The exceptional customer service all started with the first phone call. Edward was my salesman. He had the car I was interested in pulled up to the front and ready for a test drive when I got there. My dealer Edward was great, as well as the Financial Advisor Gavin. Very professional. However, the gentlemen that closed the sale Paul Allen, went thru the paperwork very fast and did explain it well but didn't explain what my payments were, how much I'm financing, how much for the vehicle, warranty info, I asked what the payments were, and if Gap insurance was offered, his response "yea... But you wouldn't want it bc it's too exspensive" I was bothered by that response. No explanation for Gap other than "you can go thru your insurance company " which is incorrect, he is not knowledgable enough of my insurance to know thier policy bc mine does not offer gap. Maybe the financial company offers it.. I'm not sure but it does concern me. Other than that a great over all experience.

I was in for Service which I have no complaints. Mr.Biggs was very helpful in every way.Very pleased with every thing. My only complaint was the time I had to wait.An hour and a half and I had to stop at a Gas Station to check the air pressure on the way home.Other than these two problems everything was great. Will be back in next week to get two oil leaks solved.

Came in for routine oil change. I don't trust mechanics--I've had my share of crooked techs recommending unnecessary service. Service coordinator was professional and friendly. Repair tech noticed a couple service issues and showed me what was needed. He explained clearly what the problem was and showed me. The entire visit from start to finish was reasonable. I will be visiting again.

I took my car for an oil change. They were nice and professional. I asked the service writer to also check the air pressure. He said they would . When I got my car back which was in a very timely manner, I checked the digital air pressure gague and the 2 left tires were 6 psi higher than the right tires. Just a little disappointed.

It was good overall. I went for a car I saw online and decided it was what I wanted. The car wasn't available to me since it was being used by another customer, which was fine. I told them I would come back Monday when it would be there so I could see it, but they just wanted to make the sale. I was lied to repeatedly being told the car was on its way to be cleaned up for me and then I was told I would have it the next day to give maintenance time to finish but the truth was the dealership STILL didn't have it. They straight out lied just to get me to sign the papers. It didn't bother me it wasn't there, that's not their fault. But I don't like that I was lied to and think that is VERY poor character.

Once again Ken Janish went above and beyond I made a phone call to him told what we wanted to look at and he had the keys waiting for us when we got there. LeBron and Paul made financing as quick and easy as possible total time from arrival to delivery was only about 4 hours. This is the 2nd Ram I bought from them in 2 weeks. Brought in two vehicles for brake booster recalls, which was initially quite disturbing to have to wait 6-8 weeks for the parts to come in, once I called after the time period wand was told it would be another 6-8 it was quite irritating until the service contact and Brenda did what they had to since these were company vehicles to get Dodge to process the recalls in a more timely manner.

It was ok for the buying experience. I prefer to do most of the deal through email and on the phone so I don't have to spend a lot of time at the dealership. I was encouraged to come in so I did and it took several hours. My last purchase at MTN. View Ford was worked out through emails and phone conversations and I was only at the dealership 1 1/2 hours including the test drive. I had the tires changed out as part of the purchase and when that was completed only 4 tires were changed on the Jeep. Our discussions were for all tires and to me that is 5 on a Jeep Wrangler. To Nick and Troy all meant 4. I feel that that should have been explained better or on the buy order it should have said the number of tires not just tires. It has since been resolved, but not before I became upset and disappointed.

Overall it was not bad. I prefer to do everything online and on the phone until a deal is reached and have bought several vehicles that way. My biggest complaint would be not being able to do that. I tried to work the deal without spending the day at the dealership, but was encouraged to come in. After spending, several hours working on the deal I am happy, but would have rather done it through emails and phone conversations. I have purchased my last 2 vehicles at MTN View Ford that way.

Was looking for good transportation for my daughter and either to buy or to lease. The salesman and managers were very helpful and friendly. They found a car that was only 1 year old that was a perfect fit for my daughter. Even though my trade in was not in the best of shape, they still gave me a good trade in so we were able to get her this car. I have piece of mind now knowing she is driving a great car so when I am out on the road away from home I know she will not be stranded. Thank you!

It was good but still have some areas where they could improve on customer service. I was very shocked to buy a vehicle and it was almost empty and let my salesman know and it was like no big deal. Would go a long ways if they had sent a gas card. Customers happy will come back.

Kevin Moses and the whole sales team were great. The service department is a different story. It took them about 8 hrs to swap 5 wheels, tires and the tpms then 2 wheels got messed up but LeBron and John jumped right on it and got me 2 new wheels order. I'm an OTR Truck Driver and my off time is very limited as well as scheduling an appointment with a Jeep Dealer while out of town becomes a problem as it is difficult to know exactly what date I'll be off. The oil change on my Jeep was due. My wife and I came to MTN VIEW just to check it out to see if it would be a good place to get our Jeep serviced. The personnel there are very polite and professional. They notice our Jeep was packed as if we were traveling and they treated us as if we bought our Jeep there. This was only my first visit with MTN VIEW and I will return. I believe the way we were treated there that we will continue to be pleased with our service from them. I would say based on our experience with MTN VIEW that it would be worth extra driving time if you aren't pleased with your local Jeep Dealer (of course, remember, this is my first impression, but I would recommend this dealership to a friend or relative based on my first impression). The Service Department took us right in and we were able to get our Jeep serviced in a timely manner. Jon Jefferson (svc mgr) also noted that a recall part was needed to be ordered and informed me that he would call me as soon as it was in. We are satisfied with the way we were treated on our first visit and we thank MTN VIEW for their courteous service.
