I HAD to give them 5 stars all due to Micheal S!! I'm sure others helped in the background to help when needed. Especially on his day off and he would naturally give them corrected for their assistance. I really can not say one bad thing about this deal. No one! He made this process so smooth. To add the sugar on top, I never step foot in the dealership! I live in Raleigh, NC and this dealership is in PA. This hold process was all done on the phone and one quick trip to FedEx. A true professional that had the BEST communication and was clear on everything. On the days he was super busy, he informed me of that. He would send a quick text at any point to let me know I was not forgotten. Even reach out on his off day! I also have to add, he went the extra mile to assist with making arrangements to have the car delivered from PA to NC. We ended up hiring someone that we knew but the fact of his willingness to go the extra mile was very nice. I hardly EVER do reviews but a simple thank you was just not enough. I will definitely pass off this dealership to friends and family just based of my superb service with Mike. My car is in route and will be delivered today! Micheal S. Thank you again

Only gets 2 stars because I love my car despite all it's flaws. Bought a car from them 2 years ago with the Zurich extended warranty. Within a month or 2 (after the honeymoon phase ended) I noticed it sounded like a tractor every time I accelerated. I reported the issue to them. They said it was the rear wheel bearings and the warranty covered it so they replaced them. Great! ...Right?? Wrong. My car never stopped sounding like a tractor until today... When I got my front wheel bearings replaced by my regular mechanic because the warranty expired. For well over a year, I would bring my car in to the dealership for maintenance and oil changes; and every time I would ask if they would see why it still sounded like a tractor. Every time they treated me like I was crazy and there was no issue. They were even so kind as to charge me $75 for half of a full check I requested while it was still under warranty. They didn't tell me why they stopped but seeing what I just paid for, I can imagine the reason. Shame on this dealership and it's shady business practices.

People were very nice and courteous for the entire transaction. It is currently a very strange and tough market, from everything I have heard. I went to a few dealers in my hunt for a new Pathfinder. While it is not the most convenient location for me, I was treated with respect and the deal, while probably not the best available, was fair considering the overall situation. I got the car I wanted.

This was one of the best experiences I ever had at Montgomeryville Nissan. My usual service advisor ( Cameron) was out for the day so I think her name was Cynthia that assisted me . She took great care of me in Cameron’s absence. I was very pleased with the service I received this day. It’s been a long and a little bit of a rocky road between myself and Montgomeryville Nissan . But I must say this day and along with my previous visit a few months ago with Cameron has been really really good. I can see that Montgomeryville Nissan is trying to do their part in providing good customer service to their customers and I appreciate this . Thank you .. Cameron and Cynthia you guys are the Bomb.com

Just bought a used Volvo with 38,000 miles on it from this dealership 5 days ago. Was assured at that time that the service dept. inspected the car thoroughly not once, but twice-before and after detailing. Checked the oil yesterday, found it 3 and 1/2 quarts low! The oil remaining in the car was black. Don't think it was ever changed. I now am taking it to someone I can trust to see what damage may have resulted. I will review again if and when I receive a response from the dealership. Curious to see how this is explained.

I purchased my my 2014 Nissan Altima in 2015 from Montgomeryville Nissan. I went o=in with the intentions to browse in hopes of buying. The sales folks were very helpful and did everything they could to get me a car that was in my price range. One thing that was concerning is that they had forgot to place my registration temp sticker on my back windshields. I called and requested for them to expedite it and that was never taken care of. Fortunately my registration sticker came within 2 weeks. Aside from that samll hiccup. I have gone back to this dealership for all mu services and have only had to come out of pocket for my emission inspection a month ago. The folks that helped me were very friendly that whenever I go back I stop in to say hello. The guys in service have been thorough in making sure my car is safe by rectify any recalls and always putting my car through the safety inspection.

The service is joke. I have state and emission inspection done 10 days back. After driving few hundred miles, all off a sudden metallic sound started coming and I stopped car on highway and then towed to near by Nissan dealership. They said rear break, drum and rotor needed to be changed because the break pad were worn out. I am sure during state inspection They have checked breaks and should have recommended low break pad replacement. Will never buy any Nissan products or recommend any one..

I purchased a 2016 Nissan Rogue SV AWD and unfortunately left keys on my trade in key ring and was told by my sales person that the keys would be sent to me by mail after two weeks and conversation with salesman the keys never arrived and in a second episode I received my owners card to find out the information was incorrect after leaving messages to inform the dealership the info was incorrect I received no response from the dealership and I would guess that I would have to pay myself to have this information corrected so be careful if you are going to this dealership to purchase a vehicle after your signature is on the sales receipt no are a forgotten customer. So it is Customer Beware.

I am a veteran and recently purchased a vehicle from Montgomeryville Nissan right after memorial day. It has been the worse experience I have had for any purchase I have ever made. The communication was horrible, I was told that the report on carfax was not significant, only to find out the value difference it placed on the car. I was given a loaner car with error lights showing on it, for the dealership to fix certain problems that I had addressed. I was told this would take 2 days to fix, and only received updates after my calls days later. I did not receive the car back for a week and my taillight had been cracked. Only If the time and patience was placed on customers to continue the promises made as much as to get the sale perhaps my review would be different. I would not suggest anyone purchase a car from this dealership.

I was searching for my first car and came across the Montgomery Nissan while looking for used cars online. They had a 2007 Honda Accord and that was exactly what I was looking for and it was at a very reasonable price. The car had been cleaned up very nicely and was in great condition, running just like new! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, including my salesperson, Carl, who helped me to make sure everything was perfect on the car before I bought it. I've had the car for almost three weeks now and it's exactly what I was looking for. Thanks again to the staff and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for new or used cars!

I was looking for a used Nissan Leaf. They posted a 2012 model on this site and responded to questions promptly and friendly. No hidden agendas or deceptive sales tactics, just good honest people. Accommodating and patient with my OCD issues, and made my wife and I feel at home. Priced lower than the competition with a solid product. I have had the car for a week now and it performs as new. Happy, happy, happy...

Be careful buying used cars from this dealer. Steve says sell them all. We he really means it. They claim that they only sell safe used cars. That is not true. I bought a car for my son that the promised is safe and after 4 months of driving, the frame / cross member split in half almost causing a major accident. This dealer ship only cares about selling cars. My mechanic was extremely shocked that a major dealership would sell cars like this even when it's clearly evident that the car is not safe. the car had major rust underneath. They put inspection stickers on the car an everything. I'm very dissapointed with this dealership and myself for being so stupid.

I'm enjoying my new car so much I'm just getting around to writing this review. I bought a 2013 Altima 3.5 sv in December and I love it. My salesman was Terry. He was great. He made my car buying experience easy and painless. My intention was to just look at the Altima but ended up buying it the same night. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Nissan. The sales manager Drew even stopped to ask how everything was going. Thanks Terry and Montgomeryville Nissan.

As for Montgomeryville Nissan: I recently purchased a Nissan Rogue, I was looking for something a little more fuel efficient than my Xterra. So, I got in contact with the guys over at Montgomeryville Nissan. From the minute I walked in the door these guys where super informative and helpful. They knew all the specs and options on the vehicle I was looking for... They spent about a week making sure I got the exact vehicle I wanted. The reason I rate these guys 5 stars out of 5, is because they treated me like family. I'm an Engineer by trade, so I'm kind of a tough customer. I see the details in everything. They were patient and very knowledgeable about the products. From the body shop to the sales department, they went out of their way to make sure I walked out of there with exactly what I wanted. Those are the things that customers never forget. I highly recommend these guys!!! As for the Rogue: I give it 4.5 stars out of 5. My only (2) complaints are that Nissan used the same old 2.5 liter inline 4 cylinder engine from the last generation Rogue and we should've had more transmission options. The only option is the CVT. (Nissan has one of the best CVT's on the market, I.M.O.) Other that, the Rogue would get a 5 out of 5. Well done Nissan. The 360 degree cameras and bose audio system are great features. The car has descent acceleration because of the transmission. The car has GREAT gas mileage because of the transmission. The interior is "Infinity" like. The exterior is "Maxima" like. This vehicle also has a power lift gate and a ton of safety features, too many to list. The suspension handles really well and steering is average. The car has plenty of cargo space. The engine drones a little during hard acceleration, but that's typical of the CVT setup. I also have a twin turbo 350z, so I really don't need another sports car. The 2.5 liter inline four with the CVT is more than enough power for the average person. So, for me the Rogue is perfect. I recommend you atleast test drive this car. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Beware, buying anything from Montgomeryville Nissan. I am writing this email with extreme disappointment with Montgomeryville Nissan. I have been debating if I should write this email but it's only fair that everyone know what recently happened with a used car that i bought my 17 year old son from Montgomeryville Nissan about 14 months ago. I bought a 2001 Nissan Max GLE - VIN JN1CA31D91T838902 with 125k miles on it. I bought the car knowing I would have to replace some original parts. Nissan Montgomeryville explained that they thoroughly inspect the car and only resell good and SAFE cars. Key word here is safe. They even placed a new inspection sticker on the car. As expected, I did have to fix some things; however, I didnt expect the car to put my sons life in jeopardy. While my son was driving the car, the car all of the sudden pulled hard to the right. So hard, that if there was a car in the lane to his right or even on the shoulder to the right, he and someone else could have ended up DEAD. The frame (cross member) split on the right side causing the car to pull hard to the right. My mechanic said that he has never saw anything like this and was couldnt believe that Montgomeryville Nissan would have sold a car like this. It was clear that the car was dangerous and completely unsafe.Nissan Montgomery assured me the car was inspected for safety and that Nissan Montgomery does not sell cars that are not safe. They showed me the car fax and it was maintained by Montgomeryville Nissan since it had 18K miles on it. I trusted the CAR FAX report and most certainly Nissan Montgomery to sell me a safe car. Dummy me.I emailed the service department and sales and waited a month for some type of a response and received nothing. After speaking with people about my experience they shared with me that Montgomeryville Nissan has been known to do things like this and use other tactics just to make money.

After visits to several dealers, I had just about given up finding a good deal, and then there was Tina and her team at Montgomeryville Nissan. Honest, straight-forward, and no BS. I told her what I was looking for, what I wanted to pay and with the patience of a saint she walked me through some options, test drove a couple models, got back to me that day with some numbers and I picked up my new Altima the next day.

This is the second time getting a car from montgomeryville Nissan and again a very pleasant experience. Drew, the manager, remembered us from 2008 and was very easy and honest to work with with a new purchase today. Walter who is a fairly new salesperson but experienced at the same dealer via service dept was very helpful and sincere. John the finance guy was very fast and knowledgeable and did his best to get us the best deal. Between Drew, Walter and John you will go no wrong and I have no doubt that I got the best deal after visiting several before this place.

Bought a 2011 Nissan Certified Maxima, loaded. The overall experience seemed very good. It did take a pretty long time from when we got there to buy it till when we finalized the paperwork. But it could be the average for buying a used car with a car loan. Had the car 3+ months and its in excellent shape, love it... I did have one slight ding for the dealer. Since it was a "Nissan Certified" used car, I assumed the tires would all be relatively new and consistent in age. After I had the car a few weeks, I noticed the rear tires were dated 2010 and the front tires were 2013. Now the tread wear is fine and plenty of tread to last me a couple more years on the rears, but I feel they should have disclosed these facts to me before we made the deal. So it is a slight ding on their selling practices. Other than that I am very happy with the car and the buying experience at Montgomeryville Nissan.

Last week my wife and I went there to look at and test drive a 2011 Maxima SV that I found on "cars.com" web site. It was exactly as advertised an just beautiful! The salesman, Frank, was extremely nice, professional and very knowledgeable. The price was great, under Blue Book, and it had just been reduced to boot... Great and honest test drive and the deal went very smoothly too. My wife and I are both extremely happy with the car and this dealership. Very polite and pleasant people and a very professionally run business. I highly recommend Montgomeryville Nissan. Lucky for me it is just a few miles from my home.

I HAD VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE AT MONTGOMERYVILLE NISSAN /let me explain . I've been looking for a new car for about 6 weeks/ I went to Several Nissan Dealers & honestly all 4 of them were either rude, not enough staff in showroom or just not professional. I then went to Montgomeryville Nissan out of the blue & boy what a difference. I was greeted immediately by Darrell & the rest is history. This Nissan dealer was so so busy that Darrell was waiting on me plus 2other people(crazy). After about 2hours I was the proud owner of a 2014 Nissan Maxima/WOW!! Besides Darrell - Mike was great & everyone else I came in contact with was very nice & professional. I love my new Maxima & would highly recommend Montgomeryville Nissan to all my friends & family.. MY WIFE SUSIE & I say THANKYOU!!

Two months ago this dealership promised me a new Altima at a mutually agreed upon price. They promised to hold the car for a week. When I called and told them I was ready to purchase the car, I was told the car was no longer available at the given price. I then went to another Nissan dealership and purchased an Altima. Since then I have continued to receive emails from Montgomery, even though I have asked to be removed from their email list numerous times. I would not recommend this dealership.

The sales and service guys at Nissan have always taken great care of my car needs. Their dedication keeps me and my family committed to not only the Nissan name but also this particular dealership in Montgomeryville. They are willing to go the extra mile to put me and my family in cars that fit our needs and our budget. They have even stayed hours past closing just to help educate us and make us feel comfortable with our selections. Thanks to Mike and his crew, we will forever be loyal to Montgomeryville Nissan.

Just went through this guys, I will say the buying process was not too bad. They were very nice and my sales guy Walt was okay. The problem and maybe their true character came out when things went wrong. Within a day of signing, the car was making a noise, usually a lower speeds. I took it back to them and told them I did not want to proceed with the deal given these issues. They asked me that they look at it, in case it was something minor. Turns out this was just a ploy by them as they kept pushing the loan paperwork through. As it turned out the car had to have an alternator replaced. When I told them that I wanted out they went 3 days without calling me back (blaming the snow), and then saying they couldn't really do anything anyway because the deal is already funded. I would say away from these guys. There are other dealerships out there that will do the right thing by their customers. You can always tell good people with how they respond when things don't go well. Do they do the right thing. Drew Pearlman standard response was in Pennsylvania, once you sign, the car is yours. It was clear he did not want to lose this sale in his numbers and that was his priority. I know people's experiences differ, and my experience is similar to most when things were going well. I will stay away from them because of how they behaved when things did not work the way they are supposed to.

Definitely a great experience - Darryl was very friendly and made the entire process quick and easy! I was able to trade my vehicle for a great price and lease a Rogue. My previous vehicle loan payoff, insurance, title, etc. were all handled by Darryl/Montgomeryville Nissan. I came in Saturday morning with my old car and walked out Saturday morning with my new vehicle! :)

I started the search for a reliable used car with a manual transmission several weeks ago. As most people, I was extremely leery about the salespeople I had been meeting due to both the stereotype associated with used car salespeople and my personal experience with them. However, I located a Honda Accord with a manual transmission on the Montgomeryville Nissan website and made contact with the internet rep, Tina Logue. Surprising to me, our conversation was FUN and not pushy whatsoever. I made the appointment to meet the salesperson (along with my son) and held my breath knowing what I was in for. I could not have been more wrong! Rob Dougherty, salesman, greeted us at the door and instantly put me at ease. He was approachable, laid back, and down to earth, butdue to previous experiences, I was still somewhat hesitant. After taking the car for a test drive, I mentioned that the steering felt off. Rob offered to drive it to see if he agreed. Of course, I figured his response would be that the steering was fine and it was all in my head (as a woman test driving cars with a manual transmissionIve heard that before). NO! Rob agreed there was something amiss with the steering, but was unsure what it was, sohe asked a colleague, Spencer Slyshot, to test drive it (Spencer was a mechanic but moved into the finance departmentthe company likes to promote from within and cross-train employees). Spencer also stated the steering was off and had recommendations as to what it could be. I was assured before I purchased the car, the steering would be fixed along with the other minor things I had concerns about. No money down required or anything to be signed until I was completely satisfied it was fixed. The negotiating process was easier than anticipated based on my past experiences and the sales manager, Drew Perlman, was very accommodating. NO ONE we met in the company was pushy, arrogant, dismissive or slimy (you know what I mean). They were ALL a pleasure to work with! I did not agree to purchase the car (I had two others I wanted to check out before making a final decision), but told Rob Id be in touch. I ended up with a Honda CR-V manual transmission (I became stuck on wanting an AWD after a nasty rainstorm in Downingtown). I called Rob and told him I had bad news. He asked what the news was and when I told him we went a different way, instead of being dismissive and rude he said he was happy for us and the important thing was to find a car we liked and felt comfortable with. What a class act! Because of the people I met there, when I am in the market for a new car, I will DEFINITELY be going to Montgomeryville Nissan (even though theyre 40 minutes farther out than my closest Nissan dealer). Thank you, Rob for being awesome!

I had the absolute BEST experience at Montgomeryville Nissan. From the moment I got out of my car I was greeted with a friendly hello from Rob D., who turned out to be an honest, trustworthy, down-to-earth salesman - never meet anyone else like him at a car dealership before. Everyone is just so nice and friendly there, I never felt they were trying to push anything on me. Everything went smoothly and Sales Manager Mike Ladowtiz helped make our experience of buying a new car so painless an actually enjoyable. I truly felt like family once I walked in the door. Montgomeryville Nissan gained a lifelong customer. Car dealers everywhere should take note of the outstanding service this place gives! Cannot be matched!! If you are looking for a new or used car, don't go anywhere else!

I inquired about a vehicle at this dealership which was a good 2 hour drive from my house. Drew Pearlman who is the Sales Manager was in constant contact with me asnwering questions and providing the information I needed in order to commit to the drive. Upon arrival a salesman showed me the vehicle I was interested in and the entire encounter was stress free. The staff was knowledgeable and the facilities were great. I even forgot something in my trade in and it was overnighted back to me! Highly recommend.

My family and I visited Montgomeryville Nissan this past Saturday and picked up a New Altima! My 04 Sebring died on the way home from work on Friday night, but Mike, Terry & Steve took great care of us, and we are now a 2 Nissan family. We bought a New Quest from the same dealer back in January! We cannot say enough good things about the dealership. From the Owners, to the Mgt., Sales and Service teams, we were treated like royalty. It was "Old Fashioned" customer service, with a smile and you cant get that just anywhere! Wishing many more years of success to the Nappen's, and all the folks who make their dealership so great to work with!

To sum it all up, this place is an absolute joke. I went in on May 17th to have some transmission issues checked out - I still have my powertrain warranty so I figured there would be no harm in a checkup. I made an appointment, went in in the morning, gave my keys, explained the situation, and waited around.1) "Test Drive" - The technician who test drove my car took it up to 79mph.. on the road in front of the dealership (the end of a highway, a normal road). I know this because I pulled my GPS data when I got home, and it wasn't a surprise that for 0.5 miles the speed was a constant 79mph (then dropping to 62). This is twice the speed limit, do you need to speed to "test" if there are any issues? Absolute bullsh**. I pulled the data twice off my GPS to confirm that this was indeed the speed.2) "We will check if there are any stored codes on the ECU" - No, no you won't. I have a Garmin Ecoroute HD plugged into my OBD port (to monitor temperature, check codes etc.) and whenever you pull it out you need to reconfigure it to your GPS. When I got in my car, I didn't have to, and I just pulled it out now to check if I had to reconfigure it again (I did). This leads me to believe that my ECU was never checked for any codes.3) "Since you modded your car your warranty isn't valid for this issue" - Once again, no. The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act exists for this very reason (which states that if an issue is found and a modification is DIRECTLY related to the cause of this issue, your warranty is void). They didn't even find out what the issue was, but instead went straight to blaming anything that wasn't stock. With that, this was a complete waste of my time. Besides the technician taking my car up to nearly 80mph, lies about checking codes, this place is severely outdated; while other dealerships have revamped their whole atmosphere, this one is in dire need of renovation. They have a couple of chairs in the waiting room, a popcorn machine (literally), two vending machines and a coffee maker. Wow.Please stay away from this dump. I'm about to file a complaint with Nissan Consumer Affairs, but I doubt that'll do anything.

Anybody needing a vehicle new or used should really stop by Montgomeryville Nissan,in Montgomerville Pa, I was involved in an auto accident and needed a vehicle fast. Using cars.com I found the 04 jeep grand Cherokee I purchased 5/09/13 from Montgomeryville Nissan, it was by far the BEST vehicle purchasing process I had in my life. My salesman Terry Jurzak, who went well out of his way with the excellent service he provided sales manager Drew Pearlman who did a fantastic and very quick job getting my deal done and business manager Steve Natale who got me a great price and rate. I saw the vehicle I wanted but had no way of getting to the dealership, they picked me up at my front door and I live over an hour away, GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PRICE, GREAT VEHICLE but even more important GREAT PEOPLE to deal with, the whole process went really smooth and rather quick. When I am ready to purchase a 2nd vehicle there will be no hesitation or thinking about it I will return to Montgomeryville Nissan(215-661-9300 ask for Terry) if I had to rate the process from 1-10, Montgomeryville Nissan has to get a 20. I would HIGHLY recommend them for your next vehicle purchase.

Started working with the Internet Sales Manager, Tina Logue, via email. Tina responded to all emails in a very prompt an professional manner. We were able to schedule a visit to look at some cars the same day. When I arrived at the dealership, Tina introduced me to Darryl Smith, who guided me through the rest of the searching/buying process. I ended up purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle the same day, primarily because of Darryl and team, who made the process not only easy, but pleasant. The entire teams flexibility on items such as trade-ins, price, and even schedule, was 2nd to none. Would highly recommend, without hesitation, to friends and family looking for a new or pre-owned vehical.

this is my fourth Nissan and my second one from this dealer. They are the best bunch of guys I have have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I had bought a Juke and I loved my car, but I was needing to be putting more money toward my family so I was looking to trade it in for smaller and lower payment. They not only got me into a bigger car but lowered my payments and got me a much better interest rate to boot. I am planning to move to Texas and take my mother with me but I will fly up to PA to montgomeryville Nissan for my next car and drive back to Texas. I looked at cars online from local dealers and planned on stopping at 3 dealers. My wife and I went to the first dealer and walked around the lot looking at the pre-owned cars. No sales person came out, so we walked into the showroom and still no one came over to us. We left and decided to go to the next dealer Montgomeryville Nissan. We did the same thing walking around the lot and Darryl nicely greeted us and started talking about the inventory. We narrowed down the cars we liked and he got keys and gave us more information. While looking at the cars and going for the test drive they appraised our trade. We received a very good price for our trade and a good price on the car we purchased. Darryl was a pleasure to work with and Steve came out talked to us like a regular person about warranties.Good experience overall and would recommend this dealership and Darryl.

For anyone looking to buy a new or used car, ask for Darryl Smith...he is the Best! I just bought my 3rd car from Darryl and have developed a real friendship with him. Darryl is NOT your stereotypical car salesman. He is so helpful, without any pressure. He does his very best to give you the deal YOU are looking for not what HE wants to sell you! Darryl continues to go out of his way to make your car buying experience the BEST that you have ever had. Darryl makes, what is often a very stressful and negative experience, one that you actually enjoy! Darryl will NOT disappoint you!

I would definitely recommend this dealer to everyone I know. It was a bit of a drive, as I live in Easton, PA but it was well worth the trip. My husband wanted me to buy from the dealer a half mile from our house but I was not satisfied with the attitude of the dealership so I decided to make a trip to Montgomeryville. I was so glad I did, and my husband was too. We had the best car buying experience ever. We were greeted by Darryl Smith, a very knowledgable individual, who took the time to speak to us and find out my car needs and then proceeded to inform us about the car I was interested in. There was no pressure. He gave us time to walk around and check out the inventory, think things over and then take the car out for a test drive. The whole experience from test drive to purchase took so little time and was well worth the trip to Montgomeryville. Steve the finance mgr, made everything simple with the paperwork, made sure everything was clearly understood, hassle free. Definitely see Montgomeryville Nissan for your next car purchase!

I would not recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a used car.Seen a car online came to check it out and it had several problems. They explain that the cars go through 160 point inspections which is wrong.I would love to work for that dealer since all the service techs do is check off boxes that a service was done and clearly was NOT. Gave them a second chance and was proven again that this was not a good place to buy from. The car had issues again. Not to metion we overheard the sales rep talking about us more than once and that was my last straw.I am so glad I didnt make the mistake and buy a car here. Horrible service, incompetent technicians, takes 3 guys to find a problem and only find it after they destroy everything else on your car in the process, and then charge you for all their mistakes. My car was takin there running, and ended up completely not starting due to the "work" they did on it. Was then told car would be ready for pick up 3 separate times, that I would hear from them later in the day, only to receive no phone call. Told they would keep me informed as to what was going on repeatedly to also receive no phone call or information, until I called after them. Horrible experience, would never take my car there again, and I highly suggest that no one else does either.

I walked away from this dealership in tears. They convinced my that my credit was terrible, that they had to pull strings to get me approved and that they had no room to budge on the price of the car I wanted. They were clearly pegging me as a dumb young woman with not a clue in the world. Many people had positive experiences here but I warn you to be cautious. Shop around some other dealerships before you sign anything!! Run the numbers yourself and be sure to check out their internet prices before you agree on a price. They try to sell you a car for the internet price and tell you they can't go any lower (false). Also, when getting your current car appraised, ask for the keys back IMMEDIATELY after you hear what your appraisal cost will be. They try to keep them so you can't leave and have to listen to their sales pitch. I almost called the police because they wouldn't let me leave when I told them I had to. Overall, the worst car shopping experience I've had. I recommend going to any number of other Nissan dealers in the area. To the Sales Manager's credit, he could sense that I was uneasy and backed off. The sales guy, not so much.

I have been to this Nissan dealership 3 times looking for the right car. The salesman have always been amazing! I went in last week and met Fran. He asked me what I was looking for and LISTENED! It was great. He only showed me what I wanted to see, nothing out of my price range or too fancy. When I wasnt 100% satisfied with the monthly payments, Fran said he would keep an eye out for me and give me a call. He called me THE NEXT DAY with an amazing car! Little older, cheaper so monthly payments are less! Drew, the sales manager, worked very hard for us too finding the best rates possible! And Daryll, the finance guy was a sweetheart and helpful as well! Fran drove us down to the service center to set up my first service appointment and introduce me to the service guys! I went to 4 other dealerships the other day and the customer service did not even compare! I walked out within minutes of talking to the sales guys. Fran was BY FAR, the nicest and most helpful car salesman I have ever dealt with! I was amazed at the level of customer service and how accomidating Montgomeryville Nissan was! I will always buy my cars from them from now on! THANK YOU SO MUCH FRAN AND DREW!

My experience with Colonial Nissan was terrific. I found the staff to be friendly, not pushy and very understanding of my situation. I shopped around and I found the best deal at Colonial Nissan. Its nice to deal with a dealership that is not going to play games. They were very professional and I was treated with respect. I would recommend Colonial Nissan to anyone. Keep up the good work Colonial.

This is the second purchase made from this dealership and both times we had problems with documentation. The salesman lost paperwork and I had to supply additional documents on 3 different occasions. After almost 3 months from the date of purchase, I still do not have a valid registration for my vehicle. I would think twice about using this dealership again.

Montgomeryville Nissan provided excellent service, price and experience. The entire team (especially Cindy) worked very hard to get the exact truck I wanted! After-purchase support was outstanding as well. We will be returning to Montgomeryville Nissan for our Maxima purchase.

I recently came to this dealership looking for a Nissan Sentra. I ended up purchasing a preowned sentra at a great price. The salesmen I dealt with was very pleasant as well as the sales manager, Drew. He went above and beyond to get me exactly what I was looking for at the price I was looking for. He was very courteous and over-attentive to my needs. Needless to say I have recommended many family members and friends to this dealership.

Great Place to Buy a Car! Went to the Montgomeryville Nissan Dealership looking for a new car for my wife. It was a toss up between the Murano and Maxima. So we went into the showroom and Drew introduced himself to us. We spoke for awhile and he listened to what we were looking for. He then took us outside to check out the 2 vehicles. After test driving both we were leaning toward the maxima and after going over the final numbers with Drew we were sold. The whole time we were there we were greeted by friendly people and it was a great experience buying a new car. This was our 5th new car we went out to buy and all I have to say is this was the best time we had doing so and will to back there to get our next car. Thanks Again!

UNBELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE: After several weeks of exchanging emails with internet sales, the decision to drive 1.5 hours was made with the understanding where our budget was and needed to be. During the road trip, the lady who we had been exchanging emails with made a sincere phone call to ensure we were coming and our trip was ok. Once we arrived we were greeted and that's where our experience begins. We were introduced to our sales man (Greg Martin) (who not only was eating but proceeded to eat his reese pieces during this initial engagement). He shows us to the car and he asks us if we would want to test drive. (My thoughts were, "No sir, just drove 1.5 hours to look at itDuring the test drive of a 2009 Nissan Pathfinder, we stopped at the 1st stop light and I felt a vibration. I asked what it was. (OK, my thought: Why does a 2009 Pathfinder have a significant vibration and why wasn't this taken care of before put onto the lot? But we continued.) He said not to worry about it, the factory power train warranty still exists and proceeded to inform us on details of his life, not the vehicle!! My salesman had been married 3 times (the last time in Vegas), was a professional fisherman who was very successful, had lumbar spine surgery that ended his professional career (kinda skeptical on why a professional successful fisherman is now selling vehicles), and about his travels. (My thought: Where is the door handle so I can get out of here!!) But we proceeded. (This is where I should of just turned around and went home, it was just one of those feelings.)We returned to the dealership where he directed us to his office. He asked us to sit here while he looks at my vehicle and runs numbers. Well, I cannot sit and decided to walk around the lot. I found another used Infiniti that I displayed interest in. I asked if I could test drive and this we did.I now became torn between the two cars (which I thought must have also done the same to my car salesman, as he proceeded to smoke two cigarettes while I attempted to make a decision.) (It was either that or it was 4:30 on Friday, very close to closing time of 6pm - you make the decision!)I chose the Infiniti. He said he would run numbers. While he was "running numbers", I called my father in-law to quickly research this vehicle. He did. It received horrible reviews. I automatically changed my decision. The Pathfinder it was. So, my wife hurried to tell Greg to change the numbers. His response: "Are you sure?" Her response: "Yes."He then came back with the numbers. (This is where all goes wrong, besides the eating and cigarettes!) The numbers were extremely out of our range. I politely said that was ok and we would continue to search. He said, "Well, where did you expect to be?" (My thoughts were well after 3 weeks of exchanging emails, you know where I expect to be or I wouldn't have made the trip.) But I didn't, I said, "It is ok, I will keep searching and was sort of skeptical on a 2009 with a vibration." His response, "YOU WASTED MY TIME."Now, my wife didn't take this well. She said, "You don't say we wasted your time when you are in sales!" His reply: "I said you wasted your time." She said, "No you said we wasted your time." His reply: "Well, you did." She said, "You dont say that to a customer." His reply: "You do when you work for commission!" She said, "No you don't, I worked in sales, you never say that to a potential customer." His reply, "That's probably why you are not in sales."(Imagine the atmosphere)She asked to speak to a manager. Another salesman ask if he could help us. My wife quickly told him the situation. He said he would never had said that to a potential customer. (My thought: WOW!)We left.

I was looking for a new Maxima, and they had one a dealer had driven with about 5000 miles. They gave it to me for well-below what they had paid (I checked). Everything was going great...until I went back to the financing department. Now, I have awesome credit. They had quoted me at a competitive rate. However, once I turned down all the rust-coating, acid-etching, etc they felt the need to shuffle the coconut shells until they had me up to 8%.I decided to go ahead and finance it at 8%, then immediately get another loan elsewhere afterwards (which I should have done first). By the time I left, I had been there for hours, it was after midnight, and I had to drive home and be at work by 7am. Needless to say, I was a little grouchy the next am.I'm at work barely an hour when some new financing guy (John Brown) calls me to tell me Nissan had refused my loan, but he was going to try to get me in at 12.9%. Initially, I asked him how I could even get the car if they refused my loan. So the new guy started with an obvious game of BS trying to sucker me in at the higher rate. I told him that immediately after I get out of work, I am bringing the car back, the deal is over. At this point, I wouldn't take the car for 0%. So the guy starts dodging my calls, and eventually the manager came on and explained there must have been a misunderstanding, everything was good and he would send me some free oil changes (never did).If they had just let me buy the car, they would be getting 5 stars, as the price was great. However, their little game in the financing department left me so furious that they would think I'm that dumb, I have warned many individuals against dealing with them. Go elsewhere, these people are not honest. If they have a car you want, get it shipped to another Nissan dealer.

I just finished helping my brother close a deal for a 2009 Rogue. As a former car salesperson, I can say I was satisfied overall with this dealership. As for the above customer who complained, all I can say is that he/she made a huge mistake by putting money down before making a deal, and your bad experience is just as much his/her fault as it is the dealerships. First of all, Eric, our salesperson, was very friendly and informative, and did not come across as sleazy. He told us the advantages of the Nissan over other cars, but was not arrogant. The Honda and Toyota salespeople we spoke to came right out and said "our car is the best." Apparently they really think that, because Honda and Toyota charged $1-2K more than Nissan and Subaru (a close second choice) for a car with the same equipment. We then went back to work the numbers. The first numbers were high, and they lowballed us on our trade-in, which is pretty much standard procedure these days. He said that's what the auto auction will give us for it, and I countered by saying I would need to verify that number at another dealership. $1000 was instantly added to the trade-in value. Then it was a bit of back and forth, and we finally agreed on a number. The only tactic I really didn't like was when we were given numbers for a 39-month lease even though we specifically asked for a 36-month lease. However, I think he knew I was serious about leaving if something went south, because he didn't question the internet quotes I showed him, and didn't attempt to insult my intelligence with some corny line like "We gotta keep the lights on in here." After having made several trips back and forth to the desk, I think he was a bit annoyed at me because I constantly questioned everything he came back with. I can't say I blamed him.I was satisfied, because we reduced the monthly payment by $40 from the first pencil to the final deal. Did we get a good deal? I honestly don't know because there are so many different ways to fudge the numbers in a lease. On the other hand, I don't think we were completely screwed over, and the Rogue seems like a good vehicle, and I was satisfied with the overall experience.

Went to this dealership looking for an Altima. They came in ok on the price (still a bit high), but then things started to get screwy. They asked for my down payment before I got a rate back from their financing. And when they came back with the rate it was 12%!!! Then they said their cashier had left so they could not refund my money. When I tried to get my money back the next day, they said I had to come in to get it and they could not do it over the phone. At this point they were extremely discourteous. This is the worst car buying experience ever. Just didn't feel like you could trust the sales staff, so how could you trust their service? The sales guy was just so pushy. I dont think I even want a Nissan anymore.
