This is our second experience with MW and this time the service was even better!! Ron our salesman had everything ready as soon as we got there and was on top of his game. He made us very comfortable and got the deal done fast. A team effort to complete our deal was done with Ron and the finance manager Tony. They worked well together and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We arrived at 5:15 for 2 test drives and we're out the door with our new car by 8:30!! While searching for a newer vehicle for my son, I found the vehicle matching our "wants" at Motor Werks which is 2hrs from our home. Within 20 minutes of my email enquiry Ali called me and confirmed that the vehicle was still available. We met with Ali the next day for what we thought would be to just check the vehicle out. After a short period of negotiations with both Ali & John a deal I could not resist was agreed upon and the vehicle was prepped within an hour. We were able to finalize everything swiftly and drive the car home avoiding a return visit. Our experience was nothing less than excellent.

My son and I walked into the Infiniti dealership Saturday morning looking for a used van. We met the manager, Geno Cabana, who was friendly and professional, who then introduced us to John Gregory, in sales. John showed us several vans, and took us for test drives in each one. Once we had selected one, I needed to leave for a softball game for one of my daughters. I brought my wife back to see the van I thought best fit our needs and budget (out of the 3 we had looked at), and John took us out again for a test drive so she could get a feel for the van as well. He was very patient with us and our buying process, allowing us space to discuss it over once we had seen everything the van had to offer. Once we had decided to move ahead with the purchase of the van, John made it a pleasurable buying experience, even offering us Starbuck's coffee from the Porsche lounge and walking us through the buying and financing process in a thorough manner.The finance manager, Michael Noyes, was also a pleasure to work with. He has a great sense of humor and made what can sometimes be a stressful process (financing a car) seamless and smooth. We discovered we actually had some mutual friends, and shared some fun college stories and had a few laughs along the way as well.We would recommend BOTH John and Michael to any of our friends and family, and look forward to working with them in the future for all of our vehicle needs. I tried to get reimbursed for Work on my 2011 QX56 that there is now a recall on. I had a timing chain issue which was a know issue of the model of my car in 2014 and was 8000 miles over warranty so Marco at Barrington told me that they would cover the parts and I would have to pay labor which I did and now the timing chain recall came out 2016 and I can't get reimbursed by Infiniti cause the records that Barrington sent over say they covered the defect at 100 percent even though I sent a receipt for what I pd. Infiniti says they have to rely on the work order which says that it was covered under warranty. Marco and the whole service department don't seem to care and haven't been helpful what so ever in trying to get me reimbursed for something I should. Beware both Infiniti corporate and the Barrington service team if you dare to purchase an infiniti. This will be my last purchase from them and I will never get my car serviced there again! I believe they sent in the work order as under warranty and still charged me, very dishonest! I have never felt so taken advantage of!

Purchased my third Infiniti, but a first at Motor Werks. The staff is wonderful and go above and beyond making sure the customer is completely happy throughout the complete purchase process. The followup after the purchase was prompt and very professional. I would highly recommend this dealership.

My friend and I came to this dealership to buy a new Infiniti Q60 and the deal was closed the same day. The way each person here treats you here made you feel like you're apart of a family. They treated us with great respect and expertise and worked with us to get the best deal possible. We mainly worked with John and Tony to make a deal and Michael for financing/protection plans. An added plus was Nina, one of the managers, came in to check on us during the process and even provided a heater to make sure we were comfortable while waiting to sign the papers. We were even offered pizza, water and chips during our entire stay. John was outstanding in explaining every aspect of the car to us as we test drove it. He even setup the car to desirable settings before we left the lot. Tony worked extremely hard to find us a good deal with banks to help us get the best option possible for financing, and he sure didn't disappoint at all. The price was fair and included some perks. To top off the day Michael explain in grave details all options we had to protect the car against any form of damage or maintenance for added cost. This made us feel like they put us first and foremost. I recommend anyone in the Chicago area seeking any car made by Infiniti to visit this dealership first.

Truly amazing experience and I would find it difficult to ever go anywhere else. There was no waiting and each person really took their time with you. Every question and concern was addressed. Alex listened to our needs and pointed us in the right directions. He did't try to push anything on us we didn't need. What was nice, if we needed a certain option. Alex directed & showed us what is available for our vehicle. Like a great salesmen should do. Alex explained the pros & cons on certain options. Then what Alex did is what every great salesman does after answering questions (He Stopped talking) and let my wife & I talk to each other and waited for us. This is what a great salesperson does. If you are looking for any car from Motor Werks. From Infinity to Mercedes. I feel Alex can help you find your car. The great thing I liked about Alex. If Alex didn't know the answer to a to my question. Even if I already knew the answer to test him. Alex didn't make it up. He actually said "I don't know let me find out for you". I am one of those people who does crazy online research before I even step foot into a dealership, so walking in I knew the exact car I wanted, the price, the financing, etc. Going to other dealerships I have found that I still end up spending about 10 hours of my day there haggling, even though I normally tell them up-front exactly what I am willing to pay. THANKFULLY, I went to Motor Werks and Carolyna Janota was my salesperson! She is personable, professional and had the same goals as me. She listened well to my needs, my offer, and cared about me as a person first (not just a buyer). Sales Manager Geno Cabana jumped in for the final state of bargaining, but was professional, kind and reasonable. which all went quickly and honored my time. Thank you! I did have to wait a bit for a financing person to be free, which seemed to be the downside of the day, but then I ended up having a wonderful conversation with sales person Ali Nauraiz for about 20 minutes, which made the time fly! I felt like not only had I purchased a car, but I had an enjoyable day and made some friends in the process! Not what I expected. Financing Manager Ryan Durso was next up, and was so knowledgeable about the financing process that I learned a ton! Thank you! Then it was time to leave: Carolyna personally walked me out. We found Ali outside putting my new license plates on, and then Geno came outside to say goodbye and to introduce me to Viecente, a porter who would be following me home in my new car so that I could drive my existing car home. I thought the experience was over, but upon driving Viecente back to Motor Werks we had such a great conversation that once again I was bowled over by how fun the car buying experience had been. TIP: Practically I had read online that showing up in the middle of the week is best, since most dealerships are not as busy during those days, and I found that to be helpful! I think that this is probably true of Motor Werks since it was not overly busy, which allowed them the time to give me even more personalized service. Bonus: They offered me free car washes there in the future! Yes, please. Again, THANK YOU to MOTOR WERKS for your professionalism, experience, and making it fun! For those buying a car in the future, I would say to check out Motor Werks of Barrington.

We are a typical midwestern family (mom, dad and two young kids) hunting for a new vehicle after work on a Tuesday night. Coming down from Wisconsin, everyone is tired, hungry and watching the clock because the kids start getting crazy around bedtime; needless to say, we don't have a lot of time to screw around. Starting with an email inquiry, Kathryn held our hand all the way to the dealership. She facilitated a number of conversations (sales, finance, other) understanding time would be tight. Once onsite our salesman Ali (1/2 salesman, 1/2 babysitter) met our every request (including a stop at McDonalds to feed the kiddo's). The first vehicle we test drove didn't do it. Good price, just not for us. Starting to get worried that the trip could possibly be a bust, Ali and the team searched the HUGE inventory and found another vehicle that peaked our interest. We quickly determined this was the one and moved to finance. Paul (Sales Manager) and Michael (Finance) took it from there working through things like, obtaining insurance information after business hrs, obtaining the title from our trade in, working with a customer from WI, financing, the list goes on an on.There has always been a concern buying a car from out of state. Some of it the distance, some of it the myth that IL cars are held to a different standard that WI vehicles, etc. etc. All I can say is that in less than 3 hrs, we drove out of Motor Works, IL with happy kids, very pleased parents, and a vehicle/ dealership we trust and have complete confidence in.

I spoke to a few sales people from different Infiniti dealers including Michael and exchanged a few emails, I felt comfortable with Michael and trusted he would give me good deal. I drove an hour to their location to look at 2015 and 2016 Qx60. I drove away with a 2016 QX60 And no regrets. Great guys:)

My desire was to purchase a safe reliable car for my mother. I did not need all of the bells and whistles. I went in with a particular vehicle in mind. The salesperson knew what it would take for me to want to purchase the vehicle and worked hard to accomplish that. Yes, he suggested other vehicles to compare but it was not a push only a recommendation. He did not try to add a thousand different options on what we told him initially we wanted. I appreciated that as to do the opposite would have turned me away. I am confident my mother will enjoy her car for the number of years she choses to drive still with little to no issues.

I worked with John on getting a good used car. He really knew his cars and together we decided on a used 2014 Mercedes E Class. When the car we decided on had just been sold that morning, he said not to worry that new cars were coming in all the time and a few days later he found for me the perfect car. It was great working with John and a dealership that has such a large inventory of quality cars. John and all the other employee I dealt with were all very friendly and helpful making it not your typical used car experience.

I couldnt be happier with my new purchase from Motor Werks Infiniti. From the moment I walked in Michael Noyes, my sales consultant, made me feel at ease. He was well informed and knowledgeable about all the different features, and packages that the car that I was interested in had to offer. He was very accommodating and answered all my questions without hesitation. I had done my homework before going into the dealership and knew what I wanted. He showed me exactly what I was looking for. He was kind and respectful and after the purchase, he took a lot of time to show me how all the features worked including paring my phone, and putting in my favorite radio stations. Tony was amazing right from the start! He was super professional, met and understood all of my needs and got the deal done in a short amount of time. When maintenance had left for the night, but a console needed to be removed, he got the tools and did it himself! Tony is clearly a hard worker and has the customer's best interest in mind. I called the dealership on a sat and was connected to Tony Guzman - sales manager. After a very simple and straight forward chat - I drove to the dealership and walked out a couple of hours later with a new car. Tony is what most people hope for in a professional to work with. He understood my needs and made sure everything was handled perfectly. His guys were busy so he handled directly. When it was time to leave - he even personally installed the license plate because the service guys were backed up. Highly rec'd using this dealership and would rec'd Tony.

I have to say that the folks at MW Barrington made the whole purchase process very easy. It was a pleasure dealing with them and I will definitely recommend them to all looking for a pleasurable experience purchasing a car.I had shopped around for a quote for a new QX60. Tony, Joe and Geno provided the lowest quote and were very transparent and upfront about the pricing for the car and all the options. They were knowledgeable about the cars, super friendly, not pushy in any way. When I went in, the selected car was already detailed, clean and ready to be driven away. I knew my (outside) financing options/pricing. Tony shopped around and found a better financing deal for us. The whole process took the least amount of time possible.

First I want to boast about our sales rep Mike Noyes - he was great from the moment we walked in. His jovial personality and knowledge of the industry/vehicles are just a couple of his attributes. Motor Werks was fantastic! From the moment they answered the phone I could tell I was working with professionals who were very respectful. I was looking for a specific vehicle and they spent time with me on the phone explaining all the details of the vehicle I was looking at and answered all my questions. They were helpful, honest and very professional.I was so impressed that I changed my plans to make the hour drive to the dealership that day to look at the vehicle. They made a great offer for my trade in and I left with the exact vehicle I was looking for at a price I almost felt like I stole it.John, Derec and Brian were helpful and super to work with. We were in the market for a full-size SUV and saw a very particular model available through Motorwerks in Barrington. The entire experience- from the initial email/calls and scheduling of a test drive, to working with their finance department and the subsequent drive off the lot with our new vehicle- was a pleasant and enjoyable car-buying experience- a very rare thing these days. Giorgio Armani was an absolute treat to work with as he knew exactly what our concerns were and addressed them on every level throughout the entire process. I would not hesitate to work with him again and, after speaking with some other friends who are considering new vehicles and sharing our great experience, will be directing them to Giorgio.

We had been to quite a few dealerships the same day in search for a 2011 Honda Odyssey. The experience at Mover Werks was excellent compared to other places. I made appointments at all places and all dealerships promised that the car was in the lot and ready to be checked out. When we got there, either the car was still on the road getting to the dealership or was not yet ready and needed some detailing work done. We wasted a lot of time driving to these places.When we got to Motor Werks, not only was the car ready, but it was already pulled out for us to take a ride and we saw it parked by the entrance. The staff knew who we had spoken to, what questions we had asked and who we should be meeting. They were well aware of our concerns and assured us that the vehicle was already inspected and ready to go. Although the person we were supposed to meet was occupied, he came and introduced another salesperson to take care of us. We dealt mostly with John Gregory and he seemed to be very well informed about the vehicle of our interest. He gave us all the details about the car, what the pro's and the con's were and how it compared to other vehicles we were considering.Although he gave us a lot of information about the car, at no point did he seem pushy or forceful for us to buy the car. Also, he worked with us in a very professional manner to give us the best price possible. All the staff we dealt with was very professional and helpful and went out of their ways to make us comfortable while we were there. Again, at no point did it seem that they were doing it just to earn our business. I would recommend this dealership to family and friends especially for their exceptional service.

Genuine and friendly. They cared about our experience there and it showed. No pressure to buy up, understanding of our schedule, and conscientious and courteous. We walked away feeling like we got a good deal and a solid vehicle. Will return.

The lengths in which Giorgio went to ensure a positive experience for me was tremendous! He was ultra responsive to my needs and made sure that he met each of them. I am a sales person that likes to do a ton of research and had many questions. He was patient with me throughout the entire process! I drove 7 hours to be able to get this car. If and when I need another car I will be doing the same. It's hard to find a good, honest car dealership and now I've found it!Thank you for restoring my trust in humanity and being a dealership I can gladly refer people to and in turn, you will see me again. On the recommendation of a good friend, my partner and I contacted Sebastian Stankiewicz at Motor Werks of Barrington to help us in our search for a good used G37x. Working with Sebastian was a great experience and we will absolutely call him again when we are ready for our next car purchase. I recently purchased a car at Motor Werks of Barrington- infiniti QX56. All in all this was the best car purchase experience in my life. The salesman I worked with, Sebastian Stankiewicz, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly - not pushy, and had great sense of humor. What else could you ask for from a salesperson? Honesty and no sneaky sales tactics were another key factors why i purchased the car from this dealer. I've already raved about this experience to my family and friends strongly recommending this car dealership as this is my car dealership for future purchases...

Spent in excess of $1 million there over the years.Experience #1: Wanted to pay cash for BMW 760 IL only to find that the car I wanted was "on hold".Experience #2: Paid $4,500 for service and much of it had to be redone by another dealership. Small parts on car stolen.

Contacted Motor Werks via the internet and they responed in a timely fashion. Wally DiGiulio was my sales person and Clint Sullivan sales mgr. Both professional and courteous with no "used car salesman" tactics. These guys actually made me want to buy a car from Motor Werks, and I did. Price was great, and easiest buying experience ever! The accessory guy was so pleasant I will end up w/remote starter. Finance guy was John, I believe, and also very nice. The entire staff at MW could be described as sincere and way above the norm. Would highly reccommend MW of Barrington.

We contacted Barrington Infiniti via telephone to see how they were with customer service before we wasted our time and gas. They were very prompt, friendly and not pushy even at the slightest. We discussed exactly what we were looking for and what we weren't interested in. Shortly after the conversation we headed over to the Barrington Cadillac to see Walter in the Sales Dept to test 1 of the 2 vehicles we were interested in, we then took a test drive over to the Infiniti in Barrington to drive the other. (It was really nice for us being the other dealers we have been to would have us waste our own gas and really weren't interested in accommodating the customer or even the sale at that) We had been looking to make this purchase for 1 year and finally found a dealer with the customer service and respect that we were looking for. We purchased a pre-owned G35x it's absolutely beautiful with the BEST: price, shape and mileage that we have seen. We can't emphasize enough, we had an marvelous experience with Walter who was very professional and comical which made the experience even better! Having had other experiences in the past it really made searching for a vehicle a chore, and now we look forward to buying our next vehicle!Thank you Motor Werks!

My Family and I went to the dealership to simply drive the Ifinity QX56. Having never driving one we wanted to try one out and see how it compared with other 7 passenger SUV's. I was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism of the dealship. When we arrived they were ready to show us the QX56. Clint Sullivan put us in contact with Sebastian, and he showed us the QX56. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle. He knew everything about it, front to back, top to bottom. We did not intend to buy that day ,but we did. We loved the vehicle and we enjoyed working with Sebastian,Clint,and Jim. They were all very helpful and very knowledgeable of there product. I have expectations on how I should be treated since I'm a business owner and I know how I expect customers to be treated. At no time was I pressured to do anything I didn't want to do and all my questions were answered thouroughly. The sales person had more experience and knowledge of te product than even the Infiniti web site could provide. The sales manager was responsive and supportive in the sales process. At every part of the process I felt like me needs were the most important thing, not the needs of the dealer. I will return when my lease is up.

I bought a new 09 G37x from this dealership one year ago today, and Sebastian sent me an email this morning reminding me that it was one year old and asked me how everything was going with my vehicle. This is great customer service and does wonders when trying to encourage repeat business. I mentioned a small problem I was having with the 'auto-up' feature of my passenger side window and though it was an issue that needed to be fixed under warranty. Sebastian took time out of his day to see if it just needed reprogramming and emailed me the steps to try to fix it myself. 5 minutes later, it was all fixed. He saved me a trip to the dealership. No complaints, so far, regarding the customer service and the performance/reliability of my G37. The only reason I did not provide 5's across the board is that my vehicle had 2 scratches at delivery that could not be removed at delivery and a small door ding that occurred in the service dept. while they were adjusting the TPMS a week after delivery.I detail cars as a hobby and notice everything on a vehicle. I believe a new vehicle should be perfect.

Everyone my wife and I talked to at Motorwerks was friendly and helpful. Our salesman Sebastian was very knowledgeable and patiently explained the features of the car we were interested in. They also offered us the car at a significant discount without really even asking, and we never felt pressured to buy. We considered the purchase for a week before deciding to go ahead, and they honored the originally offered price without question. We've purchased several cars over the years, both new and used, and we both agree that our recent car buying experience at Motorwerks was the most pleasant either of us had ever experienced. We're very happy with our new car, and the treatment we received at Motorwerks.

Very knowledgeable salesperson. Not a lot of wasted time, process was smooth and price negotiations were relatively quick. Past experience with this dealer has been excellent and their after sales service department has always been dependable. Convenient location to my home is also a plus.

Sebastian is very knowledgable about Infinity and other's on the market too.He was excellent to work with, and genuinely concerned that I was happy with my purchase and deal.Sebastian is a great asset to Motor Werks!I had an issue with the right blinker, which was taken care of immediately the next morning by their service department, even though it was the saturday after Thanksgiving! A loaner was immediately offered, but not needed.

he gave us a very good deal! we we're only there to have our old car checked, but we ended up trading it in for a new one. people there are very friendly. we already bought three cars from them before and never had any problem. they also provide free lunch!

I have to admit. I thought I was going to have to play hard ball in the process of purchasing a new car. I went to Motor Werks three times looking at cars. Each time I was treated really nice. NO HIGH PRESSURE AT ALL! I met with three different salesman. All three of them were genuine. I met Sebastian on Saturday when I came into the showroom. What a nice guy! No High Pressure! Very Knowledgable! Very Patient with me! Monday I called Sebastian and asked for the best price for a G37X. He called back with the price that afternoon. I did my research and knew he gave me a good deal and all I had to do was ask. No Games at all. On Tuesday I came into the showroom, met with Sebastian, he showed me the car and the sticker price. I got a great deal. Thank you so much Sebastian and Motor Werks. When I met with Eric and Tony I thought this is where the high pressure is going to take place. On all the upgrades. Wrong again. No high pressure! Thank you again.After purchasing the car Sebastian spent alot of time with me showing me how to operate the G37X. My whole experience with Motor Werks was wonderful! I was disappointed that there was no follow up after the sale of my used 2004 BMW. No phone call asking if I enjoyed my Z4 and no thank you letter. I expected more from this dealership. Maybe they don't care about their used car customers. Everthing else, vehicle, price, and delievery was good.

This is the second time I have tried to buy a car at MotorWorks. They always try to rip me off. Both times I left the dealer to get the car elsewhere at a much lower price. The price I recieved from the other dealer was impossible according to the new car manager at MotorWorks. He claims to know the market and what others are paying and told me I MUST PAY MSRP or he will not sell the car to me. The car I looked at was a G35. He had about 50 on the back lot but would only sell at MSRP. I got the car at $2500 under at another dealer.
