I was moving out of state and had issues with my wiring that prohibited me from picking up a U-Haul trailer that morning. I rushed over to the dealership and explained my situation. The attendant, shop manager, and foreman all came to help me out and see what they could do to get me on the road ASAP. They were extremely busy and booked 2 weeks out but were able to squeeze me in and figure out it was a quick fix. My family and I were able to still get on the road that day and made it cross country. These guys are lifesavers. Thank you so much!

The staff at Moritz Kia are amazing! They are very helpful. I ended up leaving my car for several days. They gave me a nice loaner car, with a full tank of gas. My car is still under warranty so I had to pay nothing except for refilling the loaner car with gas when I returned it. In addition, I had just returned from a camping trip and my car had mud all over it.... They washed it for me. ;) Thank you for your OUTSTANDING customer service!!!

I own a fleet of Kia’s and have always considered Kia to be the best fit for my company. I recently had one of my cars towed into Kia Fort Worth that had a key issue. I notified them the car was being delivered to them and the problem and expected a follow-up call. After several days I hadn’t heard from anyone and called 3 times to be told they would have to call me back but no one ever called. After over a week I called and was told that the parts had been ordered. After not hearing from anyone in week 3 I called and asked for the service manager who explain someone in my office approved the repair and parts were on order. I told him that the repair didn’t need to authorized because it was under warranty. No one had called me or my office to authorize a repair. After 1 month I got a call to pick the car up. When I arrived and paid my portion of the repair, they couldn’t find my key for over 20 minutes until finally someone found it unmarked in a box. I asked several times to speak with the service manager but he never came out. The car had been sitting there so long that the battery was dead and it took another 20 minutes to get someone to jump it. On top of that the car was covered in bird poop. They were very non-responsive to getting my car for me. I’ve never been treated so badly and will choose not to use this dealership ever again.

Bought a car from Javier more than a month and a half ago. Was told they only had one key and they were ordering the second key. Still no key and was just told it came in but they didn't know who it was for and now it's no longer there. When it does come in they have to have the car to program it which the salesman didn't know. He knows I am never off work when service is open so now I have to waste my few hours in the evening to handle it but I am quite sure that since my time is not valuable nothing will be done to compensate me. Avoid this dealership or at least Javier.

My Experience with Moritz Kia on I-30 W Fwy, Fort Worth Texas.On 06/20/2016 my Kia Sorento was transferred to Moritz Kia in Fort Worth Texas by [REDACTED] for warrantied repairs. 06/22/2016 I reached the Service Manager Frank for an update 15:09 06/30/2016 at 13:56 Service Advisor Brandon 817-560-6056 called to inform me that all my parts were in and repairs would be complete 07/01/2016. On 07/01/2016 I called at 14:03 for an update and was asked to call back in an hour or so. I called back several times around 16:13 and left a voicemail for the General Manager. I was told by Ramsey their Used Sales Manager that he would look into the status and call me back. 16:27 once he located my vehicle and had been updated, I was called back from 817-560-6057. At the time the General Manager, Service Manager, and Sales Manager had all already gone for the extended holiday weekend. Ramsey informed me that the technician working on my vehicle had left early and would not return to complete the repairs until 07/05/2016. I explained my concern that the rental was only covered under the warranty until 07/02/2016 to which he replied that Moritz Kia would take care of the difference in rental days. I asked him to repeat himself and he reconfirmed that Moritz Kia would step up and take care of the rental for the extended period due to their technician not completing the job before leaving. 07/05/2016 I was called by Brandon at 08:36 to inform me that my vehicle was ready for pickup. That afternoon I arrived to recover the vehicle and I asked about the rental coverage and he stated that he would look into it. He was unable to give me complete answer about the situation but promised me that it would be taken care of once Enterprise sent them a copy of the bill. (Witnessed by the young blonde parts/cashier.) 07/05/2016 Enterprise sent a copy of the invoice to Moritz Kia, which they rejected claiming they never made any such commitments and are still denying the bill as of 07/08/2016.

Roscoe Korngut is a fantastic sales consultant and a miracle worker! He worked for days to help us find the perfect car for our family with a finance plan we were comfortable with and could afford.He did not pressure us to make a sale but went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We could have walked into any dealership and walked out with a car to drive but because of Roscoe we walked out with the exact car of our dreams feeling good about the deal we got. I bought 2014 honda pre owned car. On day 1 itself car didnot start due to dead battery.Seems dealership has not done any battery check before delivery. When i called sales dept they were of no help and just transfered me to service dept. Service dept told me either bring car here to get battery replaced or take to any other nearby honda delership and moritz will pay for charge. But they didnot provided any road side assistance. Having car stoped on day 1 and no help from dealership was so annoying. Will never recommend to others.

This dealership was wonderful, they got me in the same day I called. I came in half heartedly thinking I would not go home with a new car or if I did it would be me settling for a less than perfect, cheap, used car. They were extremely positive and happy, they definitely made me feel important. Despite my age, which probably to a lot of salesmen deems me as unworthy of their time or a new car. They took their time with me and walked me through all the paper work. A couple hours later, after working with some great, uplifting team members, I pulled out of the parking lot with my brand new Kia Soul. I am ecstatic to finally have a new car and my dog absolutely loves riding in it as well! Thank you guys!

I got a nice Kia Spectra and then later on had my timing belt changed and was informed of other things that NTB did to my car that will make me never go back. Both of these guys are amazing and I suggest them if you need to buy a car or fix it!

I was there for 7 hours and left with out a car! Talk about trying to were us down! Salesperson was great! From what he told us to what finance said, it was 2 different things and price was out of site, plus interest rate was off the chart! By the time I left my chest was hurting! I will never go back to this dealership! I will buy my Kias elsewhere! Worst experience ever! We took this day off to look at cars and had no chance to go somewhere else to look because we were exhausted from this experience!

I was lied to about the price of the vehicle. After several emails and confirmation of everything I drove an hour to get to this dealership and the salesman I had made an appt with wasn't even there. So I had to retell everything I wanted in a vehicle and trade in stuff all over again. After being promised a certain price for trade in, I was quoted thousands less and they didn't even care or want to talk to a manager to see what they could do on the trade in value. After writing this review I was contacted by the general manager and he sent me gift cards in the mail as a way to apologize. That to me shoes that management does care about their reputation. He also was willing to come up on my trade in but we had already bought another kia at another dealership

I was attempting to purchase an Optima Hybrid at your dealership yesterday when your staff decided to play games. When we finally agreed on a price, I asked the salesman if it included all of the warranties and certifications as it was a pre-owned model. He said yes, I then agreed and signed the paper. While in the line at finance the salesman comes up and says, I had to let you know that to get to the price, the manager had to drop the certification as it cost $500 to get to the price, "is that ok". I obviously replies NO and told them that is no way to sell a car by trying to deceive me and that I was done at this point. And walked out the door. Your Pre-owned manager met me as I was driving off in the parking lot and tried to explain. I said I know all I need to as this point, that this is how your dealership operates by playing games and deception. Just thought you needed to know how your dealership is operated.After it was all said and done, I met with The General Sales manager the next day who took care of the issue and made the deal right and a little better.

Went out this past weekend, 5/3/14 to test drive Hyundai, Kia Optima, Ford Fusion and Mazda 6. Made my decision quickly to purchase the Kia Optima after test driving them all as well as the overall dealership experience at Moritz Kia in Fort Worth. Everyone was very friendly at Moritz. Lonnie Lindsay, our salesperson(Certified Premium Specialist) was wonderful to work with. I never enjoy purchasing vehicles especially due to the strong sales pitch you always receive at dealerships. Lonnie Lindsay made purchasing stress free with his no pressure sales. He informed us of all the Optima's features and was able to answer all our questions and offer great insight. I love the Optima, has the look of a luxury car at an outstanding price; rides like one as well. I highly recommend purchasing your next car at Moritz Kia!

This is the second car that I've purchased from Moritz KIA in Ft Worth. The first car was a used car that I purchased in 2011 and Roscoe Korngut was the sales consultant that sold me that car. I attempted to purchase a new Kia in 2013 at another KIA dealer only because the car was a dealer car special but the experience was so horrific that I gave up on car buying. I got the new car bug again in 2014 and decided to go back to Moritz KIA in Ft Worth and Roscoe. I LOVE the 2014 Kia Forte I purchased, I love the attention and non-pushy sales approach that Roscoe provides and I got the car for the monthly payment I was expecting to pay when I walked in the door. The finance department was excellent as well. Not only would I recommend that you purchase your car from Roscoe Korngut but I did recommend that my daughter purchase her next car from Roscoe! I love KIAS this will be my third new KIA but my car buying experience with Roscoe is what will keep me going back to Moritz KIA in Ft Worth even though I live just a mile away from another KIA dealership.

John was a very friendly sales man. He made sure to try and get us everything that we wanted. He was very nice, and listened to everything we asked for or said. I would reccomend him to anybody looking for a new car! He kept us up to date with the cleaning, and window tintings. he called us to let us know when we could pick it up, and made sure they cleaned it right! He is a great sales man and if i had to re do this experiance we would use him again!

Colby R. was very helpful! He assisted me in test driving multiple cars and was enduring of my personal indecision. It was very promising to me that the salesman wanted me to choose a car that was comfortable to me, rather than pressing anything else. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership, so he exceeded my expectations as there is a reputation salesmen have of being pushy and trying to make the sell. That was not the case at all. Colby was inquisitive of what I was looking for in a car and very considerate in recommending cars for me to test drive. Overall he was helpful, patient, and informative!

I went to this dealership on Thanksgiving just to look around since I needed a car ASAP. I met Dejan there who wasn't working at the time... He took the time out of his day especially on thanksgiving and talked to me... Not knowing if I would ever go back to him for help with a vehicle. However I am glad I did. From thanksgiving until I drove off the lot he was always very helpful and willing to try anything to get me a vehicle I would be happy with. He went above and beyond for me and while I was not buying an expensive vehicle I felt like I was... He made me feel like I was his only focus and not just another sell. I am so happy for everything Dejan and Moritz Kia did for me. I will definitely spread the word to whoever is looking for a vehicle. This was a grade a experience for me. My Wife and I visited many dealerships in and around Fort Worth including Moritz before we made my decision to buy a Kia. At every dealership including Moritz our request was the same "2 cars (new or less than 10k miles), automatic, bluetooth, less than $30k". Our initial visit was great, Patrick was very nice and respectful. We drove a Rio, Forte, and Soul, Patrick assured us that our requests were not a problem, he told us that we could pick out 2 Rios, 2 Fortes, 2 Souls, or any combination we wanted and he could keep us under $30k. We went back to Moritz on 11/30 to make our purchase, we had lost Patricks card but we remembered his first name and requested to see him when we arrived. Patrick remembered us and our request so we headed to the lot to pick out our two new cars. With Patricks help we picked the two least expensive Fortes on his lot, he did not open the doors and we did not drive them, "lets go inside and get this done" Patrick said, and thats when all the warm and fuzzies left the room. We proceed inside to find the customer waiting area FULL of VERY rowdy salesmen watching football on the big screen. Patrick escorts us to his office sits down and hands us both paperwork saying "my handwriting is bad you will need to fill these out" after we complete the paperwork Patrick inputs all of our information and heads to the Sales Managers office. He returns within 10 minutes and tells us not to get upset but the way they work is to offer us a huge monthly payment with a huge down payment to start, he then is only willing to show me one 4 square at a time. When all is reveled both cars are well over $18K each he is wanting $6k down with combined payments well above 1k a month on two low end Kias!! I asked him what interest rate he has me at and he states that he does not know, he then tries to convince me that my negative equity in my trade is the reason for the high payments. Ok so I am upside down on my trade I am aware of that, I also expected the low trade value to off set the profit a bit, maybe that is why I was specific on the car cost being $30k. I then told him that I am preapproved with Capital one and he needs to get the sales price of the cars where we had agreed on the lot, he heads to the bosses office. When he returns he presents the 2 foursquares once again, the only change is that he moved $2k of my negative equity from one deal to the other, "nothing has changed" I tell him and he starts griping about my negative equity once again and returns to the bosses office. My wife and I step outside for a breather and Patrick comes out and says I need to work with them, he is very agitated at this point and is on the verge of yelling at us. I respond you need to work with me, don't come back to me with an equity flip and act like you have done something. We return inside looking for something to drink since we were not offered anything and Patrick finds us and now wants to know what he needs to do to make the deal happen, I remind him of our mantra "2 cars (new or less than 10k miles), automatic, bluetooth, less than $30k" he says maybe we are on the wrong cars and I remind him that he picked them out. My wife and I return to Patricks office and we are joined by the sales manager and Patrick, the sales manager then starts explaining negative equity to me, I stop him and recite my mantra once again "2 cars (new or less than 10k miles), automatic, bluetooth, less than $30k" he said you are on the wrong cars, and I had to respond "Patrick picked them out". I asked for the keys to my trade and they both made haste for the Sales Office, I follow, retrieve my key and walk out the door. Before I can start my car Patrick is quick on my heals saying they will now do $15995 on the cars, and I respond that's still not we agreed upon and you are still undervaluing my trade and drive off. BUYER BEWARE!!

Just traded in my 2011 Optima for a 2014. Roscoe got me a fantastic deal and had to work extra hard to get it! The dealership kept their word on everything I was promised. My car was ready on time and the overall experience was very fast and painless. The finance department was very knowledgable and helpful, without being pushy. Roscoe met my needs as a car buyer and did not try to convince me to get something that I did not want. He was patient as I test drove several cars and he gave me the deal I wanted. He went above and beyond by bringing me a drink while I waited and showing me how to pair my phone to my car. After I made the purchase he did multiple follow up calls to make sure I was satisfied.

After having several bad experiences with other service providers the people at Moritz Kia in Fort Worth were a breath of fresh air. I was quoted a reasonable price and given a date when they thought they could have my car ready. My car was ready on time and the final price was what had been quoted. Kyle, in the service department was especially helpful in explaining what the issues with my vehicle were. I will only be using Moritz Kia for my service needs on my Sorento for the remainder of the time that I own this vehicle. Also, when I am ready to buy a car next year I will be looking at Moritz Kia in Fort Worth first. They have earned my loyalty.

Awesome. There isn't any other word that can describe the way these people treated me. They drove the car in from Hurst Texas, filled it up with gas, and even offered to drive 400 miles to come get the trade-in. The people here deserve the upmost respect because they give you, the customer, the upmost respect. If I ever need another vehicle, I will drive the distance to go. I live about 30 miles from the Kansas border in Oklahoma. The experience that I had has me recommending Jesse as a dealer and Moritz Kia as a dealership to anybody. I'm sure that it isn't just the Kia dealership, but the Moritz group as a whole. They took the time to help me, answer all the questions I had, and even stayed an hour after closing to make sure I was satisfied. My only complaint: I don't live closer to them to tell this to them in person. I did not have to wait to ask a question while checking out the car because Jesse answered them in is explanations. I recommend this company and salesman to anybody that wants a pleasurable car buying experience.

I think Scott went above and beyond for dealing with someone he had never met and working basically through the phone and internet. He made our experience very pleasant. We got exactly what we wanted and he was even nice enough to come get us at the airport! Mark in the business office as nice and very efficient so that we could be on our way home quickly. The typical low life scamming business operations often attributed to used car dealers. Made a suggested offer in a mailing on the purchase of my specific year/model of SUV to get me in showroom for upselling, then lowballed me $5000 below the quoted offer. Truck is in perfect condition, and EVERY option available. They never drove the truck, opened hood, just scammed me to come into dealership. BAD unethical business practices.

Over the past week or so I have been in to numerous dealerships looking for a new car to purchase. I went into Moritz Kia of Hurst and was completely underwhelmed by any sort of attempt to earn my business. There was no hustle at all by the salesman and he acted almost like I was a bother to him and that my mere presence was keeping him from something important. I was interested in a Kia Rio, so I went to the Moritz Kia dealership in Fort Worth. Who would have believed that the service that I recieved in Hurst was better than what I received in Fort Worth. I pulled into the dealership and began looking at the meager new car selection, luckily some/most of the cars were unlocked so I was able to see what the interior looked like and the trim level. All of this was done without the assistance of any representation from the dealership. After about 15 minutes of looking at cars a salesman left his perch on the tailgate of a truck over by the service department and put out his cigarette and ambled over to me and asked if I needed any help! I saw these people as I pulled into the dealership and assumed they were customers waiting for their car from the service department. I informed him that I was there to purchase a new car that night, and I was, but since no one at this dealership had any inclination to try to win my business by showing me the respect that any customer deserves I would take my business elsewhere. I was still mad and disappointed by the service that I wrote an email that I hoped would be passed along to someone to at least possibly address this issue and perhaps help a different customer. I received an email from the general manager today and it was a freaking form letter!!! It contained the typical "Sorry to hear about your concern, I will address them, won't happen again etc.", but how bad is it if the GM of an Auto dealership has a freaking form letter to address upset customers. This was typical of my entire experience at both Moritz dealerships and my reason that I will never do business with any of the Moritz dealerships it is too ingrained in the dealerships culture to do only the bare minimum to make the sale. There is absolutely no striving for excellence or customer satisfaction, only do just enough to make the sale and that is good enough. I truely feel sorry for anyone who needs to return to this dealer for some service related issue, since I can not imagine how they treat people who have already purchased a car from them if they can't even bother to talk to someone who may want to purchase a car from them. My advice stay far away from anything having the "Moritz" name especially Mirotz Kia Fort Worth and Moritz Kia Hurst.

I was in the market for a new 2012 Kia Sorento and was in the process of completing a deal with another dealership however I decided to give Moritz a try. I contacted Mike Kennedy in the new car sales department. After explains my circumstance and the exact vehicle I wanted as well as the offer the other dealership was offering Mike told me that he thought he could beat the deal. After three more phone conversations he came up with a price that was 1k less then the other dealership and included remote engine start for fee. I explained that if I was going to cancel the current deal I needed reassurances and a contract ready when I arrived. Mike promised me that he would have one ready and that the deal had been approved by his manager. When I arrived at the dealership he began asking for information on my trade-in, information we had already gone over. He then proceeded to tell me that they would be loosing 600.00 on the current deal but that they would be making it up in bonus for vehicle volume sales. After more discussion he came back and said that in fact he could not beat the deal and at the very best he could match the deal. Mike basically said what he needed to say to get me into the store in hopes that I would cancel my current deal. He made several assurances that he later recanted. To make matters worse when I later sent him an email to express my dissatisfaction he responded in a condescending manner. Bottom line this is not the first run in with Moritz, the first time they made my mother-in-law cry and the second time the pulled a classic bait and switch on me. Poor, poor service/sales!

My husband and I were in the market for a 2012 Kia Soul, after not finding the model we wanted locally we drove over 300 miles to Dallas to Central Kia. After a terrible experience there we found Moritz Kia online and decided to give them a shot since we had already driven so far. When we got to the dealership we met Mario who was very pleasant. We told him about our experience with Central and he assured us that would not be the outcome at Moritz. They did not have the model that we were interested in even though the website showed several, apparently they were pre sold. But he said we could work out a deal on a higher model. We found three options and picked the one that worked best for us. Mario assured us that we would work something out since we had driven so far. We told him the price that 2 other dealerships had offered for our trade and what we were willing to spend monthly. Mario tried to pressure us into spending more than we wanted monthly, but we knew what we wanted to spend. After several back and forth negotiations we were under the impression that we had come to an arrangement, which was still more than we really wanted to spend, but we agreed and he sent us to the financing department. We met with Dean and thought we were sitting down to sign papers and leave with our car, wrong. We sat in the financing department for over 2 hours only to find out that the deal we agreed on had not even been finalized. By this time we had already been at the dealership for 4 hours. After waiting for another hour Dean presented us with yet another offer that we had previously told Mario we would not accept. We picked up our things to walk out and tried to get our keys back from Mario only to be told that if we would come back on Monday he was sure he could make the deal work. We expressed our frustrations which were ignored. Why he thought we would drive 10 hours round trip AGAIN after we sat in the sales department for over 2 hours and the financing department for over 3 hours only to leave without a car and beyond angry I have no idea. I feel that we were lied to, and were being pressured to take a deal that was unacceptable. Needless to say but we will not be visiting Moritz Kia in the future and will warn our friends/family in the area to do the same. The only saving grace of this dealership for us was meeting Dean Priest and hearing his amazing story.

I found a vehicle that I was interested in on the dealership website. I called to confirm that the car was still available and inquire about some specifics about the car. The salesman assured me that the car was still available. I explained that I would be driving a long distance to see that vehicle. When I got there, I was told that the vehicle had sold the previous weekend, but, they had some different vehicles that they would like to show me. Needlesstosay, I walked out and will NEVER go to a Moritz dealership for any reason. This was a huge waste of my time and my gas. I would rather have my teeth drilled with no anesthesia than deal with car salesman.
