Would not recommend anyone go to this location. This place has been the worst experience so far. We traded in our car mid-July. They still haven't sent over any information in regards to monthly payment for our new vehicle. At the same time the bank I had the loan through for the original car, has contacted me stating that the dealership has not taken care of the loan. So, my credit has been getting dinged for no payment being made on the car I traded in. We have reached out multiple times to speak to someone that can help and the answer is "We will call you back." That was a week ago. On top of that the car needed to be serviced a week after we made the purchase. There was a check engine light that came on. The car was with their service department for over three weeks. There were no updates or any communication for that matter, on when the car would be done. In addition, we were told that the backup camera would be fixed along with a dent that we saw on the side of the car. Those still have not been fixed.

Bought a new car last week, but there were spots on the paint. Using available products today, the lot employees still could not remove all the water spots most likely caused by sprinklers running near vehicles on the lot. The service advisor recommended we return next week when the detailer is available with his products that will remove these spots. But all the other odd spots from oil and other mysterious substances were removed. AND we received our floor mats, trunk mats, and cargo net today which were not in the car at the time of purchase. Very pleased with today's service!

I got the deal that I wanted (minus a bit for my trade in), which I greatly appreciated. My only criticism was the amount of time it took... Almost 3 hours. I sort of felt like I was being worn down so that I might make a decision that would benefit the dealer more than it would benefit me. I wish it had been a bit simpler than that, but that is the only negative. Ultimately, I got the car and the deal that I wanted and I appreciate the effort to make that happen.

I have moved to AZ since buying my dodge 3500. I told the service writer that and that I would have to wait for the truck. He told me not a problem and he would get somebody on it and it would be about an hour. One hour and a few minutes the tuck was done. It doesn't get any better than that. thanks again BobPS bought the truck in late June and Tyler my sales man still recognize me and came up to me to say hello. That sort of thing is like out of the 70's.

I had an appointment at 1000 on 22 October to check on a noise in the engine of my 2013 T&C. I arrived on time, but was told there was no one who could check on the problem. I waited around until about 3:00 and Angie finally got a mechanic to look at my car. He couldn't figure it out, so they got another man to check with the final finding that it was the water pump. Angie told me she had to order one, and it would come in the next day, so I had to leave the car over night. When I make an appointment and then waste the entire day and part of the next one to get something done is not satisfactory. Angie was very cooperative, it wasn't her fault, but this is not good service.Don Nichols

Austin was a great Service Advisor. Your service department has outgrown your lot, and needs to be expanded to keep up with the workload. Lots of complaints around me about the time it was taking for oil changes, etc. After servicing the fuel filter, there is now a loud rattle under the hood when the car idles. I heard it on the way home and will try and trouble shoot myself. Don't want to wait three hours for mechanic to look at it.

BEWARE! This dealership was extremely unethical. They quoted me a price on a Jeep Grand Cherokee and they gave me an out the door price on the vehicle. When I got to the dealership it was sitting on black "powder coated" stock rims and they had added $1995 to the price of the vehicle. The Salesman told me he could change the wheels out back to stock but when the Finance Manager came out he told me he wouldn't remove the wheels and that I had to take them for the $1995 price tag. We asked if they would please swap them out for another Overland with stock wheels and they lied and told us there were no other Overlands on the lot (a simple stock check on their website showed 7 vehicles in stock). This dealership is completely shady, unethical and I don't know how they sleep at night.

UPDATE..................May 20th, 2015As you can see from my original post below this has been over a week in progress- however last week they did call stating the vehicle repairs were complete however our family was out of state. So......TODAY was to be the day, we flew in yesterday and this was TOP priority for us. My husband left work and my kids and I went to return Rental car. We were at rental co., not more than 10 minutes when my husband called- "NOPE, go back home, YOUR car is not done." He was told that the whole bumper was taken off and painted- Which it clearly WAS NOT, he could see the scratches under the paint and orange peel in section where they said they repaired- basically they did a gypsy rattle can repair...WTH???I brought my car here with NO DAMAGE AT ALL... for an oil change/tire rotation and warranty repair .......and NOW they think that doing a bang up fix it repair is acceptable?** NO it is not, not to mention he found additional scratch in drivers mirror cover, and the interior where there was black boot markings was rubbed into panel still showing the black instead of completely cleaning it. So again....who inspects everything prior to dealership making a phone call to customer ((WHO again---brought you a car WITH absolutely NO DAMAGE)) stating that it's fixed, when clearly it is NOT!!!! Who handles the quality control?? Who is the General Manager??? Who is the OWNER??? ....all of these questions are next on our list, because clearly Quality Control seems to be an ongoing issue at this Dealership based on the YELP reviews we are seeing.I'm making a payment on my new car that has been DAMAGED by NO fault of my own and their solution now is, " We are going to take the bumper off a 2015' Durango and replace on yours."My goodness lets see what that's going to do to the overall appearance of my car..... to be continued (phone calls tomorrow to find out GM and Owner info) Original Post: 5/9/2015Where to begin... -0 is what HONESTLY should be given to the SERVICE DEPT. Was on hold for 30 min to make appt for oil change/tire rotation and transmission leak.Dropped car off on Tuesday afternoon during a MESS of a parking situation that left me feeling a bit uneasy and general feeling about staff was they could care less: basically get car- get paperwork- goodbye.Wednesday call stating CAR READY to be picked up..oil change done/tires rotated YET part on order for Transmission leak but you can come pick up car--ARE you kidding me with a transmission leak...NO I will wait until fixed. Thursday update waiting on part. Friday call stating vehicle will be ready this afternoon. I contacted later stating I would not be there before closing and was told I could pick up that evening from sales dept. Decided to wait till today Saturday AM and this is where Customer service and The QUALITY control at this dealership is a complete ZERO!!!! We arrived and opened Driver's side door and noticed black boot marks all over inside door panel (which is beige)*******BUT was not prepared to find rear passenger quarter panel hit by other vehicle or swiped damage!!!! WTH???? Does anyone check the vehicles at all when repairs are completed? Who moved the car from one spot to another? Someone knows what happened.... and the fact that when you ask for MGR you are told NO ONE IS HERE- I'm the Asst mgr on duty and it'll be fixed - rule #1 apologize that your business has MESSED up - Well that didn't happen, it was a lot of us waiting for them to figure out WTH was going to happen next-I had to speak up and say get me a rental because I'm not taking my damaged vehicle off this lot. I did NOT bring it in damaged!YES I'm very upset and irritated at the lack of leadership and quality control at Moss Bros Riverside and please please if you chose to have service completed here CHECK your vehicle. Monday will now become our job to contact Svc Mgr, GM, and Owner- regarding the horrible customer service and getting our vehicle fixed ASAP.

I just thought I would share my experience with Moss Brothers Riverside. This is the second purchase from there store and in both cases it was more than fair. First was my 2013 SRT8 392 Challenger and just last week after 7 months of waiting my 2015 SRT Hellcat Challenger came in. Everything was above board and every promise that I got in September 2014 in a "VERBAL" contract was followed to the letter. Since the Hellcat right now is the most sought after car in US they could have reneged on the deal that was done verbally in September of 2014 and the car did not get to them until April of 2015, they could have put it on the market for an additional 15K ADM and gotten it. Robert, Asad, Chris, Tommy, and Bill went the extra mile to get our deal closed. I would go back again with no reservations and purchase another car from the guys. To The Crew At Moss Riverside........Thank You For the Hellcat.......Loving It......

And this was the purchase of a Hellcat Challenger for which they could have done a lot of things not above board after seven months of waiting for Chrysler to build it. Like tack on unreasonable ADM. Thinking about buying or servicing your vehicle at Moss Bros. read this to see if you are really the boss! I bought a brand new 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan at Moss Bros. Riverside 8151 Auto Drive Riverside, CA. 92504 on 8/28/2014. I took delivery of the vehicle very late in the evening when it was very dark and I could not see everything clear. The next morning, I noticed the rubber molding on both rear windows were twisted and did not stay in place. I was busy so I had to wait a few weeks before I can requested a day off from work then took the vehicle in for repair. I was surprise when the service man asked if my brand new van had extended insurance to cover the damage. I went home and called the salesman Tyler Bloomingdale and he had his supervisor talked to me on the phone. Tylers supervisor then had Austin Castro called me the next morning to schedule my vehicle in for service. I took another day off from work to bring the vehicle in for service on 10/7/2014 just to hear Austin Castro said he had to order the parts and will contact me when they arrive. Austin Castro did not contact me as promised. I came in on 11/04/2014 to ask him about the repair but he said he still waits for the parts and told me to wait again for his call. He did not call me at all again and continue to tell me that he still waits for the parts when I came and see him again on 12/09/2014. Austin Castro did not contact me at all about the repair for my vehicle. I brought my van to the dealer on 2/28/2015 for an oil change. While waiting for the oil change to get done, I talked to the service man Joey Salcedo about the problem of waiting for the parts for the repair of the rubber of the two rear windows and asked him to let me talk to a manager. Joey Salcedo told me to wait for him to look for the manager then ignore me for hours. I went to the front and talked to Carlos Perez, the Internet manager. Carlos said he will have someone call me the next day about the problem. Austin Castro called me the next day and scheduled me to come in for the repair on 3/9/2015. I had to take another day off from work to bring the vehicle in for repair since Austin said it will take until noon to finish. I left the vehicle early before 8:00 am then came back at 12:00 just to hear him explain that his service man made a mistake installing the windows to someone else van and he needs until 2:00pm to remove the windows from someone elses vehicle and put them on my van. I wait until 2:00pm and he did not have it done. He made me wait until 5:00pm or 6:00pm to finished my van with two different windows on the two side of my van, a scratch on one of the side where the window was replace, and another scratch on the other side of the van. I talked to Oscar about the new problems and he rent me van from Enterprise and told me the problem will be correct the next day. Austin called me the next day and said he already order another parts to send to him over night and will have them in the next day then will have it done. The next day I talked to him on the phone and he said the parts just came in are the wrong parts again and we need to wait another two days. He did not contact me again for a few days so I had to come to the dealer again on 3/16/2015 and asked for a general manager. Arnold Flores, a sales manager who told us that he is a general manager, said he will have the problem take care of. I took the van home after a week in the dealer without being serviced. We were ignored again for another two weeks until I decided to take action to correct this problem and this is the first of the steps that we will have to let consumers know about Moss Bros. who has the slogan that You are the boss.

I can say that, given my experiences with their Service Department, I do not think I would trust any part of their business.On February 4th, we took our 2008 Grand Caravan in to have a sticky brake caliper replaced. After claiming the work would take a day or two at most, we were surprised when several went by with no call back. It turned out the mechanic, "Oscar," had left for some days - without telling anyone, I guess, how to deal with our car. When Oscar returned, he twice claimed it was impossible to get in contact with our warranty people in order to authorize the repairs, claiming they must be out of the office. Twice I demonstrated, within seconds, that I could reach them on the phone just fine. He simply lied about trying.Once I'd finished doing Oscar's job for him, we drove away, thinking that was that. Lo and behold, the brakes squealed and juddered - it turned out that in surfacing the rotors, they had overheated and warped them. Those were replaced February17th.Less than 8 months and less than 9,000 miles later, we noticed squealing and pulsations coming from the brakes. We took them to a different mechanic, one we trust. He peeled off the pads and showed them to me: they were worn entirely through, meaning either Moss installed brake pads that last less than 10k miles, or they never actually fixed the brake caliper at all.I called and spoke to their service department, and after 4 tries, reached their manager (Robert Gillam?) on the phone, who informed me the "only" thing he could do would be to have me come down - for more time out of my schedule, at my expense - and have them look at the work they did. Why in the world would I want the same mechanic who lied to us and screwed up the work in the first place to do so again??? No, that's not the "only" thing you can do. You can refund the $996 you charged for a 'repair' which repaired nothing. And you can fire mechanics who lie to your customers and misinstall parts.

To Whom it may concern,I have already submitted a review to your company. Again, I cannot believe that you are asking for this again. So, I will go ahead and submit another review to your dealership. My experience, most recent was the first and prob. the last experence I will have at your dealership. The reason for this is due to the fact that I called your dearlership to set up a date to have whatever part was recalled. I brought my Jeep in at the time your rep. told me too, which was the next day. The rep. kept my Jeep at your dealership for 3 hours, then called me too let me know my Jeep was fine and did not even need the part that is required. As a consumber...if feel that I will never buy another Jeep. Due to the very fact that Jeep has had this recall in for over a year, and is just now sending out notices telling people that they can now bring in there Jeep to any dealership to have this part put in. I do just that using your dealership for the first time buy the way. Then, I get nothing??? As they tell me I do not need the part at all after waiting a whole year for this part to come in from Jeep. It is very dishearting!I feel I cannot completely trust your dealership in maintanince of my Jeep. Although, this is the first time. It sure took you all awhile to get in touch with me via the e-mail. Then, you ask me how I feel about your dealership service and want a recomendation. NO, this is not going to happen with me! I cannot recommend your dealership and service to anyone, as I feel that I was not completely treated fairly from bringing in my Jeep to your place of bus. As it took you all 3 hours to tell me I did not need the repair Recall that I needed. So, you have left a Jeep consumer wondering what too do now, as I thought the part needed to be put into my Jeep as indicated. The Little Red Dodge Dakota truck, check engine light prevented passing the smog examintion. Due to failure, must see dealership for update on old system. While waiting to enter system, radiator hoses decide to discharge fluid on the ground, very improper, Please excuse her rudeness, but she is twelve years old with only 238,825 miles on her chassis. She is a great ride and could tell wonderful stores of her Texas adventures.Quick eye Carl sees fluid on the ground, share diagnosis of improper discharge and idiot light on dash, explains testing, replacement parts and bottom line of the bucks intended to exist my possession to add to your change pocket.The courtesy ride back home and the pick up the next day by Mr. Blondie was great. He is certainly an asset to your enterprise. Timeline for resuming possession of Little Red was about 24 hours and now she is smiling again and making new stories in California.

I have always felt the service rendered when I have come in for my automobile maintenance was more than satisfactory. When I have had concerns they were addressed professionally and if additional repairs were assessed to be performed I was informed and given explanation as to the degree of priority. in having it taken care of. All of the schedulers are courteous and reassuring , however, I have always looked forward to Sheryl (when she was there) and Carl registering me. To be sure, Moss of the auto center in Riverside rates a 10. !!! Also the transport drivers who have taken me home when I have had to leave my car for extended period of time. They are also professional and courteous.

I purchased a 2013 Dodge Journey at the Dodge Riverside store on sat 07/26 and I cant say enough about how I was treated..Like an important person.. From being greeted by Nick (sls mgr) as soon as we walked in(I had submitted an internet inquiry and he called me right back), to Louis (salesman) and finance(he needs to pay a little bit more attention to paperwork than throwing out compliments). It took longer than I expected but Nick wanted to make sure everything was done and processed so I would'nt have to come back( live in Az). and everything was done.I would definately without hesitation reccommend ths dealership to anyone that asks "where did I buy my car?" thankyou all. ps..you need to have a popcorn machine and free bottles of water in the cust lounge.

Overall experience was very good. Everyone was very nice and friendly until we turned down the extended warranty. Then the two people selling that product shut down some. My really only complaint was after we reached a deal that I was happy with and which didn't take very long, we spent at least another two hours waiting to finish the paper work. That didn't even include picking up the truck because we picked it up the next day. Other than that excessive wait, the experience was very satisfying.

I have had the brand new vehicle I purchased in 5 times for the same problem and the bottom line answer they can give me is that the Dodge Journey has these problems because of cold weather ....not to mention Nick refused to give me the district rep for the dealership and of course I am still driving a vehicle that now makes more noises then a semi truck since I had there service department work on it . I attempted to write the GM for assistance but received no response so I am now taking a different approach .

It was October 21st.,I had saved my money for two years to buy a brand new Dodge Charger,woke up,and decided this would be the Day I will buy that Charger that we'd been dreaming about.I had been working with two other Dodge dealers on the internet,had picked out a couple of cars I'd like to buy.When I CALLED the internet managerat Ontario Dodge(who I had been setting a deal up with) told him I was on my was to complete rhe purchase,I was told by him the car I picked out has just been sold to someone else,ANOTHER xxxxxxx LIE & xxxxxxxx STORY !!!!! I was pissed off...So I pulled over,parked my car,google Moss Motors where I had a great buying experience 14 years prior.I called the internet line,Adam answered,told him I was buying a car,would like to give Moss motors my hard earned $$$$$$$,If he had a car and could match the price of the other two dealers.Adam searched his inventory,found a nicer car-more optons on it at a better price !!! Now came the hard part,would Moss Motors be Men of There Words ???I asked Adam if I drove straight to Moss Motors,would he be a Man of his words,UNLIKE ONTARIO DODGE,not play games and close the purchase of my dream car and of coarse he said yes.Upon arriving,Adam was outside waiting for me,welcomed me in showed me the car I was going to purchase.AS Adam asked for,I brought a copy of invoice on the other car I had in mind.I gave it to him,he went to discuss with Nick,(internet manager),They wrote up the paper work with no games,sold me the beautiful Dodge Charger I'm driving today !!!Not only had I got a nicer car for my $$$$,but they threw in LIFE LONG free oil changes.With the deal completed,I left Moss Motors late that night with out the car,with a (promise From Nick Hassan & Asad Mazhar),that the Charger would be washed clean,machanicly sound and have a full tank of gas !!!As promised,my son and I showed up the next morning with our trade in,finalized the paperwork with David Espinoza,and were greeted by Adam.Low and behold,they pulled the car around,full tank of gas,washed clean and shinning like a superstar.Adam walked us through the cars functions and gave us a hand shake good bye.I tell everyone how well Moss Motors treated us,are Men of there words,about the life time oil changes and again,14 years later got the same five star treatment we deserve as a good paying customer with hard earned $$$$$$.I HIGHLY RECOMEND Moss motors Riverside to anyone looling to buy a car.

I am very pleased with the service that I received at the Riverside Moss Bros location. From the moment I walked up to the dealership, I was greeted professionally by a gentleman named Wally Lema. He did not in any way pressure me to purchase a vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in regards to all the specs of the Dodge Journey I was interested in. The general manager, Bill Lunsford assured me I would get the best deal possible in the situation I was in. I was professionally greeted with a hand shake from both sales managers, Asad and Charles. Both managers worked very hard to get me the best deal for the vehicle I was interested in. With no sales pressure, I went home and thought about the deal offered to me over the weekend. I gave the Riverside sales team a 5 out of 5 because the sales team was professional, the atmosphere was not intimidating in any way, the Finance Manager David was speedy and efficient, and the deal I got on my Journey was hard to refuse. This dealership reminds me of how things were forty years ago. Tell the customer anything to get them. Once you're there the story and priceschange. We talked to three different salesmen, beginning with the lowest one on the food chain and progressing to the closer. They had no vehicle, even the most basic model at the price that was quoted on the phone and in an email. I went to Moss Bros Dodge in Riverside after spending some time receiving quotes on a new Dodge Journey Sxt Blacktop Edtion, I had received a quote in writting from Al Perry at there sister store in San Bernadino for $2000 drive of with a payment of $179mo for 39mo. I went in Friday night and met with Ben Adkins, I test drove the car and then wanted to verify pricing. Ben spoke with his leasing speacialist and offered to beat the deal at $2000 down with a $149mo payment. I told him that my dad would be assisting with financing and wanted the price locked down since he would be driving an hour to do the deal. Ben called my dad and verified pricing and we were set to come in the next day. Upon arriving at the Moss Bros my father and I were shown the vehicle once again by Ben and then proceed to go inside to take car of the paperwork. We were passed of to the leasing speacialist who immediately began questioning us about where we wanted to be with our monthly payment and down payment. We were both suprised because the quote had already been given and verified the day before. After receiving a new quote of $10,000 down and $280mo were were again passed off to the finance manager. He explained there was no way even a base journey could be purchased for the original quoted price. Ben Adkins and Moss Bros Dodge has been the worst dealership experience I have ever had. They attempted a bait and switch even after having a quote in writing. Dealers like Moss Bros give Dodge a bad name and I would never consider buying a Dodge vehicle now. I went across the street and purchased a 2013 Chevy Equinox 1LT for $2000 down and $109mo at Singh Chevrolet. Being in the automotive industry on the Credit & Compliance side I have a lot of knowledge and insight into many of the dealerships in the area. I have always found Moss Bros. to act in the most professional manner and go above and beyond when it comes to customer service and support. Recently I purchased my third car from Moss Bros. and over the years the standards have only gotten better. This last itme I went in directly to the general manager Bill Lunsford as a repeat customer and Bill answered all the questions I needed to strengthen my decision process to go back to Moss and purchase again from them. Bill put me in touch with Nick Hassan and the experience could not have been more enjoyable (can you imagine a car buying experience being enjoyable with no pressure....well it was). Nick worked out a great price for us and suggested the proper ad-on products that suited our specific needs. Nick was not only informative but made us feel as if he would really be there for support down the road if we ever needed him. Well he has been there for us in every instance over the last year. Nick has given us outstanding service, follow up, and just great advice with all of our car needs. In a couple of years we will be back to work with Nick and Moss for another purchase.

He found me the exact Jeep Rubicon I was looking for in the color I wanted, and not only made me a good deal, but made the entire car buying process a joy! I would highly recommend Moss Bros. and JR Lago to everyone I know, especially considering what poor service and attitudes the Jeep Dealers in San Diego have. The Finance Manager was excellent, gave me a good deal on a lifetime warranty, and a good interest rate since my credit is 780. My husband just got a new Jeep Wrangler from Tim at Moss Bros Jeep in Riverside the previous month. I drove it and wanted one also as it is very easy to drive and a great 4x4 for our mountain snow. Mr. Morgan did a great job making it possible to trade in my fairly new Ford 4x4 for a Wrangler as well. He was friendly, responsive and very accurate with the numbers just as before. We were already sold based on prior experience with Tim Morgan and our other new Jeep Wrangler. We just about did the deal over the phone and were at the dealership for slightly over an hour. Tim showed me all the features of my new Jeep and even connected my phone to the bluetooth. Many thanks to David Espinosa for getting us the great interest rate. I had previously purchased a Jeep from another local dealership. I also was referred into that same dealership by a friend who owns multiple other franchises. I made contact with the GM there and the internet sales manager. My wife and I had a terrible experience. Despite being a finance professional myself, a previous client of that dealership, and being referred to a high level employee there I received the run around, didn't feel as though we were being given the straight scoop nor the best pricing possible. That is when I contacted Moss Bros of Riverside online for a quote on a Wrangler. Tim Morgan stepped in and provided excellent service. He was responsive, listened to my specific requests for the desired vehicle and performed in every way. The difference in cost of the same vehicle was staggering and the monthly payment was close to $200 cheaper. Since notifying them of my decision to go with another dealer, I have received multiple phone calls apologizing from the other dealership. Too little too late. Shopped at 3 other Jeep dealers from Redlands to Victorville. Spent 45-60 days shopping. Sat down w/2 of the 3 previous dealers. Was not at all impressed. Friend told me she got her Jeep Wrangler from Tim Morgan at Moss Bros CJD of Riverside. Called him up. Very polite and professional. Info provided on phone was same as when I went there to trade in my Corolla. Love my new 2013 Black Jeep Wrangler. If Moss Bros Jeep Riverside could Clone Tim Morgan, they would continue to blow out all other dealers sales figures. Told Tim I'll need another Jeep Wrangler in a month or so for my wife and he said he'd take care of me on that one too!. Very Happy, Highly reccommend. Told My wifes' boss (Corrigan) about Tim and her/her husband just picked up their new Wrangler from him. What else can I say. If you have alot of time and money to waste, shop somewhere else. I used to hate buying a new car. It always seemed like it was a competition of me against the dealer sales people. Not at Moss Brothers! The sales staff here teamed up with me. I felt like they were on my side helping me find the exact vehicle I needed.Usually I know exactly what I want before I walk in the door. This time I was not so sure. I knew what I wanted it for, but not exactly which model. Wally Lema sat down with me and we talked. He asked a lot of questions to determine who I was and what I wanted to do with the car. He found me a Jeep Wrangler that fit my needs perfectly. He didn't only promise to offer follow-up support, he called me to make sure everything was alright.I had a warning light come on and Wally had me bring it in right away. He handed me over to Chuck Udris in the service department. Chuck had service go over the Jeep with a fine tune comb, check everything out, make a minor update to the computer firmwear and sent me on my way. Although I bought a used Jeep, I feel like I'm getting the same support and service as though I had purchased a brand new one.Thanks Moss, you guys are great!Dale Updegrove

CArl and Robert are working with me on an ongoing case with Chrysler on my 2006 PT Cruiser. I chose to visit this dealership based on previous ratings on the internet. While we are still working to determine the problem with my car, the customer service and overall experience have been outstanding thus far. I am Karen Allen , my husband and I bought a new truck from moss of riverside just yesterday. We are still smiling !! Tim Morgan was my husbands internet connection . phone, email, and he was there to meet/greet us.With a smiling face . He is teriffic!! Friendly,helpful.. knows his cars , personalble.And he and my husband had basicaly already set it all up , Tim , kept his word , no phonies here!! I mean we actually had a good time In this summer heat he was so cool..lol. for real! Also Steve Scott one of the sales managers , he gave us the deal we wanted, And was very nice , he was a pleasure i must say to do bussines with! David Espinoza helped us thru financing and he was tops , he made sure he got us through the ordeal of signing papers etc. quite painlessly...and ..EVERYONE there was happy and pleasant and they are such a good group it was contaigeous!! , my husband loves his new truck he bought from Tim Morgan, and I will be needing a new durango soon , guess where i am going?? YOU BET!! to MOSS because we got what we wanted , at the price we wanted , even sooner than we had hoped . Recently I was my first day of my vacation and before getting 60 miles out of town my Dodge 3500 dually had a malfunciton light appear. Moss Bros. was the closet dealer to me. I explained the problem and was able to bring my truck in along with my 5th wheel attached. Art was the best service guy I worked with in trying to resolve my problem. Allot the part was not in stock and had to be ordered, they assured me they would have me on the road in the next morning. AND they did. Part was under warranty. Mike had taken the truck apart that night and Jake put it back together the next morning quickly.THANKS to all these guys that helped make the beginning of my vacation a enjoyable one!!!Jim

I took my Ram 3500 in for an update on the ECM. They got me right in and and they were able to service the truck at the same time (and I got the coupon price).Austin Castro was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recomend this dealership. I have bought 2 trucks there and have been very pleased with each purchase.

I gave a "Great" review becuae Elisa was very helpful and we got in and out very quickly. The price was very competitive- not cheap- but worth the money. I will always take my truck to this service department. And would recommend anyone with a Dodge to take it here.

***NOT HONEST AT ALL*****I would not recommend this dealer at all for repairs. Especially if you have to deal with ELSA. She gave me nothing but missleading statements from the first time we met her. She kept changing the prices of repairs. My car was running perfectly until her technician touched it. They messed up my car. The car was shutting of for no apparent reason, by my car shutting of I could of been in a car accident and not just hurt myself but other innocent people. Elsa had promised me that my car was fine and that I could drive it. Becareful as they are all in it for the money. Including Ken waddell, i contacted him in hopes that we would be able to help me and he also lied to me. Seems like they lowered my prices just to get rid of me or maybe they thought that's what I wanted. All I wanted to do was be heard and no one, I mean no one ever asked me how I felt. He also gave me misleading information. Only person that I felt was honest was Austin. BEWARE!!! Do not trust Elsa with your car unless you want to get in an unoperatoinal car and nothing but bill after bill that just seems to get higher by the minute (she's not honest at all). Only reason why I went here was because based on reviews they're supposedly known for being honest and that is something that they are not. If they would of been honest from the beginning all of this could of been avoided. Oh by the way make sure you read all your paperwork before you sign papers, as they charged me for the same service twice. I was promised a credit if I took my car back with 30 days and no where on my receipt did they apply that credit. They also wrote on the printed receipt that I had spoken to a lady by the name of VICKI saying that I told her I agreed to some fees... I never ever spoke to this person, she never called me or anything. I felt obligated to pay all these fees and know I'm paying for it cause all my other bills are behind. But they don't care as long as they get their money. The truth comes out and I have all the paperwork to show how they gave me nothing but false statements.**** AT MOSS I WASN'T THE BOSS I WAS THE PROBLE**********THEY DID NOT EXCEED MY EXPECATIONS EITHER******

One thing I look for is honesty. Austin was very honest,professional and helpful. He did not try to sell me services that I didn't need.My car runs perfect.No problems. Prices are reasonable. Service was completed quickly and they even washed my car.If you need a ride home they will provide it for you. If you are looking for honesty and great service go to Moss Bros. Riverside CA.

We have purchased 2 jeeps form Moss, 1 used and 1 new. The price and the service was great. We also have both of our Jeep serviced with Moss. Shirl takes care of both of us. She is down to earth and very honest. She's doesn't push services or repairs on us, but when she says that it's needed, it's needed. She's honest and takes great care of us. I have to say that I've owned cars for 22 years and she's only the second service rep that I've liked and trusted.

First off I would like to say that TIM MORGAN Was a great Salesman. You would be hard to find a nicer more honest Salesman Definitely in your corner Please make sure that you ask for Him. Finanicing my new Dodge was a long row to hoe and there were a few bumps. When Ken Waddell "VP of Opperations/General Manager" Got wind of these small bumps He Contacted me To my surprise that day and he assured me the bumps would be Smoothed out. I was getting the car repaired for my daughter who is at college in Riverside. I was working long distance from Oregon.Carl recognized my situation and worked with me to get my car to the shop, give me an accurate diagnosis, suggest options for repair and then get work done in a cost-effective, timely matter.I was worried that the car would no longer be safe and reliable for my daughter. I would like to complement Steve Scott Dave Espinosa,Nick Hassan,Felipe Torres in sales and Bill Steffen for their Outstanding job and hard work putting together a deal for me to purchase my vehicle.Together,they pushed through some hurdles and went the extra mile! In my case 10 miles!*** I feel it was more then just selling a vehicle to them,they really wanted to make me,the customer happy.I will always recommend Moss Bros. Riverside to all my friendsI really want to complement their service department. I had problems with my navigation system.I told Dave Espinosa in sales about it,who then called Steve Scott who walked me over to one of the service writers named Jason. It was almost closing time and I thought they would tell me to just come back the next day.What happened next was unbelievable! Jason had another service tech look at the problem,his name was Marvin. This young man started working on the problem right away.Service was closed,and Marvin for approx 45 minutes and working on his own time tried to get it fixed,even taking the whole system apart two times! Their attitudes were great,and they all really cared.I will never be able to thank them enough.What a great Service Team they have.Iam in my 60s and still in business,and have bought over 30 vehicles in my lifetime.I have dealt with many salesmen,finance and service department personel through the years,but have never been treated this good and professional before.So keep up the good work and your great attitudes your the best Gale Webb GWEBBSPORTSatAOL>COM

This was my first time at this dealership for service. Everyone was friendly. I was taking my car to the dealership in Corona and the cost was always $100.00 plus. At this dealership my oil change was $19.95 I needed new tires also my total bill for the oil change and tires was $485.00 dollars. When I took my car to Corona they charged me $30.00 to rotate the tires. I asked David how much they would charge if I needed the tires rotated and the cost was zero. My Sebring was making a funny noise in the front end. I was told by another dealer that it would cost me over 300.00 to fix So I brought my car into Moss Bros and spoke to the manager Vicky who told me she would charge me 100.00 to look at it and if I decided on them doing the work she would apply the 100.00 towards repairsWell all it was was a couple loose bolts in front support armsMy total bill was only 145.00 so I saved myself over 150.00 by bringing in my car to Vicky I would reccomend this dealer to anyone super honestthanks VickiCarol
