews but I had to make an exception with Lincoln Montgomery and the lack of respect I now have for them. I went there Monday with my girlfriend (who is a first time car buyer) and we made a deal with Dave Nitz on a car and signed the paperwork for a price we had negotiated. They were very nice and did everything in their power to make sure she left with the car that night. However, my girlfriend was new to her job so for the loan to go through she had to get a paystub which her first one had generated today. We were told by the supervisor Andy Buck, Dave, and the loan officer that as long as we got them the paystub today that we had no worries. We did all the paperwork, it was literally just waiting to bring proof of employment. I am in sales and I realize you can't make a long drawn out process, which is okay. But the fact that we kept our promise and we would bring it 2 days later seems fair. We were promised by all 3 people that the car would be held for us and if we needed to put down a deposit to finalize the deal, that we would be notified. I ASKED THEM MULTIPLE TIMES IF WE NEEDED TO PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT OR IF WE HAD ANY WORRIES ABOUT THE CAR BEING SOLD. WE WERE ASSURED THAT THE CAR WAS BEING HELD FOR US AND WE WOULD BE NOTIFIED TO COME AND PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT. So today the loan officer calls my girlfriend and tells her to go ahead and bring her paystub down and we would start the process. Somehow between the time my girlfriend spoke to the loan officer and the time she got there, the car had been sold. I wasn't personally with my girlfriend, when she got to the dealership, but she thought Dave was joking with her. Being a first time car buyer, this is a HUGE deal to her and she is devastated. We have been car shopping for her for months now and we finally found a car she loved for a good price. The fact that the dealership never notified us is ridiculous! I would never recommend this dealership to anybody and they are just out to make a extra buck. I wish I could do more than write a review to show how upset my girlfriend and I truly are, but hey life goes on. You will deal with a couple of sleezy car salesman in your day, but I can guarantee you that Montgomery Lincoln will never get my business or anybody I'm affiliated withs business. I will also talk very poorly about them to anybody I come into contact with looking to buy a car. I am in sales with Verizon Wireless whom has 102 million customers. Don't worry, any customers I come into contact with, will never do BUSINESS WITH YOU OR YOUR SHADY CAR SALESMAN. Thanks for nothing but wasting my time and for going back on everything you promised.

I purchased an suv from Montgomery Lincoln and I was really happy with it, until the engine gave out less than 3 months and 3000 miles out. I met with Mike the general manager and he gave me a trade in value that I would not have gotten anywhere else. They also allowed me to wait and find the vehicle I wanted from within the kenwood auto group and purchase it. I would up with a beautiful 2007 escalade esv at a good price and Tim Thieman, my salesman, made every effort to be sure I, and my wife were happy. I also commend their finance department as well, they made everything clear and simple. Great dealership, great people, who treated me better than I ever expected.

I brought in my Navigator on a Friday after it started running slow. After 170K miles my transmission gave out. As I was waiting I approached Greg Garver and had him show me other Navigators on the lot. He was professional and knowledgeable. If such a thing can be said about buying a car, dealing with Montgomery Lincoln was truly a pleasure. Right from my meeting with Chris Harris, a well polished and professional sales associate to my meeting Andy Buck (General Sales Manager) and Lisa Coleman (Business Manager) I was made to feel very comfortable and without pressure to make a deal happen. This dealership demonstrated a genuine desire to want my business and they earned it, especially when Andy Buck stated that it was his objective to make me happy. On that note I laid out the criteria that would accomplish that goal, a fair trade-in value for my car, a fair price for the vehicle I wanted and the lowest interest rate loan available. They delivered across the board such that, at the end of the day I left with my newly purchased vehicle and just as happy as the personnel mentioned above wanted me to be. My hat is off to the professionalism of those I dealt with and to their genuine expression of appreciation for my business. Bottom line....I would gladly recommend this dealership to anyone.

Greg Gaver and the Montgomery Lincoln team helped me purchase a 2015 MKC during the holidays. They went the extra mile to make this a smooth transaction, including trading with another dealer out-of-town for the car I wanted, and navigating the mysterious (and difficult) process of getting my credit report after we unlocked our security freeze. When we arrived to sign the papers and take delivery, our keys were in a Lincoln jewelry box and all of the papers were ready to go. After business was taken care of, Greg spent an hour going through the features and technology in the new car and answering our questions. He also introduced us to the service manager and facilities for future reference. It was very clear that Greg and Montgomery Lincoln will do whatever it takes for us to be happy with our purchase because they want to have us for customers in the long run. In a nutshell, this was the best car buying experience we have ever had.I must also comment on my beautiful new car, the MKC. I was in the market for a luxury small SUV and began the search last summer. I was very patient and considered all of the new and existing cars, including: Lexus NX, Mercedes GLA, Audi Q3, BMW X3, and Lincoln MKC. I will admit that I came into the process biased against an American product, especially since I have always owned a Japanese car. I was looking for comfort, a smooth ride, and safety technology. When I came into the Lincoln dealership, I told Greg up-front that when I thought of Lincoln, I thought of my grandparents. He knew that I would be a challenging customer, and he went about working with me very professionally. He did not try to disparage the competition (as some dealers do), but rather just helped me try out the MKC and see and experience all of its attributes so I could make my own decision. He patiently waited for me to try the Lexus NX, which did not arrive until December. When I called him after trying the Lexus, we again went for a test drive in the MKC as a final comparison. I could tell immediately that the MKC was for me, and we went from there. I love my car and highly recommend that anyone looking for a new luxury vehicle who has not had a Lincoln in the past come into Montgomery Lincoln and try one out with an open mind. I am thrilled to say that Lincoln has a great product, and am proud to finally be able to own an American car and have new friends at Montgomery Lincoln!

I received an offer from caroffer.com for a used vehicle I was selling on craigslist. I was instructed to take the car to Montgomery Lincoln were I was told I would receive my offer for $8500. I took a chance and drove up to the dealership with my family in tow. I was welcomed by a sales consultant who greeted me. I asked for Doug as requested by Bruce Earrly from Kings Toyota. I was told Doug would be expecting me, keep in mind there was NO customers in the dealership only a few sales guys kicking the water cooler. I got the impression when meeting Doug that I was bothering him on this rainy day. After a quick test drive Doug asked me to step into his office. Doug proceeded to nickle and dime me to death over every little details of the car. "I smelled oil, you have some scratches here and there", tires are worn". Doug never once took me out to the car to show or explain any of his observations of my car. Doug offered me $7100 for the car. Really? I drove from union, ky with 3 yr old son and wife for my so called guaranteed offer of $8500 to get in front of Doug with an offer of $7100. As I mentioned before, I believe I was bothering Doug or he simply doesnt like to deal with customers. He simply wanted me out of the showroom. 2nd Time.Called and emailed dealership as I was interested in a used BMW, I was told someone would get back to me within in minutes of my text. I did recieve a call and was told they couldnt give me a price because the car was in service. What? Really? Too the dealerships credit Andy Buck did try me back as I was signing the paperwork for my new car. Lastly, the dealership needs an overhaul and if I was a consultant you know where I would start.

I didn't end up buying from Montgomery Lincoln, but I had an exceptional customer service experience. I would recommend working with Al Roundtree. He was honest, courteous, and detail-oriented, and it was clear that he wasn't just trying to sell a car, but wanted to help me make the right decision. We test drove a Kia Forte, and he was able to answer my questions, and give any and all information (both good and bad). Although I happened to find a better price elsewhere, the customer service from Al and Montgomery Lincoln are superior to any other dealership in the area.

Matt Leppert was very informative. I spoke on phone to him after seeing cars on internet. He said he could have the two cars I was interested in seeing ready when I got to dealership. He was there to greet me and show me the cars. I chose one to take a test drive in and he was very knowledgeable informing me of all the options the car offered. We discussed price and were in the ball park for what I wanted to spend. The manager & I came to an agreement and thus I purchased the car. This is the 12th car that we have purchased from this dealership-Kenwood Lincoln Mercury, Kings Lincoln and now Montgomery Lincoln. Obviously they do something right!!

Excellent experience and we test drove the model that day.After a few more weeks of shopping around and comparing, what brought us back to the MKX was how much was offered in their standard package as well as the professionalism of Chris. I purchased a 2012 Certified Pre-Owned Ford Fusion from Montgomery Lincoln. When I left the lot with my new car it was making some brake noises. I was told by Andy Buck that the noises should go away because they recently did some brake work on the car, but that if they didn't that I could bring the car back for service.After driving the car for a couple days the noise got a little better but did not go away. I contacted Montgomery Lincoln and got an appointment for that very Saturday. I was greeted with a hug from the Business Manager Lisa Coleman thanking me profusely for my nice words about her which I reassured her were all TRUE. My sales consultant Arlene Methven made sure to come find me in the service area to make sure I was well taken care of. And I even saw Andy Buck the General Sales Manager who gave me a big smile and a hello.I was treated very well by the Service person Gregg Seiter and I am completely satisfied with the brake work they did on the Fusion. I have had no noise or problems since!I have had nothing but wonderful experiences so far at Montgomery Lincoln and when I take the car in for its first oil change I feel like I'm going to visit my friends.Great job and keep up the good work!

After a negative experience at another Lincoln dealership, I wasn't looking forward to dealing with anymore car salespeople. But Montgomery Lincoln had the car that I was looking for so I contacted them. I was very quickly answered by Ricky who immediately gave me a break down in costs that met the offer that I had made. I was expecting a lot of back and forth and attitude, but there was absolutely none of that. I purchased the car that I wanted for an amazing price. Greg was fantastic explaining options and paperwork and could not have been a nicer guy. Then the day after the purchase, I received a phone call from Lisa explaining that my payments would actually be cheaper because of my credit score. I can't say enough about the people here, I was really surprised that they went out of their way to make buying a car enjoyable and they treat you like a friend rather than a commission.

I simply cannot say enough good things about my experience at Montgomery Lincoln. From my salesperson Arlene Methven to the Manager - Andy Buck to the Finance Manager - Lisa Coleman, everyone treated me with the upmost respect and was so GENUINELY friendly that I felt like I had been a customer there my entire life. I received a phenominal price for the quality car that I purchased. And might I add that they had performed some brake rotor work on it prior to my purchase and it was making a noise when I test drove it. I was told that the noise should stop but if it did not that I could bring it back to have the issue resolved. The noise is still there and I have an appointment on Saturday at 1:30 to get it resolved and I have FULL confidence that the issue will be resolved. Again, I cannot say enough good things about Montgomery Lincoln and its staff. They have definitely earned my business for life and even if I found a car on another lot I would work with THEM to purchase it and NOT the other dealer. They are not only professional but they are so friendly at the same time. Andy Buck shook my hand at least 3 or 4 times and always had a pleasant smile on his face. I felt like Arlene Methven and I had been friends forever. And Lisa Coleman was so bubbly and pleasant and just made you feel comfortable about the whole finance and paperwork process. I am also recovering from a divorce and my credit suffered during my marriage so I was a little nervous about what interest rate I would end up with. Lisa Coleman was able to work a miracle and got me a heck of a deal. I would feel confident sending any of my family and friends to Montgomery Lincoln. They are running a quality high-end dealership with quality vehicles that are reasonably priced sold by professional and friendly staff. They deserve recognition for what they are doing because my experience with Montgomery Lincoln was a difference of night and day from other dealers I tried to work with. My wife Darlene and I recently visited Montgomery Lincoln in our search for a replacement vehicle since our vehicle was recently totaled out by our insurance carrier. Rickie greeted warmly when we first entered the dealership and asked if there was anything he could help us with. Rickie started us out by listing our wants and explaining what could be offered.We spent the next 3 hours test driving Lincoln vehicles with Rickie explaining in detail the various features of the vehicle. Rickie even anticipated our wants and made suggestions which we found very helpful. During our search each time we found a vehicle before we could agree the vehicle was sold out from under us. I imagine if I were in Rickie's shoes I would have become very frustrated. Rickie never showed any of this - he merely assured us that we would find exactly what we wanted but it might take a little more time. We left the dealership with Rickie waiting on vehicle confirmation of availability - once achieved Rickie would contact us by phone. It was a long day but Rickie made it pleasant and enjoyable. Unfortunately, we decided on another vehicle at a Ford dealership but were made more knowledgeable due to time spent with Rickie.We wish Rickie much success as he is one of the "good guys".

Chris Webb was extremely friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with the overall experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone. The only negative was the variety and amount of available vehicles. I wish there were more vehicles available at this site.

When I arrived at the service desk, I was greeted by my first name. Gregg answered several questions that I had, and then I went to the lounge area to wait while the service was performed. A lady whom I did not recognize offered me a cup of coffee. There was a large screen television in the lounge, and I sat in a comfortable chair and worked in my puzzle book, while listening to the news on the TV.Gregg came over to me to discuss a couple of items that they noted during their inspection, and he asked if I wanted them to take action at this time. (I did.) Within two hours, I was on my way, feeling that I had been treated more like a friend than a customer. Everything that I saw was very clean. I definitely was made to feel welcome, and I intend to return for future servicing and to buy my next car when the time comes.

We had an issue with our car not starting and when I called and spoke with Roger in the service department, he immediately suggested a few things for me to try to see if it would start. He explained that we had roadside assistance with our warranty and to call and have them tow it to dealer. Before we got over there, they had already looked at it and found the issue. Since it will take a few days to get the new computer and have it ready, he also saw that we got a loaner to use in the meantime. Any time that we have come to the service department, regardless of it was for regular maintenance or an issue with the car, everyone has always been very courteous and helpful. They have called and kept us informed of the progress on our car. It is by far the best experiences we have had with service departments in all our years of driving! I highly recommend them.

My husband and I recently took both of our Mercury's to Montgomery Lincoln for an oil change and tire rotation. I have dealt with this service department for many years and have never had a bad experience. They offer a courtesy ride to and from if it is needed. I had to use it a few times when my husband was ill. The driver is very courteous and a real gentleman. Greg Seiter has been my go to guy for a long time. We are Ford people and stick to one of their brands. I may not be driving a Lincoln but I am treated as if I am. The waiting room is very comfortable, they have a big screen TV and free coffee. It is next to the sales floor and the salesman all stop by to say hello. The new location is very close to our home. One of the salesman Greg Gaver was very kind to us when we both got I-phones and were having difficulty getting the Sync set up. He spent a lot of time making us feel comfortable and not old as we felt the I-phone was smarter than we were! Tim Thieman always stops by to see how we are doing. I had just had my car serviced and two days later the A/C stops working. I called and Gregg got me in immediately. The estimate that he gave me for the repair was a little less than the actual cost of the repair and repair was completed at the time promised. Inquired about a used car online. Didn't receive any information with an hour so I called the dealership to inquire. (Someone called about an hour and a half after I called them). Went to the dealership the next day. It was raining so the salesperson, Chris, had the car pulled under the awning for us. We took our young children with us which usually makes things a little more difficult; however, our children were treated with as much respect as us. The entire team worked with us for a smooth transition. They even pulled our trade into the garage so we could get our car seats and such moved to our new to us car. Very clean facility and I can't praise the staff enough.

Tim helped us with our last purchase (10/13?) and Lisa was knowledgeable with the paperwork involved. I enjoy the warm friendly service of this dealership. I will continue to service my cars at Montgomery Lincoln and will probably purchase my next car from this dealership.My service this time took a lot longer than expected and Gregg explained the reasons for the delay. Thankfully they found a problem before it became a real problem. During my time at the dealership, Tim, Gregg, Roger, Gary and others came to speak with me. The waiting room is comfortable with the television (I wish it had more stations!) and magazine selections. Andy Buck and Lisa Coleman gave us a full disclosure of lease terms and answered our questions. First of all, we have used this dealer for over 30 years, through 3 locations. We used to be a Mercury family and when they stopped making Mercury's, my husband said, "I guess we'll have to switch to Ford". I said "no we won't, we will buy Lincoln's because I don't want to leave this dealer. Greg Seiter has been in their service department as long as we have been going there, and no one is more honest than Greg. He has always treated us right. When I take my car to this service department, I know I can trust them not to make repairs that aren't necessary. The sales department at this dealership is absolutely awesome! They make buying a car a great experience. Greg Gaver has sold me two cars, my Mercury Milan and now my Lincoln MKZ. The one thing I don't like from a car dealer is to be pressured into buying something and that has never happened here. They genuinely want to help you find the car that will make you happy. This trip I was buying a car for myself and one for my daughter and I wanted to buy both from Greg Gaver. However, my daughter wanted a Jeep, so much to my dismay, I had to go to that dealer to make her happy. This was my first visit where I met Lisa Coleman, and like the other members of the Montgomery Lincoln team, she was warm and friendly and made the financial part of the transaction very easy. The reason for such a great review is that roger and really everyone there has been friendly, accommodating. Roger remembers what I was discussing on my last visit, reminds me of service needs I didn't ask for but are available, the free ones too.This is my second purchase here and the thing that kept here was the lifetime oil changes and the friendly service. Un-friendly free I don't need, not the case here. The ladies at the service counter have been very friendly and courteous. Theo has been my sales contact and always checks on me when he knows I am in for service, he sold me both my MKZ and MKS.

I have used Montgomery Lincoln (formerly Kings Lincoln) for all my service needs for a number of years. They have established a good customer relationship with me and are always friendly and responsive. I have experienced a couple of instances where immediate service was required which didnt allow me to make an appointment in advance. However, when my car was brought to them they worked to accommodate my needs as quickly as they could and get me back on the road. In another instance, I was caught in traffic and running late to pick up my car. Kayla volunteered to stay a little longer after her normal quitting time so I could retrieve my car. It was very much appreciated and just reinforced my decision to stay with Montgomery Lincoln for all my service needs.

I tried to purchase a used car from Theo at Montgomery Lincoln in Cincinnati. I live in Atlanta GA so i called around for a few days and finally found a brother of a friend of a friend to go and test drive the car for me. Once that was done i contacted a shipping company to pick up the car and bring it here. I made the deal I thought over the phone the evening of 2/26/14 with Theo. Set the price, worked in all other charges, gave me the total purchase price for the wire transfer. He took my personal information for the title work, name, address, dr. lic number and ssn number. Said I would get a fax the next morning with the routing number for the bank transfer. That fax never came. At about 10:30 the morning of the 27th he called to say he sold the car. I told him i thought we had a deal, and how could he do this, I had everything set up including transportation for the car to here. He said it was my fault, he did not get the funds, so he was free to sell the car. I would normally agree except for the fact that he never sent the fax to give me the information to do the wire transfer. He kept saying he did, and this was my fault. I checked the memory in the fax machine and nothing came from the dealerships area code. I called the sales manager Andy and spoke with him about this also, it was like talking to a wall. Same rehearsed song Theo was using. Then the morning of the 28th, at 10:17am I received a fax from Theo and the dealership with all the needed information for the wire transfer and other ppk to sign.JUST A DAY LATE.( I kept this paperwork with the fax information across the header for future reference. ) I am sure the new car department of this Lincoln dealership is a pleasure to deal with. BUT the used car department is another story. You would expect this from a buy here pay here lot, not a LINCOLN dealership lot.

I tried to purchase a used vehicle from this dealer. I live in Atlanta GA so I had alot of phone work to do to get anything done there. I spoke with Theo about the car for a few days, finally got a brother of a friend of a friend to test drive the vehicle for me. Once that was done I set up shipping for the vehicle, called Theo and made a deal on the car, got the amount due on the car, he took my personal information he said he needed for the title work. Dr License number, address, SSN number. He said he would fax me the information in the morning so I could do the wire transfer at the bank and we would be done with the deal. The fax never came, I keep checking along with 2 women in the front office. At 10:30 am he called me to say he sold the vehicle that morning. He said he did not received the wire transfer so he was free to sell the car, I told him he never sent the fax with the information for me to do the wire transfer. He demanded that he did, and I did not act on it. Then I called and spoke to the Used car manager Andy. Tried to talk with him about what just happened, all he could say was "we had no received and money on the car yet, so we sold it" I checked the memory list of the fax machine and we had nothing from the area code of the dealership. I tried to question him as to why he would do this and he made out like it was my fault. This was 2/27/14. On friday morning, I was called up to the front office a little after 10am. I got a fax from Theo at Montgomery Lincoln, top of the page read - 2/28/14 10:17am. It was the information for the wire transfer, and the paperwork I had to sign for buying the car. Only a day late. This is what you would expect from a buy here pay here type of dealership, Not a LINCOLN dealership. Maybe the new car customers get treated fairly due to the money they are spending on the new car purchase. The used car department seems to be a joke, I guess treating folks like this is just normal business practice for them.

There is always someone to greet me with a smile when I pull in. Always carry on great conversation with everyone there. They make sure the waiting room is accommodating or if the service will take longer there is always Gary to take back home or to work. A few days ago, I let Andy know that my wife and I were in the market for a used minivan. He let me know a few days later that they were getting a Town and Country in and that he thought it might be a good fit for us. We went and test drove it Monday night, the same day they had gotten it in, and we loved it. Tim took us around the loop and gave us an opportunity to test it out as a family. Lisa got us squared away with all the paperwork that same night. Andy wanted his service guys to take a look at it before we took the van, which was very reassuring that he didn't want us to get stuck with any repairs that weren't obvious. They went ahead and did a few things that were, in my honest opinion, above and beyond what they could have done. Every person we worked with was friendly and it truly felt like they had our best interest in mind. I haven't left many car dealerships with a peace of mind that I wasn't getting taken, but Montgomery Lincoln didn't feel that way AT ALL. I highly recommend seeking out the help of Montgomery Lincoln regardless of what you're looking for. They will do what they can to help you out.

I have never had a bad service experience at this dealership. The staff is very friendly and keeps me informed about what is going on with the work being performed on my vehicle. I usually wait at the dealership while the vehicle is serviced and I love being able to have computer access in their business center. The facility is always clean and they even offer free beverages while you wait. This time I had a coupon for a battery and the battery test revealed a new battery was needed. Unfortunately they didn't have the one in stock that the coupon covered, but the service advisor was able to offer a discount on the more expensive battery they installed. One of my pet peeves is tires not being balanced perfectly and the technician nailed it.

You guys rock! I LOVE my 2003 Lincoln Aviator and want to drive it forever. From time to time, Ava has a few problems, but you always get her back on the road. Dealer is great to work with especially Bruce. I did have some pricing issues with the car. Montgomery Lincoln was charging over $1,300 more than the Northgate Lincoln location which is where my car came from. In the end Andy did come close to the Northgate price and I accepted the offer. Some items that I believe would help Lincoln (Since this is supposed to be the Top of the Ford Brand) are:Better Fit in finish on the outside (front Wheel wells)Better carpeting, the mats seem very cheaply made.Engine cover is foam. this looks like a last minute fix. poor job.Owners manual in Plastic bag. All other High End cars come with a Leather Pouch (Infiniti, Audi, BMW, Acura etc... and are priced the same or less.)My Touch really need some work. After spending some time with it. It appears really out of date and is very very slow to respond at times. The Voice system is really not up to the task, I wish I had spent some time reviewing it before I purchased the car.This is my third luxury car. So I do know what level Lincoln is selling in. Overall the car is very close and in a lot of ways better but I believe for the price some of the small things make a difference especially in this class.

Brought my mom's 1994 Mercury Grand Marquis with 26,000 miles in for a problem with the anti lock brake system. Greg and the service tech were diligent in hunting down the sources of the problem and locating parts for this older car which is not an easy task. Through their persistence they were able to resolve a stubborn error code that remained after new parts were installed. Some repair shops would have given up with a difficult repair such as this. I recommend Greg and Montgomery Lincoln for all your service needs.

This automobile lease/purchase experience was extremely pleasant. Ricky Bumgardner was cordial, low key, and knew the smallest details about the Lincoln MKX. The purchase/lease option was fully explained, as was the actual dealer invoice (shown to me) on the vehicle before I decided to lease. The cost and all associated fees were explained carefully and Andy (GM) was extremely 'up front' about financing options and costs. I looked and considered the transaction over a period of several days, and was never made to feel pressured or 'pushed'. A casual follow up email was the only contact I had, when I was not physically at the dealership. Many questions I had were answered via email.In short, I would highly recommend this dealer and the personnel with whom I dealt. I felt that I was among 'family' who were only there to answer my questions and address my concerns. I wasn't 'sold' anything, but comfortably made my own choices. Probably the nicest vehicle purchase experience I've had, and after I had made my decision, Lisa made the paperwork a breeze!

My son visited the dealership by himself and even though he is only 17 years old, Arlene treated him with respect and kindness. She showed him the car he wanted and took him seriously as a buyer. I feel a lot of salespeople wouldn't have done so since younger people are often mistaken for "tire kickers".She followed through with him to make sure the deal was done quickly and professionally.He loves the car and even went back to visit her after the sale!I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in buying a car.

Pete was fabulous...he took the time to demonstrate the key features of the MKX before and after the test drive. The day of my purchase additional features were described, he sync'd my phone and garage door opener as well as reviewing the touch screen and owners manual. Lisa had all my paper work prepared and ready to go which made the process very smooth. Additionally Doug and Pete gave me a tour of the facility so I would feel comfortable when I came in for my free oil changes and service. Everyone was so nice. I felt like I got a great deal and was a pleasant experience...I am enjoying my new MKX!!!

I am giving Montgomery Lincoln a GREAT rating because of the professionalism exhibited during my buying experience. I had been searching for a used SUV for over 3 months, through both private and dealer salesman and NO ONE came close to showing me the kindness and respect I received from Montgomery Lincoln. I was only spending $7000 on a vehicle and a lot of dealerships acted like I was not a valued customer. I had a negative attitude going into Montgomery Lincoln because I was very skeptical that they would care about me since this is a very high end dealership who normally does business with elite clients, but I got the exact opposite. From the moment I walked the lot, I was treated with a sincerity to find me the right car that I had been searching for. Mr. Verbitski displayed the professionalism that I had been hoping for since I began my used car search. He met all my expectations and even allowed me to take the vehicle across town to my mechanic to have it inspected...most dealerships frowned when I made this request, but Pete made me feel at ease. Needless to say, the next time I am looking to buy a car I will go to Montgomery Lincoln first. I STRONGLY recommend any buyers that have had bad experiences at other dealerships to see what the great people at Montgomery Lincoln can do for them.

We had taken our pre-owned Ford Explorer in for the free oil change they offered when we bought the truck. We were also experiencing an issue with our brakes. Sometimes the brake light would remain on after we exited the vehicle. We'd then have to adjust the pedals with the button on the dash and tap the brake peddle for the lights to go out. We'd have to do this several times before the brake lights would finally go out. We asked them to check it out and they called and said it would be $95 just to check. But when we picked up the vehicle it was no charge. They told us it was a pinched wire and fixed it and we haven't had the problem since. This is the kind of service that encourages folks to return for more business and recommend the dealership to others. We've been very happy with our purchase and needless to say, with the service as well.

I have nothing but very positive things to say about Montgomery Lincoln and the staff I dealt with. We had communicated via the Lincoln Consierge with Greg Gaver but upon arrival he was busy with another customer so Doug Weldy stepped in and arranged test drives of both the Hybrid MKZ and gas version. He was very attentive, kind and trusting. He then introduced us to Greg who so professional and knowledgeable about the product line. By this time I was pretty much already sold. It's an outstanding vehicle. Nicest I've ever owned. The deal was smooth and very straightforward. Doug gave us a very fair price for the 2008 Toyota Avalon I had in trade. Then we were introduced to Lisa Coleman, the Business Manager. I've always dreaded this part. The hard sell of the extended warranty, under coating etc. There was none of that. She explained each product that was available to add on but no pressure at all. In fact, the whole experience was no pressure. I've been driving Toyota products for the last 15 years but I'm over it now. I really can't say enough how pleasant this purchase has been or how much I'm enjoying the MKZ. Great dealer, great staff, great car!

Two years ago, I unexpectedly found myself car shopping. I went in and out of many dealerships when I found the car I wanted at Montgomery Lincoln. Greg Gaver was very patient while I took the car on multiple test drives. I felt he was very knowledgeable about the car. After I bought the car, he gave me a thorough tutorial and made sure that I was comfortable with all of the features of my new car. I have been back for oil changes and routine maintenance many times since. The service area waiting room is very comfortable and Greg has always greeted me while I waited. Their employees always goes the extra mile to make sure their customers are satisfied. I have buying cars from Doug Weldy since 1990 because of his service after the sale mentality and his true dedication to the customer. This is an excellent dealership to buy from. The employees will pretty much bend over backwards to make you happy. I have bought 3 brand new Lincoln's from this dealership all from the same salesman Greg Gaver. I had a specific car in mind this time & they went to Cleveland to get it & in 2 days I had my car. Always a good experience when we go there for anything including the Service Dept. Gary & Roger are so friendly. Decided it was time to trade in and up for a new car, my daily driver was the first new vehicle I'd ever purchased and that was back in 97 - it was still going strong but time for a new ride. My wife and I stopped by late on a weekend afternoon and Pete Verbitski took the time to give us a test ride and answer all our questions and was a complete pleasure to work with. He's what a sales person should be, helpful, courteous and not pushy. Will be sending anyone who asks to visit him when looking for a new or used car. Really enjoying the MKX! :-) Will be returning hopefully before it's 15+ years old.

I bought my 2007 Mini Cooper here and had a great experience buying so I decided to buy the extended warranty through them too. That was a huge mistake. 3 months after I bought the car I took it to get service for a check engine light and tire pressure light. I dropped it off for the scheduled appointment on Wednesday morning and didn't get my car back until the following Monday! They NEVER called to give updates until I called them and then they acted as though I was bothering them. They kept blaming it on the BMW store and that it was their fault it was taking so long and to cap it all off they fixed nothing. The light magically went off and I still had to pay $140 ...FOR NOTHING! So RUDE, Such a WASTE of TIME. AVOID this place at all costs! You're better off.

The dealership is very nice inside, the 4-5 Licolns on the showroom floor all were very nice vehicles but I was there to look at a used vehicle. I found the vehicle on Cars.com and went to the dealer aroun 6:30pm on a Wednesday. The salesman was quick to allow a test drive. The sales person went with me. This is a peave of mine, why does he need to sit with me on the test drive? It didn't deter me from testing 'foot to floor' acceleration. When I asked questions (since he was with me) he was helpful but didn't know some specifics. I liked the vehicle and put an offer in, along with a trade in. Of course they didn't take it and came back a few times with counters. They wouldn't meet my offer so I walked out. The next morning I got a call from the sales person saying they would do the deal at what I offered. Note: Stick to your guns on what you think a vehicle is worth, especially used vehicles! I got a very good deal and I'm happy with the vehicle. I did think they should have done the deal originally and the sales person was being rude at times during the negotiations but it all worked out. Also, they provide free lifetime oil changes (at 5,000 miles/change) so that's a bonus!
