My experience With Is Morris Cadillac like a breath of fresh air.. I am a retired Union member. I get a Union pension. I love American Made vehicles. I don't care for foreign vehicles. And I don't think much of people that support our enemies.. My experience they've been good to their word and I am very thankful for that. I am a happy customer and I'm sticking to it. Thank you.

Service as always was great however I mentioned that the left rear tire was loosing air pressure about every 2 to 3 days. All 3 tires have lost pressure and I have had to have them resealed. Mentioned to service about this and wanted the tech to look at it. Tech stated “I cannot find any leak” so they left the leaking tire alone.

Worst customer service in the service department. This was the first and last time that I ever will go to the North Olmsted location. I will drive out of my way to go somewhere else. When I dropped my car off for service there were 3 people at the counter who looked at me, did not say anything and kept on working. They did not even say hello. I went to a glass window where a guy was sitting behind the window and told him I was there to drop my car off for service. The glass window guy said that he was the parts department and the people (who never said anything to me) was the service department. I replied to the parts guy "Oh I didn't know that was the service department because they didn't even talk to me." After I said that one of the workers said "someone will be right with you." I had to wait for a service person for about 5 minutes before being helped. Dan the service guy who came in from the outside told me that they might need to keep my car overnight to complete repairs without even looking at the car. I told him if that was the case, I would need to make arrangements for the car to stay overnight, but I will wait to hear what the problem was first and may have to reschedule repairs instead of keeping the car overnight. The purpose of my visit was for an assessment to see why there was a clunking sound in the wheel when turning and a stress mark on the middle console from sun damage from the sunroof being open while the car was parked. Dan said he would call me to let me know what the problem may be with the clunking. Dan called 1 time to tell me the stress mark on the console would be $120 to repair for a 1 inch line, I told him I would pass and wait to hear what the problem was about the clunking sound. I never got a call back to know what the clunking sound problem was, so I called at 5pm, was transferred to a voice mail box to leave a message. I called back and explained my car was there, I needed to know the assessment on my car and I needed to know what time they closed. I was put on hold for 15 minutes until Dan got on the line. He told me they looked at the car on a lift and could not see anything wrong or where the clunking sound was coming from. Dan said they were going to take the car for a test drive the following day. I asked him to help me understand that if the car was looked at on a lift- how did anyone not take it for a test drive? Dan said they ran out of time. I told them I was going there to pick up my car that day. I had not made arrangements for the car to be there overnight because I was not specifically told that it must stay. I had to race there before they closed at 6pm. I suspect they didn't even look at the car. Still baffled at how a car can be driven onto a lift but not test drove? Terrible service for a cadillac dealer- I will never go there again. I wasted a day off work!

Salesman MARK NUGENT was extremely rude! I was trying to make a deal on a used Chevy Equinox. Told me "QUIT YOUR WHINING ". That's not what you expect from a Cadillac dealer!

Wanted to test drive a Cadillac Ats that the dealer had in showroom. I showed up 45 mins before they closed one day just to look at it. After waiting a long time I finally had a salesmen meet with me. We talked briefly and I understood I couldn't test drive that day bc they were closing. The salesmen did whatever he could to rush me out and handed me a card. Didn't bother taking any of my info down . my guess is he did not want to stay 1 min past closing instead of possibly making a sale. I emailed him the next week about a test drive and didn't hear back for 3 days. As a result I emailed the general contact info and was contacted right away about a test drive. We scheduled it for the following Saturday with the same salesman. I had to change the time by a couple hours two days before but the contact talked with me over the phone and said that it was not an issue. When I showed up on the day of the test drive the car was still in the showroom. I had to wait 15 mins for the salesman to show up and when he did he was confused. He said he told the other contact that Saturday wouldn't work as he was to busy. He then continued to make it seem like it was my fault and the other contacts. Needless to say I just left and won't be going back there.

Just bought my second truck from Morris. Both of my experiences were very pleasant and never any pressue or pushy selling tactics to get me to buy. Both times I dealt with the same salesman. Mark Nugent is a real pleasure to deal with and looks out for his customers and treats them with great respect and excellent customer service. Mark makes the whole sales experience run smooth from beginning to end. I will definitely be going back to Mark in the future.

I leased a Regals GS from this store a while back and had to comment about what a great experience it was. They shipped my car to Arizona, and it even arrived early! I would definitely buy from them again.

I contacted this car dealership because I was interested in purchasing a certified, Chevy Equinox. I applied online and was approved but was told I needed a cosigner. The salesman that I spoke with was very helpful (at first) and tried to work with the bank and myself to get the truck that I wanted. I have an email from him stating that he spoke with the bank and that I didn't have to have a cosigner; I just needed a down payment. I proposed an amount to him, he said he would speak with the bank and call me back. Then he must have gotten another customer...because I was completely blown off. He never called me back. Then when I called him, he was just saying stuff that didn't even pertain to my application. He was just trying to get me off the phone. I have never experienced such poor customer service at a car dealership. If anything, they WANT the sale... right? I tried to call and speak with someone else.. I left a voicemail and was never called back. If you want to be treated like a priority, go somewhere else.

Bought a Cadillac ATS last week and it was a very easy transaction. Low pressure and the dealer made no effort to try to sell me options I didn't need or want.

These people do a great job to get you to buy the car but the service is sub standard. The sales associates don't get back to you when you call them or are rude when you call them for help. After having bought my 2nd car with them, a Cadillac, I have realized that this is not the dealership I should have gone to buy a premium car. Very Very disappointed. I am definitely not going to them for my next car.

I pulled into Morris because I had been looking to test drive a new Canyon pick up truck. They had one sitting in front of the building so I stood outside looking for approx 10 minutes. No one came out to see if I needed help. My friend and I then went inside. The young girl at the reception desk was to too busy texting to look up and ask if we needed help. A few salesmen were out having a smoke, a few others stood by the entrance and no one ever approached us. We looked at each vehicle in the showroom and finally headed for the door after approx 10 more minutes. A salesman opened the door for us but never asked us anything or said thanks for stopping; nothing. We're going elsewhere and we are buying a vehicle. Just not at Morris

I'm puzzled by the below negative reviews. Although I will say buying a car sight unseen out of state has me questioning your judgment anyway. I just leased a new Yukon Denali from Mark Nugent. He was very professional, new the product and there was absolutely no pressure applied. He gave me a good option in getting out of an over mileage bad leased ford. He hit the payment I was looking for and was quite easy to deal with. Other than the dealership needing some more space and maybe a facelift, I would recommend them to anyone. In fact I'll be back over the summer when the wife's due for a car. Thanks Mark

Avoid this dealership at all costs! I purchased a certified 2012 GMC Yukon XL Denali and regretfully I must say it has been a horrible experience. I worked with Burt Ashbrook and Joe Costanzo. I purchased the car unseen from out of state so I partly relied on their expertise and their visual of the vehicle. I told them both I understand the car is used and I am not expecting a perfect vehicle. However I did ask if they could let me know of any scratches, dents, interior defaults, or paintwork so that I would not have any surprises upon delivery of vehicle. They both mentioned the vehicle had a scratch on the right rear panel that they would have touched up. I received the car last Thursday, March 13th and I have no complaints about the rear panel since this relayed to me on the front end. To my surprise the molding in the drive side door jam has a 4 tear. There is no way both Joe and Burt did not see this as I asked them both to inspect the car!! The rear bumper has been touched up and it looks like paintwork done by a 5 year old. Fortunately my local GM dealer is going to have the molding replaced under warranty. Morris GMC clearly does not abide the GM certification requirements. DO NOT PURCHASE a vehicle from these guys unseen as they misrepresent the vehicle to make a quick sale. Joe Costanzo is a true used car salesman by every definition.

Both my mother and grandmother recently bought 2 brand new cars from morris in north olmsted. One was a cash sale an the other finances. When I contacted them to discuss trading in the 2013 Cadillac ATS that is only 6 months old for a 2014 ATS lease I was told they could get me the numbers same day. The next day I called again and spoke with Ken Wagner and he told me they were working on it. When I asked or a estimated time he replied " when he hands them to me." He then continued the conversation by telling me that the 2013 ATS was worth 12k less now. I explained to him that I that I thought his number was low but it was ok because I had a buyer. When I continued the conversation I asked about the lease numbers and his reply was what were we going to do about the negative equity. I am not sure what that has to do with anything unless the lease numbers are different for folks with multiple vehicles. I explained to Ken that his attitude was conducive to someone who makes a living selling cars and that we would take out business somewhere else. He then hung up on me. He then proceeded to call my mother and tell her that if I had a problem with him I should stop by the dealership in person. And that he doesn't do business with punk kids. Ken was surprised to find that I am in my thirties and a United States Marine. As well as owner of multiple companies. Ken changed his tune immediately when my mother, god bless her told him that she would relay the message to me and she was sure I would have no problem stopping up at the dealership. I am currently waiting for a call back from the owner and will update after a face to face conversation with Ken Wagner. Overall rating is horrible.

We walked into this showroom yesterday very interested in test driving a new Enclave. Unfortunately, no one was too interested in selling us one! First we were told that they only had what we wanted in blue and they wouldn't be able to get any other colors, than I offered to call around myself if we liked the car, and suddenly they could find one; than they didn't offer their own financing, until I offered to get my own, and then they could finance; then they couldn't give us a price until we agreed to buy a car, which we couldn't do without a price... All around an unpleasant encounter. We really liked the car and will be visiting a different dealer today.

Stay away from this dealership, they are not truthful and like to fudge the numbers in their favor. I went there to look at a "new" vehicle only to find out that it was not new at all and could not be titled as new even though they insisted that it could be. Once I told them what is considered a new car in the State of Ohio, they stopped talking with me and I haven't heard from them since. Once they find out that you are not going to pay what they want, the communication stops. I'm not sure how they even stay in business especially with Mr. Bansek as the manager, he is definitely not a people person and doesn't seem to care about anyone's opinion but his own. Mr. Firestone seemed like a nice salesman at the start, but again the communication just stopped when we were in the middle of negotiating a price and I never heard back from him even after repeated emails and phone calls. I'm not sure how they sell cars with such terrible customer service. There are plenty of of dealerships in the area that are more than happy to work with you and will give you a good deal, check them out and avoid Morris Cadillac.

Maybe I caught Steve Bansek on a bad week, but wow, talk about a guy I never want to have to deal with again! What I thought would be a very easy transaction turned into them nickel and diming me and them losing a customer that purchases a new car every two years. They don't make customers much easier than me, trade in my current car and pay cash for the difference on a new one, but somehow Steve and Jeff Firestone turned it into an unbearable experience that has me running to other dealerships. First of all, what you see on their website or other car sites it not what they have on their lot, check the miles folks, they tend to like to conveniently forget to mention that some of their "new" cars have a years worth of miles on them, and when that's pointed out they just ignore it. I don't mind some miles, but be upfront about it and don't try to sell it for the new car price. I've played the game with dealers for years, but these guys are the worst!

I wanted to test drive a 2013 GMC Acadia. I called the dealership to see if they had one available and drove up. I met a brand new salesman who was an extremely nice guy. He had to do a lot of checking but all expected when you are new to selling cars. We got back to the showroom and I was pretty sold on the car. Then started the high pressure antics. I had test driven by myself and I was told that I was "allowed to call my husband" by one of the other salesman. I couldn't get anything in writing and the 'deal' was only good there/then. I could not be guaranteed the same price tomorrow!! Crazy. After 2.5 hours I walked out. I feel bad for the new salesman. I could hear the others bantering him and pressuring him into what to do/say. I suggested that he look for employment at another dealership. I would never go back to Morris.

We Treat Everyone Like a Celebrity? Morris Cadillac you sincerely do not mean what you declare from my experience:Ordered a 2012 CTS Sports Wagon on March 30,2012 waited 5 long weeks to find out they are no longer building 2012's GM kept this privy from the dealer according to Morris. They asked if we wanted a 2013 over the phone, we said yes but we need the price and delivery, they did not comply after a week waiting for this information. They also had no knowledge of when production was to begin on this model. I decided to cancel. On 05-17-12 Went to Morris Cadillac in person to ask for my deposit. Met with Dale Freeman (sales manager) he said that they were unable to refund because Cadillac would not cancel the order and Morris Cadillac would be stuck with the car upon delivery. I asked for a loaner until the car arrives or my deposit back. They said they will get a loaner, three days later they said NO to a loaner car. Money back? No, can I talk to Adam Morris No, Do you refuse to give me my money back Yes. Not Friendly. Without recourse I filed with the Attorney General and BBB on 5-29-12 On June 14 Attorney General informed me Morris would return the deposit, I received the deposit back on June 18. Morris Cadillac called June 19 to say the car was in. This unforeseen arrival entitle Morris Cadillac to an F in bookkeeping. I don't need to say anything about work ethics just the fact I could not pry my deposit out of their hands without the help of legal recourse says it all. Hold the Celebrity treatment and please dignify consumer rights.

The Morris Service Department is professional & accommodating. I took my 2009 Malibu in for some warrenty work in March 2012. From the time I made the initial appointment through the time I picked up my car, it was a very pleasent experience. They provided transportation so I didn't have to sit there during completion of the repairs, & washed my car before returning it to me. This dealership knows the true meaning of "customer service". Great job guys! - D.L.

I bought two new cars from Morris Cadillac and had a great experience when they were located in Lorain County. But customer treatment changed when they moved to North Olmsted and I attempted to buy a third new car. They became very pushy and agressive. They quoted an SRX lease payment $200 more per month than what Central Cadillac quoted. Needless to say, I purchased my new SRX from Central Cadillac where they were very polite and appreciated my business.
