Craig and Brandon were excellent to work with. They made the purchase of our 2021 F150 Lariat very easy. They gave us a fair value on our trade and a good price on our new truck. Both gentlemen were willing to spend uninterrupted time reviewing the features of the vehicle. They both also followed up with me after the purchase. That was impressive.

My wife and I moved here from MA in 2005. We have been long time customers of this dealership starting with the maintenance of our 2003 Explorer. In 2010, we purchased our Taurus from them. They have handled the majority of all of our maintenance needs on that vehicle too. Their sales and service department throughout the years have always treated us right. That is why when we were looking for a new truck, we reached out to them. We placed an order for a new F350 and Craig, one of their salespeople, has been very helpful up to this point in the process. He has gotten multiple messages from us requesting changes to our original order, adding and removing features, and he has been very accommodating. He has also kept in touch with us since the build and delivery process is not the standard 8 to 10 weeks because of the chip shortage. Looking forward to the remainder of the process sometime later this year, if the chips cooperate!!! 🙂

DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY WILL SQUEEZE EVERY PENNY THEY CAN OUT OF YOU! Don't let this shady dealership fool you. A person ordered a vehicle from them at an understood price of MSRP. 6 days before the vehicle arrived, the dealership raised the price $10 grand! Bait and switch tactics! The worst part is, the dealership will probably use a copy and pasted comment on this review, saying the customer was happy by the end... But the dealership ended up charging them $5k over!! What?!?! They took advantage of a woman's emotions and excitement to make an extra $5k. Absolutely disgusting. Shame on you Moon TWP Ford, you deserve all the bad press.

Absolutely horrible service. Went in looking to test drive a new car, and was told to wait for a sales person to come available. While we waited, at least two other customers who arrived well after us without an appointment were helped and at least one was sent with an employee to test drive a vehicle. After an hour of waiting, we left. Terrible way to treat customers.

The service went well. They offered a rental for me since I need my vehicle. I expected a typical detail after servicing my vehicle, this did not happen this time. Maybe the cloudy weather discouraged this. Overall my car was diagnosed and awaiting parts. We will see if this fixes this issue. When I purchased the car I had a great salesman. Chris was awesome. I would have expected better when it comes to the detail in the car when picked up. Most things were taken care of. As for the pockets and behind the seats, who wants candy and trash, cause it was left. No fault of Chris, just the detailer.

Positive buying experience last year with Z in sales, personalized and thorough service from Vince in the body shop and efficient and pleasant experience in service with our last inspection. There was one discrepancy on bill with first oil change included but it was quickly resolved. The whole Moon township Ford organization is stellar --just wish it was closer to town!

Factory call back for airbag on driver side was done on my 2006 Mustang.. Was told you didn't have the passenger one in yet. I think it would be good customer service if every car was washed on any service call, which as always been the case with our jeep.Glad to see you are updating the entire building. I have a 2014 Taurus SHO had an emergency where the car would not start for two days in a row. The first day the AAA guy said it was the dome light on that caused the drain on the batter. the second day I had it jumped again and went straight to ford. Carolyn Carroll took care of me personally, put a new battery in and also did The Works that I had scheduled for the week after. I felt like I was well taken care of and appreciate the personal service.

I had the automatic clutch replaced in my 2012 Ford Fiesta since it shuttered when accelerating when stopped. I did not think Ford would be able to fix this problem based on the many reviews I have read, but so far the problem has been fixed. I was also given a rental car which made things much easier for me. The only complaint I have is that the mechanic got a bunch of dirt in my car when getting in and out.

The service appt. took 11/2 hours which I thought was excessive. I wasn't told about the disabling of the seat belt warning signal. The service chart wasn't reviewed with me, so I wasn't sure if the vehicle's oil was changed or not.

Not much to tell. 1 1/2 hours after my apt was scheduled, the work was complete. The tech forgot to reset my oil life indicator ( I was scheduled for an oil change) and the seat belt unfastened warning must have been disabled because it no longer works. No one mentioned this to me. Other than these minor issues, everything is fine.

This dealership refuses to do trades. They also refuse to return phone calls. This dealership was contacted by my dealership multiple times. Phone calls were made and emails were sent, with no response! I understand if you do not want to trade, however a return phone call would be decent. I work in customer service, and this is utterly UNACCEPTABLE! This shows the true colors of this dealership, clearly the customer and anyone needing their help is unimportant. I would never buy a car from them. This is not how Ford Motor Company should be represented.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation, and the service tech noticed that my tires had worn prematurely. The service manager took care of the tire warranty and the writer had a rental car delivered in minutes. There were also a few recalls that needed performed. The parts department had everything in stock to perform the work, which never seems to be the case at other dealerships. My car was back to me in 1 day and as good as new. I'll never take my car to any other dealership.

This is the second time Carolyn Carol has worked on my truck. While this time was fairly simple (oil change and insp.), everything was smooth, easy and as she said it would go. The last time she worked on my truck there was a more significant brake issue (another dealer had messed something up), Carolyn was very thorough and communicated the issue with me the each step of the way, took care of business and had everything squared away as bet she could and made a bad situation for me much better. I lucked into getting her on that first service appointment and now I will request her for each future appointment and I wanted to be sure to give her the kudos for the work she has performed.

Initially I was pleased with the service I received at Moon Twp Ford. The day after my service I noticed that the numbers for the transmission gears were not present on the dash cluster. I called the service dept at 0930 and spoke to Shannon. She told me she would call me back shortly with an answer as to how to get them back, as the owner's manual was not helpful. I waited for a return call all day, and had to call back at 1550, luckily the gentleman who answered the phone heard what my issue was and was able to direct me to fixing the issue. I understand that sometimes businesses get busy, and this is not the reason why I will not recommend Moon Twp Ford service. While on the phone with Shannon, I mentioned that I was having a problem with a door speaker, and she asked me where I lived, when I replied she then mentioned that I did not have to come to Moon for issues like that, I should go to a closer Ford dealer. This rubbed me the wrong way, so I will not be returning to Moon Twp Ford for further service related issues for my F150.

The service department was helpful. My issue is wth the Ford Extended Warranty that claims to cover everything but normal wear and tear items but a module that controlled the heated steering wheel was not covered.

Service was excellent. I had taken my Ford Taurus to two other places and they couldn't find where my coolant leak was coming from and one even told me that I didn't have a problem even though every time I parked there was clearly a pool of coolant that had leaked from my engine. Moon Township Ford quickly found the problem, called me before they did any work as requested, and fixed the problem which turned out to be a crack in my overflow tank. I'm happy and relieved to have my car back and running in good shape again. I only wish I had taken it to them first. Lesson learned!

As part of the service visit I had to replace all four center wheel covers as the tabs were broken when the technician removed them. After further thought I believe that the covers were broken by a technician when my previous tires were installed. I believe that the technician then glued the covers back in place which explains why there is excess glue spread over the wheels. Our salesman was knowledgeable and was firm and fair on the price of the truck we purchased. Only issue I had was he told us there was more warranty left than what there was on the truck we bought. He was off by 8 months. We did not find out until our loan was processed and we were signing the loan paperwork. The lady filling out our loan paperwork said she noticed the discrepancy and told our salesman. He did not come out and tell us. Also there were only three mats in the truck. As a loyal Ford customer for over 15 years I have developed a good relationship with the service and sales staff. They always listen to my concerns and comments and do their best to address. When there are problems with a repair or recent service they go out of their way to rectify the situation. They let me ask for specific mechanics to do repairs on my vehicles if I desire to do so. Many shops will not do that. My recent repairs on my old Expedition were performed on time and on budget and the service was performed to my satisfaction. From a service advisor perspective Caroline (not sure of spelling) is one of the best the dealership has had in recent years. Great attitude, always professional, and is always eager to assist.

My experience was smooth and easy from the beginning. I went online to look at a new vehicle. I described my current situation and what I was looking for as far as payments and type of vehicle I needed. The dealership responded quickly and asked me to fill out the credit application. The staff was friendly and kind. They were prompt with their service and over all a very good experience. My inspection was expired on my SUV and they were able to provide me with a quick appointment. Very pleased that he took the time to squeeze us into their busy service schedule. THANK YOUThe only complaint I have is the car wash was horrible. My car had already been through the car wash a few days before service and when I picked it up it was the worst car wash I've ever seen. There were water spots plus you could tell they just used water and no soap because there were towels marks from the front to the back of the car.

The service department did a great job taking care of my used vehicle I purchased that needed a few items repaired. The salesman on the other hand I was not so happy with. The vehicle was missing a right side floor mat & key. He was also not very knowledgeable on the vehicle. I missed the mat as not being there until a few days later. After bringing that to the attention of the salesman his response was "there is nothing he can do". On a vehicle with 10K miles to me that was unacceptable. The vehicle also had some paint repair performed that the salesman said it didn't have. The vehicle also was not very clean inside even though they supposedly detailed it. If it wasn't for Rob Kusluch in the service department I probably would not purchase another vehicle there. The woman that handled the transaction was also very courteous. My only dissatisfaction was with the salesman.

On 8-6-2015, I was traveling through Pittsburgh on vacation and developed a leak in my cooling system. I goggled the nearest Ford dealership and was pointed to Moon Township Ford. Where I received excellent and prompt service at a fair price. The technicians bent over backwards to solve my issue and get me back on the road. While I was waiting a customer told me that she drives 75 miles to get her car serviced there. I would recommend their service center to anyone. I was treated by the staff as if I was their best customer. I salute the management at Moon Twp Ford for having such wonderful people on their service staff

My car had the shudder in the transmission and a few other things. Ford had to replace the clutches in the transmission and it made a world of difference. It shifts so smooth that you don't even notice it. Before it shook and shuddered and made noises, there was a metal vibration, now its gone.There still is a sound that reminds me of when a shock is blown out, I mentioned it but I guess they did not find anything. It took almost 3 years to get the tranny fixed.

Have bought 2 Ranger trucks from dealership. Had a breakdown last Sunday. Truck towed to service department parking lot. Keys left in service drop box. 3 days waiting and nothing done and no indication as to when they will look at it. Not the way to treat a faithful customer.

They lie about the repairs that are needed. They will charge you for parts and services they don't do. techs and service writes look throw your cars. The techs abuse cars spinning tires and just beating them on test drives. Lot attends back cars in to one and another. Service writers will not tell u what's found. If it's covered under warranty they would tell u its bad

After searching for 3 months online, we finally found the ideal vehicle for our family at Moon Township Ford and even though it was over 900 miles away, Internet Sales Manager Brandon and his GSM made it well worth the travel time and expenses for my husband to make the trip from Maine over Easter weekend. Within 48 hours of finding the Chevy Traverse online, my husband was signing the paperwork in PA and we could not have been more pleased with the entire transaction. I went into the service shop. My car was covered under warranty they never called me back to let me know when my car was going to be done. I had to call them to find out and the service writer was not helpful at all. I then finally pick up my car two days later never had a rental offered to me. I also went in the service writer just handed my service bill and said go to the cashier no explanation about my car service. Then I went to the cashier they handed me my key I said where is my car? She pointed down the the side of the building and said somewhere down there. Had to walk all the way down the building to find my car. What is that they were not busy at all not a car in the service area the only thing they had time to do was BBQ and stand around. I will not be back to them again. I will drive out of my way to go to another Ford dealership. I can't believe this is how they do service!!!

Worst service experience, PERIOD. Chris at service desk never did one thing he said he would. Chris never called me to update the service of my car, even after I called him several times. Every time I would call he'd say " I was just going to call you". Yeah right. Maybe once but not four or five times in a row you weren't! They had my vehicle for two weeks. When I picked it up it was filthy with grease and dirt on the inside. They said they'd "detail it" for me so I brought it back and their definition of "detail" is a lot different than mine ! When I came to pick it up there was still dirt from their repairs on the seats. The outside still had dirt on it. I mean to tell you Chris at the service desk did not do one thing he told me he was going to do. Why is this guy even in the service industry? Total waste of time. I will NEVER go back there.

I bought my first ever new car yesterday (Ford Fiesta). The entire sales process was easy, low pressure, and transparent. I specified the car I wanted before I got there. When I arrived, it was already parked out front. No one ever tried to pressure me with add-ons, and the final price I paid after filling out the paperwork was exactly what we had agreed on. I bought the car from Brandon who was laid back and exceptionally helpful throughout the whole sales process. Since this was my first time buying a car I expected it to be much more stressful but it honestly couldn't have been easier. I would recommend Brandon and Moon Township Ford to anyone.

This dealer is great. I live in New York City and was looking ALL OVER for a fair price on late-model VW Golf TDI. After months of searching on Cars.com, I stumbled onto the perfect car. There was only one problem (or so I thought): The car was in Pittsburgh! Actually, it was at Moon Township Ford. I called the phone number on the cars.comc listing, and spoke with Brandon. He helped me get a fair deal for the VW over the phone, and gave me a no-nonsense offer on my trade-in. He was even more than happy to drive the Golf TDI to the nearest VW Dealership, where the car was inspected, and found to be in tip-top shape. Soon, my girlfriend and I hopped in my crappy Honda, drove to 6 hours to Pittsburgh, and picked up the VW Golf (the Honda stayed in Pittsburg). The Golf TDI is great, and we didn't have to bother with refueling on our way back to New York, as the TDI has a 600 mile range! The whole deal was done over the phone, and via email. There were no surprises when I arrived, and we only spent about 90 mins at the dealership, which included a test drive, and all of the financing paper work! I've dealt with a log of slime-ball car dealers in New York City, and this was by far the easiest, most pleasant car deal I've ever made. Brandon (the salesman) really went out of his way to make sure that I was completely happy, and that all my requests were honored. No hidden fees, no surprises, and a dealer that sticks by his word. Amazing, simply amazing!
