Had a great experience at Montrose. I was referred by a friend who had purchased there. My daughter was buying her first car and I was riding shotgun. Our salesman was Mo. Very gracious. Salesman was not tech savvy at all - email was complicated and attachments were even worse! Sales staff would not regularly discount an 'ordered' vehicle like they do with one on their lot. They were forcing MSRP pricing since I needed to order. It is not my fault that they ordered such a poor selection of vehicles from jaguar. Go somewhere else - this dealer is horrible!

I expected that I would be played for a fool and would be suckered into a lousy car and an even lousier deal as many dealerships in the past have tried on me. After spending some time with my salesman, and with having nothing to put down or trade as well as having lousy credit, I was provided with an almost brand-new vehicle with low miles. They made sure it was what i wanted and happy with it. I even had it looked at to confirm there was nothing wrong with the vehicle afterwards because i was still skeptical however, was relieved to find out all was well. If I could get this and had nothing to offer, I'm sure anyone else would be able to do the same if not, better. This should be the first place anyone car hunting should stop in at as it will likely be their final stop as well.

Love my car, leased a 2016 Mazda 6 which I am extremely impressed with so far. I recently went to Montrose Mazda in Cleveland, Ohio and was greeted and was assigned a sales person who was not enthused about selling me a car...we went ahead with an application and they shook my hand and said we'll be in touch well they never did, I got a letter in the mail from Mazda Credit and it was not a turn down rather a counter offer because I had some neg equity that would be transferred to the new loan but the point is that Montrose never contacted me to say hey maybe we can get you into another car or a repo with some miles on it... in the meantime I ended up leasing a 2016 VW Passat new....so disappointed with Montrose....

Originally went with my aunt when she purchased her car and met Anita Tobin. I just wanted to take a moment to thank Don Blake and everyone at Montrose Mazda for making the purchase of my new CX5 an absolute delight. I went to a few dealers before I went to see the CX5 and none of them made me feel more welcome and appreciated than the folks at Montrose. I wasn't sure on what color I wanted and Don made sure we went and looked at all the colors in person so I could make a good decision. Initially sent out a mass price request on a new mazda3 igrand touring hatchback in a deep blue. Had gotten an email from their head online sales associate within a day. She then transferred me to Matt Radeff, who like almost every mazda sales person I've met isn't pushy for a sale and is extremely knowledgeable about the products. Went in to meet him and fill out a form for an idea of my credit for later on when I decided to buy and ended up walking out buying my car. They worked with me on the price and did the best they could for a first time buyer with zero credit, still helped me feel like I didn't get taken to town with prices. I would highly recommend anyone looks into a mazda when car shopping. Great sporty ride and still feels more luxurious than most cars. If near Montrose mazda of Cleveland, I highly recommend Matt, knowledgeable and personable; even talked about cavs and browns while waiting for all the paperwork.

I bought my 07 VW GTI about a month ago from Mostrose Mazda and I cannot go on enough about these guys! The most difficult thing about dealing with this place was the drive there, as I live three hours away. I got a call the day after inquiring on their website and set up an appointment with Mike Carlton for that weekend. Keep in mind, this was my first time buying a car, and being a mechanic's daughter I was extra nervous/cautious. I was anticipating your run of the mill used car salesman and I hadn't really anticipated on walking out of there with the car that day, but after test driving it, I decided to go through with the process. I had initially wanted to get the car looked at by a mechanic before I bought it but after driving it, I was pretty confident in it and I could see that Mike was as well. He was nothing short of amazing- answering all of my questions and walking me through everything between joking around quite a bit and nerding out about tuners. He was also patient enough to deal with my bank's run around (the reason as to why we spent most of the day there), and after a few hours I took it off the lot that day! If you can get over the fact that he's a die hard Pittsburgh Steelers fan, I wouldn't recommend anyone else but Mike! I just recently got it looked at by my local mechanic and very minor issues with the car, they let me know that- provided I got it for a decent price- I bought a great car. About two weeks ago I had to make a trip back up to Cleveland (more bank issues!) and Mike caught me gawking at a Jag, saying that I can call him when I'm ready for one and call him I most definitely will! Thanks so much to everyone at Montrose Mazda for helping me out! I absolutely love my car!

I had become slightly depressed from a negative experience at another dealership, so I walked into Montrose already biased against the car buying experience. My fiance and I met Don Blake at the door, and from that point on, my opinion was changed! Don was super personal but professional. He got me the exact Mazda CX-3 that I wanted, made the buying process as seamless as possible, had so much already taken care of when we arrived to pick up the car, and he even took the time to sit with us and show us all the features on the vehicle. I always had the curiosity to stop by Montrose Mazda at Brookpark location. The facilities and the building structure are set apart from the rest of its neighbors' competitors. The all glass walls is like a magnet for people like me to stop in, due to its art deco/modern design and the surrounding toys (Volvos, Land Rovers, Audis, etc.) In fact, you carry a little bit of every ever-wanted toy for everyone. I was referred by a friend who would not want to buy a Jaguar or Volvo, but purchased a used vehicle and it was spotless and she was given a chance to build credit, a second opportunity. I decided to check things out and sure enough. I spoke with Michael Fray who immediately I connected with given his proven track in our conversation. His wealth of knowledge in the industry, about cars' specifics and other OH areas' providers, made me trust his expertise and made me come back next week to buy a car. Although the car I felt in love with was sold a few minutes before I walked in the day of my decision, he was able to show me options that were appealing to my wishes. Michael was able to consider my set conditions and was able to help me consider other options without setting less importance to my wish list. At the end, Michael was able to get me the car that will allow me to smile every day and be happy with the decision and money I will pay for a second-chance in life. The entire staff was courteous, welcoming and professional. You guys rock and I will make sure that anyone attempting to buy a car gives Montrose first choice as you have a candy store-like for vehicles, a flavor, size and price to fit everyone's budget, desire, style and commitment. Give Michael a Way to Go because I am not easy to convince and he passed my professionalism and customer service "internal" test with flying colors. I purchased my Volvo and I am as happy as a kid in Christmas.

I explained what I needed additional on my CX5 and tonight I am picking it up after service completed my pin striping and roof rack. Driving it over last weekend was a blast. Went to purchase a vehicle we seen online, Jason Tomlinson was our sales professional, he was very nice, easy to deal with and very understanding. He gave us the freedom to test drive the car by ourselves, which in my opinion all car dealers should do this rather than ride along as buyers feel more relax while test driving. The car was not yet detailed or serviced because they had just got it and we agreed to buy anyways, Jason worked with us to have us bring the car back on the next business day to have the car detailed and serviced and also to take a look at an issue we brought up. Jason gave us a full tank gas, we were satisfied with the overall service, the price of the car was very fair and the money we got on the trade in was also very fair, We will definately recommend and come back to this dealer for future business if need be.

Came in because I was trying to convince my husband that I needed new car. He was hesitant and stubborn since the car I had was perfectly fine since it was only five years old. Matt was patient with us and worked through the questions we (he as in husband) had and was even more patient on dealing with my trade in. Ended up walking out the door with a brand new 2016 Mazda 6 gt which is an amazing vehicle. Even once the paperqork was almost done and I remembered I wanted remote start added he didn't blink an eye and made sure all the changes were made If you can pick your salesman and Matt is available I highly recommend working with him!

Before I came to Montrose Mazda, car buying was like pulling teeth, but Mike, made it a lot simpler and way easier. He was very down to earth and it was almost as if he was buying the car himself. He made sure every detail was together and everything went smooth. We came in on a Sunday to buy the car, but we didn't get it until that Monday. From start to finish he made sure we had all the right paper work etc. and that we would be driving off with the car we wanted not the car that, like other dealers, tell you what you can get. I called Montrose Mazda about a week and a half ago because the lease on my Mazda 3 was ending and I wanted to look at the new 2016 CX-3. I was happy to hear that Matt Radeff, the sales pro who helped me when I leased the Mazda 3, was still at Montrose and was available to show off one of the new CX-3s at my earliest convenience. Matt is a very personable and knowledgeable salesman and, after I met with him and took a test drive, he made it easy for me to start the paperwork that would have me driving home in a brand new CX-3 that same day. Matt's knowledge of the financial side also helped expedite the process. I've been driving my new car for a little over a week now and am very satisfied with my decision and I hope Matt's around when this lease is over as well. That was the good, now for the bad. Really my only gripe about the entire process was the extended wait I endured while my new car was being cleaned and detailed. I am not impatient by nature but I started to get slightly annoyed when all the paperwork was complete and I waited probably 2 hours for the car to be delivered from the detail shop. It did not seem that I was there on a particularly busy day so I assume I was waiting behind cars that were being cleaned post-service. It would be nice if that process gave priority to new customers waiting on-premises over those who dropped off vehicles for service.

From start to finish - Don makes the buying process so easy - especially when I'm alone with 3 kids all under the age of 8!!!! My first impression of this dealership was actually positive. I found a Mazda 3 that I really liked and we settled on a lease price that I was very happy with. However, right before we were about to sign the papers a sales manager came over and informed me that there was already a deposit on the car I was looking at, but that they could very likely get me the same car by Monday, at the agreed upon terms. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and agree to wait. This was a HUGE mistake. On Monday I waited all day and heard nothing from the dealership. I then decided to call them for an update. Three hours later I received a text saying that I could actually have the car with the deposit on it, but that it was scheduled for a recall service the next day, so I would receive a call telling me when I could pick it up. Tuesday passed with no phone call and when I called Wednesday morning I was told that the sales manager was out that day. I left messages on several people's voicemails and several hours later still had not been called back. Throughout the week I was repeatedly forced to call and yell before somone would even talk to me. Each time, I was told that the car would certainly be ready by X date and I would get a call. I never got one. After a week of trying to force the dealership to even communicate with me, I called and asked for my deposit back and was told that I could come pick the car up the next morning. I drove out to the dealership only to be told that they were mistaken, they had gotten in a part to test for the recall part, not the recall part itself. When I asked them whether they had been repeatedly lying to me or whether they just couldn't be bothered to check on the status of my car BEFORE telling me to drive out to the dealership, I only got more excuses about why it was someone else's fault. In the end, I walked away from a great sales price because I did not want the stress of dealing with this dealership anymore, and had no faith that they would follow through on their promises. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Jason at Montrose told me that I needed to write a quick review good or bad so he could keep his job lol. Well, I gotta say it was all to the good! I was stuck inside a Saab I really hated and owed too much on and never really thought I'd be able to trade, let alone get into an almost brand new Maxima! It only had 6000 miles on it and it was cleeeaaannn...I thought the jig was up when Kyle saw the big dent on my passenger door but he was cool about it. Said he just wanted me in a car that fit my style. Maxima I wanted, Maxima I got! Thanks guys! (Dont fire Jason lol)

Just wanted to give a quick shout out to Jason and the rest of the staff over at Montrose Mazda. Jay greeted me in the car lot when I got there and just when I thought I was going to go through the old used car salesman routine he showed me the car I wanted and took me inside of the Mazda building and to grab the keys and talk about my wants and needs. We went car shopping on July 4th and weren't even planning on looking at Mazda. I am so happy that we did!! The sales guy Don Blake was totally awesome. He gave us the time to look around and didn't attack us when we got out the car. He took us for a test driver and explained everything in detail. He really knew what he was talking about. He was upfront an honest with us about everything. We actually went to a few other dealerships to price shop and Montrose on Brookpark came in with the best price. Don Blake is the guy to work with if looking for a new car, the most friendly and efficient sales person I have ever meet and I have meet quit a few. I looked at a vehicle that has been advertised for over a month. I actually really like the car but thought it was priced to high (it was a 2008 Mazda). I asked the salesperson to come down on the price and without thought he declined, and then proceeded to say that he would ask the person in charge of pricing. That took all of 2 minutes. I gave him my bottom line and he refused it, so I left. Two days later I look on the website to see if the vehicle had been sold and to my surprise they dropped the price. Why drop the price two days later, when they could've done when I asked and had a sale? I personally feel that they all could learn from customer service training.

We bought a 2011 Mazda 6 today and we love it!! Antwan went above and beyond to get us in a car by working out financing and figuring out what our payments would be on several cars. We fell in love with a Mazda 6 and due to having a small child only 1 of us went to the dealership to check it out. On the test drive Antwan came with me to our house so my girlfriend could see the car. We decided that we wanted this car and he called back to the dealership to get the paperwork started to lessen the time we had to spend with an active 2 year old in the dealership. Antwan did even better and said I could sign the paperwork at the office and then would bring the paperwork back to the house for my girlfriend to sign so we didn't have to sit at the dealership and sign papers and wait for everything to be finished. Antwan was super friendly, extremely personable, very helpful and there were no high pressure tactics. He helped us find a car that fit our family and our budget and made it as easy as possible to purchase it. Antwan is unlike any car salesman I've dealt with and if you need a car salesman who will go above and beyond to get you the car you need ask for Antwan!

We proudly bought a used Toyota Sienna from Mike Frey and had a truly wonderful experience. Although we were at a Mazda dealership, Mike was very knowledgeable about all the features the Toyota offered and he answered all of our exhaustive questioning. Mike's down-to-earth, low-pressure sales approach made my wife and I feel very comfortable. When negotiating the price, we were concerned that our offer would be rejected because the VP of the dealership, Brad Wolkov, was in the building and we were convinced he would hold their price. We were pleasantly surprised that just the opposite occurred when Mike explained the VP gave us a tremendous deal by not only accepting our offer but also including painting of both bumpers. We couldn't be happier! As we drove the van home, my wife noticed a small crack in the windshield but we had already signed an "As-is Acceptance" agreement. When I called our salesman, Mike Frey, the very next day we were expecting to hear that we already agreed to buy the vehicle as-is. Again to our surprise Mike went out of his way and replaced the entire windshield at no cost to us. We highly recommend working with Mike Frey who is an honest sales person and a pleasure to work with.

I went to Montrose Volvo with the intent of taking a test drive. I dealt with Cindy Harley who was very helpful. I drove both an S60 and S80. Cindy explained the differences between both models. I ended up purchasing the S60 that had the options i wanted. Both Cindy and her Manager Carlos made me feel very comfortable and not rushed through the whole buying process. Simply put, an overall great experience. I'm 20 years old and this is my second car, 2012 mazda 3. I started off with a lil'ol civic and to go from that to this... Wow. Overall very friendly people, granted they're friendly since you're a possible customer, but just as much, everyone there seemed generally helpful and kind. Employees were very well knowledgeable and had the resources for questions they did not know the answers to. Again, easily a great place to buy from, financing was workable and not fixed, same with the price of the car. They're just relatable employees, they could look at this from my POV and worked with me to figure everything out.

in January I bought a 09 Mazda 6, from this dealer. The dealer had to do work to the car before I could take it. They dropped car off to me the next day. The car had a broken fog light cover when I got it. So I called the dealer back they told me they ordered the part to fix it. I took the car back to get it repaired, they glued fog light cover back in. Took it back manger asked if I would bring it back when the weather was better so he could look at it. Went back talked to the used Car Manager (Kyle Pisani), he told me he would have there painter put clear glue over it. Last time I checked glue doesn't hold a fog light in. The manger was very rude arrogant person. Told me that's how the other one was in there, and it was that or nothing. If the staff has to deal with him on a daily basis, I feel bad for them. He shouldn't be treating anyone the way he treated me. Should be an fired employee of montrose mazda. Side note the sales people were very good people Rick Gamiere finance manger and Norm Sales did a great job.

bought a car and prior to purchase they had the passenger rear rim welded due to crack. found this out when i had a front rim crack discovered. at that time there was another cracked rim discovered. repairs were done after much dialogue. low and behold, the first fixed rim suffered a catastrophic crack where it was fixed previously. I was advised that they repair (even though it supposedly had a year warranty) wouldn't be covered. nor would the scrapes that were caused by the repair shop on my front valence. an excuse at every turn. i would never buy from them again. period

After doing a lot of research, test drives and dealing with a lot of dealerships, we came into Montrose Mazda. I was first impressed by the internet quote on the website. Many dealers want to set the MSRP or quote an internet price that is not their "real" number. Those dealers end up playing a huge game that nobody should deal with. Montrose put down their REAL price, gave incentives back to the consumer, and it was lower than invoice. Coming in lower than invoice was quite honestly the reason why walked in the door. We cross-compared 6 other Mazda dealers in Ohio and this was the only dealer that was upfront and honest about true pricing, right on their website. Michael Frey was a knowledgeable salesperson. He understands cars well and he understands the competition in comparison to the Mazda CX-5 that we bought. He ensured that we got what we needed and that he explained all options to provide us with the best possible information to make an informed decision. We felt that he did that to ensure our satisfaction, not to just sell the highest profitable vehicle. Not only was this a hassle free experience, but we were fortunate to be in and out of the financing department in no time at all, since we were on a tight deadline that evening.

Not only did Luis help me get the car I wanted around my busy schedule (answering my numerous texts, doing the credit app over the phone ahead of time), his service and attention to deal in-person made it clear to me that he was not only good at his job, but he genuinely cared. I had my 5 year old daughter with me at the time of my purchase and he made sure she had juice and cookies, paid attention to her, and even got change for a dollar from his own wallet for her because she wanted to throw some coins in the fountain, and I didn't have any change. I would go back to Luis Reyes & Montrose for my next purchase, and have already pointed friends in his direction to get taken care of when looking for a new car.

I just bought a previously owned chevy aveo as a second car for work and man what a great experience that was. My salesmans name is Luis Reyes and he definitely went the extra mile to get me taken care of. I haven't been able to get around because me and my fiance are sharing a vehicle, and today I was at home with my 18 month old and Luis actually offered to bring the vehicle by for a test drive. The best part was him asking if I had a car seat to bring my baby along to and I did. There was no real pressure, he kept me relaxed and even got on the phone to speak to my insurance company for me. And finally the best part is that me and my fiance both have to work tomorrow and Luis said no problem take the car today and i'll meet you at your job tomorrow to finish the paperwork! I had been researching cars for several months, several different brands. Taking test drives. At most of the other dealerships they immediately wanted to close the deal. Matt Radeff was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous, and never pressured me into a sale. He was also able to find the car I wanted in the color I wanted when other dealers said they would have to order it and I would have to wait 12 weeks! I just leased the XC60 and I am so impressed with it. I had been driving an Audi and was actually a bit nervous to transition to something else, but I am so glad I did! I came into Westside Mazda dealership for my second vehicle after a rather sharp VW GTI caught my eye. I have been dealing with Montrose Volvo since moving to Cleveland in 2012 (Service for my 2009 S80), and I have never been disappointed. I visited the showroom today looking to see if I couldn't save money while upgrading to a newer model Volvo. Sandy Lazarowicz, Carlos and Adam did an outstanding job in finding just the right car to fit my wants and needs. I went down in size to the S60, because I don't need the back seat as much any more, and I liked the fuel efficiency of the S60. Having moved "Back East", I also enjoy the fact that my S60 is an AWD vehicle, which will make winter-time driving a much safer prospect. The people at Montrose Volvo are outstanding, and Sandy was especially entertaining and efficient. I will return!

I am living in Columbus but returned my Mazda3 at the end of its lease to Montrose for a new 2014 Mazda3. I dealt most with Carly Neubert and she was great to work with. I was only in town for a day and had been in contact with Carly several times before my visit. When I arrived she had the cars that I was interested in detailed and ready to go for a test drive and much of the paperwork had already been filled out by her. She was very professional and attentive to what I was looking for in options and terms of the lease. She really made the process pressure-free and stress-free. I highly recommend working with Carly. Drove away in our third Volvo today. The last two from Montrose. Todays car from Sandy Lazarowicz. Sandy and his manager, Carlos, were great. On Monday we took our 2008 S-80 in for a slow leak in one of the tires. Started to look at the cars on the showroom floor while the service department fixed the leak. WOW the difference in safety equipment from 08. So Sandy showed us around the 2014's. We decided it was time to upgrade. Sandy and Carlos did their best and we made a deal. A few weeks ago I purchased an S40 Volvo, 2011, from Sandy Lazarowicz. Sandy and his manager, Carlos, were great. They never made me feel pressured, and were able to help with financing. Sandy's customer service is top notch. Last week I put in a 12-hour day at work, and when I got to my car the battery died (I didn't turn the lights off properly). I called Sandy for help, and he drove down to Fairlawn to personally jump start my car. He also reviewed the lights and discussed the proper procedures to jump the car should this happen again! If I had not been so tired, I would have called roadside service, but Sandy sensed my frustration and did not hesitate to drive down. I highly recommend this dealership!

Looking for a quality used car can truly be a hassle, especially when you're searching out of state. John Randall at Montrose provided absolutely exceptional customer service to me with my search for a black Acura TL Type-S. John communicated with me on a daily basis for getting me the paperwork, personally examining the car for me, and providing honest feedback about what he thought of the car before I made the long trip to the dealership (I live out of state). Once I arrived at Montrose, John had everything done, the car was just detailed and serviced, and I was on the road within the hour with a beautifully maintained car. Will do business again!

I bought a new Volvo S40, and a new Mazda 3 at this dealership. My wife has a Volvo S80. We have all of the service done on all three at Westside. The repairs are not cheap but I've a;ways been pleased by the quality of the work and the customer service. Every time I have work done I ask the service manager if they have any discounts or coupons and they always take something off the bill. In the Volvo department I either deal with Matt or Rodger and they are both very knowledgeable. With every service, including oil changes, they wash the car and vacuum out the interior. If I have a service that takes hours (like replacing a timing belt) they always give me a loner at no charge. My wife once had warranty work done on her S80 that took several days and they gave her a Jaguar.. The facility is very clean and it does not have that garage smell.

I knew some months back that I'd want the 2014 Mazda 6. I knew I wanted it in black and I knew I wanted a manual. I was driving a 2005 Mazda 6 Wagaon at the time. That was a great car with really no big flaws, aside from the high mileage, and I drive for a living. After obsessive reviews, I decided to look up stock just for the heck of it. I found exactly one black on black stick shift and it was at Montrose Mazda. I called and spoke to, connected with Cindy Harley. Let me tell you, she is awesome! Unlike the nightmare experience that many feel when going to a car dealership, the hulking, stalking, pressure riddled visits, this was the exact opposite. I sent an email, came in for a test drive and the whole time, this woman was just a joy to be be with. It was like car shopping with a favored cousin or sister. She didn't pressure me or make me feel at all uncomfortable. I made the decision which made me feel empowered. I loved the car and knew before I even came in , that that was the car I wanted. I was however on the fence with only two payments left for my car. She almost read my mind. She told me, hey, you drive a lot, this car is a top safety pick, the value is outstanding and most importantly, you deserve it. It wasn't a hollow "you deserve it". We had real conversations about our lives and families , trials and tribulations. It was just a great time. This is my first brand new car. Prior I'd always bought used. Let me tell you, I don't regret it. My car is awesome, I love driving it and I loved the experience. The finance department was stellar, despite my less than stellar credit. They were able to get me a rate better than my own credit union. I plan on refinancing , but the bottom line, I gave them a monthly payment target and they hit it! My wife and I bought a 2011 Malibu from the Montrose Kia in Sheffield and we had a similarly pleasant experience. That's just their way, and what a great sales model. I came to find out the same great salesman for my wife's car, trained Cindy Harley. No wonder they were both such awesome car buying experience. I encourage you to go to Montrose, test drive a Mazda and most importantly, find Cindy Harley. It was like buying a car from Mrs. Claus!

He is no pressure and made the car buying experience great. I am going to recommend Matt to all of my friends and family when they are in the market for a vehicle. I have bought cars in the past, and this was a great experience. The new car manager, Phil Stadalsky, was top notch as well, doing all he could do to get the deal that was right for me. It was a blizzard on Monday, November 11th, but I needed to continue my car shopping. I live in Canton, Ohio, one hour and ten minutes from Montrose Mazda of Cleveland. After looking at a specific car at Park Mazda, I wanted a second opinion on the price of the car. So after arriving at 8:00pm at Montrose Mazda, an hour before close, my salesman, Jonathan Madera, explained the value of a pre-certified vehicle, which the car I wanted was NOT. Despite the blizzard, Jon offered to drive a car around front and clean the snow completely off to test-drive a Mazda3 i Touring. I had no intention of buying a car this far from home, but buying a used car and dealing with used car salesmen is not a fun experience. This time it was different. I came away satisfied and trusted in the quality service, despite the conditions of that night. Two days later, I returned to purchase the car, and noticed some long scratches on the hood and front door, that I would not have notified due to the snow storm. Bryan, the "paint guy", of the dealership, did a phenomenal job in buffing out the scratch marks cost-free. Thank you Jon and Bryan for an exceptional experience that is hard to find.

On September 6, 2013 we purchased a 2012 Dodge Caravan. When the sales packet was signed the finance manager Adam Partridge had included a "GAP" insurance policy for $791.00. This is supposed to be an optional choice. We were not asked if we wanted it or not. The paper was hidden among the loan documents for the bank. The next day we discovered the "GAP" policy and tried to cancel it. Well the finance manager told us to come into 9600 down the Road to sign the cancellation papers. We did sign a paper but he never cancelled the policy and would not return our repeated calls to him. He totally ignored us. We called the office manager she too did not return our calls. Well it looks like we are stuck with a $791.00 "GAP" insurance policy that we do not need or want. We were unknowingly forced into this policy by the finance manager and they refused to give us a choice for the optional cost. We will never recommend or buy another car at your dealership.

This was my first expereince with Montrose and I would happily do business with them again. I live in Knoxville, TN and was able to work with Cindy Harley by email and phone to quickly get my questions answered, agree on a price, and make logistical arrangements to travel to Cleveland to pick up the car. Montrose also offerred to complete the deal without my visiting their campus and deliver the vehicle at a reasonable price - but I elected to drive it home myself. They picked me up at the nearby airport without any problems and I was on the road home about three hours later. Cindy was very helpful and quick to take care of any questions or tasks to help me and complete the process. I am enjoying the car, recommend Montrose (even if you are not in the Cleveland area), and working with Cindy was truly a pleasure. I feel I can contact her with any question or issue and she will quickly and personally respond.

This was my first time buying a new car and I had shopped around and got a quote for the same car in a different color from Bass Mazda, and not only were they cold people at Bass, they also did not even try to give us a good deal on the car. I returned to Montrose Mazda for the third time where I insisted I speak with Don Blake, whom had helped us test drive these cars on two other occasions. I came prepared with my price and was able to get a great deal, $1000 cheaper than the other place. They also did not require my trade-in to be appraised immediately upon walking in, like Bass Mazda, which I refused to do. Overall I was very satisfied with Montrose Mazda and their customer service. We were going to pay the car off outright. We of course had to talk to the finance manager about getting a loan either way, they weren't going to let us go without it, you know how that goes. We were never thinking about getting any kind of loan, why would we? I left the dealer with a 6 month loan that will end up saving me even more money. I will also be able to raise my credit score by delaying my payments, and the interest I will owe will be less than the extra pre-tax discount that I got for doing the loan in the first place!

I have just recently purchased a Mazda CX5 Touring! I love it. This was a great experience. My sales rep Matt was very patient with me and very informative on every aspect about my new car. I had been looking for a used 2010 or 2011, clean, low miles Volvo XC60 or XC90 for months. Additionally I wanted light interior which is not always the easiest to find, especially in good condition. I found one on The Montrose site that was an uncommon exterior color and after talking with Sandy Lazarowicz I decided to drive up to take a look. I fell in love with the color and it was clean and really sharp. It had a few more miles than I wanted but still had warranty left. Also I felt the price was in line with where my husband wanted me to be. Sandy is well informed but not pushy or arrogant. He knew the intricacies of the car and looked into the specifics on the warranty. The actual color I initially wanted was there but much higher priced and he knew I was working with a budget in mind and didn't try to get me to over extend like many other dealers. There were a few issues and Sandy went to bat to make sure we worked out solutions that satisfied us and were timely. My husband worked with Kyle on the phone and they talked our trade and solidified the deal. Everyone was so helpful and pleasant I forgot I was buying a car, it is usually sooo painful. We picked up car loaded the dog and luggage and took off the next morning to NC. The XC90 is a nice drive and my only complaint is the stereo. Volvo needs to but better standard systems in there cars.

My wife and I were very pleased with the professionalism and sincere service that Nicholas provided us during our recent car purchase. After searching the internet and talking with potential sellers over the phone, we decided after speaking with Nicholas that Montrose Mazda of Cleveland was going to be the place where we would purchase our car. Although my wife and I could not personally travel from Virginia to Cleveland, Ohio to purchase the car, we sent our daughter and sons from Pittsburgh, Pa to represent us. Our children after meeting with Nicholas were equally pleased with his excellent customer service. During the purchase, there were a few items that we asked Nicholas to take care of. Although we were not in an immediate hurry for a response, Nicholas called us the very next morning, and told us that he had taken care of our request and that the few items were on their way. Simply awesome! Great follow up. Our experience at Montrose Mazda of Cleveland; especially with Nicholas impeccable service has made car buying what it should be less stressful with both parties being equally satisfied. Facility was nice, our Sales rep. Matt was great, but overall we were disappointed. They didn't have the Volvo we wanted and all they kept doing was pushing the stuff on their own lot. Montrose Volvo couldn't come close to the deal that Leiken advertised. We were from the west side, so it would have been much better to buy from Montrose, but they weren't even in the ball park compared to Leiken. That was unfortunate, but the disappointing part was Matt's boss, Carlos demeanor and Montrose's inability to go the extra effort to find the car we wanted. I felt Carlos wasn't very professional and was only concerned w/ pushing what he had on the lot and then when 6 o'clock came around, he seemed very eager to get us out the door and was pushing Matt to wrap it up. Leiken found a car for us on the east coast and shipped it in for the right price. Not only could Montrose not find that vehicle, but they kept stressing that it would be "several hundred dollars in extra cost to you to ship it in."

I just leased a Volvo C 30 thru Montrose Volvo. My sales person, Sandy Lazarowiez couldn't have been more helpful, and ...unintimidating? I had been thinking of purchasing/leasing a new car for over a year. I have a Honda Civic EX(a 2000 with just over 104,000 miles, which I'm keeping for now), and through Costco, there were several incentives that enticed me to check out a Volvo. Sandy was great in letting me test drive a C 30. We talked and I told him I'd get back to him. He did call and email me to see if I was still interested over the next week, before the Costco incentives expired. I decided to lease, after doing a little bit of homework on costs. The leasing process was smooth, and I drove away the same day with what I think was acceptable costs to all parties. My overall rating is only "good" so far, since I haven't had to use the Volvo repair or maintenance services. And, I'm just someone who wonders if I just couldn't have done better with respect to costs. Sandy Lazarowiez is someone you can sit down with, have a conversation with and feel comfortable right from the "get - go". As time passes, I hope that my initial positive feelings are completely supported by my present experience with Montrose Volvo, and especially Sandy Lazarowiez.

I bought a Toyota Camry last week at Montrose Westside Wholesale and thought I would share my experience. I really was just looking at card not ready to buy. I was greeted by a friendly salesman his name was Norman.I had brought my Mother to help with choosing what would be best for my budget wise. After driving s few cars, I was shown a Camry, Norman was quite versed on this particular car. He said he had worked at a Toyota dealership and knew eveything about this car. He did. When he asked me to buy the car, my Mother said we should go home and pray about it. Norman said he was a Godley man and said " lets pray together ". Yes, I bought the car. What a wonderful person Norman is and I love my Camry. Norman had informed me thst in Japan Camry means " crown " what a jewel you are Norman, thank you sooooo much..

I recently bought a 2010 Mazda 3 from Montrose Westside Wholesale Outlet and was very happy with the way I was treated by my salesman Norman and sales manager Hal. Before I made my purchase, I was told there were some repairs that needed to be done to my Mazda 3 which were handle in a prompt time after the purchase. Norman scheduled my service appointment, called me and said for me to just bring my car to the wholesale outlet and he would handle taking the car to service. After my car was repaired, Norman called me to follow up with how the car was driving and stated if there was anything he could do, feel free to call and gave me his cell#. Upon my purchase I was told there is free car washes and my first oil change was on Montrose, and have been taking advantage of the car washes, which I get to see my sales guy Norman, who always asks how is the car driving. Very personable sales guy with a sales manager who cares. Nice people.

Very good experience. My wife and I were looking for A Land Rover LR2 and found it here. I made a call to the dealership and was put in touch with Jessica Tekavec. Jessica was very helpful and professional and made the whole process seem effortless. I leased a 2013 Mazda 3 Grand Touring and after a couple of weeks still had issues with the audio system: how to sync up my USB - the first song kept coming on every time I would start car. I returned to the Dealer and asked for Matt Radeff who -was not my salesman-but showed me the operations of the audio and navigation system. Matt was finishing with a customer, then helped me. HE WAS FANTASTIC. He explained all the tricks and tips of the audio system, why the first song kept playing, how to set up with shuffle, controls on steering column. etc. THEN he continued to review the rest of the car asking me if I had other operational concerns. Great customer service. Very patient. Matt saved the day and made me happy I am leasing from this Dealer.

We had a very good experience with our new car purchase, of a 2014 Mazda CX5 Grand Touring, All Wheel Drive. There was no sales pressure! We were already familiar with the Mazda name as we own a Mazda MX5. Our salesman, Don Blake was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions about the vehicles we looked at. When we did make the decision to purchase the Mazda CX5, although they did not have a new vehicle matching our description, the Manager was quick to locate one and have it transported to the dealership. They were very easy to negotiate with when it came to the price of the new car! The financial team was also great to work with and the paperwork was handled with ease. My wife's lease had a month left on her CX7. I was given the chore of finding her a replacement as she was unable to drive for a couple of weeks because of a medical procedure. .I say chore as having bought and or leased a number of cars throughout the years I have never found the process to be enjoying. We looked at the CX5 at the auto show and I knew my wife liked it so I stopped at Montose Mazda where I met Nick Lucas. Nick made the process from showing me the car, going for a test drive, and finally having my wife come in and pick out the color a good experience. Nick really did a great job. I would recommend anyone looking for a new car to stop at Montrose and see NIck Lucas. I also enjoyed Adam Partridge who explained all of the various options available in regards to the warranties.

I recently purchased a car from Montrose Volvo/Jaguar, and after a minimal amount of haggling, we settled on a fair price for my trade-in and for my new car. We signed the contract and I agreed to pick up my car a few days later, after the dealership changed the oil (at their cost) and prepped it for sale. When I came in to pick up the car, the salesman, Matt, told me that they had discovered that the navigation system on the car was not working and that it was not covered under warranty. I had not previously noticed this, and it would have been easy for Montrose to not disclose this and to send me on my way. Instead, they agreed to send it out to have it repaired at their own cost--about $3000. Not all dealers would have been honest, and it was a refreshing change from other dealerships out there. I happen to drive by Montrose on brook park road. I had been to over 5 dealerships. I was immediately greeted by Luis an excellent sales representative who answered all my questions. He found the perfect car to fit my needs. I have to say I have never been treated so well at a dealership like I did at Montrose. The manager Hal was very helpful in getting my application approved he was very friendly and made my dream of owning my own Toyota Yaris 2012 come true! I am so happy with my vehicle and wanted to tell everyone if you want to get exceptional customer service and find a dependable car at a reasonable price then go to Montrose Brookpark you wont regret it!

Matt Radeff did a great job of locating a CX9 front wheel drive Grand Touring for us.. No other dealer in this area was able to find one in the color we wanted. All dealers we eager to sell all wheel drive models which we didn't want. Matt had the car trucked from Kentucky to keep the miles down. Price was acceptable and the trade for our car was fair. He introduced me to the service managers and set up a date for my first free oil change. . He came in on his day off so we could take delivery of the car. He explained the workings of CX9 when we picked the car up, and set up the phone Had a minor problem with the navigation and had it repaired while I waited. If your looking for a Mazda be sure to see Matt Radeff at Montrose Mazda. We will be buying a CX 5 before the end of the month from Matt.

I chose Matt after reading other customers' reviews of his performance. I purchased a 2014 CX-5 Grand Touring after test driving it at Montrose. This is the second vehicle my family has purchased from this dealership and I have to say we were very happy overall with our experience and I contribute this to Matt. He was professional, knowledgeable and helpful without pressuring us to buy a car. When we picked the car up, he went over all of the features with me and set up my phone to sync with the car. He even told me I could call him with any questions I might have after we left which I actually did. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others and would definitely buy another car off of him in the future. I felt he gave me a good deal and was extremely satisfied with my experience.

I purchased a Mazda 3 i Sport from the Montrose Westside Wholesale Outlet. My wife and I spent approximately twenty-four hours over a three day period visiting a total of ten dealerships. Most of the dealers were local, but a few were 25-50 miles+ away. As soon as we arrived on the lot two salesmen were immediately working in tandem to find a vehicle that matched our exacting specifications. These two guys did what most other dealers attempted to do in half the time. They found the car we purchased in less than ten minutes. Five minutes later we were on a test drive. Luis was by far the best salesmen to work with compared to all of the others and I did deal with a couple other decent guys from different lots. I don't know his name, but the other Montrose guy sporting the Ohio State hat was excellent as well. They also offered me an extremely competitive price on my 2006 vehicle. I find it difficult to express in words how friendly and efficient this transaction was, so I'll just state it was probably the most efficient and friendly transaction one could hope for. I hate purchasing cars and I dislike most used cars salesmen, but these guys were a cut above the rest and as far as I am concerned they deserve respect. Montrose should take of these two gentleman.

I have purchased a 2009 Kia Rio and The service I experience was rated A+ . Everyone from the sales person to the person handling the paperwork was very nice and polite. There was no forcing into a vehicle, and Luis the sale person that helped me was exceptional in customer service, and they treated me like a person. and that was really a good feeling. Rick also was very nice in taking the time to talk about all the paperwork I had to sign, without me signing without knowing. They took the time out to find the best payment arrangement for me, as well. I need to say that if you are looking for a vehicle from a reliable dealership Montrose on the west side is the number one place to be. They have the most trained sale people around, and customer service to them is not just at the time you purchase the vehicle, but after the sale and along the way. Just purchased a Mazda 3s Hatchback at Montrose Mazda and I couldn't be happier! Went to Montrose's website and built a new 2013 Mazda3 on Friday and quickly got an e mail and a phone call From Cindy Harley confirming my info and setting up an appointment for Saturday. When I got there I was greeted by a couple of people and asked if they cold help. I asked for Cindy and they referred me to Don Blake. We talked about the 2013 and some options then I asked if they have any 2012 left over. He checked and found a 2011 that was PERFECT!! All the options I wanted and then some for a great price. Don was very professional and a fantastic guy. He never pressured me into anything and asked all the right questions without being pushy. It took quite some time to process the paperwork and Don kept checking on me to make sure I didn't need anything. GREAT STAFF overall. Everyone I dealt with was very nice.

I recently went to the 2013 Cleveland Auto show, and found a few SUV's that I was interested in purchasing. One of these was the Mazda CX-5. I went to Montrose, and from the time I walked in and told them how I was considering a Mazda and some others, they did not push me into buying a car from them. They were very courteous and answered all of my questions without trying to brag about their brand over any other car brand. They let me test drive the car to get a better idea of its capabilities, and I could not have been treated any better by any car dealership. I am very happy with this dealership, and look forward to possibly buying from them in the future.

I had planned on leasing a different make/model of car but wanted to go to Mazda just to hear a "Sorry, can't do that" and be done with it. To my surprise, Don Blake made it happen! And I really wanted the Mazda3 much more than the other car I was looking at. Don was very friendly and not pushy in any way. Montrose Mazda in Cleveland was the best to deal with across Ohio! I had been working with Ricart Mazda in Columbus but received a lowball trade-in quote. Steve not only offered us the best price on a 2012 Mazda CX-9, but also beat Ricart on the trade-in by $1500. It was all done online. We drove up from Columbus last Sunday, took the keys and were out the door with everything completed in one hour. What a tremendous experience! Request quotes from all Mazda dealers, but be prepared to make a drive to Cleveland - it will be well worth it !

Dealing with Matt Smith and Carlos Dague was a great experience. The used XC70 we purchased needed a couple small things addressed; they sent it to service and Roger West had it taken care of - no muss, no fuss. We ordered some accessories from Dan & Frank in the parts department -- Dan said I would probably see them on a certain day --- came home from work on that day and there they were. These folks are great to deal with, I'd recommend you visit them when you are looking for a vehicle.

Recently my car finally took a turn for the worst. Never did I want to go through another dealership after what liberty Ford did to me. I was forced into getting a new car though so I had to bite the bullet. I received a card for Justin Willis by a friend and was told he was a great person to get in touch with. After being a loyal customer (bought a Land Rover from Land Rover Solon, then a Volvo from the BrookPark Rd location), I got the total runaround and most frustrating experience. I wish I walked away. I love the car I got, but only because I did the research. I understand the used vehicles may not be your regular game, but holy smokes...at least research the vehicle you are supposedly selling. Oh yeah...and make sure all the pieces that are supposed to be in the car...actually come with it. Im not talking "stock" photos. Im talking actual photos of a used vehicle showing things in the picture clearly taken at the westside montrose campus...not being there on delivery date. Ok, fine, it as promised to me....going on TWO months now. Told they had it, then told they might have to order it, then told they did order...yet when I asked to have it delivered to a certain location.. i was told no because it was already "in process". When asking how long I was told " IT MAY NEED TO COME FROM OVERSEAS. Wait...didnt you JUST tell me it was "in process"!!!??? A week later...I get a call asking ME to confirm the interior color of my vehicle!!?? Omg, should t you know this? The finance girl did all the paper work, the sales person just took me on a test drive. I wish we had carmax nearby. Oh well, time to email the GM to see if they ever plan to make good on their written promise of goods. In short- the used vehicle is fine, my volvo has been serviced in the volvo service dept, but I dont think I will get another car from them....and make friends with the local bmw dealer to service my used vehicle- since Montrose Westside didnt seem to know much about them. Sorry guys. Maybe you will trust the customer next time.

I could not be happier with my recent purchase of a used Volvo XC90 from Montrose! From beginning to end it was the simplest car purchase I've ever made. The dealership is located a couple hours away from me so Steve Fialkowski, the salesperson, had all of the paperwork overnighted to me to save some time. Steve answered all of my questions promptly (and I had plenty of them!) and gave me a very fair price for my trade. Not once did I have to hear the standard "let me check with my boss" that's so common at other dealerships. I would definitely recommend Montrose!

Even after showing us the 2 he never pressured us,and he gave us quotes for the mazda 3. well we purchased the Mazda 3. Matt stayed past his qutting time to make sure we got into that Mazda3. I have a 2006 Volvo S60 that my usual shop couldn't fit in so I called Montrose Volvo to get an estimate for an oil change, tire rotation, and potential brake job. I spoke with Matt in service and he was very professional in giving me a competitive estimate. When I arrived later that week they processed me through very quickly and I relaxed in the nice customer lounge with a Starbucks and chatted with a couple of other people waiting for their Volvos. Both of them said they'd been coming to Montrose Volvo for years to buy and service their Volvos, and were very pleased with the sales and service. My Volvo was done early and Matt gave me a discount on a couple of other things that needed done for switching to Montrose from my current shop. I am now a loyal Montrose Volvo service customer and maybe I'll buy a new one this spring! -Thomas

When I went in to Montrose Mazda in Cleveland I wasn't too sure that I would find what I was looking for. I am very picky about the type of car I drive, but I always like to look at all my options before I make any major decisions. I was greeted by a salesman named Steve who took the time to listen to what I was looking for, and was very attentive to what I was in the market for. I got the tour of the lot and was on my way not quite finding what I was looking for. However, the next day I got a call and the perfect barely used car had just come onto the lot! I drove up that day and I was sold that instant. The financial department was very informative and patent with me as I wanted to know all the fine print details and what it all meant. I am very satisfied with this dealership and plan on coming back down the to Montrose Mazda when the time comes for my next car.

Bought a MazdaSpeed 3 from Anne at Montrose Mazda. Very good experience from start to finish. Anne was very knowledgeable and helpful. I asked to test drive three different models of the Mazda 3 and on my arrival she greeted me and had the cars staged and ready for the test drives. No wasted time, a very efficent process. I recieved a "fair" price for my trade and did not feel insulted by the dealers first offer. Montrose offers a 48 hour exchange policy which I used and am not quite as pleased with. The price difference between the cars did not quite add up and had to do some additional haggling. Then the finance guy tells me the interest rate is not applicable any more and is now almost a point higher. Not really buying his explanation but am planning to refi asap so no real big deal. Overall all great experience, I will recommend Anne and Montrose Mazda without hesitation.

I walked into this dealership and walked out with a brand new car. Don Blake (salemen) was great I was just looking for a second used car for my family, my credit is not all that great when I went to other dealership they didnt take the time to even try, but Don Blake not only got me into a car but a brand new car that I can afford. My experience with Montrose Mazda of Cleveland wishes to be more pleasant. The salesman was very professional and helpful, but we got in some trouble with the finance person. First of all she wouldn't call as she promised, then she wouldn't disclose any financial information until very last minute. And at the end she sold us an additional coverage not telling the true price of it. So my advise to those who has to deal with Montrose Mazda of Cleveland: do not buy there if you can or at least avoid financing through them.

After getting the runaround from the other Volvo dealer in town who refused to explain why the MSRP of a new S80 was almost $2k more than the website said it should be, I went to this dealership on Brookpark Road and they just answered my questions and sold me a car. It was a smooth process and I was never insulted with lame salesman 101 power tactics. Carlos Dague and Matt Smith just dealt straight with me and didn't waste my time. If you're buying a classy car you should be dealt with respectfully and they did just that. I would go back to buy from them again.

I recently purchased a certified used Mazda 5 at this dealership. It had some sort of noise at the rear wheels and the alignment needed an adjustment. We agreed that they will fix the car before we pick it up. We went back a couple of days later and nothing was done to the car even though they claimed it was fixed. I had to drive with the dealer and with the service department manager to show them that there was indeed a problem. I came back 2 days later and they finally fixed the rear noise. But driving the car home I realized the alignment was still off and I had to go back for the third time and wait an hour and a half there. And to top all of this, the title arrived only 1 day prior to the expiration of our temporary tag. My wife had to rush to the DMV to get the license plate on the next day. This dealership has no quality service. They couldn't sell this car for a month and they did nothing to make it attractive to buyers. Lucky for them we were looking for a 5 speed manual car. I will never go back for service or for another car purchase. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!

After taking my Volvo to (2) other local dealers Montrose Volvo finally fixed the problem. Roger West my service advisor and Sam (not sure of his last name) the technician that worked on my vehicle were wonderful to deal with. I actually got to speak to the technician working on my vehicle. This guy is sharp! I'm so happy to finally have my Volvo fixed. I live almost 30 miles away but I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Montrose Volvo!!!!

Right car...wrong sales person. The guy was over market on the car and wouldn't move. I bought the same car 15000 less miles for almost $1500 less a few days later.

I scheduled a service appoint for first thing in the morning when they opened so I could drop off my car get in the loaner and be on my way as quickly as possible. I was the only one dropping my car off for Landrover and it took them over 30 minutes to have me on my way primarily because they had to wash and vacuum the loaner car. Knowing it was needed first thing in the morning why wash't this done the night before so it was ready when I arrived. When I returned to pick up my car my only thoughts as I drove away is that I wish they spent as much time cleaning my car as they did the loaner. This was my third service visit and they frankly just don't get it. Maybe they just don't have anyone to teach them what customer service means.

I have been looking at new and used vehicles for sometime, and everytime I found something that i liked it was the end of the month and i procrastinated so much that i would miss the incentives for that month. This used to anger me and i would blame the dealership - but i have come to understand that the manufacturer NOT the dealer controls the rebates and incentives- so it is not there fault at all. Infact my salesperson was nice enough to notify me ahead of time so that i was able to get the right vehicle, before the rebates changed and save money!!! yea...thank you Montrose Mazda in Cleveland....

Went in on a Sunday. Did the credit stuff. Met with Rick. Explained he was too busy to help me, go look around.. I did, and expressed interests in 2 vehicles. Was told to go home and someone would call me during the week. That was 2 weeks ago.. Guess they really don't need my business.
