We were traveling home in our 2015 GMC Yukon after an almost 8,000 mile trip around the country and the 'Remaining Oil Life' indicator was at 0%. I made a call to my hometown GMC dealership for advice on whether I should attend to it immediately or wait until I reached home (approximately 400 miles). It was suggested that I have an oil change done before heading home. We had spent the night in South Point, Ohio, approximately 10 miles from Huntington, West Virginia, so I checked the internet for nearby GMC dealerships. Moses Automall was the nearest listed. I called, talked with the service department and was told they could take care of everything. We (my wife and two friends and I) were treated with extreme kindness and respect while the Yukon was serviced. Several people inquired as to our comfort and possible needs as we relaxed in the waiting area.Servicing did not take long and they had us back on our way toward home quickly. Everyone at Moses Automall made us feel welcome.

I'm so fortunate to have found your dealership. My sales consultant, Brad White, did an amazing job! I was looking for a very specific used Jeep (Islander Edition) and I found it here. I live 5.5 hours away and Brad did a spectacular job working with me in advance of my arrival. He helped me with my trade in, answered my endless questions quickly, provided follow up, and helped me set up the financing as well. He even took the time to research and show me a very helpful feature of the car that I wasn't aware of. Special thanks to the Finance and Management Team who had my paperwork already done and ready for me when I got there too. The Sales Customer Service was superior and the purchasing process was fast and organized. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

My CD play was not working in my CRX Cadillac and I stopped in at the dealership. Pete in service had the problem evaluated and a new component ordered and I returned the car for replacement of the unit after they called to say it was ready for replacement. I was given another vehicle to drive while the work was being completed. Therefore, my day was saved. What a relief during the busy Christmas Season.

Purchasing a new vehicle can be very challenging and annoying at times. This was my first purchase from Moses but it will not be my last. The sales crew was very helpful and knowledgeable. brought car in for service, was immediately waited on and told to wait in the lobby, get some coffee and or donuts, it would be around 45 minutes to change oil and rotate tires. Watched TV and enjoyed a donut, in around 40 minutes, Pete came to let me know the car was serviced and ready, no items for concern on their checklist. He wished me and my family a great Holidays ahead and I returned the comment. Very professional.

While the service gentleman was pulling my car inside so I wouldn't have to load the baby in the rain, two other employees offered to do the same thing. All emoloyees greeted me with a smile. I made a suggestion to the service gentleman such as you may want to consider having the service man give your customer while waiting in your waiting area a hand held message notice that would light up when their vehicle service is complete (like they use in restaurants) that way your service will not have to walk all over the facility looking for the customer.

Pete Clay was the contact for my car repair. He was personable yet very professional clearly a great asset to Moses. After walking to our Enclave it didn't take him long to find a mechanic to ride with me to determine the problem. I suspected it was the air conditioner compressor and the mechanic turned the air on and off and the noise stopped. Pete ordered the part, now my wife is very happy, no whining noise from under the hood. Thanks Pete. I will be sure to contact him to repair any other fixes our SUV needs.

Brought my SRX in for service on back hatch not raising or lowering all the time. Both Pete and mechanic saw problem I was having. However, it started working for about 2 hrs. Following day hatch went up fine but had problem with it closing. I guess problem was not solved.

The day of my appt I called to see if there was a loaner car available but there was not. An hour later I received a calling letting me know if I moved my appt to Monday I could have a loaner car. But I was not available to do that. He then let me know of their wonderful shuttle service. When I arrived check in was smooth and easy. He called the shuttle driver and he picked me up quickly. What am amazing service with the kindest, most friendly man. When my car was ready I was briefed on everything that was done. They pulled my car up and had the AC on high so the car was cool. Talk about a great experience that will not be forgotten. Thank you!!!

I dropped my 2011 LaCrosse off for the day for the 90,000 mile service. I was loaned a very nice 2015 LaCrosse for the day, was contacted when my car was ready, and someone even stayed a little late to allow me to pick my car up after driving from Charleston and having traffic issues. the only complaint I have is that it took about and hour and 1/2 to get my oil changed. I was completely happy with the professionalism and the respect I was given, but when you have an appointment, it's disheartening to have to wait that long. Would have given 5 stars for customer service without the long wait time.

Matt was great. Without me asking directly he set me up with a rental so that I could get to work and allowed me to offer best care for my patients since I was able to give them the time they needed rather than have to work around the shuttle service. The only recommendation I would have is that there needs to be someone sitting at a telephone to answer the phone number for Moses when customers are calling. I had difficulty setting up my appointment because nobody would answer the telephone. I had to call numerous times on different days. Please do not call me I am busy and my Husband is ill!That is why I do not like doing Surveys because I waas not allowed to submit this without agreeing to have you contact me and I DO NOT wish to be contacted!

Very poor customer service. Didn't have a vehicle in their lot and had one on their sister lot in Charleston, yet they never mentioned it until we called them back and asked them about it. Only to find out if we want it, we would have to drive to Charleston because they wouldn't go get it. I'm talking about real jerks! Would not recommend going to Moses of Huntington for anything.

I was having trouble finding a 2015 GMC Yukon XL Denali with the options that I wanted, anywhere. I contacted Moses and began working with Roger. We had an excellent experience dealing with Eric Bodmer. My daughter & I arrived, looked the car over thoroughly, test drove it, came back and made an offer and then finished everything that evening. I have had bad experiences with dealerships in the past but this was a very good experience. We were in and out in about 2 hours and that included the test drive. Since it was getting close to closing time I didn't know if we would be able to finish everything that evening or if we would have to go back. It turned out not to be a problem, the finance man was still there to finish our paperwork and we got it all done in one trip. Even our salesman was surprised at how quickly we got the paperwork finished. The car was in impeccable condition but they still cleaned it again before we left. Based on this experience I would definitely consider dealing with Moses again.

Searched several dealers to locate a GMC truck with a backup camera. Contacted Moses of Huntington where we have purchased several vehicles and discussed locating what we wanted. Spoke to Travis and Phil and we deteremined they could order us exactly what we wanted and get it delivered by Dec 31st. As always we were greeted at the front door and offered refreshment while we waited. We were treated like family with the warm welcome and friendly staff. From the moment we met Rodney we had a very good feeling about buying a vehicle from him. There was little/no pressure as he simply answered our questions to the best of his ability and tried to help up find exactly what we were looking for, instead of trying to put us in something that he wanted to sell. We made the 45 minute trip from our home to Moses twice on Monday just to deal with Rodney. We had other options on the table, some of which were very, very similar to Moses, but due to the level of professionalism exhibited by all those we dealt with at Moses, we drove the extra miles. We left Moses long after they were supposed to close, but they stayed open for us. We left happy and continue to feel the same way. Thank you for your service. When it's time to purchase our next vehicle, Moses will have the first opportunity to sell us a vehicle.

No pressure friendly sale but deal was straight blue book with nothing extra or noteworthy. Fair and reasonable, which for a used car sale is likely way above average. Would do business again but only with maximal info and research before talking money, some talk of minor extras never materialized and promise of quick minor body work on a few preexisting nicks became overpriced and delayed after sale. Usual car dealer stuff but still annoying. Would say 4/5 overall.

No hard sell lines or gimmicks, and I spent less time going through the entire shopping and purchasing process than I would have with just the shopping at another dealership. Took my new GMC Sierra Denali in for the first servicing . Was greeted with a warm handshake and a smile by Carey the service manager. Was offered a ride to anywhere around town while my vehicle was being serviced ( which I thought was very impressive ), had coffee and donuts while I waited and was surprised that it only took 30 min. to get the work done .... I traveled from Columbus, OH to buy a Camero from Moses. My local dealer would not negotiate on a Camero they had on their lot. I called Weston at Moses and we were able to come to an agreement on the phone. I am absolutely pleased with the price and my buying experience at Moses. I traveled from Columbus, OH to this dealership because the local dealers wouldn't negotiate on the price of a used car. I was able to come to an agreement over the phone with Weston and made the trip. My total time at the dealership was less than 30 minutes from the time I arrived until the time I left.
