The staff at Montrose, specifically Jon, the salesman that assisted my wife and I throughout the process were very friendly, knowledgeable and patient (we didn't finish signing the papers until 9pm and they closed at 6pm). I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Just bought a Nissan Rogue from Eric Pustay. He was an excellent salesman along with Emilio Miconi. They found me exactly what I was looking for. I have walked out of my local Nissan dealerships because of the way I was treated. I made an hour drive to Montrose Nissan and it was definitely worth it! Everyone that works there is great and will make sure you leave happy and in the car you want. Highly recommend Steven Irgang and Montrose Nissan in general.

Had my 2011 Nissan Rouge in recently for an oil change and tire rotation. Joseph Firment my service advisor did and amazing job getting me in and out in a timely fashion. He also had my vehicle washed for me without asking. Great customer service!

My husband and I leased two new Nissan's a few months ago (a Rogue and an Altima). We have had excellent service from everyone we have dealt with at Montrose. Emilio was our salesman and we are extremely pleased with the service he has provided and with the dealership in general.

Two months into our first experience with a Nissan automobile. Leased a 2015 Altima in October. It has been a trouble free vehicle. The salesman, Emilio Miconi, was a true pro. He provided excellent service, fulfilled our needs and answered all our questions. This is a well established dealership. We would not hesitate to shop there again.

I bought a 2013 Ford Escape expecting everything to work on it. I test drove it, but didn't check the cruise control as there were not roads conducive to that. Salesman was very nice and so was the finance guy. But when we got the ResistAll put on, we found out that they don't put it on the plastic trim, as we talked about when we purchased it. At the same time, they were supposed to check the cruise control because it didn't work. They said they didn't have an order for it so they didn't check it. So we made arrangements to bring it back in specifically to fix the cruise. Once in there, they said they needed Ford specific equipment and couldn't fix it. Boy am I glad we didn't buy the extended warranty if they can't work on it anyway. After being in twice to fix it, we find out they have no plans to fix it. We will never be back. Beware if you go there. Everyone is nice, but no company support evidently.

this is not your normal car dealer ship. first Emilio Miconi did not want to ask me a million question. to find the auto that was so called right for me. he was more interested in what i wanted! Emilio did not try to high pressure me into a new car. Emilio did not try to put me in a car that was sort of what i wanted. Emilio was like dealing with a friend! Between Emilio and Jason Allison they where able to put me in a sweet 2002 ford ranger that looks bran new i tried to find things wrong with it but their inspection of the truck was dead on i was blown away! Jason Allison got me a sweet deal for the financing only 201.00 a month that was better then any other dealer ship could have got me so in short i give them 5 star rating Ps: just thought of this one thing they could have done was to inform me what i might need when i came in to close the deal but i did not mind running back home to get the info they needed

I have had some crazy experiences with Car Dealerships and my experience with Montrose Nissan of Hermitage was the absolute best. When you walk in, you are not bombarded. You are politely greeted by one of their representatives, in my case Wendy Speir and her manager. Wendy listened to what I was looking for and only had me test drive cars in my financial means. I ended up trading my 2013 Honda Civic for a brand new 2014 Nissan Murano. I love my new SUV. I could not be more impressed with this dealership. Everyone wanted to help me get out of the car I did not feel safe in and into a car that would make me feel secure. I cannot give this company enough praise. They should give some pointers to the other dealerships in the valley such as Shenango Honda. The main attribute that sets this company apart from all the rest. You do not feel pressured into buying a vehicle that is not what you want. This car feels like it was meant to be mine. I've never felt more secure in a car purchase in my life.Thank you Montrose Nissan! For giving me the best experience of my life! I'm glad to have a dealership I'm proud to do business with. I plan to make all future purchases from you as well.

I see U only print the good reviews. If they are not good they do not appear on your website. Because I am sure I am not the only one that was treated unfairly. No one seems like they care about it. This was my first dealing with Nissan. It has not been that great. When they can mess up your paper work and nothing can be done about it. But they want U to stand by your agreement but they don't have to. So go on thinking that they is this great place to buy a car from. It's been an hurl all the way. They know who they are. How can U forget to file the proper paper work. Who cares if he is no longer with the company, they told me he was transfer. Then after 3 days of calling. They tell me he don't work here anymore. So they just don't care that the mistake was on them not me. They told me that the car I bought had more extra then my old car. That is not true. I kind of feel that I was taken advantage of. How would U feel if this stuff happen to U.

I was not going to buy a new car, but I told Emilio Miconi how much I was willing to put down and how "little" I wanted to pay a month, He found just the car for me, I wasn't expecting him to be able to do anything. Not only did he get me in the perfect vehicle, he made arrangements for me to have a loaner until I could get my PA license so I could get my car registered. I love my Nissan Versa, and my dogs do too! Thanks to my friend Stephanie Gibson, for suggesting I "just take a look". Everyone was fantastic from sales, to finance, to automotive. Montrose Nissan Rocks!

I've been looking at several different cars over the last few months as my old one slowly died, I settled on a Nissan Sentra. So on 2/27/2014 I headed over to Montrose Nissan in Hermitage to start looking at cars. I was greeted by Jason Allison (Sales Manager) and we went to it. I looked at a few different models then settled on a 2013 Sentra in Graphite Blue. He had one of his salesmen (James Chismark) take me for a test drive while he worked on financing it. True to his word he got me a lease through Nissan and after all the paperwork was done I walked away with my brand new vehicle! I have to say, that was the easiest and definitely the most enjoyable car buying experience I've ever had. I will definitely be back to Montrose in a few years when my lease is up for a new vehicle!

I was very happy with the service I received while buying my new car. Ryan helped a lot with answering my questions, and was very quick with the service. Montrose helped me get a loan, and also gave me a new battery for my car even though it wasn't completely drained. I will recommend my friends and family to this dealership, especially to deal with Ryan. I also enjoyed the friendly environment. Salesman aren't to pushy which I loved, and everyone seemed down to earth.

From the moment we called about a car advertised on the internet to moment we drove off the lot with our new Nissan at the right price, we have NEVER had such a great experience. Our salesman, Emilio was terrific. NO high pressure sales, just very relaxed and asked lots of questions to try and find us the right deal. He was genuinely nice, spent tons of time with us and did not cut any corners when it came to delivering our car to us at the end of the process. I would buy from him again in a second. Sales Manager, Jason was great, personable and willing to help to do anything for us. The teamwork shown amongst all of the front of the house people really made us feel special. Financing was a breeze and not a person there pressured us to do anything. The facility is really beautiful and clean and they have a terrific inventory - and it was not problem for them to get the vehicle we wanted from another dealership and get it to us the next day - at the advertised price! I will absolutely tell my friends to give Montrose Nissan a chance even if they do not think they are looking for a Nissan!

I went to Emilio at Montrose Nissan to trade in my 06 BMW and wanted a new SUV. Emilio showed me many options and the one I picked was a 2012 GMC Acadia Denali . This vehicle was way out of my range and didn't think it was going to go through, being that I had 11k negative equity on my BMW. But between Emilio, Jason (the General Manager) and Scott (the financial guy) they got it for me, and got me an awesome warranty on top of everything else. I have been buying cars for many years. but once I experienced the Montrose Hospitality and hard work they did for me, I have never gone to another dealer even to look. I have bought 3 cars for myself and 3 cars for my kids all from Emilio, and Jason. They are the most gracious and understanding people I have ever had the privilege of dealing with. We purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima. This was a wonderful buying experience! We did our shopping online, sent a call back number and Jason called right away. We scheduled a test drive for 4 days later. We went in, the car was completely detailed and waiting for us, inside, because he knew we were coming. We decided we did want the car and 2 hours later, we were on our way! The sales staff, General Manager were all very friendly, accommodating and helpful. We could not have asked for more! Thank you for such a good buying experience!!!

My husband and I weren't expecting to get out of our (2) GM leased vehicles until April 2014, but when we visited Montrose Nissan and looked at the Pathfinder we loved the car immediately and they made it happen the next day with no out of pocket money to us. Jason, Sam, and David are the definition of customer service. You are treated great from the moment you walk through the doors of Montrose Nissan of Hermitage. I recently had surgery and they worked together as a team to make my shopping experience both enjoyable and fast. I knew I wanted a Rogue when going into the dealership and Jason explained everything about the vehicle in great detail. I was confident when leaving that I had made the correct purchase. Typically, when I take my car in for an oil change, the Service Department is very thorough in explaining any repair needs, and whether or not I can put off the repair before I need to get it done. Over a year ago, I had a new motor ordered and installed by this dealer. They came in under the price they quoted, and it will extend the life of my '02 Nissan. I am very pleased with this dealership.

The salesperson, especially, went above and beyond to meet our needs, even after our purchase was complete. I was looking into trading in my current vehicle and purchasing another. James Chismark gave me a great car buying experience. He was not pushing me into a car that I said I did not want and valued my opinion. A lot of dealers always bring up a vehicle eventhough you told them you were not interested. Not James. When you tell him you did not like a vehicle, he drops it and moves on to the next. He treats his customers like family. He's patient and motivated to get the perfect vehicle for someone. I did end up changing my mind on trading in my current vehicle for a new one, but if montrose carried the brand I was looking for I would have definately went through this dealer!

The best used car buying experience I have ever had, and to top it off, I live in Michigan. James Chismark II was my salesman and was wonderful. I chatted with him online when I saw a used Sport Trac on their lot. One of my requirements for buying this truck, was that they took my old 01 truck as a trade in. The whole process was online. James took a few videos of the truck for me along with a bunch of pictures, he talked to me several times on the phone, was always professional and got back to me each time I had a question. The dealership drove the truck down to me, which was almost a 4 hour drive, and they drove my trade in back. The new truck was better than expected. The whole process was so easy, I highly recommend James Chismark II as your salesman!

Our experience at Montrose couldn't have been better! We traveled from Pittsburgh because they found us exactly what we wanted when no other dealer even returned our phone call. We got a loaded 2012 Cube at an incredible price and even after the sale was made, they didn't just sit back, they continued to please by changing out tires, license plate frames, accessories, etc. The paperwork was a breeze and we've never had an easier time buying a car. The staff is great, they work as a great team, we had contact with everyone, a very personable, friendly group that obviously cares about their customers. Would definitely make the 85 mile trip to buy another car from them.

Sales staff was very good, going above and beyond to be helpful. Salesmen took time to explain everything in a comprehensive way. Price paid for the car was okay, would have been happier with a better deal, but the overall experience was positive.
