Bought a car here a year ago 2017 Kia Soul had only 45,000 miles on it. A year later I am having to spend $2000 for a high pressure fuel pump when the car has less than 100,000 miles on it. Not sure if this place changes miles on the cars intentionally, or used really old parts when doing maintenance on this vehicle. I tried calling them multiple times for answers with no response. I wouldn’t recommend getting your vehicle here. Price is good, and vehicle may seem good, but not in my experience with this specific company.

So far very happy with our experience. We bought a Honda Fit and they were very attentive to issues we encountered after purchase. Minor things like adjusting a headlight and getting an extra key made. If they have what we're looking for in the future, at this point, we'd be returning customers for sure.

Bad people and terrible service. They are overpriced......by a lot I mean you should be able to get these cars for free. SO MUCH STREES!! I mean you can buy a car from a river or the ocean and still get a better price.

We looked for cars within 200 miles from home and found the perfect car for our 16 year old here! What a nice birthday surprise! Great deal, great work on the car, low miles, excellent warranty support offered, clean like new car purchase! Customer service was friendly and very accommodating! The website was easy to use and when I contacted the dealership, they sent me more pictures of the car I wanted. It was a re-salvaged car, but, they were honest and upfront with me and even showed me the pictures of the "before" and after! I would highly recommend their service, but, buy quick because the cars are moving fast from this lot!

Just recently purchased my second vehicle from motor city. They make the process very smooth. They don't pressure you into making decisions you don't want to. The costumer service is awesome and the vehicles they sell are high quality! I highly recommend this place. Loved the experience!

After several emails with Mohamad and his "Up front" admission about the salvage title, I drove 3 hours to see this "too good to be true" car dealer. Even though I was sent pictures of the cars previous damage, the list of parts that were replaced, and had compared the before & after pictures, I still had this nagging suspicion. Well... I was pleasantly surprised and very happy I made the decision to take the long drive! The car was everything advertised and SO MUCH MORE. Low mileage, shined like a new penny, and purred like a kitten. The purchase process was painless, and although Mohamad was firm but fair on price I drove away with more car than I thought was possible on the amount I wanted to spend. My 3 hour drive back home was done in comfort, luxury, and in awe of what was going to be parked in my garage that night. Been 3 weeks now and I couldn't be happier!Kudos to Motor City!PS... I had left a backpack in the back of my old car and with one email, Mohamad boxed it and sent it FedEx to my house. "That extra mile!" :)

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership knowing it had a rebuilt salvage title but figured I could save some money. At first everything was great about it until I figured out the interior had a leak which let in rain water, the windshield was scratched which I couldnt tell until driving at night, When I replaced the bald tires that were on the vehicle I found out all four wheels were bent and needed to be replaced. A piece of the bed rail flew off along the highway and so did the gas cap lid but thats not the worst. The paint on the truck quickly started to bubble and crack. The vehicle has patches all over where the clear coat has come off and looks horrible. I contacted Motor City on this and they replied the clear coat they use has a 3 year warranty. This was well before 3 years but why would you use something like that anyway. I wouldnt recommend. Any money youre saving by buying it at their price will come out of your pocket eventually in the repairs and replacement of what you thought was already fixed. Im upset and left with a truck that needs repainted.

I bought a 2010 Mercury Milan from Motor City a few weeks ago and it's amazing. It is a salvage title, but you wouldn't know it by looking at it. They were really open and showed me the pictures of how it looked when it was bought at auction, and it surprised me that insurance "totalled" the car. It was repaired well and was also expertly detailed both inside and out. You're getting a good deal and their service is great. Mohamed and Adi are reasonable and easy to work with to get what you want. I was even able to hold the car for a couple days before making the purchase and they worked over the holiday weekend to make sure it was ready for me . I recommend Motor City to anyone who wants a great car for a great price. And even if you're not buying a car I recommend going there for a detail or repair because you can tell they put a lot of effort into it.

I could not have been more satisfied with my purchase from Motor City in Wichita, KS. I got exactly what I was looking for. A low mileage, clean, and affordable car. It is a unique dealership because they only sell salvage title cars. They do all the repairs themselves. They've been in business for 15 years and obviously know what they are doing. They are open and honest throughout the whole process. I really felt like they wanted to help me instead of seeing how much money they could get out of me. I had been searching for my first car for a long time and am relieved to have discovered Motor City. I recommend to my friends and family to go to them for any future car purchases.

I bought my 2008 Honda Accord for my wife from Mohamed about 2 years, he helped me out to get the car she wanted. The car runs great and I had no issue with the car except I had to bring it back to the dealership to charge the Air Conditioning, to which they did for me at no charge. Overall a very happy customer.

I bought a 2012 Nissian Altima 3 months ago. I love my car, it is a great running car, then we sent our daughter and she bought a 2012 Hyundai she likes it . They have great customer service and great prices on their cars. We recommend Motor City for your next car purchase.

I got my '08 Honda Accord from Motor City back in December and I am still in love with it! The staff is very polite and are eager to put you in a car fit for you. They also walk you through every step of fixing the cars since the lot consists of primarily cars with a rebuilt salvage title. It is interesting how others say the price is "too good to be true" when the staff has made it clear that the car holds a rebuilt salvage title. Overall happy with the car and I know if I have any trouble, they will be more than happy to help me out!

We bought a car in April and we absolutely love it!!! Audi gave us a great deal and helped us out! The car runs great and has super low mileage. Audi was very helpful and gave us great customer service. If you are needing a car with low mileage and a great deal, then you need to check out Motor City.

Great Staff, I got a car for a great deal. This is my third car from them. They addressed all my issues. The car had a rebuilt salvage title and they shared all the information on the vehicle's repair. I would not worry buying a salvage car from this dealer.

Start to finish... upfront and honest. The staff was so helpful and honest.. that's not something I was expecting after visiting other dealerships. I recently purchased a 2012 Kia Forte EX from Motor City for a great price with only 32K miles. Avi is a very straight forward guy and will show you the photos of the car before repair, fortunately mine was cosmetic damages only to the driver side doors. The whole process only took a few hours. I got a reasonable price for my trade in. He is pretty strict and tough to talk down on his prices. I had to get a faulty battery terminal replaced shortly after buying, only a $10 fix. He was willing to fix a minor wheel barring issue before I purchased the vehicle as well. We talked for about 2 hours during the whole process. He will take care of you, and get you a quality salvaged car for a great price. Will be doing business with him again if my vehicle does well in the long haul.

Thought the price of a 2007 Honda Accord was too good to be true!! And I was right! Car had salvage title, (meaning was in prior accident and sent through auction) --the car was repaired, up to passing State of Kansas standards, to which is lacking. The airbag light module was reset several times --cause the airbags were deployed during accident. However, this is a consistent problem. Thankfully, this a "to and from" work car. Otherwise, I would never buy such vehicle for family member, especially my wife and kids. If you think your getting a great deal, your are, on the basis the car will always be a second class car for safety purposes!!!!!

I've bought two cars from them & both cars were steals. The cars are all in great shape and with really low mileage the owner is very honest about the cars & the repairs they have done on them. The prices for the car are amazing very hard to find cars in good shape & low mileage for their prices. I would definitely recommended these guys to everyone. Place is ran by great honest people selling cars at a great price.

This is the second car experience I had with them, and it was just as good as the first. The only reason I didn't give them five stars was because of the cruise control not working. Can't blame Motor City for this, because the repair center they sent it to couldn't figure it out. They had the car for two days, and I finally gave up. Otherwise I recommend anyone looking for a good car for a reasonable price to give them a try.

I bought a Honda there and it has been almost 9 months. So far the car has been great. The price I paid was more fair and the process of purchase went very smooth. I actually considering buying my next car there too. So I highly recommend it. Just remember these are salvage titles.

Just bought a Honda here and we're really happy with it. The dealer was helpful and very open about the salvage title and repairs. We got to see pictures of the car before it was fixed. They were kind of sticklers on the price though. Not too willing to bargain.

I was inquiring about a 2005 Honda Accord while car shopping at this lot. When I walked in office, no one was there. I stepped back out to lot and someone was walking from another people, screaming, "Can I help you", cause there was distance between us. At the same time, his English was not up to "par". While talking to me about the car, he took a phone call that seemed to make him "angry"---and excused himself for a few minutes. I just left. This was the weirdest most unprofessional dealership i have ever, ever come across!!!

I found the perfect Ford Taurus online and went by the dealership to see it. The representative advised that the car was "in the shop" at another location. I gave him my information to contact me when the car was returned to their lot. I never again heard from this dealership. I don't believe the car really existed.
