I bought a White 2009 Toyota Rav4 V6 limited. I came from New York, almost 3 hours driving, and dispite the time he was willing to help any time any day any where. The sale process was a success , and the best was the price I got for the SUV, an unbeatable price . The FCU which funded the truck told me that they needed to see the carfax because the price was well below normal. Perhaps they thought he had a salvage title. But there was no problem , everything was clean in the report. Everything I imagine on this truck was real, the photos didn't lie, it wasn't Photoshop. Well so far I have not had any problems with the SUV and do not expect them . Bruno thanks for everything...

I really dislike buying a used car because I don't like dealing with salesmen. I don't like to be pressured and I really don't like to be lied to or misled about the quality of a car. I had been looking for a Pontiac Grand Prix for quite a while and found a very nice one listed at Mr. Auto Sales. Based on the mileage and the apparent condition from the photos, it was priced quite a bit less than many other Grand Prix's that I had looked at. My first thought is that there had to be something wrong with it. So I studied and studied the photos just looking for something wrong. The only thing I could see was a small dent on the front edge of the hood, barely noticeable in the photos. Not a deal breaker for me, but I decided to use that as a test to see if I was willing to make the 2 1/2 hour drive out to Cleveland to look at the car. I called Bruno and just asked him to tell me about the car. His first comment to me was that the car was in VERY good condition and the only thing wrong with it was that there was a small dent on the front edge of the hood. He didn't try to sugar coat it, but described the car exactly as it was. He told me that he would hold the car until I could get there. But when I got to his lot 3 hours later, the car was nowhere to be found. Obviously this really concerned me because my first thought was that he had sold it out from under me. That wasn't what had happened. Turns out that when he went out to move the car to the side for me, he noticed that a check engine light was on that hadn't been on the day before and he had taken it down the street to the mechanic to be checked out and repaired. A sensor had gone bad and a vacuum valve was stuck open. Bruno told me that there was no way he was going to sell a car that was any less that how he had already described it. He had the mechanic rush the parts in and "rush" the job so that I could purchase the car if I was interested. He even drove me to the mechanic so I could talk to the mechanic about the repairs that were being made. And the great price that I had seen advertised, he still honored that price, even with the last minute repairs that he had to make in order to sell a car that was up to his standards. I've read all the other good reviews on here and you can believe them. It was a pleasant experience dealing with Bruno and Matt. No high pressure sales. No typical salesman tactics. He let the car sell itself based on the quality and the price.

Was looking for a reliable used car to take back and forth to work. I found a used Volvo online and called, spoke with Matt who was more than helpful and very friendly. He was knowledgeable about the car and walked me through the whole process without ever making me feel pressured or uncomfortable.
