I bought my first used car from Moss Bros in Moreno Valley and am extremely satisfied. A few days after buying my car some problems occurred so I brought it back into the dealership. They inspected the car and fixed the problem. I bought my car when the dealership was doing their "lifetime oil and filter change" promotion. Since I already took my car into Moss Bros for my oil changes, I decided to get my car serviced here. Their prices are extremely reasonable and fair. The prices for the services I've had done on my car have been slightly lower than what other auto shops have quoted for the same service. The employees are always extremely friendly and I love the shuttle service they offer. On days that I had school or work I would drive my car over to the dealership, use the shuttle service to get dropped off at school or work, and then get picked up by the shuttle service later on to retrieve my car.

My brand new car has had computer, transmission and engine problems within 1,000 miles!!!! My "brand new" car drives like a 15 year old car. And the refuse to fix it. When I brought it to the managers attention he: *Daniel sounded like he's had these types of complaints many, many, many times before. They sale lemons!!!

I bought a new Honda Civic less than 2 weeks ago and already the remote start and the air conditioner don't work! Now I have to spend my day off getting repairs for a car that I have only had for 10 days! People buy new so they don't have to worry about repairs for a while. So disappointing! Save yourself the stress and headache and go somewhere.

Honda Accord water pump was completed on time and without any additional inflated cost as some other dealers have charged me from past experiences. Shuttle service was also a great plus because I did not have to wait the 4 hours in the dealers minor service waiting room for my cars' major repair to be completed. Shuttle service also picked me up on time to take me back to get my car once the repairs were completed. David Swanson did a good job making sure the repair was completed on time and at the original price quoted me however I had to make several calls without success in trying to find out the status of my cars repair. David did apologize for missing my communication attempts when he did finally get back to me on my cars completed repair status.

The service manager and Mr. Moss stepped in to give me help when the tire company which provided the original equipment tires refused to back up their product after a needless blowout. Moss did not have to help but did and reduced the cost to me of my replacement tire. Great help.

I was able to schedule my maintenance at a convenient time. When I arrived, I was given a fair price for the maintenance that was performed (oil change and transmission fluid change). The mechanic performed the maintenance quickly even though it seemed to be a busy day.

Friendly folks, always enjoy coming here. I love that they check everything for you. I needed to change my car's oil, and they said I was due for a new air filter and tire rotation. I was annoyed that the person helping me out only told me the price for the rotation so I thought it was the price for everything. This is my first car so I don't know much about the costs. Luckily, I sent my boyfriend to ask or else it would have been over a $100 expense that I was unaware of. Overall, I was very happy with the service.

Took vehicle in for repair of air A/C. Mechanic determined Compressor needed to be replaced. I agreed and the part was ordered received and installed the next day. Service advisor kept me informed of progress. I believe the information he gave me was thorough and honest. I liked that. The dealer gave me a free ride home. The cost of the repair was reasonable and in fact less than I had expected. I am grateful for the knowledge and efficiency of the mechanic. The A/C still works great. I was happy with the service. Have also received great service in the past. Next time I need repair will be going to this dealer again.

This's my first time ever buying a new pre-owned car!! Won't ever buy a second car at Moss Brothers!!! Will look else were !! Seem that because the car is pre-owned the dealer doesn't want to help you fix with what's wrong with the car!! Bad seat,car pulls to the right.!! I thought that by the car being cirtified, I would get a good running car with no questions asked!! Not at all!! They said that the car needed to be alined !! And I would have to pay to fix it!! Also,the seat still rocking back and forth when they I picked up my car!!! After taking i it in for repair!! And the car was delivered to me,with the same problem!! I thought honda stood behind their product!!

Another fantastic visit at Moss Bros Honda. In for level 1 maintenance on my 2015 Honda Accord and asked if the technician could look at the driver side door because of excessive wind noise. When I arrived back from lunch the tech was standing by to do a road test with me to see if we could replicate the noise. Although the wind noise wasn't 100% gone it was greatly reduced. The tech explained everything he had done and offered other possible fixes that I could try. I was treated with respect and felt like my mechanical issues were taken seriously.

I gave a 4 out of 5 due to lack of car wash and vacuum. My oil change took less than an hour with a line of cars. Pretty fast considering the amount of cars; however, I have never used regular oil, I have always taken my car to Acura and they have only used synthetic. However, I found out that I am supposed to ask for synthetic, so that is my fault. Also, very disappointed about the car wash. I understand there is a drought; however $60.00 for an oil change without synthetic and no car wash. I don't think I'll return that was a deal breaker, but I understand they cannot do anything about it due to the drought; however I know there are other dealerships that do. I will be seeking an Acura dealer to see if the hand wash and inside detail is included. I used to go to Acura of Maui and their service is excellent not as fast, but full hand wash and vacuum of the inside of my car.

I recently purchased a 2016 Honda HR-V from Moss Bros. Honda in Moreno Valley. The overall buying process was great and my salesman "Mario" totally went out of his way to show me a cross range of Honda's within my price range. He took his time to show me all the key differences between all the models and trims. After I decided on a vehicle to purchase, I was shocked that Moss Bros. was wiling to negotiate on the price of the HR-V since it was a new model for Honda and the only CVT automatic HR-V on the lot at that time. Most dealerships in my area wanted way above MSRP for the HR-V. To top of the deal I was getting on the HR-V, Moss Bros also provides life time free oil and filter changes. After owning the HR-V for a couple of weeks I noticed that part of the trim for the rain well was becoming a little loose. Instead of just gluing the part back down like most dealerships would do, the service department went out of their way to just get the whole trim part replaced at no charge. I am very pleased with the my whole experience with Moss Bros. Honda. My experience with Moss Bros Honda has been excellent so far and I totally recommend them to potential Honda buyers.

I have always had wonderful service. This time it cost me nearly $1700.00 for all the service and not even a WASH was done. Excuse---saving water. There is a car wash within waling distance advertising WASH $3.99. The least you could have done is spend $5.00 bucks to wash my car, I have certainly spent enough at your Dealership.

I have to say my sales person was great. A rookie but he took what we said and worked from it. His name is Angel Sosa. This isn't rated on his service. I would give him a 5 star! The person I'm bothered with names is Jo Ramirez or Romero he is suppose to be sales manager. Long story short we bought a HRV 2016. My husband haggled the price like anyone but what closed the deal was this person named Jo stating that we go with the lx model we can purchase accessories for our car. Which we were looking to add the rails and crossbars. So this Jo states that if that's all we're holding off on we can come back in and purchase those items at his cost. So he tells us let's close this deal and sign away, so we did. So the following week we go in to have our alarm added to our HRV. We go and ask service to quote us on prices. We get sent to parts. Long story short and 2 hours later. Those items can't be added to our HRV.So now I go speak to this JO ROMERO or RAMIREZ and again long story short he again goes and finds out what he can do and samething. No apology no anything. All he can tell us we're all human. So he tried to blame the sales person I say no this came from your mouth and you sit here and tell us this. I could of waited for the model that had this. And he just sat there with a look of that's your problem. So I suggested him being a manager he should study on his cars so he doesn't promise things to people. So be warn don't do business with this man. Sad part is we wanted to buy another vehicle from our home town and now I'll never deal with this company. We have been Honda owners for over 20 years. I won't change cars but I'll definitely will never trust this dealership.

The service department employees answer all of my questions and concerns with the utmost respect and knowledge. Kyle showed the utmost of professionalism and kindness throughout the buying experience. He even came in on his day off to help us take delivery of the Accord.That Moss was the lowest price of the 17 dealerships I shopped was an added incentive.Kyle was willing to give me all of the information I wanted by internet and phone without playing any games. When I finally came in for a visit he had no problem doing business the way I wanted to. We finalized a price before I ever saw the car.No question was too difficult for him to find an answer and I am a demanding shopper. He was very patient with myself, my wife, and my grandson; each of whom had a different interest in the car.I have bought all of my vehicles from Moss since moving to California 15 years ago. This not because I am loyal to Moss. Each time I shopped 10 to 20 dealerships before buying from Moss. I buy from Moss because of the way I am treated by their salespeople, service staff, and management. Also, Moss's price is the lowest or close to the lowest.

I can't rate the mechanical service because I did not witness the actual maintenance performed. I can only trust that the work was done. The customer service was excellent. The only issue I have is that when I was driving down Moreno Beach Drive, my left rear hubcap came loose and went spinning off into the road's shoulder. Fortunately, I was able to retrieve and recover the hubcap. Some incompetent xxxxxxx at the dealer didn't pay close attention to detail which makes me wonder if anything else was done in a half-xxx manner. I hope not...

Don't waist your time with this dealership. I received a quote from Mo the "Internet Manager. They tried to add on an additional $1400 in fees, spoke with the boss and bottom line is they won't honor a price they quote! Dishonest and misleading. Seems to be a common scheme used by the Moss Bro Dealerships. Try somewhere else.

Frank was great. Didn't have an appointment..... still my car was serviced in a timely manner. He had the shuttle driver pick me up at work when car was finished at the exact time he promised.

I had a very easy experience with the GREAT help from MARIO Internet MGR......He was very helpful in finding the exact CRV EX AWD I was looking for down to the color I wanted.....MARIO made it very easy and comfortable for me......Even thou I have 2 Honda dealerships much closer to me... This Odyssey had had a problem with a slow leak in one of the tires since the day I bought it in December 2012. After several service visits over the past two years to repair the problem as a warranty issue, the tire was finally replaced at not cost on this visit and the problem has gone away. David was very helpful in getting management approval to do the right thing to correct the problem

My service rep. Frank Thompson made my what could have been a somewhat stressful visit bearable.I happened to bring my car in for a minor service on an apparently busy day which made it take a little longer than normal but the fact that Frank stayed on top of it and made sure the process kept moving with my service and letting me know from time to time that things were being taken care of reassured me that I wasn't just a customer pushed to the side and that I was being taken care of as fast as possible. This is a very important factor to me in any service I receive basically anywhere. I know sometimes unexpected things happen that can cause delay, but as long as someone lets you know you are not forgotten it makes it a bearable and satisfying experience.

I love these guys here they always take care of me and my Honda, being a woman sometimes dealership services will try to take a advantage of me in the past cuz I am a woman. But not moss brothers in Moreno valley they are honest and caring and want to get you in and out as fast as possible !! Was there on the day before thanksgiving and wow to my surprise there was this huge thanksgiving pot luck feast that all the Honda employees brought something and wow they invited everyone who was waiting in service to eat and enjoy! Best deal ever on an oil change. I got a coupon in the mail for a $14.95 oil and filter change. I dropped in without an appointment and was done in about 45 minutes. The best was when I went to pay I was told I had enough dealer reward points from previous service that I didn't have to pay anything. Thanks to the service manager who pointed this out to me. I have always been happy with the service at this dealership

I had been to 3 other dealers and received poor customer service. They ignored my requests and would not give me the best price on the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. We had an excellent experience buying our Honda Civic. Charles Bradfield, Internet Manager was more than helpful in the purchase of our car. He was very accommodating even when we had to change the time of our test drive. Because he was confident that Honda has the best to offer, he even let my daughter test drive a Scion to compare. And of course, she knew as soon as she drove the Scion of the lot that there is no comparison to the Honda Civic. Charles was very patient, we took almost the whole day to buy our Civic. Joe, my service advisor, provided excellent customer service from the time I parked my car in front of the service center. He greeted me with a smile. He gave me other options regarding the brand of tire to replace the worn out ones to save money. He made me feel at ease and did not pressure me to make decisions that are likely favorable to his company. Also, he made sure that I get out of there at a timely manner as I had an important work event to attend afterwards. He communicated with me to update me on the status of my car. He sent me on my way with a smile again. Despite the lofty cost of the car repair, I drove away without regrets.

I purchased a car here in May. The buying process was good, we had an issue where they messed up on the payoff on the car I turned in, and they decided to take the hit which not many dealerships would do that. After vehicle was purchased I took it back to get serviced and that was real good. Called and got a same day appointment, in and out of there in less than an hour. I will be going back for all my services.

Some prices are to high with a low warranty - 12 month 12K miles on some replacement parts may be fine for those only Honda Items but Struts, tires, brakes etc is not a good deal. Dealers need to understand that there are OTHER reputable after market places - Pep Boys, Sears, Firestone, etc.

Got a written Internet quotes from Terry Shaw at Moss. Bros. and even confirmed that the prices included shipping and dealer prep with Jayson Moss, the GM. Terry told me he would have the Honda Civic in silver/black ready for me on Saturday. I confirmed this with Terry several times including Friday night.We drove 50 miles to the dealership and Terry DID NOT have a silver Civic and he DID NOT honor the Internet price. He then pulled the oldest trick in the book and said Ill have you talk to my manager. When his manager didnt want to honor the price, he said Ill have you talk to MY manager. Then this guy keeps asking the same questions over and over again. I answered him five or six times until I got frustrated and walked out.So just to review:Did they honor a written price quote: NODid they have the guaranteed car/color in stock: NOAttempt at illegal Bait and Switch: YESAre they untrustworthy: A BIG GIANT YES

Terry Shaw at Moss Bros. gave me a written quote on three cars via email. I confirmed those quotes with Jayson Moss the GM and also confirmed that the only extra were tax and license. Terry guaranteed that he would have the cars in the colors we wanted on Saturday. I confirmed this with him as late as Friday night. We drove 50 miles only to find out he DID NOT have the Civic in the color he said and he DID NOT honor the price he gave me and the price Jayson Moss confirmed. He pulled the classic "let me talk to my manager" trick. But that guy didn't want to help so he pulled the "let me get my manager" trick, but that guy kept talking in riddles and kept asking the same questions over and over. We finally got disgusted and left the dealership. It's pretty sad when you have a lengthly discussion with the GM and his staff still fails on all counts.

Received a letter, from Honda about a possible recall on my Honda. I had 3 recalls: did not have all the parts in stock. would have to return next week, But they provided a rental car for free for a few days. This is the best experience I had at a dealer. The best part was my son was with me, they have a kids zone, free coffee and donuts and fruit. Nice waiting area, they did not try to sell me anything. I would return back. If I had to add one thing to make it better wash my car, the candy on my dash was nice, but a car wash would have been better.

The only issues, were when I first got there, there were services techs outside and not one person greeted me or told me what I should be doing. So I eventually got out of my car and was about to walk in the service department when I was greeted by a technician, I think. He was very nice and started getting the chair and foot papers and then finally someone walked up.While I was waiting, I decided I would get an ice cream (because I had been there for about an hour and was expecting me be there another hour), but you have to get the key from the parts counter. He was on the phone, but never even said a single word to me if he would be with me. So after standing there for a few minutes, I went back and sat down.

I went to Moss Bros Honda to go purchase a used vehicle from there and the sales guy named Rene helped us and we ended up getting a 2012 Honda Civic. And they helped us alot to get that vehicle and I would really recommend this place to anyone.

From the beginning of my tire problem until the installation of a new set of tires my experience with Moss Honda was incredible. Joanie sent me an email to say that Honda wanted to give me a special price on a new set of tires and she stayed in touch with me all the way. I was sick so we had to wait until I could bring the car in. David usually handles my service but he was on vacation so Tim ordered the tires and did everything he could and I went in the first day David was back. The cooperation between employees impressed me and the friendliness gives such a pleasant atmosphere. My son was so impressed with the way you took care of me that he has transferred his Honda Hybrid to Moss Honda and has been quite happy with his service.I am well aware that this type of service and attitude comes from the top of the organization and your employees seem very pleased with their jobs and go out of their way to help. When I wait for my car someone is always checking on me to see if I need anything or a shuttle.Thank you Moss Honda from a grateful customer.

I called the service to have my spark plugs changed but he seems too busy and just wants to brush me off. But in anyways, I gave it a try to change the 4 tiny cylinder engine spark plug change but I can't tell if it really was changed. I don't feel any difference to the least. I wanted to be assured as a customer that the $190.00 amount to change the spark plug really did occur. I have look at least inside the engine if any dust or prints was disturbed but I can't tell . I didn't even get the old parts back so at least a little bit of assurance. I will take this to another mechanic just to make sure that this did occur. Thanks.

I went to see if my car was done because the time predicted was 30 minutes past. I realized my car was parked out front as if it was finished. I learned that I wasn't notified because my service advisor was at lunch. I don't know how long my car sat there. That was my only complaint. Everything else was great.

Major mistake by first salesmen in price.Would not honor quote given.No concession made in price.Only after talking to manger's manager did they come down at all in price - to a price a few hundred dollars higher than three other Honda dealers within a 10 mile radius, and restricted the deal to on hand rather than dealer trade despite initial employee's offer to honor the price on 2 other colors available through dealer trades. The full story: Called about a 2014 Honda Odyssey in a specific trim. Was given a quote that explicitly stated the 2014 model for a price $1500 lower than anyone else. I couldn't believe it, so I immediately called asked again if this was a 2014 and the correct trim - and Mario assured me it was. I still couldn't believe it so I called again to make sure that this was indeed the 2014 with the exact trim and he assured me it was. I moved money between bank accounts and began to drive to come and purchase the vehicle, called, and was informed that the purchase price I was quoted was a mistake - it was for a 2013 model and they could not honor the price. I insisted they give me at least some concession on price, and they said they were making a great deal with no profit, at $1000 higher than neighboring dealers. I insisted I had better offers, and they had even given me an offer which I should be able to go in and get for $3000 less, and wanted a better deal, but he said he did not have the power, so I talked to his manager, and finally Aaron who offered me $800 less, but still more than neighboring dealers, and took off the table the possibility of getting a color from a dealer trade. Needless to say, I did not purchase from this company, but I felt I needed to let others know - unfortunately the days of integrity in the auto dealerships are gone, at least as it pertains to Moss Bros Honda. In short they:1. Offered a great price by mistake2. Rescinded the first offer that was in writing (email), and replaced it with an offer $4000 more that they insisted made them no profit. (Even though their competitors offered a lower price)3. Offered an additional $800 off, indicating both that they were outright lying about not making a profit at the higher price, yet still maintaing their lie as their competitors could clearly make a profit for such a vehicle. In the end, if they give you the best price (unlikely unless my typo) and they actually honor it they seem like they have some nice extra service options, but I would be very wary of a quoted guarantee from this company, and especially wary of any insistence that they have reached the "lowest price they could make a profit on." Maybe I got them on a bad day, but I endured a mistake, someone unwilling/unable to fix it, and then a lie before still reaching a price that wasn't even competitive.

My wife and I spent 3 weeks looking for a black 2013 Honda Accord sport. After numerous calls and many trips to other dealerships we could not find what we were looking for or they could not get the price of the car to where we wanted. The frustration began to kick in until we decided to stop by Moss Bros Honda. Out of nearly 10 other dealerships we went to Moss Bros had the best customer service and the negotiating was not like pulling teeth. Moss Bros gave us the lowest price on the accord sport and highest (over kbb) amount on our trade in. This is my 6th new car I' ve bought and by far the best experience. I left satisfied and look forward to seeing my friends at Moss Bros during my lifetime free oil changes. Special thanks to Aaron Azad for making our car buying experience quick and painless.

I was picked up from my house and given a ride over to the dealership not expecting to buy a car that day but ended up with an amazing lease with 0 down, 0 1st months, 0 drive off, and a low monthly rate that is affordable and within my budget. I paid absolutely nothing and drove off with a brand new car that was exactly what I had been looking for. Some might call it luck, others might say that I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and told the sales people that I wouldn't settle for anything else even when they offered me higher rates and told me they couldn't make any other changes. You need to go in and ask every and any question possible and make sure they will cater to your needs. That being said, my sales people were Vince and Rene and they were very nice and made sure I felt comfortable with my purchase even after I hassled them for the lowest possible price.I would buy a car from this dealership again since they were always professional and understood how big of a decision getting a new car is and all the worries and concerns costumers have. Thanks a lot for working with me until I was happy!

Came in to find a civic Si sedan yesterday w/my wife & son they didn't have a 4 dr in stock but after they gave me huge discount on the car James & his sales manager Bill easy going older gentleman I think the guys name was came thru big time & got the red Si 4 dr me & my wife wanted. While waiting they even fed us lunch which I thought was great because we all know how long buying a car can take. I even ran into the guy who sold me my trade in car last year Nelson also a really nice man. So it was nice to see familiar facesWhen you make a huge purchase. They really don't haggle you or hound you to buy like other places do which is why I went back to the moss bros. auto mall will definitely buy from them again!!! Me & my wife are super happy with everything about the car & were glad they could come through & get our Si the same day because we knew they are really hard to find.

Avoid Joel Spencer at all costs, the guy thinks he knows everything and will talk down to you, gets angry when you ask for details on the price quoted, and seems to think it is unfair that customers cross shop dealers, poor Joel. Joel says they won't give out written quotes because the customer will take it to the next dealer and have them beat it by $50, he is right and that is what all customers should do especially with his inflated prices it's not hard for another dealer to beat. Without a written quote Joel ended up saying he would knock off $100 on the car to do the deal then called me back an hour later and the price OTD had gone up $500, Joel seems to pull numbers out of the air. I had two other salses peope (i think they were managers) Nelsen and Vincent tell me they were practically giving the car away at a price I could get at any other dealership, I would love for them to give the car away and not make a dime, that will never happen. If you want the stereotypical dealer car buying experience, come on down to Moss Honda, it is a revolving door of salespeople all trying a multitude of classic sales tactics to get you to buy a car. Devan was actually the one guy who seemed reasonable, but his managers and co-workers ruined his deal. The customer service staff were pretty easy to deal with. I bought a car 15 years ago from Moss Dodge which was an easy deal, maybe things have changed at Moss or maybe Moss Honda is different. I was only trying to buy with no trade, I can't imagine how badly someone like Joel could get his numbers all wrong and then tell you he was giving you a great deal. They send you a nice follow up email when you don't buy their car to find out why you didn't buy from them and where you purchased your vehicle, which isn't really their business and I think it is best to review the dealer on the internet.

I purchased a used vehicle at Moss Bro. Honda and within the first there was a couple of mechanicle issues with the car.These issues where being resolved but being a used vehicle repairs if not covered under a warrenty are not always the dealers reponsability so buy the extended warrenty it's worth it.Fortunatly they suggested I purchase extended policy which I did.A few nights ago while driving home i noticed a strange vibration that seemed to coming from the driver side front tire before I was able to make it home I pulled over to check it out it appeared to be loose lug nuts but after a phone call to moss bro. service dept. Ernest Guzman thier service director on his own time drove 15miles out of his way after work to help me.I have never received that level of sevice thats what you would exspect from family or a close friend.Lugnuts where fine drove it home took it in the next day Mr.Guzman arranged for a rentel made it to work and the vehicle is going to be repaired under the exten.policy Thank you Ernesto Guzman and the service dept at MossBro. We had our Jeep break down and we without a car for a week. Not being able to afford anything new ( or, so we thought )- we were recommended to come here and speak to John Smith. I went to the dealership and was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful they all were. Undecided and not knowing what we could get- or afford- or use my broken down Jeep as a trade in.... FATAH KHAYATI.. spent over 3.5 hours with me, being patient , letting me test drive at least 4 cars and giving me options for all of them. After JOHN SMITH blew me away with a trade in value for my Jeep ( which was stressing my wife out )- the decison was easy. We bought a brand new 2012 Honda CRV and drove off the lot that night. We have never been happier. We went back the next day to sign some more documents, and everyone came out to congratulate us on the car purchase. AARON AZAD- Sales Manager, came out and introduced himself and made sure that we were happy. I can not say enough good things about this dealership. I would recommend them to anyone !

Purchased a small truck for my 16 yr. old son, a little overpriced, but ok....Went back next day for a honda crossover for my wife, they tell us our 2011 mercury mariner was not worth much, I knew better. They are very good at selling cars, very good at taking your money, but verrrry bad at giving you a FAIR price on trade-in. We were hit by 4 differant sales people during the sale, Zack Mosely is an upstanding guy, the rest of them, you can throw away. We were directly lied to and these people really don't know what they are doing..Had to take sons truck back for V.I.N. verifcation(it's about an hours drive, promised a tank of gas for taking it back to them...NO tank of gas) and they don't know why I am there?..Paperwork is messed up on both vehicles, be prepared to spend hours there for a simple problem. I would love to stand in front of one of the MOSS BROTHERS and tell them how bad it was to deal with the dealership.I know their are trying to make money, but I actually feel like I got taken advantage of ....It's been 2 months and still waiting on my sons plates...WTF... REALLY PEOPLE... AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP

Completely satisfied with my service and purchase!! I recently bought my 2nd car from Moss Bros and I would never go anywhere else! Going to a car dealership can be a pain due to pushy sales people however that is not the case for Moss Bros Honda. All the staff members are extremely friendly/knowledgeable; I was impressed at the deluxe treatment I received knowing that it was genuine and from the heart. I am pretty picky and have a great deal of expectations as a customer, Moss Bros surpassed anything I could hope for! Every detail I wanted with purchasing my new Honda Accord, I received; they paid close attention to all my needs and bent over backwards to make sure I was completely satisfied. I loved working with Mehdy Azad, he is a true diamond in the ruff! He took special care of me through the whole process and I am pleased with his dedication to making sure I received the best customer service. Tommy was also a fantastic salesman, treating me like loyalty and making sure I was taken care of! I was also impressed after my purchase how the staff continually affirmed that they are always willing to help me with anything further once I left with my new car; they also said my 1st oil change was on the house and I could come by for a free car wash if I was in the area! Most dealerships try to get you in and out the door but with Moss they treat you as if you are family, a quality you don't see nowadays! I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. A loyal customer for life! You will not be disappointed.

My experience at Moss Bros. Honda was awesome. Have been car shopping for a a few weeks now and had a bad experience at a nissan dealership with a pushy salesman hiding my keys. So, when I came to Moss Bros. the sales staff was pleasant, knowledgable, personable, and worked with my stuent budget to get me the car I wanted for an excellent deal! My mom is currently in the hospital and the sales staff seemed genuinely concerned for my family and I. Thanks to Rene Uribe for taking me on a test drive and explaining all the gadgets in my new car and not pressuring me. A special thanks to Mehdy Azad for looking out for me as a student and crunching the numbers to make the price work. I will enjoy my brand new 2012 honda civic!

I talked with Mehdy on the phone and made all the arrangements to trade in my 2004 Ford Expedition and to purchase a new 2012 Honda Civic before arriving to the dealership. Mehdy, you are the best. I received a great price for my trade-in and got the best price for my 2012 Honda Civic. Devan's customer service was great. Zack was excellent and worked out a the best financing for me. Therese was great and we got done with the paperwork so fast. I had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager Jayson Moss. Jayson treated me and my daughter like family and I told Jayson that I am going to refer all my friends and family to the Moreno Valley Honda Dealership. I will definitely return to Moss Bros for my next car.

The reason I chose to knock the rating down on price is because I didn't receive a credit for my first month's payment like I was told I would get. If I am wrong, I would like for someone to explain clearly why I can't see the application of the additional car payment.

When calling Moss Bros. Honda, you get transferred around to 5 people before you get who you originally called for. I called Honda, NOT Toyota nor Chrysler. Better phone service is a MUST!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stephen was excellent, he is not to blame for this!!

We purchased our CRV from Moss and we've always had good customer service. They take their time and provide good quaility. Only exception was replacing our rear window, but that too was fixed. I love my car, and am pleased with the overall service provided at MOSS.

Rate of the Sales Person is Very High. The mood inside of Moss Bros Honda is Very Good and Friendly. Asked for a specific car that they didn't have in stock, and they tried very hard to find that vehicle for me. If i were to get another New or Certified Vehicle i would get it at Moss Bros Auto Group in Moreno Valley.

The best car buying experience my Wife and I have ever had. No high pressure, no bait & switch, very respectful and professional. I spoke with Arash and the Manager on the phone 2 or 3 times on Sunday morning. On the last call, we agreed on the sales price and terms. Although they did not have the color we wanted, we did test drive 2 other cars with the same options. We signed the paperwork on Sunday afternoon and the car was delivered to our house on Monday afternoon.

I was treated in a friendly manner . The sales Manager and assistant sales manager were very diligent and fast in order to get me the financing that honda was offering for qualified customers. I had shopped around and the price was very competitive. Every person in sales and finance dept acted very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this dealer to friends and family.

Everyone we worked with to purchase our 2010 White Honda Insight EX was great. We got the exact vehicle we wanted and we are very happy with the way we were treated at the dealership. Joey was patient and understanding and listened to our needs and what we wanted and made it happen. Teresa, in finance, was very attentive, answered all our questions, was fun and her happy personality made the experience so much quicker and better than a normal car buying experience generally is. Jayson was helpful both in person when I took in some additional stuff and on the phone for follow up questions. No doubt that we would go back to purchase a vehicle from them again when the need arose, but our new Honda is going to last forever :) so we will see them for service on this one.Great job all around!

Moss Brothers Honda in Moreno Valley has done almost all of the service on my '06 Element. I've got 140,000+ miles on it, and I'm planning on 140,000 more. They've always been honest and have always put the needs of the customer first. Service pricing is fair and very competitive. They know how to put customer service first. Always had a great experience, and will continue to use them!

I gave a 5 rating for a couple of reasons. For starters, Joey was very friendly and answered all of the questions I had regarding the Civic I wanted to purchase. Furthermore, I let Joey know what I wanted and he simply made it happen. I really couldn't have asked for more. In the end, I bought the car I wanted.

Salesman Joe Romero was great from beginning to end. I told him I was interested in a Honda CR-V and gave my price range. We looked through their wide selection and found one that fit my specifications (in a a great blue color). This is my first SUV so Joe showed me all the features on it. He was so knowledgeable and patient; showed me how all the controls and electronics work. He even set the stereo to my favorite radio stations!I never felt rushed or pressured no matter how many questions I asked. I would recommend anyone to see Joe Romero at Moss Bros Honda.

This Moss Dealership has always been the best car dealership I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I say always been the best because every vehicle I've bought from Moss I've been more than just happy, I've been completely satisfied and convenienced I've received the best deal from anyone anywhere. I continue coming back to this Moss Dealership not just for the great cars but also for the very kind and genuine caring people. These are people like Jayson Moss and Jose Orozco who worked patiently to helped me get the car I really wanted. After my purchase, there are people like David Swanson and Carlos Heckerman for whom I have the highest confidence in when its time to service my car(s), they will service them as if the car(s)were thier own. Jim Schroeder and Jason Moss were both very friendly and went beyond our expections helping us purchase our new 2010 Honda Accord. Buying our new car was a nice experience that did not take too long. This is our second Honda we have purchaed at Moss Honda, and would highly recommend Moss to our friends.
